Oil Change - Paul B
Service very polite and Matt discussed present and future service options with me and he did not push me in to any decision and let me make the call based on helpful information he provided to me.a.
Great Dealership Experience - Timrl
I truly enjoyed my experience with Chad Rawson and also with Jim Holmes. Both were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful answering my questions. They made the process of purchasing my car painless. Both are very easy to talk with and both were interested in what I had to say. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car or truck. Thanks guys for all of your help.
Outstanding Service departments - wright11
Their service department is so good it is shocking. First if you are planning to have the dealer do work on your Honda you should give these guys a call. They did a roof rack for me last year 26% less than the Honda dealers in the Twin Cities quoted me.
This year I had a engine malfunction light come on, they found the issue and the manufacturer warranty that covered the problem. Who would have known a van with 93k miles would have a warranty. I was not charged for the diagnostic and Honda covered the $3,000 in maintenance, the dealer covered my rental, they gave me a discount on other maintenance items and the guys finished the work a week early.
I only have good things to say about the people at Luther Honda ST. Cloud.
Awesome experience! - msmissyv
I love my new Honda Accord! From start to finish, Scott Steinberg's customer service skills were very professional and efficient. He helped me understand the entire process and made it run very smooth. I pulled away from the dealership feeling very satisfied with my new car.
Thank you Scott! I love my new sporty white Accord!
Service schedulers suck! - Customer
Every time I call to make an appointment for what I want done, they ask a bunch of unrelated questions and tell me I need to do X Y and Z. When I confirm I just want what I called for, they argue. Twice now, after this experience, I come for my appointment with my favorite Service Advisor and he doesn't have one for me. So not only did they argue with the customer, THEN DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB EITHER.
If at all possible, avoid their appointment schedulers and make one online.

Great experience with the salesman - rburkhardet
We had a very positive experience with Tony our salesman but it took someone in the back room a long time to get the paperwork completed. This was a cash sale so there was no need for financing

Recall Regret - Shrub
I just wanted to tell people getting a recall for the air bag shrapnel that I went in to the Eau Claire WI Honda dealership with cruise control and a horn that worked and as soon as I left the dealership they didn't work. I rescheduled an appointment with them for the following week about the problem, and they just took it apart, and said it was on it's way out. My husband knew what had happened for he works on all our vehicles. He told them that they pulled to hard without applying pressure to the clock spring. Well then after I left the next day my car wouldn't start. My husband said they didn't put the battery on right. So my husband fixed that. He started to fix the clock spring and they put so much thread locking fluid that the screw was striped and he has to drill it out. They knew that he was going to fix it why would they put this on at all. I'm now driving our back up car because I received bad service, for a recall item. I wish they would had just put in the part at my cost since they already had it torn apart, but instead they had bad customer service, and left me with a problem to fix.
A 6 Hour Brake Job? - Pissed Off
Three and a half hours in the waiting room the first day and they closed job not finished. Then back for two and a half hours the second day so they could finish the job. I am not amused. Maybe you should consider building an adjoining motel so you could put customers up for the night. Rotors and Pads is all I needed, I had an appointment made a week earlier when it was determined I needed a brake job. Six hours to do a simple brake job. I have to wonder if they outsourced the job to a third world Nation to save money? Maybe they got 'break job' and 'brake job' mixed up? This was a pathetic excuse for 'Service'. The service desk people were courteous. The cleaning lady deserves a raise, gold star for her. The service manager needs to be fired or perhaps the Dealership needs to be closed for poor performance. Second worst brake job of my life.
