This is my second leased Infiniti from the same dealer. This transaction was way more pleasant. Walt and Harry in internet sales made the negotiation phase really smooth. Not only that, but the level of valuing the customer and the keen to keep me as a repeat customer was impressive.
I can't say enough of the finance guy. I can't remember his name (he was from Puerto Rico I believe)but he showed the highest standards of sales person. He explained extremely well the benefits of the extended warranty but never was pushy about it, not to mention his demeanor.
Between internet sales and finance I give you guys 5 out of 5

Coming from a family of mechanics and auto enthusiasts, I have never been a fan of going to the dealer for routine service. I recently had an experience with the auto mechanic that I have been using for several years. After multiple service calls for inability to start my car that the mechanic was unable to diagnose, I went to Cerritos Infiniti and had the pleasure of being assisted by Isaac Diaz. He alleviated my fears of expensive repairs, kept me informed, and did not try to upsell services that I did not need. My problem turned out to be a simple defective battery that was installed by the previous mechanic (incidentally, probably wasn't needed to begin with), and the technician also discovered an expensive oil pan leak that was still under warranty. Isaac and the service crew saved me money, time, and hassle. I stopped in without an appointment to have my brakes checks, after having a lot of squealing. Hans Rico checked them for me, and I was on my way, worries alleviated. I have since returned for a routine oil change and tire rotation. It was Isaac's day off, and I was greeted by Allan Yoc. Again, excellent service, all questions answered, I was not rushed, and was treated to a free shuttle to the mall while I waited for the service to be done! I love this place and feel like my business is appreciated and my concerns matter here! Your service staff converted me!

I went to service and went to pay my bill. I got my brand new car from this dealer. The cashier was not precisely the most attentive person in the agency, so I decided to call to leave my feedback. I was transferred from Tiffany (receptionist) to a Manager, by the same Sandy. When I suggest him to encourage his staff to smile more, he responded: "I cannot tell them what to do or when do they need to smile..." I was shocked to hear his answer. No wonder the service quality has gone down the hill. If the actual leaders of that dealership think the way Mr. Sandy does, no wonder why.... I was so badly impressed! I will bring my car to another dealer definitely! So my question is 13 Years of Circle of Excellence?? Where, when, howww...

I purchased a used Infiniti M35 from another dealer. About a month into ownership, the brakes were shuddering. Took it to Infiniti of Valencia. They said that in addition to the brakes, the driver's chair was coming lose from the frame of the vehicle, the drive belts where broken and just flapping around inside, and fan shroud was broken. This would cost me $2,400 to fix. I didn't have that kind of money and so I had them fix the brakes only. I took the vehicle to a non-dealership mechanic. He agreed that the fan shroud was lose, but he took out the drive belts and showed me that they were not broken at all, just a bit cracked--they definitely wouldn't have been "flapping around". He also said that he could find nothing wrong with the driver's seat.
Will not be taking my vehicle back to Infiniti of Valencia, even though there is no other Infiniti dealership in my area.

Bought a used car but they didn't want to honor the warranty to fix pre existing issues. Offered to give me full credit and sell me another car that they purchased specifically for me. I was strung along for weeks while we waited for the car to arrive and be certified. It when time came for me to go check it out, the manager I was dealing with was fired and I was told everything he had purchased was sent back.
They talked me into a lease at 15k miles per year even though I drive 18-20k per year but I was stuck since they already sold my trade in and took back the used car. I signed electronically and made the mistake of not reviewing all the printed paperwork before I left only to find out a few weeks later that they only gave me 12k miles per year and $800 + full purchase price taxes less for the used car they took back.
I brought it up to Their general manager and was told there was nothing they could do because Infiniti now held the contract. I called Corporate and was told the dealership was the only one that could change anything and had to do a rewrite. After going back to the dealership, the manager then told me not to worry about the mileage and they would take the lease back after two years and he would personally see to it that they find the right used car for me and I would have no penalties returning the car early. Well two years were almost up and I contacted the manager. He said I'd have to buy a new car and put a huge down payment because I would be upside down turning in the car early because I was responsible for paying out the whole lease.
I tried every way to get them to honor their word and would've taken it to court if I had any physical proof of anything but I had nothing. I am now done with the lease and about to turn in the car this weekend.
I am glad to be rid of it and will never again even think about doing business with infiniti or Nissan corporation in any way whatsoever! My rating is not only for the dealership but for their corporate and infiniti financial as well!
Gaston was a nice guy and offered me advice but ultimately he represents the dealership and knew what they were doing. I spoke with a few former employees and they apologized like crazy for not warning me of the xxxx they knew I was getting into.

I was in a very bad situation(credit score) and they helped find a great vehicle with low mileage, and a payment I can actually afford!. The sales men and operations people I dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable. The best part of all this was I did not feel pressured and intimidated.
I would recommend them and trust them!
