Dealership refused to repair damage from shipping - indy
Part of our deal was to ship the vehicle I purchased to Indiana. Upon arrival the vehicle was damaged. The dealership has refused to pay for the damages. They offered only 50%. Why should I pay half of the damages??? At no time has the dealership management called or communicated with me or apologized for the damage or my inconvenience. All communication has been done through my salesperson, Gail, who is great by the way! I hope she switches to a good dealership and SOON!!!
Do not do business with the dealership!! The Sales Manager Chase and GM Chad will try to rip you off, as they did me!!!
Brushed off - Unhappy customer
I inquired about a truck that was AutoTrader for one price and then was quoted a higher price by the internet sales rep. When I tried to negotiate the internet price (asking twice if that was the best price), I received a blunt email from the rep that simply said "That's shere the robber meets the road." My translatio of that message, "Take a hike if you don't like the price." Ever heard of customer service?
Not Technicians just part swappers! - Jeep Patriot
I took my daughter's Jeep to Riverland dealership for repair instead of a local repair shop expecting a higher quality of service. Was I wrong! After bringing in the Jeep they diagnosed the problem as a bad alternator. I questioned the diagnoses the service rep told me about his mechanic has over 20 years of experience and the problem is the alternator! So I said pull the alternator and check it. They said they did so I agreed to replacing the alternator $700. Three days later the Jeep started having the same previous problem. I call up the service rep. He said let him talk to his mechanic (20 years of experience). After talking to the mechanic the service rep said they will have to change the alternator again. No way! I was not bring the Jeep back to them. I decided to bring it to community motors in Hammond, La. They check it out and found it to be a faulty battery cable! WOW!

Not just a great buying experience. Whenever I have brought my jeep in, for service or even a recall. Everyone I have dealt with, true professionals and putting customer first. Work done in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you More and everyone else.

From the time i contacted the dealership to the time i drove away in my new dodge journey was a great experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and very curtious. My salesman Jimmy got me a new car at a used car price and the finance manager Keith made sure i got the best finance offer and APR. Thank u guys so much!!
