Originally I had a bad experience at Planet Dodge but Scott Ritter the GM reached out to me and apologized. He took time out of his busy schedule to help me with my new vehicle and his team was exceptional ,especially the salesman Carlos Esquijarosa. Carlos really did all the legwork and Scott made it happen. The actual paperwork was a breeze. Overall an amazing experience.

They robbed me.......a single mother! - They will rob you
I took my car in to have my A/C repaired; paid for the diagnostic tests and was given a quote . They kept my car for (2) days. The day that I picked it up, ithe A/C was working fine. The next day it stopped working! I called the not so dreamy consultant who assisted me and she told me to bring it back in for more testing. Turns out they wanted an additional $400, on top of the $1,200 I had already paid! What's the purpose of the diagnostic tests? They took $1,200 from me knowing that the A/C would stop working again!

I have brought my DODGE JOURNEY to this service center numerous times, and the service is lousy.
For years, my AC comes on by itself. And for years, AutoNation cannot seem to find the cause. I took it to them on another occation because my check engine light was on. They kept the vehicle for 2 weeks, and the check engine light was on again the next day. No one returns phone calls. It's like pulling teeth in order to get information via a phone call. Will never bring my vehicle here again.

2014 Durango with 30k miles . Total Lost of power on the hwy . Had it towed to university dodge . When ever I go for service I feel like I'm begging them to help me. Only reason I go here because it's close to my house. I guess I have to drive the extra 20 miles to the other dealership from now .

had a terrible experience at this dealership. I went in looking for a used car the sales rep i worked with played out the "used car salesmen" negative stereotype perfectly. I did end up buying the car and have regered it everyday for the past 2 years. Service after the sales was even worse.. They car only had 15K miles on it when i got it and 30K when i finally got rid of it. I had major mechanical problems with the car. The dealership was Extremely SLOW to make any repair and always had some excuse for any issues that came up. I was also next to impossible to get someone to pick up the phone and make an appointment.. I advise that you run far away form this place..
