An answer to prayer! - Jim D.
After many years of station wagons, my wife and I needed to replace our aging 2000 Taurus wagon. Our needs were lots of cargo space with a low seating height for my wife's arthritic knees, along with a very limited budget. Mark Tallarico helped us find a 2009 Taurus X that fit the bill perfectly. Great car! Tom Reil in finance went above and beyond to make the financing work for us. The entire experience was great, everyone we met was friendly and made us feel welcome.
Fantastic buying experience! - BrandenSchmude
Everyone at ECFL was fantastic during our buying experience. There was no pressure to buy like other dealers. KD was great and very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were test driving. He was hands down the best salesman that we have dealt with.

Wonderful experience - Fuller
My husband and I had a wonderful visit and will be back for future vehicles. The sales man that we had by the name of Ben was very helpful and a wonderful sales man I don't think we could have asked for a better person to help us. The rest of the staff was also very nice. Ben made us feel like we have known him for years thanks again for being able to do business with this company and definitely will be back
Great ownership. Great salesman. - WB1025
My experience with the Saxon's has always been exemplary. Honest, fair, and willing to resolve any concerns. Myself, wife, and extended family have been privileged to purchase more than 20 vehicles over the years. Jim Rued has been an extraordinary salesman to deal with. I am happy to call him a friend.
We purchased a Cerified Lincoln - Rgoble
We were thrilled with the service provided by Tom, Tommy and Eric! They did an outstanding job helping us select the right vehicle and enlightening us on the value in purchasing a Certified Used Lincoln. It was worth our 1,500 mile trip to Mills to complete our purchase.
I have found my dealer - MOPAR driver
Well worth a 2 hour drive each way to go to Owatonna Chrysler. I have been looking for a dealer in our area for over a year. I am a loyal customer. I always leave with a smile on my face. Would not think of going to another dealer in the Iowa, South Dakota, or Minnesota area. The friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I have found.
Bought a certified used Edge - CMM
Very pleased with the sales process at Mills Ford. We very much like our 2016 Ford Edge. We have been a longtime customer of Mills Ford and expect to enjoy their continued good service in the future.
Need a loaner - Dalelip62
Ford should give loaner cars to their customers, especially when you are loyal to them, and it's a Ford issue, having to use your spouses vehicle should be out of the question, being loyal may end here after this one, business will go elsewhere, this is a major issue as hoping my spouse does not need her car as I will be using it because of some tight xxx decisions on Ford dealership, I would not take a day off of work for Fords issue, good by after this lease, I will go elsewhete
Fresh start - Tommie2
I really appreciate the business and friendliness from selling me a car nice price and options to taking care of my needs during service as well
Poor service, Will not work with customers. - Frustrated
I went to view a F-150. I have a mechanical background and wanted to inspect the vehicle myself. I thanked them for the report they provided me but asked that I inspect the ballpoints with the mechanics. At this request I continually received pushback from the sales rep. After persisting that I would not buy a vehicle without inspecting it, they accommodated my request. Through the inspection the sales rep continually questioned my need to inspect the vehicle. Their report in the battery was that it was in good condition but did not hold a charge. This clearly indicates the need of a battery needing to be replaced but they would not do this. The vehicle was in good condition besides the battery and I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I was going to put down $6k on the vehicle, have all the finances arranged before leaving and come pick up the vehicle a few days later with a friend. Financing was approved and I thought I had bought a truck. This dealership however informed me that unless I picked up the vehicle the next day they would sell it to the next interested customer even though I would have money down on the vehicle and had an agreed upon purchase agreement. The problem with this is, to get the $6 I was going to sell my current vehicle that night to an arranged buyer. If they sold the vehicle from underneath me, I would be left without a vehicle. After much arguing back and forth I ended up standing up and walking out. Their comment was, "you have to work with us". Nowhere in this exchange did I feel the company was working with me. Very disappointed the dealership was not willing to accommodate my purchase agreement and plans to pick up the vehicle. Customer service was not customer focused. Their vehicle inspection passed obvious deficiencies as acceptable.
No hassle car buying - TGrable
First off they were one of the few dealers I contact who would work with me on a the price I was looking for. Next they did everything they could to make the experience pleasant. They didn't pressure me to purchase a lot of extra's and were very receptive to my own requests. After getting the vehicle home I noticed a few issues. The Horn was no working and one of the read leather seats was a little baggy. When I called to voice this concern they immediately did all they could to get me in and make it right.
My salesman was Jim Adler, he went the extra mile to keep me happy and earn my business. I would highly recommend him and White Bear Lincoln for anyone looking for a new/used Ford or lincoln.
Ripped off - Mankato Ford ripped me off
We purchased a used vehicle that they stated was in "excellent condition" (3) days later the transmission went out. I contacted them they refused help
Worst place to deal with. - Trevor98
I bought a used 2005 bonneville from them 6 months ago the salesman was happy to show off everything they fixed and said I wouldn't have any problems with the vehicle. I took his word on it which was a big mistake. Had the first prolem the same week I bought the car and over 6 months I've had to put $2000-$2500 into the car just keeping it running not even including basic maintenance! The car is a major money pit and I owe way more than it's worth. Every time something gets fixed my mechanic tells me the problem has been there since before I bought the vehicle and should have been seen on any dealerships inspection. Now it is sitting in my driveway because it would cost $800 dollars to fix what's wrong with it this time. I went to talk to the owner of rc bliss. I tried being nice about it and I was in no way asking for money or free service I was just trying to tell him my situation and he got very pissed very quick and kept repeating he didn't build the car and that I needed to grown up and learn how the real world works. He was very rude and u couldn't believe how he could treat a customer but he made sure the car was not his problem because I was stupid enough to take the money pit off his hands. The cars are over priced junk the owner is a complete tool and I will never buy another vehicle here again!
