I cannot thank the Infiniti Team ( Robert Presuto, David Younan, and Bob Morse) enough for making this the best car buying experience we ever had. Starting from the test drive until we left the lot. Robert was extremely pleasant, answered all our questions, and made himself available without being pushy as me and my wife deciphered if this was the right vehicle for us. I had mentioned to Robert I originally wanted to surprise my wife with the car but couldn't because I wanted to make sure she picked one out she liked. On the day we came to pick the car up Robert had a Bow on the car and my wife was overcome with joy. The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy is light years beyond compared to the other 6 car dealerships we went to to shop for this next car. in about a year I was considering to buy a BMW for myself but leaning towards an Infiniti now so I can continue to use this dealership.

I saw a pre owned vehicle on CarGurus, and called for information. I spoke with ALEX FAKHIR, product specialist. He provided initial information and arranged for me to visit to see the car. He answered my questions, called back when he said he would. On arrival, I met Alex and his coworker Joe. It was raining, and they took the time and effort to put the car in the showroom so I could see it comfortably!!! The car was immaculate, and he gave me the history of how the dealership came to get the car.
We spoke at length regarding what I wanted in a vehicle. He LISTENED and offered suggestions. HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS, NOT a sales pitch that escalated during conversation as I had experienced with other dealerships. He had the product knowledge also !! I truly believe he wanted to put the right person in the right car !
From sales, to service Manager who put the car thru inspection, to Joe (later Edward also) the Finance Officers, the transaction was SEAMLESS!!! Pleasant and painless !

They helped me give in an Audi A4 that had 8 months payments left and got me into a brand new 2017 premium plus Q50 for an amazing price. It was a pleasure to work with this team and I actually was happy buying a car for the first time!!! Their energy and excitement for you is just great in itself. As long as Ben and mike are there, I will continue to go to them! Superb customer service!!! I cant thank them enough and am absolutely amazed at their service!

After searching for several weeks for an Infiniti M37x and visiting several Infiniti Dealerships walking into Lynbrook Infiniti they made me feel like part of the family. Everyone I had dealings with were exceptional but I have to single out Sales Manager Scott Gallo who from before I first got to dealership called me on my cell and gave me his personal number and made contact with me for over 2 weeks while I was on vacation keeping me up to breast on developments and retrieved the car I specifically wanted from another affiliated dealer. He has kept his word on everything he promised and has fixed every minor detail or issue I've had. Amazingly he responds to every call or text immediately. I will only be buying in the future from Lynbrook Infiniti as long as Scott Gallo works there.

I bought 2017 qx80, 2 months ago from this dealership, I live in queens new York, after stopping by infiniti dealership in bayside and Manhasset, I almost gave up on buying infiniti, because of rude treatment from unprofessional sales people, I decided to call Douglas infiniti in new jersey and i,m so glad I made right decision, their customer service was excellent, I am very happy with my new suv, I would like to do business with them again in the future.

Let me start this off by saying this is the first review I have written so that should tell you how bad this place is. I urge you to stay away from this place or else you will regret it. I came here on my birthday in order to upgrade my G37 to the new Q50 red sport. The sales person who helped me initially I believed to be a nice guy but it turned out I was wrong. The salesman and finance manager set me up for failure. I discussed at great length with the sales person of my reluctance to pay too much for this car because I have a baby on the way and I am looking to buy a home in the near future. We finally reached a deal and because I was in what they call the "pull ahead" program that Infiniti would wave I think 2 or 3 payments and the dealership would pay off the remaining balance and that was fine. Before I signed anything the salesman asked for my keys so he can check the mileage, which he did. I was asked if I had my spare key and the manual because if not I would get charged for both. I told him that I had my spare at home but I wasn't to sure about the manual. He eventually told me "oh don't worry I'll just grab one from another car" . He never once mentioned anything about being over my miles. I assumed that was because I was upgrading my car within the same car family. I get to the finance manager and also tells me whats going to happen with my car and how 3 payments are waived and the dealership covers the rest and he too never once mentions being over miles. 3 months later I get a call from a collections agency saying that I owe a little over $1700 to Infiniti for over mileage. I couldn't believe it because no one mentioned anything about that and here I am getting this call. I understood being over mileage would cost me and I have no problem paying for something that I did, but tell me upfront so that I can take that into consideration and get a car with less features so I can take into account the extra money I have to pay for going over my miles. Instead they stuck me in a car and now I have to pay $1700 dollars for my car that I no longer own. This is horrible business practices and I have told all my friends to Stay away from this place. I have contacted the State Attorney General, as well as several news outlets in hope someone will pick up my story so I can expose their shady business.
