Joe Hill - You are outstanding. - Kdjune
My car had broken down on the freeway. I purchased the vehicle from carmax and had the vehicle towed to their location as it was nearby. After about a week with no rental or diagnostic to determine the issue with the vehicle it was towed to the Cerritos Infiniti service department. Joe took over the vehicle and was such a delight. From a nightmare to a dream basically. They determined the diagnosis of the vehicles issue and got it in right away. I was provided a rental as it would take some time to fix. I received daily updates on the vehicle and my warranty status. I was beyond satisfied with his service and the Cerritos team! I received my vehicle back and it ran like new. Another small issue occurred. I called Joe he got me in and taken care of right away!!! Thank you Joe for everything!!!

Best Dealership I have ever been too! - dlove2127
I was in a very bad situation(credit score) and they helped find a great vehicle with low mileage, and a payment I can actually afford!. The sales men and operations people I dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable. The best part of all this was I did not feel pressured and intimidated.
I would recommend them and trust them!
Outstanding service. - Red1
Cheryl is an outstanding service representative and always works to satisfy my schedule and the service rendered is exceptional. I have worked with Cheryl for many years and when ever I come in it is a pleasant experience.
Great buying experience!!! - Whoa!
The process was amazing from the 1st phone call. Chris Caballero was the nicest sales person I have ever encountered on the phone. We made the deal over the phone in 20 minutes. When I got to the dealership, the environment was incredibly warm and friendly and they all work together as a great big family. Answered all my questions and dealt with my concerns. Walked out with the car and very happy. Will be back!!!
Amazing Service - Charley L
Tuan has been my service advisor for years and treats you like family not just a customer. He goes out of his way to take care of you and meet your demands. I will continue taking all my Infiniti cars to Tuan. Hands down the best service advisor out there!
GREAT GROUP OF GUYS/GALS - gusker
Last week I leased a new Q40 from Infiniti of Thousand Oaks!! I couldn't be more pleased with the attitudes of all the people I interacted with, from the Sales Consultant, Micky Krunsbruner, the Personal Assistant, Travis Lee, the Service Consultants, Julio Ramirez and Alba Ramirez, and EVERYONE ELSE that I had the pleasure of interacting with and don't have their names. They made doing business with them more of a pleasure than the normal dreaded event. The Q40 is my 4th Infiniti with this dealership. I wouldn't have come back if I wasn't pleased with the customer service!!!!
Worst Experience Ever - JJ17
I was at the dealership on New Year's Eve to meet with Ray. I had been in contact with Ray via email and expressed my interest in specific vehicles (provided information for each vehicle down to the VIN) and that's what I was expecting to look at when I got there. First impression was incredibly rude and disrespectful. My daughter and I walked in after initially being greeted by someone outside saying you're here for Infinity? As if there was something else to be at the front door for. We looked at each other and so the downward spiral began. We were directed to Ray who looked completely confused and shocked when we were at his office door. I don't know if it was that he wasn't expecting African Americans or what, but it was completely obvious that he was thrown for a loop. He introduced himself and my daughter and I introduced ourselves and he said mother and daughter, we said yes...there was an awkward pause and he said "interesting". I asked what was interesting. He said that you have different last names. What the **ll does that mean?!?!?!?! Would you dare to ask someone else that question and why? What were you assuming. So, I use my maiden name. None of your business. So of course, I asked why is that so interesting and he just mumbled. From there on everything went left. He had no idea what cars I was interested in, had no keys to access vehicles and besides being completely unprofessional in having potential customers walk the levels of random cars stored in an empty building, he had the nerve to ask if I was interested in a very late model Cadillac that happened to be parked with the vehicles he had no information on whatsoever. I knew I had already given him way too much of my time, but we walked back across the street, he had us sit in his office while he went to get "keys". He came back with one key and I assume we would have to have walked back to the empty building to find the car it matched. At that point I had enough. I proceeded to let him know just how unprofessional I though he was and how there is no way I would give my business to him or the dealership. He stood there looking completely confused with nothing to say. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. To add insult to injury, as I was walking out, a salesman was walking out an elderly African American woman who was in the showroom shopping for a vehicle, he loudly with a grin told her to "come back when you save enough money and we'll see what we can do". The woman looked completely mortified and walked away completely embarrassed and I was embarrassed for her, as that should have been expressed to her in private and not treated as a joking situation. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. As someone who does live in the area Ray, shame on you and shame on the dealership for the way you treat people.
Cheated at service department - elemteacher
I purchased a used Infiniti M35 from another dealer. About a month into ownership, the brakes were shuddering. Took it to Infiniti of Valencia. They said that in addition to the brakes, the driver's chair was coming lose from the frame of the vehicle, the drive belts where broken and just flapping around inside, and fan shroud was broken. This would cost me $2,400 to fix. I didn't have that kind of money and so I had them fix the brakes only. I took the vehicle to a non-dealership mechanic. He agreed that the fan shroud was lose, but he took out the drive belts and showed me that they were not broken at all, just a bit cracked--they definitely wouldn't have been "flapping around". He also said that he could find nothing wrong with the driver's seat.
Will not be taking my vehicle back to Infiniti of Valencia, even though there is no other Infiniti dealership in my area.
Wake up people, there is a reason for the terrible ratings! - Just your average car buyer
The worst car buying experience of my entire life. I'm a reasonable guy who rarely writes a review, but the people at this dealership are the worst! They had a used Lexus that I was very interested in that I found on Autotrader. When I called, I asked them about their low 1 star rating and mentioned that I would need to drive an hour to get there and was concerned about how they treat people. The sales guy (WALTER) I talked to said that they were unaware of their low rating but assured me he was an honest professional. I rolled the dice and made the drive to see the car. Once I decided that I wanted to try to purchase the car, the salesperson disappeared and (Van) "the closer" and used car manager came in to screw me over. The first thing I asked him was why they only had a 1 star rating on Autotrader. He seemed to be unaware of the rating, couldn't care less and blamed it on stupid people who have buyers remorse. Then he started out whining about how they lose money on every new car purchase and only survive on factory volume rebates to stay in business. He claimed that my Kelly Blue Book valuation was worthless and that he need to make at least $1000 over his cost. So the only price he would accept was one that made him his $1000 over what he claimed to pay for the vehicle and way over the KBB excellent price. I wanted the car so I decided to take the next step. The finance lady Fonda was cold and clearly hates customers and hates her job. I was left in a bare room by myself for 45 minutes while they came up with financing options. The sales guy suddenly re-appeared and came in with a 10.99% rate. I said no way and told him that I was leaving. As I was walking away in the parking lot, he dropped it to 8.99% and I told him no. As I was driving home, another guy (Mitch) called and offered me 8.49%. I never bought the car. I was there for a total of 3 hours and was never even offered a drink of water or any type of courtesy. The next day I found out that they gave my personal info out to 9 different financing companies without my knowledge so my credit score dropped significantly in one day. Their business practices and culture are shocking and I wouldn't be surprised if Infinity Corporate would cancel their franchise agreement. Finally, here is a tip anyone can use to tell if they are lying to you.................if their lips are moving. Think about how many others don't want to waste 30 minutes writing a review to warn others. Research other Infiniti dealers in So Cal and go there regardless of the drive.
