Great experience on purchasing a new Nissan Frontier - Happy Nissan Frontier Owner
I have been researching trucks and finally decided that the Frontier would be the best fit for me. I started my arduous task of searching on the internet, requesting "Best Price!". Late Thursday night I say a Frontier on Robbins website that was the color and packages that I was looking for. To my surprise, I received a call from Micheal @ 6:30 AM Friday morning as well as an email. I thought I started my work day early! I replied to Micheal requesting what was the "true" price including dealer add on's & destination charges. I explained to Micheal that I was very busy and I didn't have time to come in and play the let's talk game. I told him give me your best drive out price. Micheal did exactly what I asked without the normal back and forth game you normally have to play. Once I had their best price via email we moved to my trade in. After I had the assurance we could get to where I wanted to be, I made an appointment to stop by that evening. Micheal had his manager talk with me about what Robbins could give me since we were $700 from where I wanted to be. David asked for a few minutes and came back with what I wanted. Drove out with a new Frontier and one of the best car buying experience I have ever had. I'm a tough person to sell a vehicle to and Micheal exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend using him.

Outstanding Customer Service - Patricha Windom
I had a wonderful experience when I came here. My sales rep Lorena Rios had a great attitude and she was on top of her game. I was unsure if I really wanted to buy a car, but at the end of the night I came out with a brand new car. Thank you so much guys. You were patient with me even when I wasn't fully sure on what I wanted to do. I recommend this place 100% ask for sales rep Lorena Rios if your in the market. Stop by and see what they can do for you.
Got what we wanted, but had to endure a lot of conflict - kyee18
My husband made an appointment with the online sales department to come in and see a car as well as test drive the vehicle before purchase. He asked them very specifically that we wanted to see the Rogue SL 2017 with platinum and premium packages because we were very interested in the safety features. The girl on the phone named Jerika, mentioned that they didn't have it in stock but they would be able to get it for our test drive on Saturday. Sure enough, we show up at our appointment time, no one was able to pull up our appointment and no one knew why we were here. Fine. We talked to the salesman, James Adams and we explained our situation, having shopped around at different dealers in Houston and going to Gulf Coast thinking that there would be a platinum package Rogue SL there in the color we wanted, and ultimately not being able to test drive it because the salesman made the mistake of showing one that was just a premium package Rogue and we walked away from that one. James assured us that he was able to get it, ended up pulling a car to test drive, but lo and behold, it was the same issue as the Gulf Coast Nissan. Premium package- he didn't verify that it also had Platinum package on there. We came back into the office so that James could see if they had it (cars moved around in different lots due to construction). During the time we were sitting in the office, the online sales department called him twice to ask him why we weren't able to make it in to see the car. My husband was very frustrated at this point, but instead decided to ask the online sales department if they were able to pull up the VIN of the car she specifically said would be available so that James could have an easier time finding it. She responded by saying that they were not able to look it up in their system, which I think is ridiculous. If you are mentioning that you have a car, shouldn't you confirm with someone who is able to pull up the VIN and make sure it is absolutely there before scheduling a test drive? Ultimately they did not find it, however James was able to locate one at David McDavid who they could trade with. Either way, we decided that regardless of whether or not the vehicle was here, we needed to negotiate price or walk. They said they would beat any price(we wanted x amount of $ off MSRP and 0% financing offered by the manufacturer currently) and we got to financing, and were told we wouldn't be able to get 0% financing (without even pulling our credit which is excellent, btw). This frustrated both of us, and we were very close to walking out of the dealership as we had been dealing with back and forth all day and not having consistent answers from most of the team. As they were able to finally give us the deal that we promised and finally able to test drive the car that was driven over from David Mc David, we went through with the deal. Finance did give us honest answers and quotes, but after hearing conflicting information all day, and having tensions run high, there's a chance that many will not even make it to that point. If there is any advice I have to give you, stick to your guns and make sure that they are giving you terms that are consistent. James Adams, our first salesman was the only one who was trying to really diffuse the situation and actually drove over to David Mc David to pull the vehicle himself. I appreciate his effort, but wished we didn't have to deal with so much back and forth. We walked into the dealership at 9 am, and didn't close the deal until 630.
Service and Customer Service - Bsanchez2613
I was a little skeptical about taking my car in for service. I purchased it used and I wasn't given any information on when to take it in for the service. I also asked for a car manual, which wasn't included in the car but the manager didn't deliver. However when I got there the service person was very apologetic and made my experience great. They were very detailed and provided information for future discounts. The service department has restored my opinion of this location. I will definitely take my car back.
"Great Dealership, No Tricks, price was as advertised.." - vnorman
I searched several dealerships for a Nissan Pathfinder and none of the others could compare to Auto Nation Nissan Katy. I was told by other dealerships that there was no way I could get the car at the quoted price and the salesman was trying to get us into their dealership so they could try and add on to the price. Well it didn't happen, I bought the car for exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Very honest people, I wish everyone followed their example.

Steve Rowland gave me the jacket off his back! - Titan2017
Streater Smith is above and beyond the best Nissan dealership in Texas.I have shopped for Trucks in every Nissan dealership from Fort Worth to Bourne To Beaumont Houston Austin etc. I have owned 3 Nissan Frontier and now a 2017 Titan purchased and maintained by Streater Smith. My service contact Meagan has gone above and beyond for me in every way possible and beyond continuously for the last 2 years. Steven Rowland and Leo Arias went above and beyond in every avenue to make sure we were more than happy in a situation we were completely comfortable in. Baker Nissan ripped us off, damaged our windshield, lied countless times and ignored our phone calls from the original sales person up to the dealership manager and finance man. Baker Nissan is Scandalis and full of liars. The staff at Streater Smith exposed their lies and took every step in their power to ensure us a great deal on an excellent vehicle. Steven Rowland literally gave me the jacket off of his back. Leo Arias treated us like we were family. Jennifer has always be the most polite and accommodating service consult you could ever ask for. These people are true, kind and good hearted people who are truly there to help you find the right vehicle for you and your family. Mr. Traylor in financing is a true man of integrity. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go anywhere other then Streater Smith.
Worst Service and General Manager sucks - Gen Morales
-If I could mark a ZERO for this place I would... Just like the employees that work there!
Gillman Nissan is probally the Greediest dealership I have been to in my life.
Bought a car 1 mth ago. I paid half down in cash and just paid the first car payment for the balance. Tire light keeps coming on went to discount and the thread is a 4/32
I UNDERSTAND its recommendation is to change out . But my question is how is a car that's only 4 months old when I bought it a 2016 with only 5,000 miles need new tires already. Less than 1 month owned.
We had a bad first impression of this place and was there for literally 8 hours negotiations the price on a certified car...
When I go back to question what was the thread at inspection time - NO ONE has record of it. Then 30 min later come to find a record of it! It was just found!!!!!Then The GM Mark comes out and basically says Nissan will not replace the tire. I wasent asking for all 4 tires but the one that was a 3 1/2 to a 4 be replaced . Seriously, it's NOT about the $ it's the principal
How do you sell a car with the tire thread at a supposedly 5/32
Not to mention the sales manager and I went out to measure the thread and both agreed on the tire thread measurements. ONLY one was a 7/32
Then the Service manager boss comes out and measures quickly and comes up with totally different measurements. So his service manager can not measure correctly / is he not capable - he's the manager?
Lmao!! Come on who you fooling Nissan 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Nothing but LiARS
Point is from the start we were told this car was not in a wreck and came to find out it was. Then the GM said it was bought at auction.. Ugh hello the sales guy said some lady traded it in?
Point is ALL LIES!!!! And they got caught in all of them
To fight over a $80.00 tire they rather piss a customer off. Instead of replacing it! Then when I mention to the GM I will write a review - he says he feels threatened. Really.. Because A customer advises you of what is about to go on social media and that he can be aware of others knowing of their wrongdoings. That's NOT A THREAT xxxxxxx
It's called communication re: your establishment to others who work hard for their money. And don't want anyone else to get jacked
Well, I have a big mouth and everyone will know not to go there! They will eventually close those doors.. From sales to service to management A ZERO is what the get!!!
Karma is a xxxxx!!!!
Helpful - Lauretta Amber

I would recommend, Mr, Tyler and Mr. John. I honestly felt like they went above and beyond what I expected. Also had no problem with redoing the tint on my car.
