He really knew the models of Nissans he showed me. He also nicely summarized all the important feature differences between the versions of the new 2017 Maxima.
He, without pressure but with lots of information, helped me decide what I wanted and left it to me when to make it happen. I test drove on a Friday night and bought on a Monday night. Easy!

Best car buying experience EVER! first of all Armando is super responsive, so if you are just seeking information you will get a very honest quick response from Armando. I came to Houston to buy a new Leaf with 150 miles on it, and he was very savvy with me as he knew that I wasn't your average buyer. I had almost all the details worked out before stepping foot in the dealership. When I arrived my beautiful new Black on black Leaf was all shiny and waiting for me in the showroom. The Salesperson he matched me with did an outstanding job with all the follow up before any paperwork began. Tierra was not only knowledgeable about the Nissan Leaf, she had a great attitude even though she was just working with some not so easy to deal with customers, you know who you are! I was a little skeptical about taking my car in for service. I purchased it used and I wasn't given any information on when to take it in for the service. I also asked for a car manual, which wasn't included in the car but the manager didn't deliver. However when I got there the service person was very apologetic and made my experience great. They were very detailed and provided information for future discounts. The service department has restored my opinion of this location. I will definitely take my car back.

I searched several dealerships for a Nissan Pathfinder and none of the others could compare to Auto Nation Nissan Katy. I was told by other dealerships that there was no way I could get the car at the quoted price and the salesman was trying to get us into their dealership so they could try and add on to the price. Well it didn't happen, I bought the car for exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Very honest people, I wish everyone followed their example.

Streater Smith is above and beyond the best Nissan dealership in Texas.I have shopped for Trucks in every Nissan dealership from Fort Worth to Bourne To Beaumont Houston Austin etc. I have owned 3 Nissan Frontier and now a 2017 Titan purchased and maintained by Streater Smith. My service contact Meagan has gone above and beyond for me in every way possible and beyond continuously for the last 2 years. Steven Rowland and Leo Arias went above and beyond in every avenue to make sure we were more than happy in a situation we were completely comfortable in. Baker Nissan ripped us off,damaged our windshield, lied countless times and ignored our phone calls from the original sales person up to the dealership manager and finance man. Baker Nissan is Scandalis and full of liars. The staff at Streater Smith exposed their lies and took every step in their power to ensure us a great deal on an excellent vehicle. Steven Rowland literally gave me the jacket off of his back. Leo Arias treated us like we were family. Jennifer has always be the most polite and accommodating service consult you could ever ask for. I was given false hope to come in from the finance dedepartmeni was lied to by finance department from and manipulated by a sales man name Joseph, the two work hand in hand,, finance department will bait a customer with high hopes of a guaranteed approval and sales man Joseph will take over once customers took the bait, they will feed you high hopes,lie to you, process paper work your unaware of, run your social security number through several several several finance agency bringing your credit score down a point every time unfortunately if your score is low they bail out on you and drop you like a bad habit for the next customer with a high credit score guaranteed a sale,, please beware of the way this establish operates Mr.Joseph is very shady in his work, i was humiliated,, embarrassed I took time off of work and for what to walk out with a new brused eagle..

2016 purchase the first platinum maxima from them in June 2015. went in to cancel gap insurance in Nov.2016 No check as of today 1/2017 called several times no return call from finance horrible. Traded maxima for 2017 pathfinder at clear lake Nissan better customer service and finance.
