I purchased a CPO Infiniti from Ray Catena Infiniti of Edison 1/2017. I worked with Thais and later with Joel.
These two put a lot of work into making sure my transaction was smooth and easy. I called from a distant state to inquire about the car and Thais was my first contact. She discussed price and condition with me.
When I got to the point that I was serious about the car, she guided me to Joel, who called at a specified time to do a video walk around of the car, show me the condition, and to show me the features.
When it came time for financing, Thais was so helpful in providing the paperwork my bank required to process the loan.
Once I had a ticket purchased, Thais offered to send a car to pick me up at the airport. That alone saved me 65 dollars in taxi fares.
Arriving at the Dealership, Joel pulled the car around. It had been compounded and cleaned spotlessly inside and out. Upon inspection, I noted that they had put in a full tank of gas. At that time, Joel let me know that they had discovered a weak battery a few days prior and he had the service department replace it, so I didn't have to drive the car all the way home with a battery that could potentially be a problem.
Paperwork was smooth and mostly all in order. The car is everything they promised and I could not be more pleased with my purchase or with the decision to use Ray Catena Infiniti.

I made an appointment for express service repair (oil change and tire rotation) with Pam. The drop-off and pick-up process was quick and efficient, despite the ongoing showroom construction. Pam was professional and explained the scope of service. The waiting lounge is new, and featured amenities such as refreshments, Wifi, an iMac workstation and numerous magazines. The service area and waiting lounge were clean. In addition, Ron, from the parts department, provided options for accessories to better utilize my vehicle in the future. Pam, Ron, and the service staff at Circle Infiniti are great and client focused. Overall, an excellent service experience at Circle Infiniti. Thanks!

We called ahead of time because we were coming in to look at two vehicles and had our 5 year old and 1 year old in tow. Mark and Darius had the models ready for us to look at and ready to test drive within minutes of arriving. They were both extremely professional and not pressuring, which actually helped persuade our decision to go ahead and trade in our car and lease two new ones. They were very knowledgeable with what options we had in our trade in and both needed in our new cars. I felt they were very honest and would gladly deal with them again in the future. Brought in my M37X (2012) for what I thought might be a windshield wiper motor replacement, and all it was - was an adjustment was needed~! Happy to say no cost, and both wipers working again.
I have purchased now 4 cars (latest in January 2017)- all new, however, I wanted to be sure that this dealership, and service department are recognized asreally tops in my book. I don't agree with a previous responder pertaining to these two individuals. they are both incredibly professional
and have been so helpful with all my service needs for my purchases of my last three Infinitis,
and now forth.

After requesting a quote on line I received a call from Ben Chen. That was the beginning of a great car buying experience. Ben is a real professional in every sense of the word. He knows the products he sells very well and treats his customers with respect. I had gotten quotes from five dealerships and some gave me multiple quotes trying to get my business. Ben's first quote was far better than any of the other quotes I received. When Ben delivered the car he had all the paperwork ready and the car was perfectly prepared. He went over all aspects of the car explaining everything and answering any questions I had. Start to finish the delivery took a little over an hour. If your looking for an Infiniti product you would be doing yourself a big favor to get quotes first and then contact Ben. He will do whatever he has to, to make your buying experience stress free and save you money.

Fausto cold called me to follow up on my sales status of a new car after I was unable to work a deal with Greenwich Infiniti a month or so ago. He was courteous and professional and while I seriously doubted he could get me into the car I wanted for the price I wanted he made it happen. I am extremely pleased with the car. I just traded in my M35 for a pre certified Q60. And I must say the salesman Steve Gorin was fantastic. Easy going transparent.. I was through the buying process in about 2hrs or so. And I have brought cars before and you can be sitting through this process up to 4 or 5hrs sometime. The finance gentleman was very good as well again transparent and no Hassell. I said one time no I don't want the extended warranty. AND that was the end of it no pressure never asked again.. I will definitley buy any future Infiniti vehicles from these gentleman. And one other any questions I had even after my purchase Steve if not available always calls back.. THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME..
