My wife's (old, run-it-'till-dead) car had it's last, and I became a car shopper at 11:30PM on a Saturday. By Noon Sunday I had bought her new car from Max at Tuttle-Click. Don't be fooled by low-price offers off the internet. Tuttle-Click will treat you right Orange County-ians. I didn't know about this site, until now, and as an FYI I bought that car January 2016 and the service dept. has kept that standard going since the deal was made. This is the second biggest purchase most people make. The quality of the people you do business with will be remembered long after the thrill of saving $5/month. The entire experience was ace start-to-finish. There are professionals in the Tuttle-Click group from top to bottom...why mess with amateurs?

There was a bit of a wait, because they were busy, and it was nearing lunch time. So I had to wait a bit before speaking to the service advisor, but I didn't mind. The service advisor was professional and concise, told me it would be about an hour and a half to 2 hours. So I left the key in the car and got an uber home. Called two hours later, and they were just finishing up, so I hopped in another uber back, and they were just finishing up the paperwork. Signed, paid (apparently I'd bought a package of oil changes at some point, and I still had one left over, so the oil change was free, but I also wanted them to take a look at an issue with the plastic splash guard coming lose, so I had to pay a few dollars for the hardware to re-attach it), picked up my car (it was parked right out front) and left. Was a very fast, painless experience, as it always is.

I have been on the search for a rhino grand Cherokee altitude and I called in to Scott Robinson Jeep and was transferred to Yusef Martinez not only did he know the vehicle inside out he was able to answer every single question I had for him. The Kia Soul I bought here is the best car I've ever owned, and I got a fantastic deal. But I never got my second key. They said they had it, but I never went to get it. Until I needed it. Two years later, I go in, $200 key. I think, oh wow, I really screwed up, but they took care of me! I'm getting my service here, now, too, since I found out their prices are way lower than I expected for dealer service. Love my Kia.

We had a great employee helping us. Her name was Simone. The only part I would say lacked is just how long it took to actually buy the vehicle. We paid in full--no financing necessary, and we were there for 2 hours. It was really ridiculous. This needs to be streamlined. It should not take that long to purchase a vehicle when you are paying cash for it.

This is in response to the owners reply. I do have a life, and posted my initial complaint the same day I did on BBB, as well as the other websites he boasted about. It obviously took this site awhile to post. To the readers researching this dealership, you can see by the owner's reply that he is rude and not concerned about his lack of customer service skills. I implore you to check out responses by other dealers. Most don't use profanity, inflated egos and turn the blame on his disgruntled customers. Again, I stand by my comment, that if I can warn even 1 potential customer, it is worth the effort. I believe customer service is extremely important. This guy can't help but throw a tantrum every time someone complains. Buyer beware and best of luck if you choose to go forward with a sale here. Most of the complainrs are regarding the lack of service after they've pocketed your money.

He not only provided stellar service from my initial contact, but all throughout the sales process. I purchased a Ram 2500 Cargo Van, and Michael who was extremely professional, friendly, and transparent during the process, provided the best deal in this town and beyond.
I have worked with numerous dealerships in the past, and the team at Glendale Dodge is really outstanding. Sako was able to meet me to complete the deal and deliver the car. Jeff in Finance who is extremely knowledgeable, very clearly and thoroughly reviewed the contract, and other docs with us. He worked efficiently, and with our interests in mind, completed the transaction in a timely manner. The van was immaculate when we picked it up, clean so clean, and a full tank of gas. I didn't even think dealers did that any longer!

They sold me a defective truck!!!! - elmer
I bought a brand new defective truck from Rydell RAM. It had numerous defects. The dealership was made aware from the beginning. They continually ignored me and did nothing to help me.
Once you buy from them and submit the corporate survey, they do not care about you or your vehicle.
I contacted corporate in Michigan and I filed a grievance.
Rydell RAM and its staff are terrible. Their management is just as bad as their sales staff when it comes to post customer service.
