I inserted a '2' in the review title as this is my second vehicle from Tom Accatatta and my third from the dealership. The previous review was written 7/30/14. As before, Tom made the acquisition a painless and positive experience, with no hassles, game playing or unnecessary upsells. Tom is a gentleman whose primary concern is customer service, who worked with us to get the vehicle(Q50) we ultimately decided on, at a price point we were happy with. After we signed the paperwork, the sales manager, Mark Hernandez congratulated us, and his only comments were related to the sales experience and if he could help in any manner.
To close with the same tag line as the previous review: "Amazing customer service and a great vehicle made this an all around outstanding experience".

It has being 6 months since I bough my Infiniti and I've experience bad service and excellent service. Not mentioning the dealer's name, located in Westchester. I had minor service performed and to my astonishment my car was returned to me with the panels off under the glove-box sitting on the floor. You know I had to take a few pics and call over the service advisor. Now 2 days ago I went out to Circle Infinti to get a few things done to the car. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly John Dilieto, who listened to my concerns and requests. Upon completion my car was returned to me serviced, washed, vacuumed and in one piece. I can say with full certainty Circle Infiniti Service Dept goes far and beyond and more in satisfying their customer. Way to go!

My first visit with Drew was information gathering as I was researching a bunch of cars as my current lease was coming due and he was extremely helpful and sent a lovely follow-up note. My second visit was to test drive the Q50. Mark Hirschberg came over to introduce himself and answer any additional questions and provided some helpful feedback on the other cars I was considering. I ultimately decided to go with the Q50 and called to schedule an appointment with Drew. I learned he was not going to be there when I planned on coming in so I reached out to Mark who was responsive to my needs and facilitated making sure I had another salesperson waiting for me when I got there. Willem was wonderful and we reviewed all of Drew's notes and quotes, which were honored and I walked out with a new car lease. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone I encountered at the dealership and look forward to picking up my new car this week.

Let me begin by saying, this was the WORST customer service I've experienced in the past 10 years of Infiniti ownership!!! I was looking to lease my FOURTH vehicle with this dealership, and I was specifically told by the salesman (if you want to call him that) Fernando, that my "loyalty was built into that price" that he was offering me! He later told me that "there were no incentives at this time"!! Are you kidding me? Spring Event month, Memorial Day, end of month, loyal customer for 10 years...well all of that went out of the window dealing with Fernando!! He also informed me that he "was between jobs right now" so needless to say he was NOT an experienced or loyal salesman. So needless to say, Infiniti lost a long time customer thanks to the inexperienced salesman named Fernando! Stay away from this guy at all costs...he will come nowhere near the price you are looking to pay. He even told me that I might as well just buy a Honda at that price!! Don't make the mistake and waste your time dealing with this dealership...that's 3 hours I will never get back. So much for customer loyalty...

Let me start this off by saying this is the first review I have written so that should tell you how bad this place is. I urge you to stay away from this place or else you will regret it. I came here on my birthday in order to upgrade my G37 to the new Q50 red sport. The sales person who helped me initially I believed to be a nice guy but it turned out I was wrong. The salesman and finance manager set me up for failure. I discussed at great length with the sales person of my reluctance to pay too much for this car because I have a baby on the way and I am looking to buy a home in the near future. We finally reached a deal and because I was in what they call the "pull ahead" program that Infiniti would wave I think 2 or 3 payments and the dealership would pay off the remaining balance and that was fine. Before I signed anything the salesman asked for my keys so he can check the mileage, which he did. I was asked if I had my spare key and the manual because if not I would get charged for both. I told him that I had my spare at home but I wasn't to sure about the manual. He eventually told me "oh don't worry I'll just grab one from another car" . He never once mentioned anything about being over my miles. I assumed that was because I was upgrading my car within the same car family. I get to the finance manager and also tells me whats going to happen with my car and how 3 payments are waived and the dealership covers the rest and he too never once mentions being over miles. 3 months later I get a call from a collections agency saying that I owe a little over $1700 to Infiniti for over mileage. I couldn't believe it because no one mentioned anything about that and here I am getting this call. I understood being over mileage would cost me and I have no problem paying for something that I did, but tell me upfront so that I can take that into consideration and get a car with less features so I can take into account the extra money I have to pay for going over my miles. Instead they stuck me in a car and now I have to pay $1700 dollars for my car that I no longer own. This is horrible business practices and I have told all my friends to Stay away from this place. I have contacted the State Attorney General, as well as several news outlets in hope someone will pick up my story so I can expose their shady business.
