A couple weeks ago I posted something it was not a positive review . I was not expecting a phone call back or anything I was sitting on the couch with my son the phone ring was 9 o'clock at night I was very shocked it was the dealership they actually follow through and gave me a call I was very happy my car was in the following week be fixed from the sales manager to the salesperson and to the service department, I'm looking forward to doing more business with them people laugh at me because I have gotten 7 car from them but I'll tell you right now they stand behind their word and they fix the problem sometimes our hands are tied and we have to find other ways to get things fixed and these guys came through.
I have no problem paying my telephone number on here if anybody has any questions sometimes hearing the voice of somebody and the sincerity they have,

Worst experience ever. Nobody answers the phone in the service department. The service line is always out to the street and they can't service your car in a timely manner. If you do manage to pull into the dealership there is no place to park and very difficult to turn around to get out. The first time I left my car there they had it for a week and returned it with the problem still existing plus a new dent. The second time(and last time I will ever go there) nobody notified me my car was done, I had to ask! When I asked if there was another dealership near by they said no, they said people come from far way because the other dealerships are even busier. I got on my phone and called the Browning dealership which is right down the freeway about ten minutes away and was able to bring my car right in, fixed and returned free of charge within two days. Ontario Jeep needs to work on their customer service, I have friends who also have very negative things to say about this place. Go anywhere but here, it is worth driving further!

But here at Simi Valley Chrysler Jeep dodge and ram , it was the best experience Ever ... # 1 if you need any help , first talk to Art Kupelian he not only helped but was able to get me a deal in less than 24hrs. I texted him with my deal and what I needed and how I needed it done , and then next morning I got a message from him saying he should hear something soon and within an hour I got a call saying there was an approval and when my wife and I got there it took less than 2 hours and we were out .. The only bad part of this dealership is that they're out in Moreno Valley. But like a fine wine, it takes a little while to get to perfection. When you want service done right, take the time to come out to Moreno Valley to have your vehicle serviced, you won't be disappointed.

Stay away from these guys. I've had the most unprofessional experience I've had with any business.
Their GM (Marcy was his name I believe) literally yelled immaturely in the showroom until I decided to leave. They managed to slip something in on my final contract of a Jeep I bought from them that the salesman agreed should not have been there. After speaking and clarifying with a couple managers that there was a mistake made, Marcy started yelling at his sales manager that he wasn't going to change anything and that I could contact his lawyer.
Mind you, I was standing right next to his sales manager and he refused to address me. Also, I'm utterly confused how everyone that was a part of the transaction agrees there was a mistake made and he refused to fix it.
There are PLENTY of reviews around how bad these guys are. I wish I never would have worked with them, they are the most unprofessional and untruthful kind of business there is...

I leased a 2004 Jeep Cherokee with these guys. At the time the sales team was great. Very professional and not too pushy.
But once the lease began it's been xxxx dealing with the service dept. Their was a Jeep recalls so I brought the car in on a Wednesday to be picked up the next morning. But I never get a call to pick it up like I was promised. I called Thurs but no call back. I called Friday and again, nothing. I waited to pick it up and left two messages in vain. I called Saturday - and left messages with a few people including the head of service - and NOBODY CALLS BACK! I'm rearranging my day and they could care less.
DO NOT LEASE A JEEP AT HOOMAN. The day you drop it off to get serviced you will realize what a mismanaged, horribly inept place this is.
They do not care about their customers once you sign the lease. If CHRYSLER is reading this, you need to do a customer investigation on this dealership.

I made an inquiry regarding a new Ram pickup giving the service person all of my information. I had to call twice just trying to get a response and was told "i'm working on it". After 24 hours or more I told the dealership that their treatment for a new customer was unacceptable and don't bother calling me.

This is a WARNING to all buyers! Here is a run down of my experience at Tuttle. First of all i took my 16 year old daughter to purchase her first vehicle. This was supposed to be a memorable moment instead it has been nothing but a nightmare. I got to the Dealership and met Jorge the sales rep which came across so polite and very genuine. I end up purchasing a "Preowned Certified Vehicle" which was a 2014 Black Jeep Wrangler with a soft top at the time i was purchasing it they made promises after promises. Once the paperwork was complete no one went over the vehicle with my daughter. The handed the vehicle over to my daughter dirty and then said they will go over how to remove the top tomorrow. We drove the vehicle home and heard rattling noises, the brakes were acting up and each turn my daughter made we heard a loud noise. We came in the next day the salesperson wasn't there he was off, i asked if someone can take a look at the vehicle and take it for a drive to check about the noise, Service department asked me to leave it and they will check it out and give me a call. 4 days pass by and i called the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle, they advised nothing was wrong with the vehicle and it was ready to be picked up. I picked up my vehicle and when i received my invoice no where did it state that they inspected the brakes or the loud noise. I took the vehicle home and of course the brakes were acting up and the noise still there. I called again and emailed my sales person to advise him that i need the service department to take a look at the vehicle. I was asked to bring the vehicle back in and no one was available to help me. I waited 30 minutes before anyone can help and again asked if they can go for a test drive so that i can explain what noise and the brake issue. They asked me to leave my vehicle again and i did, this time 5 days and no response so i call in to check the status of my vehicle and was advised that the Brake Booster was replaced and they now resolved the issue. I am extremely disappointed that a dealership will put a vehicle on the lot for sale that is Certified Preowned and have the issues i had. Along with a broken brake light to top it off. Not only that the soft top is defective and had velcro on the top to secure the top from the sides. I pointed that out to the General Manager which said that he wished he can help me but he cannot because of the sales tax of the vehicle which was a lie that i found out when i contacted the Board of Equalization. His resolution was that the brake issue was fixed and they can peel it off the velcro from the soft top. WOW!! what wonderful service. This is unacceptable! not only did i purchase a vehicle and the very next day have issues i had my vehicle sitting in the service department for a total of 10 days and only owned the vehicle for 3 weeks. We didn't get to drive the vehicle without an issue. The manager didn't care to work with me to make things better instead he continued to make excuses. When i called the service department they hung up on me. I spoke again to the GM he advised me to take my jeep somewhere else to get it checked out. How would a mother feel safe purchasing a vehicle with brake issues and handing it over to her daughter? I have never in my life experienced this type of service and have ever had an issue purchasing a vehicle. I will be contacting the BBB and Department of DMV Investigation to report that a CPO was sold to me with Brake problems along with the Jeep Corporation. This is not how a dealership should operate nor treat their customers. I went to Tuttle Click to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and it resulted into a nightmare. I hope that everyone that reads my review will take my advise to save themselves from this type of situation. You cannot TRUST this company nor the people that work there. I will contact consumer affairs along with Jeep Corporate office to advise them on the service, the vehicle and file my complaints.

After working with Michael in Fleet, I am a fan and client for life! I contacted Glendale Dodge after reading the reviews, and was fortunate to meet Michael. He not only provided stellar service from my initial contact, but all throughout the sales process. I purchased a Ram 2500 Cargo Van, and Michael who was extremely professional, friendly, and transparent during the process, provided the best deal in this town and beyond.
I have worked with numerous dealerships in the past, and the team at Glendale Dodge is really outstanding. Sako was able to meet me to complete the deal and deliver the car. Jeff in Finance who is extremely knowledgeable, very clearly and thoroughly reviewed the contract, and other docs with us. He worked efficiently, and with our interests in mind, completed the transaction in a timely manner. The van was immaculate when we picked it up, clean so clean, and a full tank of gas. I didn't even think dealers did that any longer!
So, if you want a phenomenal deal, outstanding service, and an all around wonderful experience - again who says that when buying a vehicle?! - go see Michael at Glendale Dodge, along with Sako and Jeff. Thank you Michael, Sako, and Jeff -- you guys are the BEST!!
UNDEPENDABLE Service Department/No Ethics, & - Irisnes1!
Here is an overal overview:
The sales staff appear nice & promise the works to make the sale. But, their Service Department is a whole different ball game...
Starting from Service Manager, no one seems to consider or even care about Ethics, and Customer Loyalty. Spend little time & you'll see how their own employees don't respect their company! one of them actually told me the following in response to my complain;
"hey man, it's Dodge... What can I say... They are cheap..."
Please note: I treat my truck, I was told, better than my wife. when I checked in, their service adviser complimented me & said its obvious This Truck is well maintained.
I have a detailed list of Every Single Repair, Modification, or Maintnance since day 1.
However, as 🔜 as they determined that the problem was Power Train, & Still under warranty, i was no longer a paying customer to them.! No one had time to even speak, & every problems 1st possible cause became ....
" Bad Maintnance, Abuse, Neglect!" Even tho, same person was complimenting me on how well maintained my truck seemed & how organised every document & record was!
First Claimed, since I didn't do my Oil Change By Dependable Dodge, they can't offer warranty! Even Went as far as claiming that it was the condition of warranty!
( That is Legaly incorrect)
Then, Claimed I need to have Kept the Actual Receipts, Since 2011, for things that are not even relevant!
Note: Even tho it was alread Documente in the Maintnance booklet. (Pretty much imply my record was fake)
I even said if you can find any signs of Sludge or abuse, then I will be ok with Denying my claim.
He agreed there was no signs, yet, kept repeating himself about Company Policy, they have to follow procedures, he has to follow legal Gide lines....
Once I addressed one, he would come up with another stupid technicality...
Funny thing, they don't deny it. I Auote: " for $3-$4 repairs we need to have a complete investigation, & send to Corporate for approval"
I had to actually ask service manager to please talk to me like a normal human being, instead of Responding like i'm talking to "Siri"...
I don't know what is goin on with Dodge, but I really like my Ram & planned to keep it... But, they have a serious problem... Nothing goes smooth... It seems they are trained to use every tool to deny warranty claims... They Bluf, & if it doesn't work, then do the job... How can I trust they do what they say?
Already have another problem with Rental...
1st I was told, if it turn out to be the camshaft, which it did, they caver 5 Days Rental! Also said it'll take 3-4 Business days to replace camshaft. On Day 6th I get a call, telling me the company approved my Repa??r & covers the cost, & 2 days of rental!!!
On Day 1, The SM had me sign authorisation for $3000 Engine Work, In case warranty didn't cover, and still kept my truck for a week before start working on it. Finally after 10
Days it was done, but now back & forth over rental... I was trying to hear his logic, but...
Still in progress... i'm waiting to hear back from SM Regarding Rental Charges...
I am a single Parent of a 3 Year old, & also under Cronic Medical Treatment Every other Day...
I depend on my transportation,. 10 days W/O my truck, while under warranty! Any other Dealer would cover the rental... It's unfair to make the customer pay $500-$700 for rental!

False inter state advertising - un ethical practices. - dooped
While in Wyoming ( November 28, 2017) I saw Hunters advertising a New 2017 ivory Jeep Grand Cherokee Jeep Overland on the web page with the following discounts. $4,000.00 from Hunter, $2,500.00 from Chrysler. I asked several questions via e-mail about this new 2017 Jeep advertised for $52,380 before $6,500 in discounts. A week and 5 e-mails later we arrive back to our home in Bakersfield. The salesman told me he would be in at 3 on Monday morning. I called him and said we were about 70 miles from Bakersfield. He called me back and told me he could not find the Jeep on the lot and just learned the owners wife was driving it. I said then it isn't new. After some conversation elapsed we went to Hunter. The Jeep had 550 miles on it, was not new, and Mr. Flores tried to tell me the Chrysler discount was $2,000 and not $2,500 as was on the their inner net. I shared with him that Hunter had over 20 vehicles with the $2,500 discount on their web page. The salesman went to his desk and pulled up their web page. There it was $2,500.00. Eventually after alot of arguing Mr. Flores said he would give me the $2,500. I told him that he wasn't giving it to me he advertised that discount to everyone in a greedy attempt to get people to come to Hunter and then to wiggle out of the $2,500. This was my second Jeep. I had just sold our 2015. I received a post card from Chrysler stating they would give me $500.00 off the purchase of a new vehicle. After a verbal confrontation of this unethical advertising campaign by Hunter he said he would give me the $4,000, the $2,500 as was advertised plus Chrysler was going to give me another $500 f\because this was my second Jeep. This being said - all of these discounts was for a new Jeep, in my mind with maybe 2 to 10 miles on it; readily sitting on the lot and not driven by anyone. I told Mr. Flores in his office to make the discount "right" for this Jeep not being a new jeep as advertised on their web page. I left his office. About 3 hours later we go through financing. I did not verify the additional discount for the Demo Jeep. On Tuesday I looked at the financing document and I did not get a penny off for buying a DEMO unit with 550 miles on it. Imagine if I had went to the dealership with a 2017 Jeep with 550 miles on it what they would have offered me for it . I looked up the price of this truck on Nada. The value of this Jeep drops significantly from New with 2 miles on it to 550 miles on it. Yet, not a penny in discount for this Demo unit.
In conclusion had I known from the beginning ( a week earlier during contact with the salesman) that this Jeep was being advertised as a NEW Jeep but in reality was a demo unit being driven by "the owners wife" I would have went to Huntington Chrysler because they offer the same discounts for an actual - NEW on the lot Jeep. Chrysler does a great job with the Overland., This is our 2nd. Jeep. No one should have to fight to get what they were promised for discounts. The salesman actually sent me the picture from the web page with those discounts on it. So, these discounts were not a mistake but rather within a plan. to get the customer in their office, hooked on their vehicle then get out of the advertised Chrysler discount of $2,500.00 .
Advertised as New but was a jeep being driven every day, this 2017 Jeep was not on the lot and actually had 550 miles on it when I got there. The salesman ( Chris) did not know it was on the lot. Chris told me that this jeep was new and he would have it prepped and gassed up after I bought it.
But then , he didn't know it wasn't a new unit. But - Mr. Flores did. Lastly when I confronted Mr. Flores he told me he did not have to sell me this jeep.
I asked to speak to the owner or the Manager several times. Mr. Flores told me he acted on the behalf of the owner. He was very reluctant to have me talk to his manager. And, never granted my request.
From what I know now Mr. Flores did in fact direct the web page manger to include these discounts. Mr. Flores told me that everyone there reports to him. Subsequently and by his own admission the web manager does not list prices himself , he/she just inserts what numbers he/ she was given. by Mr. Flores.
Mr. Flores will never ever sell me another Jeep. This entire dealership is under the direct command of Mr. Flores and his ethics needs to be confronted in a class action litigation on the grounds of inner net fraud for financial gain.
I will go to Huntington Chrysler because Bakersfield seldom offers any discounts.
Hunter in Lancaster - one can leave their home expecting to buy a new Jeep and once they get to Lancaster Chrysler actually get a used Jeep ( driven by someone with over 500 miles on it) for the price of a new jeep and not get a penny in discount.
What ever happened to Ethics and honor ?

My daughter need a good used car, and we found a good candidate at this dealership. We encountered a sales team (Alvin, Mike, and Luke) that provided low-stress, professional service. The car was just what we were looking for, and the price was very fair. I was concerned that the battery could be an issue, and Luke (the manager) agreed to make it right if we encountered any problems in the next month or two. This was a handshake agreement. 3 days later, my daughter was stranded with a dead battery. Luke had it tested, and when it failed, he replaced it with a new battery at NO COST. Anybody can make a mistake or misjudge a situation. How they make it "right" is a true test of character.
They honored their word, and that is huge for me.
