I read the reviews here before going into this dealership and I regret not taking the 1 star reviews more seriously. I saw some some good reviews about The manager Sam Boukima, but he is the worst of the lot. If you are looking to get ripped off, this is the place to do it. Any quote that you get online will be disputed by the dealership's sales assistants. Internet pricing is structured so that you never meet with the internet sales person. In that way the sales assistants can lie and say that the internet sales assistants don't represent Nissan. At all costs avoid working wth any of the following people: Michael Bejarano, JP Blair, Sam Boukima, and Samantha Perez. They CANNOT be trusted. You have been warned.These people are actively out to screw you.

K&N filter switched - Clientsince1997
Brought back my car in late December because of radiator leak that they fixed. Cleaned k&N filter in early dec .did a oil change last week in my own garage at home and decide to check air filter to my surprise a used fram filter .. no one has touched my car for repairs except them mmmm what .. I guess one of the mechanic owns the same model or has a friend ... don't go their I have a list of complaints and that was the last STRAW .. Mr CEO and owner expect at letter for the repairs bills since June of 2016 ...your running a scam . Car has been their 45 days of and on for repairs and repair mistakes in the last 6 months and now I have to bring it for a recall and a transmission leak that is now o ver the 120k miles

On Saturday afternoon I went to look at a Murano. I called on saturday evening to state that I wanted to purchase the car. I inquired about making a deposit over the phone to make sure that the car was held until the morning. I was told by the manager that he would have the contract in the morning,not to worry. I asked for the contract to be scanned to me to sign , I was told not to worry. When I arrived on Sunday morning, the salesman (who was very deficient ) came with the contract and the keys. I had a question about the contract, he left to check and never came back. After half hour,I went to see what was happening, the same manager who I had spoken to the night before, said that there had been a mistake and that someone was in the financial office and signing contracts for the same car. I had in my hand a sales slip that he had actually signed and dated the night before. I decided to just leave afrer such incompetence. He offered to find me another car, of course all were more expensive. No apology and a clueless salesman
