I was extremely pleased with getting my first new car from Omar Nelson. He is a very respectful and knowledgeable salesman. He helped me get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. He was always willing to help and over me the best choice I could get. In order for me the car my favorite car. I knew I wanted the Civic LX before I contacted several Honda dealerships. I started with internet sales at each dealership. The person who was most helpful was at Brickell and her name is THAYS. After a few phone conversations, she was able to come up with the best "deal". Went to the dealership and she had me work with ADRIAN SANCHEZ. He helped me find the specific car I wanted, went on the test drive, did tons of paper work, and made the car perfect for me to drive away very happy. But before I could drive, I had to sign. I worked with finance manager, SAM JAUHARI. I had multiple questions and he patiently answered each one. Although leases are very similar, I will save $2000 over the 3 years of this lease compared to another dealership.

The worst experience ever !!! - Eddy Marte
Initially my experience started going bad with the finance department which we had a credit of 134 and they said the bank came back with a higher interest rate. In order for us to get a lower rate of 2.8 interest we had to buy an extended warranty he which to me is a scam. We had no choice to buy extended warranty he in order to get the lower payments. When I got home I realize that I left a pair of Ray-Ban's which I use for work in the car which I turned in I emailed my salesman which he responded that he would look into finding my sunglasses as soon as he got in to the dealership. Apparently somebody had gone into the car and stolen my sunglasses I tried reaching out to the sales manager which they did not answer me regarding the theft of my glasses. Ultimately the GM made a decision that they are not responsible for anything left in the car but instead of them having the courtesy of calling me and letting me know I have to call the dealership and speak to the salesman and self to which my response was they are never going to see me ever again in this dealership because if I go and bring my car in for service and leave something inside they're not responsible if somebody steals it the worst service I've seen in a dealership before.
Bad service - Odyssey
Dealer want to charge me $250 to fix my transmission when Odyssey have only 29th miles and still on warranty. Went to South motor honda and they fix it and warranty cover everything.
