My visit to this dealership started with a salesman meeting me as I got out of my vehicle. Salesman Jerry Waddy introduced himself and we quickly got to know each other. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable and took me to see the Titan XD. We had a hard time finding the vehicle I was interested in. But Jerry wouldn't give up. He searched the lots top to bottom and drove me to the vehicle. It didn't work out that I was able to purchase the vehicle. But I can tell you I would purchase a vehicle from Jerry anytime. He is honest and so friendly. Thanks for such an awesome experience!

I am a returning Nissan owner (fourth car) and I can say that each experience is different. I went to the dealership on a Friday afternoon just to discuss the options I had for returning my Altima since the lease was expiring. I had previously had an experience with this dealership that was less than stellar but I didn't want to judge them too harshly based on one bad experience. Mr. Jackson was recommended to me by Mr. Rovelo who greeted me immediately as I entered the lobby area. I found Mr. Jackson to be very approachable and honest. He understood that my previous experience was still concerning to me but was extremely thankful that I was willing to give them another opportunity. He also understood what type of vehicle I wanted and worked hard to find something that he knew would meet my specifications. He really made the experience smooth and efficient. I was able to ground my Altima and sign all the paperwork for my new Maxima in just a little over 90 minutes. I then left for a bit to allow them to clean the car. I returned and was met by Mr. Jackson who alerted me that the car had a small cosmetic defect in the paint on the passenger side bumper. I was so thankful that he was absolutely truthful with me regarding the damage as I would not have noticed it without him pointing it out for me. The scheduling for the repair was done quickly. I then was thoroughly introduced to the amenities in my new vehicle by Ms. Lee. She did an extremely thorough job of walking me through what is a very technically heavy process since the systems were different from my previous car. Overall this was definitely the best experience so far (even with the paint problem) and I cannot express how impressed I was with the professionalism of this team.

I was a little skeptical about taking my car in for service. I purchased it used and I wasn't given any information on when to take it in for the service. I also asked for a car manual, which wasn't included in the car but the manager didn't deliver. However when I got there the service person was very apologetic and made my experience great. They were very detailed and provided information for future discounts. The service department has restored my opinion of this location. I will definitely take my car back.

I would give this dealership Negative 10 stars since they made me waste 3 hours of my time to supposedly sell me a used vehicle. I walked in one day and sat down with both the salesman and manager (manager was not friendly, but who cares its' business), and we respectfully walked away after reaching an impasse (we were fine up until this point). The very next day the salesman called and texted me repeatedly stating that his general manager would agree to sell me the vehicle at a certain price, to which I agreed. I stated that I would be in within 2 hours to sign, pay, and take receipt of my vehicle. When I arrived they were in the process of selling the same vehicle to someone else. The salesman went on to tell me it was first come, first serve, completely ignoring the fact that he had called and texted me. Needless to say this is easily the worst experience I have had when buying a vehicle, their word means nothing as all they did was bait me in and then sell the vehicle out from under me when both the salesman and general manager had both agreed to sell me the vehicle. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS, AT LEAST THE USED CAR SALES DEPARTMENT! THEY ARE TERRIBLE,and they think with a bottle of water or a cup of coffee they can be dishonest with their customers. Why call me if to come from over 40 miles away if you planned on selling the vehicle after you agreed to sell me the car? Simply unacceptable!

Finance people like to fast-talk you into pricey add-ons - KellyO
Dealers did a great job making me feel welcomed. Very well put together establishment. However, once the finance stuff began, it turned into a nightmare! Changed price on a used vehicle, I saw online a week prior but acted like the price I saw never existed. They pushed hard to make me add-on a lot of useless options that I said I didn't need. Made them fully aware I didn't want to anything down and they agreed until the final stages and forced me to pay a down payment or I would not be financed anymore!! The whole buying process took me 5 HOURS because no finance person was available to complete my deal because they were in meetings!!!
Once I actually left, it didn't get much better. My sticker price paper was shoved into my glove compartment, the car interior was wiped down with an extremely oily product and the knob on my radio was taken off. Completely lackadaisical effort to get my car cleaned and ready. To top it off, my oil was never changed. 3 weeks(1000 miles) later I'm already needing an oil change (No one showed me the car had an oil life display on the dash until the dashboard alerted me that my oil life was at 5%). Plus I need to drive 3 hours back to them because I work outside the state just to sign papers they forgot to give me on Day 1!!
Been a rough experience and I didn't feel valued as a customer at all. Felt like I was fast-talked through paperwork so I would end up spending more and that I was just another sale. But everyone has a job to do, and their job is to sell me a car. Just wasn't the best experience as my first time purchasing a car. Maybe it wasn't my day lol

Streater Smith is above and beyond the best Nissan dealership in Texas.I have shopped for Trucks in every Nissan dealership from Fort Worth to Bourne To Beaumont Houston Austin etc. I have owned 3 Nissan Frontier and now a 2017 Titan purchased and maintained by Streater Smith. My service contact Meagan has gone above and beyond for me in every way possible and beyond continuously for the last 2 years. Steven Rowland and Leo Arias went above and beyond in every avenue to make sure we were more than happy in a situation we were completely comfortable in. Baker Nissan ripped us off,damaged our windshield, lied countless times and ignored our phone calls from the original sales person up to the dealership manager and finance man. Baker Nissan is Scandalis and full of liars. The staff at Streater Smith exposed their lies and took every step in their power to ensure us a great deal on an excellent vehicle. Steven Rowland literally gave me the jacket off of his back. Leo Arias treated us like we were family. Jennifer has always be the most polite and accommodating service consult you could ever ask for. These people are true, kind and good hearted people who are truly there to help you find the right vehicle for you and your family. Mr. Traylor in financing is a true man of integrity. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go anywhere other then Streater Smith.
