I came in for a recall and maintenance service and Dion was very calm and very knowledgeable person to deal with. You don't have to do a lot of talking and he mostly knows what you really need and not pushing for any unnecessary service. He tried to detail everything that needs to be done and what was done. I also wanted to thank the people behind the scene - the mechanic.

I came across Cerritos Infiniti during their Fourth of July deals, and was approached by Ali, a salesman from Infiniti Cerritos. I already knew i wanted the new Q60, so Ali took me inside to talk about the lease deals and made my girlfriend and I very comfortable with the numbers for the lease. I took my car for reprogram my key because my wouldn't start and I told the tech that battery was lose and dirty he's we will fix that
They call me later that won't connect with their computer and he's will cast 400 dollars to fix the problem two day passed nothing after they call me and said the my battery wired and other wire were melted and will cost me 1200 fix or 5000 for wire harness for the car I told won't do it the car was that even worth it and he charge 400 dollars and they didn't do anything I tow my car back home and clean the battery wire and thermal and charge the battery and my car started I call them and told then they didn't do anything and give my money back they said work hours and hours in car and they didn't charge battery or clean the wire for battery this is the worst job I get done from this dealer not going back with this guy and also won't recommend then

I leased my car 6 months ago. I didn't get my second car key, which shouldn't happen. Regardless, he promised the keys will arrive in 48 hours!
IT'S BEEN 6 MONTHS!!!!!
I've been trying to get a hold of him for the past 6 months, feels like i'm at their mercy.
no respond, no call backs, no text...what did i do to get this kind of treatment????
So i had to get the another guy CLIFF WONG involved, he said he'll get someone to take care of it. NO CALL BACK..Just like the rest, they learn from their seniors! The line of operation sucks, terrible.
It's ridiculous! I get a call next day from RICARDO, that the key is in, so i went in.
Greeted by receptionist ARIANA, stinkiest attitude. For a receptionist, shame on her, doesn't even know how to smile, extremely rude. She's the first impression for this dealership, INFINITI, keep that in mind.
She send us to the service area, and we waited for an hour when it should be 30 mins to install the key to my car. The service guy comes back and tell me "the key doesn't work, let me see."
I can't believe it, just can't believe it.
JOEMARI comes in as if he doesn't owe me an apology, for the past 6 months....not going to deal with him anymore. He simple doesn't care, and not knowledgeable of what a PROFESSIONAL SALES PERSON IS. It's ok, POOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING.
Waited again, only to tell me they're trying another key; still not working.
FINALLY, they said they'll order me another key and come back tomorrow.

So i went to the front and spoke to ARIANA again and she said "well manager is not here, go to the cashier department" NO I'M NOT!
ARIANA is going to have to work today, and pick up that phone and call someone!!!!!!!!! Poor little one, never dealt with an actual customer before.

UNAWARE of anything for the life of him, comes out in slow motion and greets me as if i have the time in the world.
My sister talked to him, he is NOT aware of anything. he said "why is there no 2nd key the first place?" HE ASKED MY SISTER.
Well we don't know, we don't work for INFINITI! Go figure! GO ASK YOUR PEOPLE.
He said the key will arrive the following day, and got me another car and will drop off my q50 to me. He didn't want to talk to my upset sister on the phone, well, he doesn't have a choice! He's going to have to hear it!
Does it have to be like this? If everyone was more professional and well communicated, something so small wouldn't have blow into such a big mess.
point is, no one will be upset if proper things are taken care of, if customers are taken care of!
Nothing was taken care of! NOTHING!
THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND WILL NEVER COME BACK!

I had been into the dealer ship on Thursday to look at the QX30, liked it so much I came back with my husband on Friday to show him and possibly take a test drive. Initially I dealt with Samantha and she was very nice. On Sat she was busy so we were introduced to the sales manager Gil. After looking at a few cars and walking all over the lot, it was determined they didn't have the car we were looking for on the lot. Back to his cubicle to see if he could find the car at another dealer. When we had questions, Gil had to look every thing up on the computer, didn't seem to know the car very well. We we asked for a price on the car with the trim level we wanted, Gil disappeared into an office claiming he needed to print a "menu". Keep in mind this is after already having been at the dealership for about an hour. He didn't come back. After about 20 min we got up and looked for him. He was sitting in the office with other employees, chatting. We left. Despite Gil having my husbands phone number, we've received no follow up call. We were prepared to buy a car - very disappointing. We will not be purchasing from this dealer.

Over the years we have owned six Infiniti vehicles. We currently own three. The service has always been outstanding. The cars are kept in tip-top condition and they work is done on time at a fair price. They are good about telling me what needs to be done and what can be deferred.
I have also purchase four new cars from this dealer. No hassle and great pricing.

I'm now a customer for life. I called in today and had an appt with Celia Cervantes. She was awesome. I had so many questions about the q50 and she answered all them. While I was in the showroom the General Manager Ali Khan took the time out of his busy day to come and greet me. He assured me I was in good hands. I worked out the deal I wanted in no time. The Finance Manager Mansoor Ali was just great. He explained to me the different protection packages and finance options available to me. In the very end when I got my car Celia had put a giant red bow on it so I can take a pic. Her attention to detail is unbelievable. Mr Khan the General Manager also walked outside to thanked me for my business. I really appreciate the time and effort they put on my awesome deal.

I went to service and went to pay my bill. I got my brand new car from this dealer. The cashier was not precisely the most attentive person in the agency, so I decided to call to leave my feedback. I was transferred from Tiffany (receptionist) to a Manager, by the same Sandy. When I suggest him to encourage his staff to smile more, he responded: "I cannot tell them what to do or when do they need to smile..." I was shocked to hear his answer. No wonder the service quality has gone down the hill. If the actual leaders of that dealership think the way Mr. Sandy does, no wonder why.... I was so badly impressed! I will bring my car to another dealer definitely! So my question is 13 Years of Circle of Excellence?? Where, when, howww...

I was in a very bad situation(credit score) and they helped find a great vehicle with low mileage, and a payment I can actually afford!. The sales men and operations people I dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable. The best part of all this was I did not feel pressured and intimidated.
