Found a pre owned Lexus RX 350 on the internet couldn't make it there so they held it with small deposit over the phone went the next day and dealt with a salesman named Steve who was awesome I had never bought a car and was very intimidated Steve was very professional and friendly at the same time.when it was time to pick up the car he had a tech person named leslie who was also wonderful go over everything with me for over an hour and taught me a lot about the car if you are looking for a Lexus I highly recommend prestige Lexus of Ramsey and ask for Steve

This is our 3rd car leased from Ray Catena Lexus and we will definitely keep going back. This dealership, and specifically our sales person Bernard Tremblay, are so upfront and honest. There is never a feeling of discomfort. They are extremely accommodating and patient in making sure you get what you need and understand what you're getting. The service department as well is top notch. The flexibility in booking an appointment with them is fantastic. My husband owns a BMW and it can be difficult scheduling a service appointment but with Ray Catena you can pretty much get whatever time and day that works for you. Overall 5 star experience.

Although, this was my first visit with this dealership, I felt at home with them. Jessica went out of her way to satisfy all my concerns and provide all information regarding the car. There was absolutely no sale pressure to purchase the vehicle. They knew all well that with honest discussion, i would make the right decision to purchase the car. All they wanted to do is to convince me the to buy the right car for my need. All sales staff were very cordial, especially Jessica Delima, who was willing to go extra mile to make sure that i buy the right car. They delivered the car at my house and Allen Moore spent enough time to go over all technical details and complicated working of the vehicle. We went to see and test drive a new Lexus, The young saleslady, Tabetha Pradel, was very attractive, attentive and solicitous, actually very polished and professional. There was no high pressure sales tactic, as is seen in most other dealerships. Tabetha spent considerable time trying to understand the needs of her customers and to address them. Her manager, Salman Umar, was equally polished, professional, courteous and solicitous. It was a great pleasure dealing with both of them.They are two of the very best car dealers that I have ever met in my 70 plus years. I look forward to seeing them again soon.

I am from Massachusetts and was using the internet to find a precertified lexus. I called at 7:50 at night (10 minutes before closing) and was greeted by a Michael Cavaliere. I immediately asked what time they closed and he told me in 10 minutes. I said I would call back in the morning, however, he insisted on helping me right away. I had a trade involved and I knew the specific car I was interested in. He collected all my info and told me he would get a price for my trade and a price on the certified vehicle and call me back in the morning. The next morning he called back and presented me with a deal. I was torn between his car and another certified lexus at a dealership in Connecticut. Then Michael came up with a solution perfect for me. He explored his inventory and found a leftover new Lexus for a slight increase of money. I didn't think I could afford a new Lexus. But he found me a better car for a little more than I originally planned on spending. He was honest, knowledgeable and completely upfront. He worked with me in getting a deal done. He was efficient and we were able to get the deal done over the phone and by text. Being from Massachusetts also presented some further complications. However, he was thorough and worked with my insurance and the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles to make sure everything was done legally and correctly. I would recommend Michael Cavaliere completely to anyone interested in purchasing a lexus. He is trustworthy, efficient and knowledgeable.
