As a life-long car enthusiast, sales and service relationships matter to me. I am writing to acknowledge the terrific experience working with the dealership personnel who made ownership of our 2017 DB11 possible. The team members with whom I interacted at the dealership were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Every employee expressed pride in the dealership's team culture and it showed. My wife and I greatly appreciated this aspect of our experience as everyone was down to earth and focused on making the purchase process straightforward and enjoyable.
I want to extend special thanks to our Sales Associate, Tom Cohen, who in addition to having the attributes listed above, is a very well-informed car enthusiast. It was a pleasure to work with someone who knew everything about the car, its options and performance, which meant that our needs and expectations were perfectly met.
I've owned over 35 automobiles, most recently high-performance/luxury versions Porsche and Mercedes vehicles but have admired Aston Martin's styling, performance and racing pedigree for several years. The DB11is not only stunning but with its V12 engine and exceptional chassis tuning, it's a blast to drive!

Buying luxury cars should be a pleasant and exciting experience. I ordered an Aston Martin DB9 in 2004. Once the car was finally in production, the sales manager -Mr O'Hara- asked me to pay an additional $1600.00 preparation fee to deliver my car. Arrogant attitude, poor business practices, bad manners. Run!!!
