I worked with Gerard exclusively. On my first visit I explained how I wanted to be dealt with. He listened attentively and did exactly as I requested. I went back a number of times prior to making a decision and each time Gerard was very helpful in dealing with the issues I had. I have been in sales over 40 years and am extremely loyal as long as I am treated well. I hope to deal with Gerard for a long time to come. I would highly recommend as your salesperson!

I am in the market for a luxury sedan and the CT6 made it onto my list. Car looks nice and not too flashy. Walked into the dealership Saturday afternoon. All of the staff was busy chatting with each other. I was the only customer in the showroom. After I looked at about 5 or 6 cars on my own, I was approached by a staff person with tattoos on her arm. I let her know I was interested in CT6 Platinum model. The lady (don't know her name) went to check the inventory on her computer. She let me know that they only had one in their inventory and that they had the vehicle in another lot, so the wait would be about 30-40 minutes. In fact, they did not have any CT6's in their showroom location, so it didn't matter what model one was interested in purchasing. She said we could wait or come back another day to look at one. Once she said that, I really started to question whether I was dealing with a legitimate salesperson or some random staff person (since all of their staff seemed to have taken a long weekend). Why would a salesperson ask a client to come back another day?? You want me to come back after I purchase my vehicle elsewhere, so I can tell you what a great deal I got with your competitor? Anyways, I said that I could go to the nearby mall and come back when they had the vehicle. I asked her about the 24 hour test drive program and she said "no way, we don't do that". Mind you, their website clearly advertises the program and lists them as a participating dealer. I also spoke to a salesperson over the phone one week prior to my visit. This person confirmed that they were participating in the program and asked me to "come on in". Back to the present, I let the lady know that I would be going to another dealership (Braman Cadillac) and I thanked her for her time. On my way out of the door, she asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I said "yes" and a minute later Pete Betancourt , New Car Sales Manager, appeared. Pete went on to inform me that they do not participate in the 24 hour test program because it is "too much of a hassle". I thanked him and left. I left wondering how Williamson Cadillac could survive with such a terrible staff and customer service. It is obvious why the showroom was empty. There is no way these people are moving any substantial volume. Staff is unprofessional and they look like they should be selling Kia's instead of Cadillacs, no vehicles to show, no enthusiasm to close sale, and straight out lie to prospective customers. This dealership is hurting the image of Cadillac and I will be sure to report it to General Motors as well. I am probably the exact demographic that GM wishes they had, but Williamson is going to make sure that Cadillac never advances. Pete, I could have bought your entire showroom without batting an eye lash. This is the first review that I have ever bothered to write about anything online. Williamson is a pathetic excuse of a dealership and Everyone is strongly advised not to waste your time with them. Go to Braman Cadillac instead, much nicer people that are actually in the business of selling cars.
Fraudulent Dealer - BUYERS BEWARE!!! - J.m
You know how they say - when it seems to good to be true it usually is. This should be their slogan. Bought a 2015 car with low mileage here. We were hesitant on buying the car but they tried every tactic in the world to sell it to us. When we looked at the car, we noticed scratches and dents and weird marks in the paint. They just dismissed it as "normal wear and tear"... (for a 2015 car??) We should have known right then and there that something wasn't right. They let us wait in a freezing room for over 4 hours (I guess that's one of their Sales tactics so you get hungry and tired and just want to go home) Then they had the nerve to tell us how "SAFE" the car was for our expanding family, showed us a "clean" CarFax report and Edmunds Safety Report, only to come to find out 2 months later after purchasing the vehicle that it had been previously wrecked in an accident and repainted by someone who did a horrible Job. A mechanic at Dodge told us the car was bought by Lehman Buick at an auction from Enterprise rental company, they have their own insurance so they don't have to disclaim any accidents on the Carfax report. That's usually why a lot of dealerships purchase cars from Rental Companies. (If only we would have known this!) If a simple mechanic found out about this within 5 minutes, a dealership certainly would have known about this too before purchasing the car. We bought the car trusting the dealership thinking it was safe for our family, since that's what they kept bringing up as selling point when they well knew that the car had been wrecked previously. This is NOT how you treat customers. They should learn something about honesty and not sell an expectant mother a car that has been previously wrecked without disclosing that fact. Now I will drive around my kids in a car that isn't safe just because they were too greedy and care NOTHING about their customers. This alone should keep you away from this place. I will warn everyone I know about this place and tell them to go somewhere else. I assume all the other positive reviews are fake.
I highly regret purchasing my car from this dealership.... - angel99mm
I highly regret purchasing my car from this dealership. The vehicle I wanted was limited and hard to come by. I wish I had bought a car from out of state and had it shipped to me instead. If I had done more research ahead of time, I would have seen this dealership has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. The following is a very broad overview of my experience.
I purchased my vehicle (a 2009 Pontiac Solstice Coupe GXP) at the end of September 2009. During the course of several visits, we had a lot of conversations about the vehicle and features. I was advised by one of my 2 salesmen that the vehicles price was starting at $10,000 over MSRP because it had an upgraded package that included a paint protectant. He described it as an upgraded clear coat/top coat that would help the paint life. He told me all 3 of the Solstice Coupes they had on the lot had the upgrade, and gave me the impression it was already ON the car.
During the course of negotiations, the price was worked down to only a couple thousand over MSRP. At no time during the conversation was I advised any features were being removed from the car/package.
Several months later I became unhappy with the way the paint was holding up. I contacted the dealership to find out what company did the paint protectant so that I could see if it had a warranty. After several phone calls I received the information that I had factory paint--there was no paint protectant. At that point the salesman and one of the sales managers were telling me there was never any mention of a paint protectant to their knowledge. After several visits and many long, heated discussions, they looked at my car and said it was normal wear and tear so could not be warrantied by Pontiac, either.
I filed a complaint with GM directly. The dealership's story then changed. Now they are saying I would have received a paint protectant if I had paid $10,000 over MSRP, but since I only paid a few thousand over, they had to "remove" features during negotiation. This is different than their first story and this was never discussed during any of my visits prior to purchasing.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. When I have been able to speak with someone at the dealership, they are unable to give me any straight answers and usually have to put me on hold for awhile or call me back with their response. I feel their customer service level is way below satisfactory. I am not happy with the end result, I would not recommend this dealership, and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
