* DISCLOSURE: I am a writer and reviewer by profession. I am familiar with both critique and fairness. The following summary is now my own private experience, having recently purchased a new vehicle from Miller Nissan. The following is my experience as a simple customer.
Walking into a dealership can be daunting no matter how many times you've been blessed to purchase a new vehicle. When purchasing a new vehicle, you are inevitably part of a process, one that has an entrance, a deal and inevitably the close. Here is my experience.
- Semhar Samuels, is the first responder, so to say. She is brilliant, kind and accommodating in every way. Her wonderful smile is just a precursor to a wonderful process. Many times, both pre and post purchase, she was there to offer help in any capacity with a great smile and strong willingness to help others. POST SALE: Semhar was delightful, accommodating and an amazing ambassador for this reputable dealership. She is my marker of just how Miller Nissan covets their clients needs.
- Michael Mason -You would be hard pressed to find any other dealer as easy going, positive, accommodating and caring as Mike Mason. His "can-do" attitude is soon revealed as his normal personality. Polite, genuine and professional are just but a few words to describe his value during this process. The Salesman is the strong middle man that is responsible for helping those, who come looking, and walk them through the entire process and experience. It was my joy and blessing to have been handed to Mike when I initially entered the facility to kick some tires. During and through the process, his can do attitude was affirming and kind. He is an asset to dealership in every way.
- Michael Dady. Every deal can produce uncertainty, issues and financing hurdles. Yet, I can honestly say, there were none, NOT ONE. Another solid attribute to this dealership. I had a few hurdles that could've caused an uneasiness or dismay. He made the closing process a low stress and smooth experience. I will always remember, that every time I can in through and after the sale, he is the first one go give your a hearty and genuine "Hello" and smile. A true professional .
- CLOSING. Yes, I may be a professional reviewer, but nothing in this review is contrived nor slanted. I have purchased more than my fair share of vehicles in every price point in my life. I Would have to say though, this was my greatest auto purchase, hands down.

We just leased our second Nissan Rogue. Dealing with Paul Pinto was a pleasant, no pressure experience. Paul is a well informed and patient sales specialist who listens and explains every aspect of the process. We had originally visited the dealership and spoke to Paul about a month and a half earlier. I had explained that I had to wait a while before actually signing up, and Paul never put any pressure on us. Additionally, our experience with Ian Delong in handling all the contracts etc., was also a very hassle free experience. We highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buying or leasing a Nissan.

ATTENTION NISSAN POTENTIAL BUYERS AND NISSAN OWNERS...
Nissan is undeniably has a good performance rating but I hope nobody will end up in the same dilemma I am having.
I own a Nissan Pathfinder 2001 with good working engine and transmission and still nice looking body but the steering shaft was broken not too long ago. I went to Sansone Woodbridge dealer with my VIN number and ordered the corresponding part needed. Comparing the original part to the one arrived, it is obvious, its not the same.
It came out, 10 percent, according to inquiry by parts department of Sansone, of Nissan Pathfinder manufactured on that year, the steering mechanism was different from the rest.
Unfortunately, Nissan already stopped manufacturing that specific spare part of those 10 percent, so I cannot purchase any brand new spare part for my car.
My alternative is going to the junk yard but chance of finding is almost nil considering its only 10 percent of Pathfinders produced on that period. Besides, i want brand new part because its the steering shaft.
Thanks to Jack Fischer of Sansone parts department who is very kind and helpful but if you end up dealing with his partner who is rude and with condescending attitude who told me, even showing the apparent difference of the two parts, not to do it myself and get someone who knows how to do the job, instead of focusing on the issue, it will just aggravate the heavy headache. He did not know that i have a mechanic who is certified.

I recently leased a Nissan Maxima from Legend Nissan and was thrilled with my experience. I initially filled out an online inquiry and was immediately contacted by Chantelle. I explained my needs and what I was willing to pay. I also explained my lack of patience for the usual sales pitches. I asked her to get me a real deal and she assured me that they would get it done. When I went in that evening I was I was ready for the nonsense. THERE WAS NONE OF IT. I was greeted by Peter who put me in the hands of their newest sales associate, MJ. Both Peter and MJ were AMAZING. They knew exactly what I wanted for a price I was willing to pay. I was amazed at the ease. As a Nissan owner, I know what to expect from my local dealers. In the case of Action Nissan Service - they took this expectation and glorified it! I was stuck in a jam, and from the first person that picked up the phone, I was treated with empathy and respect. Anita went above and beyond to accommodate me immediately. She knew her product, and even re-worked her schedule to allow me to pickup my serviced vehicle. I was even granted a loaner upon request.
