This is my second time buying from Jarrett. I orginally bought a 2016 Altima and 6 months later was totaled in a six car pile up in Houston. I honestly believe that the safety features and the build of the car saved my life. Knowing my situation, Jarrett worked nonstop to find the exact same car. I have never seen anyone work harder to not only meet but exceed my expectations. Our car buying experience at Fred Haas dealership in Tomball, Tx was awesome from beginning to end. My wife and I can say without any doubt Mr. Daryl Williams was by far the most pleasant, professional person we have ever worked with in purchasing a new vehicle. We have purchased many new vehicles for myself, wife, and daughter over the past 30 years. This gentleman went out of his way to make sure everything went well through the whole process. Truly a blessing I am sure to have someone like this in this organization. In addition this process began via a request for a vehicle on Fred Haas website. This began with Ms Stephanie Martinez who responded to my email, called me and set appointment. She also provided me with ALL l the information I requested up front before the appointment. Unlike the other two dealerships I visited, Stephanie had exactly what I requested waiting on me. The other dealerships had add-ons for a surprise when I showed up. I was a little skeptical about taking my car in for service. I purchased it used and I wasn't given any information on when to take it in for the service. I also asked for a car manual, which wasn't included in the car but the manager didn't deliver. However when I got there the service person was very apologetic and made my experience great. They were very detailed and provided information for future discounts. The service department has restored my opinion of this location. I will definitely take my car back.

Streater Smith is above and beyond the best Nissan dealership in Texas.I have shopped for Trucks in every Nissan dealership from Fort Worth to Bourne To Beaumont Houston Austin etc. I have owned 3 Nissan Frontier and now a 2017 Titan purchased and maintained by Streater Smith. My service contact Meagan has gone above and beyond for me in every way possible and beyond continuously for the last 2 years. Steven Rowland and Leo Arias went above and beyond in every avenue to make sure we were more than happy in a situation we were completely comfortable in. Baker Nissan ripped us off,damaged our windshield, lied countless times and ignored our phone calls from the original sales person up to the dealership manager and finance man. Baker Nissan is Scandalis and full of liars. The staff at Streater Smith exposed their lies and took every step in their power to ensure us a great deal on an excellent vehicle. Steven Rowland literally gave me the jacket off of his back. Leo Arias treated us like we were family. Jennifer has always be the most polite and accommodating service consult you could ever ask for. My mother bought her car and has been having it serviced at this location for four years. I simply drop it off and I'm transported back to my home until the car is ready for pick up. Everyone is so kind and treats us like a VIP! One night during the Christmas holidays, mother's battery went dead. I called the service department and they were fixing to close. Instead, the staff stayed there until the service man came out to check out the battery and then replace it. I would say they treat us like family. Who can beat that statement?

They have you come in pretending as if they're going to help you with your trade in it's false advertisement they said they take your trade no matter how much you all when you're getting them they say they pay up to the rough trade in really they suck
Horrible finance for returning calls - Veondral
2016 purchase the first platinum maxima from them in June 2015. went in to cancel gap insurance in Nov.2016 No check as of today 1/2017 called several times no return call from finance horrible. Traded maxima for 2017 pathfinder at clear lake Nissan better customer service and finance.
