I think Mike Gaydos is the best. I have been driving 2001 vehicle for 15 yrs so I knew nothing about Vehicle technology for year 2016. Mike spent at least 1 1/2 hours showing me how everything works and he made sure i knew how to operate everything in my car before i left the lot. I Love my Chevy Malibu and will recommend family and friends to shop at Whitaker, I left knowing that if i had any problems or questions Mike and the service center would be there to help me. My experience with Steve in financing was very informative and went smooth and quick.

We found a vehicle that we were interested in and it was actually at the bloomington location and we live on north side so i called Dave at roseville location and all he said was give me an hour and i will have it up here. We headed down there and purchased it Dave Middleton was our sales person and he is very professional there were no details missed. The only bad thing that i would have to say about the transaction is that from time of test drive to leaving with car was quite long but Dave made it fun. Very friendly staff and dealership. It was a rough start for me, but turned out well. I've been having issues with my car for three months. I brought it to different mechanics and another dealership with the same issue and it wasn't fixed. I brought it to Brookdale Buick, they LISTENED to what I said the issue was, found the issue, then fixed it! The security light hasn't turned on once since I picked it up and runs so smoothly once again. It just took a while before someone looked at it, was given incorrect information on it, then the base of my steering wheel is now cracked and no one said anything about it. Picked up when I requested by a friendly man and the woman who helped me 'check out' was helpful and friendly.

I purchased a 2014 Yukon from Davis Motors. When I first looked at the vehicle and said I would purchase it, they promised to clean it up. I pointed put where it needed to be detailed and they assured me it would be done. Because the carpets were covered with white paper when I did pick it up and I failed to look it over carefully, this is partially my fault. I would have walked away from this deal had I looked closer. I am used to dealing with Mills GM in Baxter, MN and used vehicles are spotless and anything promised is done. Not so with Davis. Nothing had been done except it looks like it was run through a car wash before delivery. The carpets were awful. When photos were sent to the salesman and the owner, they made no reply. No detail work had been done. Be very careful because they will promise anything and do nothing as far as I can see. I will never deal here again.
Misrepresented the condition of a used vehicle. - GrandSlambert
I purchased a used truck from them that was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. Since purchasing the truck in November I have spent $1,300 repairing leaks in the oil, coolant, and power steering systems. I had to entirely replace the high pressure lines that had obviously been leaking while on the lot. Now I have a $1,400 estimate to fix the air conditioning - a system I was told by the salesman was working even though it's obvious the system was leaking when they sold it to me.
I have contacted the dealer with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless they provide a warranty. I was not provided one and not given any option to buy an extended warranty. They knew this truck was in poor condition and lied about it to get it off the lot.

Incompetent and awful customer service!! Last year they installed my Summer tires & wheels. Like many Summer tires the rear wheels are wider than the front. They installed them wrong! Big wide tires sticking past the fenders in front and skinny recessed tires in the rear. So simple, so obvious and so inexcusable! Duh!!
Another time I brought in a car and less than 1 month after having an entirely new front end installed (all new control arms, ball joints, CV joints....everything) they told me I needed new ball joints. Sorry, I don't think so!
OK, after those 2 experiences I should know better but today out of convenience I trusted them to replace my tires. In doing so they broke the internal tire pressure sensor and asked if I'd like to buy another one for $150. I insisted that sensor worked before they touched the wheel and was now literally broken into pieces! What am I to conclude? They insisted it was broken before and "was rolling around inside the tire". When I asked them to show me the sensor there were no wear marks to support it having tumbled around inside the tire ever (think rock tumbler). Essentially, they said I'm a liar yet all the facts (including their demonstrated inability to even install wheels properly) indicated fault is with them. Unbelievably bad customer service! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
