Absolutely amazing - mkraus322
I went in to Findlay Chevrolet, knowing exactly what I was looking for. Dave was very helpful. I am very pleased with the vehicle that I purchased, and would definitely go back to this dealership for any and all future purchases.
Best in the west - Chasew89
Everyone there was great in every aspect. Very professional and respectable of your needs and wants. I went to a few dealerships before ending up here and I must say I have never been this satisfied before. The process was simple and quick, I would recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle....Wayne Sanchez and Allen Smith were beyond phenomenal!
Beware of the Finance Dept! - Not To Be Taken Advantage Of!
The process of purchasing a vehicle went smooth until the Finance Dept stepped in. I was hit with such an outrageous Interest Rate that having to obtain an Attorney and threaten a Million Dollar Law Suit was when Fairway renegotiated the contract. Definitely would not recommend this Dealership for a purchase!!
Henderson Chevy NV Horrible Customer Service - Bella
Henderson Chevrolet NV Horrible customer service. Liars, cheats, thieves! Public please be warned this place is terrible! I recently purchased a vehicle here only to have it die mid ride only 5 days after I purchase. They asking me to returned the car to the dealer. They force my signature on many documents. One was the Credit Report...without authorization. Other was ...the dealership increase 167.7 % the car value after purchased. Thank you to Navy Federal, being Military Helps. The Bank contact me and letting me know all those Henderson Chevy Dealership % changes. While I drove to work I saw others dealership options. Long story short... The tech at the other dealer take over cause was not properly serviced by Chevrolet Henderson NV dealership. I called Chevrolet Henderson NV dealer to resolve this, and the sales manager with the worst attitude I've ever encountered basically told me sorry deal with it... apparently if its not a good certified Chevrolet, you out of luck. I completely disregarded my problem starting....well if you don't know the difference between cash and a check emitted for the bank it's your mistake and you pay the price. The "worst experience ever". I run the other direction... I purchased a better-expensive car ) ends here.
