The Most Amazing car purchase experience EVER!!!!!!!! - April
I have had my share of car purchases before. But my recent experience at Acura of Glendale was nothing short of AMAZING! After searching tirelessly for the perfect used car for our daughter with no success, we saw a vehicle online. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Maurice Nunez who informed me that the vehicle was still available. Maurice gave me a lot of information on the vehicle and even sent me pictures via text. Although the dealership is not close to my residence, Maurice was trusting enough that we decided to make the drive out. Once there, my family and I were treated with such kindness and professionalism! And the car was BEAUTIFUL to top it off! Maurice Nunez told us everything we needed to know about the car and the great dealership of Acura of Glendale. We purchased the car and even though we had an unusual circumstance, Maurice and the team there including Robert Stern went above and beyond to get our daughter into her new car! I will definitely be spreading the word about the Awesome experience my family and I had at Acura of Glendale. And my husband is already eyeing other cars there for himself in the future!

My Best Car Buying Experience - Samyankee
Hooman was outstanding - he is an up-front guy, worked around our schedule to provide availability and was focused on us and providing quality service. We never felt any pressure and he went out of his to way to explain things and openly answered our questions. I have bought many cars over the years and this purchase was the easiest and least stressful I have ever done. The sales consultant, Balazs Bujdoso, was also extremely helpful and professional and went over details of the vehicle with us slowly and informatively. Pricing was very fair with the CostCo arrangement. Overall, an excellent experience at Weir Canyon Acura.

Drove my old Audi right into the ground so it was time to suck it up and get a new car and deal with a monthly car payment. Abe made the experience I was dreading into a pleasant and memorable event. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was professional and courteous. Haven't serviced the car yet so I can't rate the service department at this time but I'm sure I'll have a glowing review to share in the future.
RDX Purchase - New to Acura
This dealership was great! Mackenzie was very friendly, courteous, easy to talk too, and had all the answers to our inquiries. He made everything easy by helping us with all documents needed to bring home our new 2017 Acura RDX. He was patient as I tested several vehicles. Even when I would just drop by he would drop everything to test drive a car to ensure I was happy. Once purchased he spent a good deal of time to ensure we understood how to operate all the features of our RDX. Amin was fantastic and that had to be the fastest document signing I have ever had at a dealership. Overall I would not complain at all as the whole process was lighting fast. I would recommend this dealership. Thank you for everything. We love the car!

Best car shopping experience ever. I've purchased BMWs and Mercedes before and this was my 1st time at an Acura dealership and let me tell you, I was impressed with the service. My sister traded in her car for a 2015 TLX, and everything went smoothly. Sebastien, James, and the sales manager Steven were great! We drove all the way from the San Fernando Valley because I had read all the other great reviews, and everyone was right. Thumbs up!

No such thing as 1st time quality - Poor Service from Cerritos Acura
Each visit for mechanical service and repairs has required a second visit to either make the proper repair and fix the issue or to fix a second issue caused by the technician.
After replacement of my bluetooth unit and battery I discovered that the voice navigation was now only static noise. Returning to this dealer a week later to have them fix the voice navigation issue I receive a phone call 6 hours later telling me there is no issue. When I arrived to pick up my car I learn that instead of reading that the voice navigation was not working properly the tech instead checked the recently replaced Bluetooth. The customer rep, who didn't bother to read the service request, then states I said the Bluetooth was malfunctioning. When I read the repair order to the rep she then says she read it. Clearly, this was not the case.
Rather than looking at the repair history of my vehicle over the past few weeks and making sure all the electrical work was completed properly they recommend removing the navigation unit and sending it out for repair which alone would cost $630 whether or not any issue were found. Ultimately, I felt this was the wrong course of action when they were not willing to perform even the most basic analysis or diagnostics or even consider checking the electrical work performed over several visits to fix necessary issues and issues of their own making through poor workmanship or poor training. Rather than allow them to make any further improper repairs or cause any further harm to my vehicle I chose to remove my car from the dealership and find a qualified mechanic,rather than an inexperienced technician, to correct their mistakes.

Loved this place. The staff was amazing. My salesperson was very knowledgeable about all the cars he was showing me. He made sure I was able to see every car and not pressure me into getting something I didn't want. Will go back in the future.
If you want to be abused- this is the place for you! - Never Going Back
The service writer was rude, the service manager unprofessionally HID when he was paged. When the general manager got paged, he also hid. Expect no one to help you if you have a service issue.

"You wanted an A1 oil change? Sorry, that does not come with the oil filter!!"
This place is good if you want to get a polite chat, but for the actual service and problem solving regarding your car, I think its better to look somewhere else.
Reason 1: They recommended a standard oil change for 2009 TSX, and told me the result is the same as full synthetic oil change, both will give me 7500 miles. (meaning 1. the $45 difference about the synthetic oil and standard oil is a joke, or 2. they don't know what they are talking about)
Reason 2: After the service, my car came out with some deep scratches, manager immediately went inside and came out to told me 4 of their representatives saw my car came with this damage. Then people out of no where started to came to my car to look at the deep scratches. (4 representatives, saw a silver Acura TSX with deep scratches, at an Acura dealership)
I tried to get the name of those employees who said my car came with these scratches.
One of the them approached me and said "yes, I saw these scratches on this car, and the seat adjuster on the side is broken," which he later on admits that my car is not the car he saw.
Reason 3: I asked to see the surveillance camera because I felt disgusted about their initial reaction to push the problem around instead of just to find out if its their problem, I was reassured by the manager that they will show me the surveillance camera, (because the location of that surveillance camera can prove if I came in with that scratches or not.) I called in next Monday, that manager then told me that he cannot show me the footage because of his superior, but he will try to see what he can do, 2 weeks past, never heard from them again.
Since I am not sure what type of oil they put into my car, I will have to do another oil change soon, not to mention the time wasted on this frustrating situation.
I hope whoever buys a Acura here doesn't have to stick with their service.

I am happy and proud to say my experience with them was awesome and couldnt have been smoother! I traded in my old TRX for the new one. It was a bit rough to find the color and specific features I was looking for, but they were able to get it for me and I was thrilled because the last 4 dealers I visited didn't have them in stock!
My salesman, Ben was super friendly and helpful. We went around the whole car and he took me for a test drive. Fell in love with it and ended up getting the car the same day. Got the payments I wanted and was a happy camper, thank you guys!

Brought my car in for a master cylinder recall. Got my car back with a clicking noise. I brought it back 4 times and still the mechanics cannot get the problem fix. I brought it back a 5th time and this time they wanted $2100 for a problem they caused. Yikes!! I would never recommend this dealership. At least the service department. Might as well go with a Honda since you get sub par Honda service. Will probably go with a Lexus or a MB next time. Acura seriously, if you want to be a Luxury brand you should start acting like an Luxury brand.
