I purchased a 2016 Maserati Qutroprte from Delawrence at the dealership in August 2016. I had problems with my fuel injector a week or so after I received the car. Ryan and Delawrence did everything they could to get my car back to me as soon as possible and make sure I was taken care of. There customer service and service department is fantastic!
Poor Maintenance Service - Daniel
I just bought a brand new Maserati Quattroporte and was driving it around when my 'check engine' light went on. Upon scheduling an appointment I wasn't given a loaner car, and in the five days since they have not even looked at it. While I understand that this time of year is busy, I expected much better service after paying through the nose for a luxury car. Very disappointed.
