I went in and bought a new chrysler 200 from them, the next time i went in my girlfriend did not wont to go. she was afraid to go their, i could not figure out why, she told me she didnt like Donny brown. I asked her why she would not tell me, I needed to have my vehicle brought in for a oil change she refused, I struggled with her to do it because she was terrified of Donny brown. I finally got her to do it for me with the help of the sales man Lane, he said he would keep Donny brown away from her and make sure he would not bother her. I started to see there was more to her not liking him then she was telling me. I called the owner and told him about the whole ordeal with my girlfriend being terrified to go to or to drive by his dealership because of Donny brown, he said he would talked to him. A month or so went by and I left him a email he called me back and said he talked to him but couldn't do anymore then tell him no contact with us, unless he knew exactly what he did. I got her to finally tell why she was terrified of Donny brown. She told me he came out to the car when I was in the dealership, she had her feet on the dash and she reluctantly told me he almost jumped in her lap and was getting real close to her. When I heard that I actually called luther head quarters and told them about it, they said she would have to call the owner of the dealership and tell him, before anything can be done.in am trying to get her to call but she is traumatised of that place because of Donny brown. I told her she would have to tell the owner because that sexually harassment and he needs to be reprimanded for his actions and should not have a job in customer service. And the second bad encounter I had again with Donny brown I traded 2 vehicles in, 1 was 2015 Ram 2500 4x4 with 2700 miles, the other one was a 2009 challenger R/T with 12.000 miles on it, I ask the sales manager Donny brown if he could help me and save me money, he called me and said he saved me $10.000 and and got me and my girl friend financed. He did not save me $10.000 I ended up with $20.000 negative equity. The challenger I traded in has been sold twice the second time was sold before it got in. I was told by one of the sales manager. So not only did my girlfriend serially harassed, me and her got buried so bad in negative equity we are losing the vehicle and all the money we have invested in which is $30.000 and we also lost the Chrysler 200 because of the second deal, because it cost us 1500 a month plus insurance, and we have struggled from the start and we have try trade in in but we are so upside down we can't do anything but lose it in a repossession. If we're able to afford it at the end of the loan we would have paid $108.000 dollars for a $47.000 dollar pickup truck. So in the end they are out only for themselves to make money and don't care once they have paper signed and the vehicle is funded. And they allow action like Donny brown has done and keep him working in customer service.

I think Mike Gaydos is the best. I have been driving 2001 vehicle for 15 yrs so I knew nothing about Vehicle technology for year 2016. Mike spent at least 1 1/2 hours showing me how everything works and he made sure i knew how to operate everything in my car before i left the lot. I Love my Chevy Malibu and will recommend family and friends to shop at Whitaker, I left knowing that if i had any problems or questions Mike and the service center would be there to help me. My experience with Steve in financing was very informative and went smooth and quick.
Really bad experience - Disappointed customer
The visit started off bad when they didn't have any of my information that I gave them over the phone or the appointment that I scheduled in their system. Two hours go by and they say they don't think anything is wrong but will keep looking. Three hours go by and they say problem is fixed. I get in the vehicle and immediately realize that the problem still exists, nothing had been done and they clearly didn't test drive it. Four hours go by and the shop is closing and they say that they THINK that if one part is replaced it MIGHT fix the problem. So after wasting $145 and four hours of my day I still had no answers. The employee who helped me was nice and apologized several times but that doesn't change the experience.

We were $1500 apart on making the deal based on what I needed out of my trade towards the 2017 Canyon Denali Diesel. The head sales manager said if I was willing to wait 10 days, and if they could sell one more cargo van by then, then he could make this deal happen. I left the dealership that day with this understanding and was fine with that. 7 days later they called to tell me they had sold the van, and that the deal could proceed if I was still interested. I said YES and we made the deal final. Not sure I fully understood why it had to work that way- but it did and they came through and followed up on their end as they agreed. I appreciate that they are people of their word.

Very disappointed in car purchase - baxtermac
I purchased a 2014 Yukon from Davis Motors. When I first looked at the vehicle and said I would purchase it, they promised to clean it up. I pointed put where it needed to be detailed and they assured me it would be done. Because the carpets were covered with white paper when I did pick it up and I failed to look it over carefully, this is partially my fault. I would have walked away from this deal had I looked closer. I am used to dealing with Mills GM in Baxter, MN and used vehicles are spotless and anything promised is done. Not so with Davis. Nothing had been done except it looks like it was run through a car wash before delivery. The carpets were awful. When photos were sent to the salesman and the owner, they made no reply. No detail work had been done. Be very careful because they will promise anything and do nothing as far as I can see. I will never deal here again.

My engine light came on Monday morning, truck is under warranty, brought it directly to the dealership, wanted a loaner car since it is under warranty and I had meetings to get to. No loaners available so Bob did a scan on why the light was on. He told me it was a circuit for the fuel level something or other, safe to drive, made an appt for Wednesday morning (today) got a loaner. He calls me just now they have to order the part. Really you knew I was bringing it in today and you could not have the parts on hand to fix it today? I have a rental car that they call an SUV it is a small box. Nothing like my high end Silverado High Country and I have to drive it until sometime tomorrow. NOT HAPPY at all. When I went in on Monday drove in, waited in my truck and pretty cool restored truck pulled in behind me the guys flocked to that one, not to my truck which was in their first. I really love my truck and now need to find a dealership in the area that will take care of me even though I did not purchase my truck through them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Service department.

Air bag service light came on, was told bumper to bumper should take care of this.. was charged $97.92 to change a fuse. When I questioned the price I was told he gave me the Wednesday discount of 10% off (laughing) . 4th new auto purchased at this dealer, and the last! Customer service should be more than a lie and a laugh!
Misrepresented the condition of a used vehicle. - GrandSlambert
I purchased a used truck from them that was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. Since purchasing the truck in November I have spent $1,300 repairing leaks in the oil, coolant, and power steering systems. I had to entirely replace the high pressure lines that had obviously been leaking while on the lot. Now I have a $1,400 estimate to fix the air conditioning - a system I was told by the salesman was working even though it's obvious the system was leaking when they sold it to me.
I have contacted the dealer with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless they provide a warranty. I was not provided one and not given any option to buy an extended warranty. They knew this truck was in poor condition and lied about it to get it off the lot.
