Walked into thre Honda dealer this am with no intention of buying a new car.Mike Lehman was the person who greeted me when I entered. I guess it was my lucky day. Told him I wanted to look at theCR-v. We talked about new or used & what payments I wanted. Went out & looked at a few used vehicles took a test drive. Went back in & he helped me with financing & and insurance. Mike even helped me empty out my car,programmed my blue tooth,added a few phone#. I am from a small town in MN &I was sure the service would not be as good. The whole team went above &beyond. I even got a hug.

We were just checking in tradeing our car but not sure if it was possible since we owed so much in our trade but the salesman JJ EL Hallabi explained to us that he was going to do what ever it takes to help us and the desk manager Mike Suleiman. Not only we drove home the same day the car that we wanted but they did the extra mile and we were very lucky to get a deal that was alot better than expected. We visited 2 different dealers and one if them we got refused and the other one was an amount that was far from our budget. We will recommend this dealer to anyone 100 per cent. I have an older Honda Element that I love dearly. I'm in need of new car but I'm having a hard time parting ways with my Element and...I also don't have a lot of money right now. I explained this to Drew Craig who was understanding and told me what repairs were most important and crucial right now, and what I could hold off on, as well printing out a list of the repairs with the total prices, not just an estimate. Very helpful.

I was so pleasantly surprised my my most recent experience at Auto Nation Honda that I had to share. before I start, let me say it is at least a decade or more since I bought a new car. The wife and I drift in to look around and a sales person offers to assist. ME - my hackles rise. Turns out to be completely unnecessary. Ibrahim was such a pleasant gentlemen. knowledgeable, unassuming and very helpful. we test drove and left. that nigot I was all over the Internet looking at options, and managed to upsell myself to leather and turbo-charged with all sorts of electronic options. Ibrahim obliges with a test drive the next day. We decide to take a car with feature combinations that they did not have on the lot. within 24 hours our car was there. After a pleasant meeting with Jessica (Ibrahim's manager) and Fernanda (the finance director), we drove off in a lovely new Honda Civic. I have never considered buying a car a pleasant experience, but this team did everything possible to make it so. Thanks team for making an undertaking I was dreading so palatable. Awesome.

COMPLETELY blown away by this dealership.Needed some warranty work completed on my truck due to a power steering FAILURE. Dealship blamed my lift and tires then wanted to charge me 2200 dollars to fix it. Thank god rough county stands by there products and customers. I will never buy another GM product because of this dealership. I would recommend anyone go to them. Best part is I asked for a full report of how and why it was related to my lift In a written statement and I basically got a run around story on paper. Do not expect professionalism or quality customer service.
