I was shopping around for a new vehicle, I finally realized I wanted to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. I visited two dealers prior to purchasing my vehicle at Dadeland Dodge. (The other two dealerships, were no help at all) Until I stumbled upon salesman Ramon, he was very helpful and took his time to ask me and show me vehicles i would be interested in. (Even under terrible rain conditions). I would definetly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. They are willingly to help you and try their best for you to leave with what you want. The finance guy, was also very helpful, friendly, and down to earth. (Previous experiences - have taught me what a real finance manager should be like) and they definetly have it at Dadeland Dodge. Everyone is friendly here and if you have questions they will answer!
As a side note: don't go based of what Yelp reviews say, everyone has a different experience and go see for yourself before you read those reviews!

Worst Experience Ever at a Car Dealer. Stay Away. I purchased a 3 year old car. When I took it for a test drive it was making a strange sound. The salesman, Gerald Mazzarella, tried to say that the sound was normal. The service manager got in the car and confirmed that the sound was NOT normal. I told them that I was interested in the car, however the sale was contingent on the noise being fixed. I was told that the car wold be fixed Friday the next day. The service manager said that it sounded like an idler pulley. Friday night came and I called about the car and was told that the part was not in and that it would be in on Monday. Monday came and nobody even knew anything about my car. Finally after 3 more calls that evening, my salesman told me again that the part wasn't in and that it would be in Tuesday. Now I know that an idler pulley does not take that long to get. I could get an OEM idler pulley at any auto supply store right away. Tuesday came and I asked to speak with service and they told me that my vehicle isn't in their shop and didn't know anything about it. Let me remind you that This car, I paid for in full and did not finance it, AND I still don't have my car that I purchased. Tuesday comes and I called them and nobody knows anything about my car. They stopped answering my phone calls or when they did, they put me through to a general voice mailbox. I will never do business with them and I do't want you to get shafted. Aventura got their sale and Gerald Mazzarella got his commission and all that I got after 7 days is aggravation and no car to show.

Reid Fertel clearly recognizes that car issues can be quite a financial hit to a household and seems very sensitive to that fact (I'm a teacher). But at the same time he is able to project the sense that my car will get the best possible care and that he will be standing behind the work done. So, in the end, I feel better about the transaction. I've been to Reid a few times already and am more than impressed by his knowledge of what he does, the honesty with which he does it and the impressive empathy he has for me as a customer.

Long story short, I purchased a Dodge Challenger Hellcat which originally came defective. After a few unsuccessful repairs, the management ordered me a new one and took the financial loss without me having to initiate the lemon law. During the entire process, (which was long and painful) I was given a loaner car and even ended up getting money back directly from Chrysler for the inconvenience. The staff there is very friendly and everyone made an effort to help in making what started out as a nightmare into a perfect outcome. I work locally, and would pass by at least once a week and really got to see how great everyone works as a team at this dealership. Even though it was a large business, every employee knew about my case and always took the time to look into it without me having to ask.
I'd like to give a shoutout and special thanks to the mastermind behind everything that goes on at this dealership (sales manager John Falciglia) who orchestrated the entire resolution to this flawless outcome. Aside from probably being the busiest employee there, John would assist me on his days off and really helped me stay positive even when things looked grim. I also want to thank the GM, Alfredo Guillien for having excellent customer service, patience and tact in helping me achieve a proper and successful car buy experience.
I'd also like to thank Jeff Humphries, not only for being a badass and serving in our country's armed forces but for guiding me throughout this whole process.

I know many people dislike the service center there, but for someone who spent the last 5 months visiting that center on a weekly basis to check on the status of my car; I was able to see it go from being a horrible service center, to being turned around to one of the better ones out there thanks to the firing of some incompetent manager named Orlando and the hiring of his replacement Michael Barrows and the great managerial skills of Michael Lopez.
For those of you who judge this dealership on the health of your car, don't! It's not their fault if your car comes defective! But I'll guarantee you they'll make every effort to either fix it or get you taken care of some way or another.
Again, thank you Chrysler and Autonation dodge in Pembroke Pines for always giving me the best price and the best car buying experience. I'll definitely be buying more cars from here (I've purchased 4) and I recommend this place 100%.

had a terrible experience at this dealership. I went in looking for a used car the sales rep i worked with played out the "used car salesmen" negative stereotype perfectly. I did end up buying the car and have regered it everyday for the past 2 years. Service after the sales was even worse.. They car only had 15K miles on it when i got it and 30K when i finally got rid of it. I had major mechanical problems with the car. The dealership was Extremely SLOW to make any repair and always had some excuse for any issues that came up. I was also next to impossible to get someone to pick up the phone and make an appointment.. I advise that you run far away form this place..
