Gary Yeomans Ford/Lincoln was a rare, positive, pleasure to work with.
Friendly, nice, excellent selection and Mr. Hawksby was a true professional
as a salesman. Simply nice, no-pressure, willing to keep looking for what I WANT!
And he was very knowledgeable of the Lincoln cars. He did everything
he committed to when I set-up my appointment, and he was very accommodating when
I changed the time.
He was right-on for my appointment, and ready to go.

They are not interested in making a deal. They will try to rip you off on your trade in, and won't take a penny off of their sticker price. They will try to make you think that's how it should be. Don't let them pull the sheet over your eyes! Our sales rep treated us fine, seemed to have his hands tied by his manager.

I would give no stars if I could. I would like to Thank FORD , Island Lincoln, the engineer, and service tech for nearly getting me and my family in a wreck this weekend. I have had Numerous Problems with my new Truck, from engine lights, back up camera, nearly ended up in a ditch, due to my brakes. I have asked to have these things repaired. I've taken pictures, video's, had my truck sit at this dealer for 10 days with nothing done or very little. This weekend I was in Jacksonville and if you have ever been in Jacksonville, Florida you need your brakes. After having to pump them several times, they would not pump anymore nor would they stop my vehicle and I almost ran into the back of someone. Ford what is it going to take before my truck is repaired or replaced.

This is a honest review, please avoid these crooks! I had an issue with my battery terminal and my vehicle was not starting. I dropped my vehicle off and I was contacted by Philp who was rude and short on the phone. Basically said he would get to it when they have time? Philp called me back a day later stating it was my battery and the terminal wiring. Little did Philp know is that I replaced my battery two days ago, brand new battery. Yet he insisted that I needed a new battery. He did back pedal and said well it's your wiring and it would cost around $3 to rerun. Fair enough. Three days later I picked my vehicle up and was charged $350 for the wiring!!! I was excepting to pay the $129 diagnostic fee and $3 for the wiring but they overcharged me and wanted to push a new battery on me! I promise these guys are crooks, please take your vehicle somewhere else. I use to be a loyal customer for 8 plus years and referred many of my friends and family to Brian Gruney but this place went downhill since he left!!

Stay away from Brian Gurney. Big Liar!!! They misdiagnosed my car and wanted me to pay $550.00 and drive away with the same problem. I returned and they refunded me after looking over the car again. I went to drive away for the second time now and notice this time my hood would not close and I told Brian and he tried to blame me for it being that way all along just after he had told me that they would never work on my car again. How rude can you get. I told him ok and I would report them. He said wait I need to get my boss and he did. He tried to tell the boss that lie about he thinks the hood was out of line all along. He did not write it down or ask me about it. They tried to fix it two days later but it's still out of alignment. This is awful. Stay away from these guys especially Brian. Big Liar!!!

Fine, but I don't see that option anywhere and when I call the dealer, i'm told he will get back to me. 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting. received only one key. when I called to ask if another was available, was told he will get back to me...still waiting.
