Every ten years or so we buy a brand new car. We don't match the typical US buyer. In the past, purchasing was always a bit stressful. This time around the experience was very different. Our salesperson, Dayron Echevarria-Gallardo, was knowledgeable and genuinely interested in serving our needs. Mario Cinelli worked on the financing and got us the best possible deal. Although we purchased the least expensive Honda, we were treated with tremendous care and drove away feeling grateful.

I had an appointment for service at a certain time with an employee he didn't get to my car until 15mins later. On top of that I had to wait 3 hours to receive my car back for an oil change.I'm going back to Honda of Hollywood they are way faster.

The worst experience ever !!! - Eddy Marte
Initially my experience started going bad with the finance department which we had a credit of 134 and they said the bank came back with a higher interest rate. In order for us to get a lower rate of 2.8 interest we had to buy an extended warranty he which to me is a scam. We had no choice to buy extended warranty he in order to get the lower payments. When I got home I realize that I left a pair of Ray-Ban's which I use for work in the car which I turned in I emailed my salesman which he responded that he would look into finding my sunglasses as soon as he got in to the dealership. Apparently somebody had gone into the car and stolen my sunglasses I tried reaching out to the sales manager which they did not answer me regarding the theft of my glasses. Ultimately the GM made a decision that they are not responsible for anything left in the car but instead of them having the courtesy of calling me and letting me know I have to call the dealership and speak to the salesman and self to which my response was they are never going to see me ever again in this dealership because if I go and bring my car in for service and leave something inside they're not responsible if somebody steals it the worst service I've seen in a dealership before.
Apathetic sales people - Disappointed A
After 4 leased Honda, I was ready for my new CRV.
The salesman I used to deal with left so I met with 2 different guys.
Inept and unskilled , arrogant and uninterested, they really did not gain my trust.
I went to Gunther Mazda and leased a superb CRV with way more features and upscale from the CRV.
Holman did me a favor ! Never again will I set foot in their place. They were able to lose two good and faithful clients in less than 10 minutes.

0 stars - if I could. Terrible customer service. Ruined my tire (on my brand new civic) by patching it from the inside without informing me. I found out 7 months later only because another mechanic had to check it out because my tire light kept going off. Now I have to purchase two new front tires because a mechanic here didn't want to admit fault. Will never return.
