My experience with Jarrett Landreneau changed my outlook towards salespeople in general. I had been in the market looking for a dependable car that my mother could afford with her limited income. Every other dealership I contacted, the salesperson would be extremely eager to assist me until they found out her financial status. Although she doesn't make much, she has very little expenses. When I first arrive to service department Barry was their to greet me with a warm and friendly smile. I told him I was here to get my first initial oil change since my purchased last October. He asked for my key and immediately went out to read my milage and a few other things. Although Nissan offers a courtesy car wash I
didn't know at the time, I wasn't in the need of one I told they left to much water on my car and my tires weren't armor oil down. Barry saw the spots and immediately took my car back and had them to read wipe down my car and put some armor oil on my tires. The overall service of my car was Awesome and I thank Barry T. For being a great service advisor.

He really knew the models of Nissans he showed me. He also nicely summarized all the important feature differences between the versions of the new 2017 Maxima.
He, without pressure but with lots of information, helped me decide what I wanted and left it to me when to make it happen. I test drove on a Friday night and bought on a Monday night. Easy!
Going Above and Beyond for Customers - TStough
It is very evident that Central Houston Nissan truly cares about making their customers happy. Maya was the salesperson that we first met when we were looking for a used car. Despite being new, she was very friendly and personable. Maya was very different from any other salesperson I've met, because she wasn't just trying to sell a car, which I really appreciated. Mark Murski also helped us. He was very personable as well. Fast forward what seemed like forever (it had been a long day), we finally came to an agreement on the price, with the help of Maya, Murski, and the manager, Armando. After we signed the initial papers, we did have to wait quite awhile for the finance manager, but I understand because they were very busy. The finance manager was also very friendly. I will say that, like some other reviews state, I was told one final price that I signed initially and once I got to the finance man, the price was suddenly increased, with random charges and a higher interest rate than I was told. However, any other issues or concerns we had, they were very quick to address them and make us happy. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family in the future because of their great customer service!

I was a little skeptical about taking my car in for service. I purchased it used and I wasn't given any information on when to take it in for the service. I also asked for a car manual, which wasn't included in the car but the manager didn't deliver. However when I got there the service person was very apologetic and made my experience great. They were very detailed and provided information for future discounts. The service department has restored my opinion of this location. I will definitely take my car back.

I searched several dealerships for a Nissan Pathfinder and none of the others could compare to Auto Nation Nissan Katy. I was told by other dealerships that there was no way I could get the car at the quoted price and the salesman was trying to get us into their dealership so they could try and add on to the price. Well it didn't happen, I bought the car for exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Very honest people, I wish everyone followed their example.

Streater Smith is above and beyond the best Nissan dealership in Texas.I have shopped for Trucks in every Nissan dealership from Fort Worth to Bourne To Beaumont Houston Austin etc. I have owned 3 Nissan Frontier and now a 2017 Titan purchased and maintained by Streater Smith. My service contact Meagan has gone above and beyond for me in every way possible and beyond continuously for the last 2 years. Steven Rowland and Leo Arias went above and beyond in every avenue to make sure we were more than happy in a situation we were completely comfortable in. Baker Nissan ripped us off,damaged our windshield, lied countless times and ignored our phone calls from the original sales person up to the dealership manager and finance man. Baker Nissan is Scandalis and full of liars. The staff at Streater Smith exposed their lies and took every step in their power to ensure us a great deal on an excellent vehicle. Steven Rowland literally gave me the jacket off of his back. Leo Arias treated us like we were family. Jennifer has always be the most polite and accommodating service consult you could ever ask for. I went to purchase a car left a down payment wife changed her mind so ive gone 4 times to pick up my 1,000 and always an excuse to why they cant give it back to me yet after waiting an hour they only nice and helpful if you buying a car if you not your pretty much reduced down to a street begger dont give these people your time and money and to top it off the receptionist is no help she makes you wait till you ask for a manager then she hurrys up please avoid this place its a big headache.
