Very pleased with the NO hassle NO pushing environment, gave me best price and got my business the best rate and got everything handled in a very professional manner and definitely would go back to them for my future business fleet purchases. The negotiating did not take long at all, matter of fact NO Negotiations really.
Brian is very professional and witty at the same time. He came down with his best price and was very upfront about everything.
Ken was ready with everything when we came back to sign all paperwork- in and out in no time! And he explained everything very thoroughly and did not miss anything out.

Bought my Chevy in April 2016, made first payment in june, they paid less payoff balance from our contract and owe us 400 from our trade in. We paid Chevy 1000 down and they cashed that check but can't seem to pay us our over payment of 400. They don't answer their phones when we call. We were told they would call us when they got the title to our old car to cut us a check. It is now June 22 and we bought the Chevy on April 21,2016.

Henderson Chevrolet NV Horrible customer service. Liars, cheats, thieves! Public please be warned this place is terrible! I recently purchased a vehicle here only to have it die mid ride only 5 days after I purchase. They asking me to returned the car to the dealer. They force my signature on many documents. One was the Credit Report...without authorization. Other was ...the dealership increase 167.7 % the car value after purchased. Thank you to Navy Federal, being Military Helps. The Bank contact me and letting me know all those Henderson Chevy Dealership % changes. While I drove to work I saw others dealership options. Long story short... The tech at the other dealer take over cause was not properly serviced by Chevrolet Henderson NV dealership. I called Chevrolet Henderson NV dealer to resolve this, and the sales manager with the worst attitude I've ever encountered basically told me sorry deal with it... apparently if its not a good certified Chevrolet, you out of luck. I completely disregarded my problem starting....well if you don't know the difference between cash and a check emitted for the bank it's your mistake and you pay the price. The "worst experience ever". I run the other direction... I purchased a better-expensive car ) ends here.
