I used this dealership once in the past and did not have the best experience. The new general manager Steve not only took my truck in on. Sunday when they were closed but he also gave me a ride home. The next day Steve went out of his way to make sure i was being taken care of. I think Spitzer made a great hire and is under great managment.

Purchased a New Ram 1500 to replace one I have had for many years. Salesman, Brandon Oquendo was very helpful in helping us get the vehicle we wanted. His manager, Dan Welsh worked with us to ensure we ended up with a win win deal. Both of these were very instrumental in us getting what we wanted and in a reasonable time. The finance manager Rob, helped us get the final and very important part of the purchase done easily and quickly. He offered options, but never tried to pressure us into taking anything. Tyler, the delivery person presented us with the truck information and booklets and helped us get on out way.

bought a 2015 rt last month 6/7/17. was told 2 times it was not in any accidents. would not give me carfax after asking before and after purchase. dont trust these lying xxxxxxxx with your money or safety. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE SALE. tried to contact dodge motor co and they couldnt care less either. customer is only priority when youre buying.

Took my 2009 Dodge ram with transmission problem was told the trans needed to b rebuilt took two months when I got it back had the same problem I took it there for was told now the problem was electrical which was not covered under my warranty so they wanted me to pay four hundred dollars for a diagnosis never go there again and this was after I had the trans rebuilt at Duncan Dodge in key West no faith in Dodge dealers anymore

I had a great experience selecting and buying my Jeep. I am also a repeat customer. My last purchase was 12 years ago. When I bought 12 years ago I knew exactly what I wanted and I drove off in my new vehicle within 3 hours. This time was different because I found myself in need of a new vehicle right away, which was stressful because I had no clue what I wanted. My sales assistant, Rafael Rodriguz was wonderful. The first day I looked around so I could see the new models, the second day I went for some test drives, on the third day he had "the perfect car for me" waiting for me to see. The Jeep he showed me was indeed perfect for me.

Long story short, I purchased a Dodge Challenger Hellcat which originally came defective. After a few unsuccessful repairs, the management ordered me a new one and took the financial loss without me having to initiate the lemon law. During the entire process, (which was long and painful) I was given a loaner car and even ended up getting money back directly from Chrysler for the inconvenience. The staff there is very friendly and everyone made an effort to help in making what started out as a nightmare into a perfect outcome. I work locally, and would pass by at least once a week and really got to see how great everyone works as a team at this dealership. Even though it was a large business, every employee knew about my case and always took the time to look into it without me having to ask.
I'd like to give a shoutout and special thanks to the mastermind behind everything that goes on at this dealership (sales manager John Falciglia) who orchestrated the entire resolution to this flawless outcome. Aside from probably being the busiest employee there, John would assist me on his days off and really helped me stay positive even when things looked grim. I also want to thank the GM, Alfredo Guillien for having excellent customer service, patience and tact in helping me achieve a proper and successful car buy experience.
I'd also like to thank Jeff Humphries, not only for being a badass and serving in our country's armed forces but for guiding me throughout this whole process.

I know many people dislike the service center there, but for someone who spent the last 5 months visiting that center on a weekly basis to check on the status of my car; I was able to see it go from being a horrible service center, to being turned around to one of the better ones out there thanks to the firing of some incompetent manager named Orlando and the hiring of his replacement Michael Barrows and the great managerial skills of Michael Lopez.
For those of you who judge this dealership on the health of your car, don't! It's not their fault if your car comes defective! But I'll guarantee you they'll make every effort to either fix it or get you taken care of some way or another.
Again, thank you Chrysler and Autonation dodge in Pembroke Pines for always giving me the best price and the best car buying experience. I'll definitely be buying more cars from here (I've purchased 4) and I recommend this place 100%.

had a terrible experience at this dealership. I went in looking for a used car the sales rep i worked with played out the "used car salesmen" negative stereotype perfectly. I did end up buying the car and have regered it everyday for the past 2 years. Service after the sales was even worse.. They car only had 15K miles on it when i got it and 30K when i finally got rid of it. I had major mechanical problems with the car. The dealership was Extremely SLOW to make any repair and always had some excuse for any issues that came up. I was also next to impossible to get someone to pick up the phone and make an appointment.. I advise that you run far away form this place..
