When looking for a new car to lease, I narrowed my choices down to two cars, the brand that I drove for my last four cars and a Nissan Rogue. I went to the dealer where I bought my last car and they gave me the run around. Their first attempt at a deal was ridiculous. After explaining to the sales person that I was not going to pay more monthly for a lesser model of my previous car, as well as give him an extra $2000 over what I put down before, they came back with a second offer which just made me get up and leave.
I went to Performance Nissan and met Tyler Dubberly. He couldn't have been any more professional and helpful. We quickly reached a fair agreement and less than two hours later, I drove out of the lot with a 2017 Rogue SV. While we were signing papers, the sales person at the other dealer was blowing up my phone with calls and texts offering me his first born if I bought a car from him. Too late.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Performance Nissan and look forward to working with Tyler again in the future.

I used to hate going to stealerships, but with the coupons, the nice service advisors, the genuine Nissan parts, the factory trained Mechanics. I now enjoy going to one. Even after my Warranty expired I still come to Palmetto57. Their prices and customer service are hard to beat. Anderson Lopez is my go too guy. I had an issue with my car and the parts needed which would have been over a grand were replaced at no charge. I'm 5 min. from another Nissan dealership, but I feel very at ease at this location versus the other. Keep up the good work guy's. Also let's get the cafeteria back! I miss the cafe con leche. Nelson

Scammers! This place advertises vehicles on autotrader.com under market value, then when you go to the dealership the managers trump-up all kinds of bogus fees (thousands more), then undercut your "fair trade" value by THOUSANDS! Beware of Manager Ben, you can't miss him. He'll have an energy drink in his hand, and will be dressed like a sloppy fat elton john. He's out to scam you.

After waiting 3.5 hours in the service lobby and 15 minutes before they closed, I'm calling and looking for my service agent only to find he left for the day. So where's my car? A different agent helped me. I complained to the manager Julio who was defensive and said they don't need to give a curtesy notification to their customers when they leave. Are you kidding me? I have bought 3 cars from this dealer in the last 5 years. NEVER AGAIN!

On Saturday afternoon I went to look at a Murano. I called on saturday evening to state that I wanted to purchase the car. I inquired about making a deposit over the phone to make sure that the car was held until the morning. I was told by the manager that he would have the contract in the morning,not to worry. I asked for the contract to be scanned to me to sign , I was told not to worry. When I arrived on Sunday morning, the salesman (who was very deficient ) came with the contract and the keys. I had a question about the contract, he left to check and never came back. After half hour,I went to see what was happening, the same manager who I had spoken to the night before, said that there had been a mistake and that someone was in the financial office and signing contracts for the same car. I had in my hand a sales slip that he had actually signed and dated the night before. I decided to just leave afrer such incompetence. He offered to find me another car, of course all were more expensive. No apology and a clueless salesman
