Great experience great deal! - Grace
Chris was phenomenal and helped us drive the cars we wanted to drive and gave us the best deal on a Jeep Renegade. He also previously helped us with another Jeep which was also phenomenal.
We are very happy with the deal and the service.

NEVER USE THIS PLACE! - Aventura
My vehicle has been at this shop since OCTOBER 14, 2016!!! Not only has the customer service been horrendous, but they received payment from the insurance company and cashed it on 12/1/16. Yet, I still do not have my car! They make nothing but excuses and now they flat out lie to me saying that the tech is behind in installing my replacement engine that arrived. However, today, I was told they don't even have the engine that was paid for almost two months ago!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I really did not have a choice of service shops when my van got flooded in a freak thunderstorm that Saturday night as they were only one of very few repair shops in the towing radius that took late night drop offs. I thought it was a safe bet that they were a dealership. I could not have been more wrong! It appears as if they have stolen the insurance money and are now holding my car hostage. No one really takes my calls much less returns my messages. I live in Palm Beach Gardens, so I cannot readily drive there. This is such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Confidence! - RonConaway
Sometimes getting your auto worked on is a frightening experience due to cost for repairs. Yardley always leaves us satisfied that the money we spend is well worth it due to confidence that they have provided excellent service and are keeping our prized vehicles in the best shape! Our service agent Helen is outstanding in keeping us informed and happy customers! Well done!!!
Salesman started screaming at me ! - mxmanzur
This past weekend my boyfriend and I have been going dealership to dealership trying to find the right car for him. We did not get the price we were looking for and went back outside to try and find a more affordable model. When we comeback inside around 8:30 pm to ask for our sales rep Christopher B. but he had "sneaked out of work." Luckily he did comeback rapidly and after speaking a few minutes more with some very nice and attentive managers we were able to settle on a reasonable price... We were given the option to either finalize that same night or comeback tomorrow. Christopher commented "it's Saturday night my wife has dinner waiting for me" We felt bad making everyone and Christopher stay behind on a Saturday night we decided to just come back the next day (yesterday Sunday January 22 2017)
On Sunday afternoon as we were getting everything sorted out my boyfriend dad was asked to come in to co-sign with him..
After waiting for about an hour for finance my boyfriend dad stepped out to attend a baseball game he was pitching in... We felt sooooo bad. My boyfriend was already so shook that his dad did this to him halfway through the process. His dad said he would comeback and we apologized to Chris but Chris said absolutely NO!
We apologized sincerely to Christopher several times saying that it was completely out of our control and that we hope he forgives us that we want to continue tomorrow morning and Christopher started screaming at both me and my boyfriend... WOW, no one had screamed at me the way Christopher did. He began scolding us telling him we were "yanking his chains" and that he was going to lock the door on his dad that he couldn't come back ... He walked out of the office red boiling hot and left us sitting there awed. He walked back into the office and started going talking over my boyfriend while he was saying "I'm sorry" ... He turned to me after and started yelling at me told me "young lady you are wasting my time" he raised his voice so much that I noticed other sales men looking inside of the office we were in. I have never been talked to in that manner. I was scared to respond to him. I was so upset that some random jerk was screaming at me and boyfriend I walked out thanked the kindest man you have in that dealership (Julio) and I apologized to him for my boyfriends dads action... Julio was so sweet and understanding he made me feel a little less angry saying "don't worry about it I understand and I will take care of you tomorrow morning" with a nice smile on his face.
Christopher walked out as if nothing had happen and tried shaking my hand after he got in my face. Christopher made us feel like he was doing us a favor... While the truth in reality is he is a rude outspoken man with no manners and respect to his customers or the company he works for.
My boyfriend was so angry he swore to not comeback to the dealership every again because of the way that Christopher made him feel and how he talked down on us. He said he was just going back to planet dodge and finishing the deal with them because of the experience we had. The only reason he "cooled" down a bit was because I explained to him how the situation would have different if Christopher hadn't been so rude about it all . My boyfriend was already upset at his dad for what he did I wish Christopher would've approached the situation the same way Julio did. Julio made my boyfriend feel better being kind, sweet, and understanding... I have never in my life gone out of my way to say something rude about an employee and write a bad comment I honestly look down on people who waist their time complaining on other but the way were treated last night was out of hand. I am a kindergarten teacher and I deal with some pretty rude hard headed parents but never have I been put in a situation like this…SORRY FOR "YANKING YOUR CHAINS CHRISTOPHER"

Where do I start? - Tim82
After multiple bad experiences with this dealership as a whole, I felt it finally necessary to tell my story of my two year service experience with University Dodge. ( There's also a sales experience review)
My first oil service experience I called and made an appointment two days prior. I arrived ten minutes before my service appointment and was told "since you made an appointment, use the EXPRESS lane).
Feeling ahead of the game I went and waited thinking I wouldn't be long, almost two hours had passed by and my truck had been sitting in the bay untouched. It took my original salesperson who said hello when I initially walked in to notice me still sitting there waiting almost two hours later, Vinnie then went and spoke to the service employees and told me they hadn't serviced it yet and apologized for them. About thirty minutes later, I finally received my truck and was able to leave. This was unacceptable.
I am currently dealing with this next issue.
While putting gas in my truck after realizing it was oddly empty,I happened to realized it had a massive gas leak coming from the gas tank. My girlfriend towed my truck into the service center for me the next day because I had to leave out of town, this was on a Wednesday. I returned Monday and called the service center to see what had been done since Thursday, not a thing had been done. My cell phone does accept calls while I'm in New York and the dealership is in South Florida, yet nothing was done in in the four to five days it had been sitting there and no one had called me.
I spoke to "Jared" who appears to be in charge of my truck. Jared stated the reason the gas tank was damaged due to a minor cosmetic dent which impacted my rear bumper. I refused to accept this answer based on the fact that dent had been there for almost a year now and this was a massive leak which could not just appear a year later without some sort of gradual leak. Jared asked if I wanted them to do a diagnostic check which would cost $100 to access the damage and reason for the leak. So, they didn't even know what the extent of the damage was and automatically attempted to pin the reason of the leak on me. Which appears to be an attempt to not have the issue be covered by factory warranty without even diagnosing the issue. I told Jared to do the diagnostic check to get to the bottom of the issue and get passed the games.
Jared called back and apologized for his prior claim and stated the gas tank damage did not come from the bumper damage, Jared then alleged some sort of road debris must've kicked up into the tank and damaged it. Well if that was the case, that is a pretty weak gas tank, especially for a large truck (dodge ram) and should be replaced under warranty for the cheap part it must be.
So, after a significant service center delay of a week, my insurance adjuster evaluated the truck and I placed my insurance claim which was same day. I spoke to Jared and approved him to make the necessary repairs to the vehicle. Jared said the car would be done "possibly" Saturday, but if not, definitely Monday. I am here Wednesday morning telling you that I haven't heard from Jarred or the service center since the approval call last Thursday, **** Keep all that in mind as I tell you about the icing on the cake...
I had arrangements to spend Sunday with my four year old daughter, however, my child seat was inside my truck which was being repaired. The service center closes at 5PM on Saturdays. I called between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM and left a message for Jared explaining it was imperative for him to call me back as soon as possible. I did not receive a call. I called around 6:00 PM spoke to the receptionist and then left a message with whatever manager was there for the remainder of the night explaining how important it was for him to return my call as soon as possible. I received no call. I once again began calling on Sunday morning at 10:00 AM to speak to a manager, once again the receptionist sent me to a mailbox where I pleaded for someone to call me back, waited an hour, no call back. Finally I called back and told the receptionist my issue and pleaded for her to get a manager to speak to me or I would not be able to see my daughter, she put me on hold, came back and said she handed my name and number directly to a manager who said as soon as he was done with the people he was with, would return my call. This was Sunday morning, I write you on Wednesday morning to tell you that I still have not received one phone call, I also missed my day with my daughter because I cannot drive my four year old girl around without a child seat.
Today is Thursday, two weeks later since my truck was towed into service, yesterday I received a voicemail from Jared asking if I had picked up my keys (appears the they have now lost my key). I returned Jared's call to tell him that I did not, I once again left a voicemail, which was now my fifth in five days, I still have not received a return call to advise that they have found my key or if the work is done.
Today is Friday, I received a call from Jared reporting my car (in his words) was "finally finished". Jared then proceeded to ask "when you come in, bring a gas container with gas in it so you can drive it out of here", INCREDIBLE, THE NERVE?!?! This place is a joke.
I will never lease or buy from this dealership again and I advise you to not either. There is one more review under sales which will briefly explain their plans for getting me out of my lease which will be over mileage upon lease end, it's actually humorous as well as insulting.
Poor customer service. Not upfront about anything..Stay Away - comptech
had a terrible experience at this dealership. I went in looking for a used car the sales rep i worked with played out the "used car salesmen" negative stereotype perfectly. I did end up buying the car and have regered it everyday for the past 2 years. Service after the sales was even worse.. They car only had 15K miles on it when i got it and 30K when i finally got rid of it. I had major mechanical problems with the car. The dealership was Extremely SLOW to make any repair and always had some excuse for any issues that came up. I was also next to impossible to get someone to pick up the phone and make an appointment.. I advise that you run far away form this place..
