Their service department is so good it is shocking. First if you are planning to have the dealer do work on your Honda you should give these guys a call. They did a roof rack for me last year 26% less than the Honda dealers in the Twin Cities quoted me.
This year I had a engine malfunction light come on, they found the issue and the manufacturer warranty that covered the problem. Who would have known a van with 93k miles would have a warranty. I was not charged for the diagnostic and Honda covered the $3,000 in maintenance, the dealer covered my rental, they gave me a discount on other maintenance items and the guys finished the work a week early.
I only have good things to say about the people at Luther Honda ST. Cloud.

I won't even go to a dealer any more before vetting them through email. Most dealers won't discuss price or anything over email, they just want you to come in (I guess so they can squeeze you).
Joe at Luther Mankato Honda was awesome! I floated what I was willing to pay and he accepted. He made everything so easy I just drove 200+ miles from Des Moines Iowa! Joe and Chris (finance guy) were ready, had us in and out in record time while explaining everything and being very laid back.
It was like working as a team instead of as opponents. They got me a better rate for financing than my own credit union by a lot, and just made the overall experience good enough that I have already told all of my friends and family that if they ever need a car, they should go here.
It was fantastic and I am very happy with my car.

A 6 Hour Brake Job? - Pissed Off
Three and a half hours in the waiting room the first day and they closed job not finished. Then back for two and a half hours the second day so they could finish the job. I am not amused. Maybe you should consider building an adjoining motel so you could put customers up for the night. Rotors and Pads is all I needed, I had an appointment made a week earlier when it was determined I needed a brake job. Six hours to do a simple brake job. I have to wonder if they outsourced the job to a third world Nation to save money? Maybe they got 'break job' and 'brake job' mixed up? This was a pathetic excuse for 'Service'. The service desk people were courteous. The cleaning lady deserves a raise, gold star for her. The service manager needs to be fired or perhaps the Dealership needs to be closed for poor performance. Second worst brake job of my life.

I called to have my new Ridgeline serviced. After navigating through the first set of phone trees, I got a human who then transferred me to Honda Service. After waiting for the phone to be answered, I hung up after ring 15. Doesn't fill me with confidence, and I will be going elsewhere for service.
