My boyfriend and I came in to look at your Dodge Challengers. A Sales Rep named ANGEL BAY said hello and not only welcomed us but thanked us for coming to the CROWN DODGE dealership. Angel was very enthusiastic and had a lot of POSITIVE ENERGY. It's obvious he really enjoys selling cars. Angel was very polite and what my boyfriend and I were impressed with most was the way he carried himself and how professional he was and how he made buying a car so simple. We came to look and what sold us was the way we were treated and the professionalism and customer service Angel provided. I've never had a Sales Rep at any dealership give us a cold soda in a bottle ( DR PEPPER). If car dealerships had Sales Reps like ANGEL BAY they would sell more cars and have repeat business. A couple weeks ago I posted something it was not a positive review . I was not expecting a phone call back or anything I was sitting on the couch with my son the phone ring was 9 o'clock at night I was very shocked it was the dealership they actually follow through and gave me a call I was very happy my car was in the following week be fixed from the sales manager to the salesperson and to the service department, I'm looking forward to doing more business with them people laugh at me because I have gotten 7 car from them but I'll tell you right now they stand behind their word and they fix the problem sometimes our hands are tied and we have to find other ways to get things fixed and these guys came through.
I have no problem paying my telephone number on here if anybody has any questions sometimes hearing the voice of somebody and the sincerity they have,

He worked with me through the buying process and I was able to achieve a very satisfying purchase, much different than my past experiences. The Kia Soul I bought here is the best car I've ever owned, and I got a fantastic deal. But I never got my second key. They said they had it, but I never went to get it. Until I needed it. Two years later, I go in, $200 key. I think, oh wow, I really screwed up, but they took care of me! I'm getting my service here, now, too, since I found out their prices are way lower than I expected for dealer service. Love my Kia.

The staff was very courteous. Their recommendations were appropriate but not excessive. Staff tried to save me money which i appreciate. CONS: Estimate by first sales rep (NOT Chad) was much lower than actual for same services quoted. Car took a little longer than expected, but was given an update.

My wife's (old, run-it-'till-dead) car had it's last, and I became a car shopper at 11:30PM on a Saturday. By Noon Sunday I had bought her new car from Max at Tuttle-Click. Don't be fooled by low-price offers off the internet. Tuttle-Click will treat you right Orange County-ians. I didn't know about this site, until now, and as an FYI I bought that car January 2016 and the service dept. has kept that standard going since the deal was made. This is the second biggest purchase most people make. The quality of the people you do business with will be remembered long after the thrill of saving $5/month. The entire experience was ace start-to-finish. There are professionals in the Tuttle-Click group from top to bottom...why mess with amateurs?

The bait & switch technique is terrible! I came in yesterday trying to purchase not 1 but 2 vehicles! I am saddened by the absolute lack of moral character displayed by the sales staff. I test drove the purple Jeep Wrangler and told the salesman I wanted to purchase it and hold it. I then test drove a grey Doge Ram dually and told him I wanted it also. When we went inside to write the check for both suddenly the dually was sold! They said they "had others" though but upon looking of course the prices were higher! As for the purple Jeep they of course upped the price even though I printed the price right before going to the store! I'm a good person...I served my country honorably in the US Army. I adopted 6 beautiful kids (most special needs) and now I have custody of an 11 month old I am raising. My karma should be good but this feels REALLY BAD! I do not like the tactics of this sales staff and I am going to make sure everyone knows about this including the DMV. I will take this to court as it is bad advertising and bad sales techniques.

They sold me a defective truck!!!! - elmer
I bought a brand new defective truck from Rydell RAM. It had numerous defects. The dealership was made aware from the beginning. They continually ignored me and did nothing to help me.
Once you buy from them and submit the corporate survey, they do not care about you or your vehicle.
I contacted corporate in Michigan and I filed a grievance.
Rydell RAM and its staff are terrible. Their management is just as bad as their sales staff when it comes to post customer service.
