I was exhausted after spending weeks researching vehicles, and then shopping for one. I had an idea of what I wanted, a price point, certain features, etc. all written up on an index card with my name & email, fully expecting to not find what I wanted right away. However, as soon as I saw it, I knew it was for me. But, I had tons of reservations, after all, my Cadillac was 30 yrs old. I'd heard horror stories about used cars and their sales force, the fear was so great is caused me to lose sleep and have me anxiety. Buying new was not an option at this time. Not only did my salesman, Justin make me feel at home, but he wasn't cocky or arrogant like others I had encountered at other places. I felt no pressure to buy at all. I brought my husband in to look at what I picked out and to get his blessing. He and Justin discussed the vehicle mumble jumble that I could care less about, then off for a test drive and to sign papers. The finance officer was equally as easy to work with, no pressure and I didn't feel any judgement from him when we opted to not get an extended warranty. My husband was so impressed, he stated he was going to Miller when he gets ready for a new truck. (I nearly fell over).

Bryan Rommel did an excellent job of returning my phone call questions and getting me a trade in value estimate that convinced me to make the 200 mile trip. Jim Myers was also knowledgeable in answering my paperwork finalization question, resulting ina SALE! Thanks to Jeff Sell for the welcome as I waited. (A nice surprise in the mail a week later too!!)

I did not purchase from Omar, but we spent quite a bit of time looking at several models. Ultimately, I chose another vehicle (Volkswagen, not Buick or GMC) at another dealership. I would not hesitate to work with Omar on a future purchase as I found him to be professional, friendly, and very in tune with the product. He did not try to "sell" me or feed me some of the typical sales manipulations. I found him to be straightforward and honest. If only more sales professionals handled themselves like Omar, the stereotype would be resolved.

Luke Hermann took care of our needs and explained everything throroughly. He also did not push us into anything we didn't feel was necessary. He explained everything in detail and was honest when he didn't know something. The lifetime power train warranty they offer at no charge is the biggest reason why I went with walser though. Awesome that they offer that! You cannot find that anywhere else along with lowest price guarantee. Only thing I wish would have happened was a little Negotiation on price.

I think Mike Gaydos is the best. I have been driving 2001 vehicle for 15 yrs so I knew nothing about Vehicle technology for year 2016. Mike spent at least 1 1/2 hours showing me how everything works and he made sure i knew how to operate everything in my car before i left the lot. I Love my Chevy Malibu and will recommend family and friends to shop at Whitaker, I left knowing that if i had any problems or questions Mike and the service center would be there to help me. It was a rough start for me, but turned out well. I've been having issues with my car for three months. I brought it to different mechanics and another dealership with the same issue and it wasn't fixed. I brought it to Brookdale Buick, they LISTENED to what I said the issue was, found the issue, then fixed it! The security light hasn't turned on once since I picked it up and runs so smoothly once again. It just took a while before someone looked at it, was given incorrect information on it, then the base of my steering wheel is now cracked and no one said anything about it. Picked up when I requested by a friendly man and the woman who helped me 'check out' was helpful and friendly.

I called about a 2015 check 1500 prior lease truck they had. From the woman who answered the phone to the finance officer I couldn't be more happy. I walked in and delt with Ben and John both were more than happy to answer and all question. Even got to meet Harry Brown himself. Honest straight forward even gave me a deal on a tannou cover! When it comes time for another vehicle purchase they will be my first call.

My engine light came on Monday morning, truck is under warranty, brought it directly to the dealership, wanted a loaner car since it is under warranty and I had meetings to get to. No loaners available so Bob did a scan on why the light was on. He told me it was a circuit for the fuel level something or other, safe to drive, made an appt for Wednesday morning (today) got a loaner. He calls me just now they have to order the part. Really you knew I was bringing it in today and you could not have the parts on hand to fix it today? I have a rental car that they call an SUV it is a small box. Nothing like my high end Silverado High Country and I have to drive it until sometime tomorrow. NOT HAPPY at all. When I went in on Monday drove in, waited in my truck and pretty cool restored truck pulled in behind me the guys flocked to that one, not to my truck which was in their first. I really love my truck and now need to find a dealership in the area that will take care of me even though I did not purchase my truck through them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Service department.

Air bag service light came on, was told bumper to bumper should take care of this.. was charged $97.92 to change a fuse. When I questioned the price I was told he gave me the Wednesday discount of 10% off (laughing) . 4th new auto purchased at this dealer, and the last! Customer service should be more than a lie and a laugh!

I purchased a 2014 Yukon from Davis Motors. When I first looked at the vehicle and said I would purchase it, they promised to clean it up. I pointed put where it needed to be detailed and they assured me it would be done. Because the carpets were covered with white paper when I did pick it up and I failed to look it over carefully, this is partially my fault. I would have walked away from this deal had I looked closer. I am used to dealing with Mills GM in Baxter, MN and used vehicles are spotless and anything promised is done. Not so with Davis. Nothing had been done except it looks like it was run through a car wash before delivery. The carpets were awful. When photos were sent to the salesman and the owner, they made no reply. No detail work had been done. Be very careful because they will promise anything and do nothing as far as I can see. I will never deal here again.
