Jay was very friendly and helpful. He explained every question I had thoroughly and didn't make me feel like it was a high pressure situation. The dealership let me take the Mustang out with my family for a test drive without a salesperson. They agreed to fix the few flaws the car had and threw in a spare tire included in the price. I've been to a lot of dealerships over the past few weeks and this one has the best staff and environment!

My salesperson, Jill Burks, was great. There was never any pressure to buy a car. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, and was able to answer all of my questions. She took the time to explain every aspect of of the car-buying process. I will definitely recommend her and Nissan of Melbourne to friends and family.

Needs improvement with front counter service department - SKL
I have been taking my Nissan vehicles to Pat Fischer Nissan for over 10 years. Until recently with the new remodel of the building, I have been extremely satisfied. Since the new remodel, there's an entirely new staff and I have a few issues that have concerned me. One being, new service employees that have not completed servicing my car as per the usual excellent service. First visit with my new car, no one cleared/updated the service warnings on the car as they previously had. Second visit, I had to put air in all four tires before the next service which tells me no air was put in my tires on that visit. On the third visit, I had to refill my window washer cleaner. In 10 years, I have never run out of windshield washer fluid. That tells me someone probably didn't fill the windshield washer fluid as they should have. I just had my car serviced again and I brought these issues up when I spoke with the service manager. Let's see how it goes this time. My only other complaint, and I have voiced this on several occasions, there should be some sort of nice couches put in the front of the service department for customers while waiting for the reps to wait on us. I had to stand over 15 minutes the other day. I'm standing there with a Yeti cup, a heavy purse, my sunglasses, my phone and a book to read. I noticed that I'm not the only one carrying items in their hands while waiting. As I mentioned the inconvenience to me and much older customers (after all we are in a retirement community), other customers chimed in with the same sentiment. Older customers should not have to stand and wait for a service rep to get to them. I was told that the dealership had no say in this matter, that Nissan dictated to them everything including where to put the signs, etc. If that's the case then someone needs to tell Nissan that their customers are not happy having to stand for extended periods of time while waiting on customer reps.

Nissan wasn't even on my radar (last 5 cars of mine were Toyotas), but my better half did some research and after falling for Sutherlin in Orlando and their BS, she ended-up contacting Frank Lania at Daytona Nissan- Glad we did! We originally were going to go for a "special" 2016 Altima SV with that had been hanging around for awhile (it was their last "new" 2016 left), but I didn't like the colors, the fact it had over 1k miles on the odo and it sold just after we test-drove it so, after some intial confusion on the trim line needed for a 2017, I ended-up stopping there after work Friday (unannounced)- Frank was busy with other appointments, so he had Anthony Caputo show me some 2017 SV's in the color I wanted. Both of these gentlemen are top notch! I advised Anthony that I wanted the 2017 black/charcoal SV and what OTD price I was looking for, then left. About an hour later, Anthony called with a slightly higher OTD number, I countered in the middle and asked them to throw in tint. He called back a few minutes later accepting the offer and that was it! I went Saturday morning and it went smoothly- The OTD price was as promised (the finance guy was very pleasant and I didn't get a lot of blow-back when I didn't opt for the extras) and I got the car I wanted. Their Service area is MUCH nicer than Daytona Toyota AND they offer free car washes/vacuum whenever their service dept is open- Love that, love the deal and these two are a great example of what car sales professionals should be. We're looking forward to a long relationship with Nissan and Daytona Nissan!
Don't trade a car in here - September
We had read reviews before about the value that your trade-in was given at the dealer to offset their low prices. I guess we had to see it for ourselves. We did.
The trade value offered after finding a car and getting a good price was 4 thousand less than other dealers in the area. The place also is a construction zone with very little usable space inside at this time.
Oil change and tire rotation - Krisshoemaker
I bought my car from this dealer . Very good service from the dealer end of it . However the service not so much . I've been back 3 times for service . Regular oil change / tire rotation . First time about an hour , second time they asked me if I wanted it washed I said sure as long as it doesn't take to long 2 and half hours later the guy brings my car around not washed apologizes and says next visit is on us sorry for the delay . Today appointment at 11 AM I advised them when I dropped it off no wash I don't have time . Needless to say at 1 PM i asked for status oh they are just finishing it up . I look up and see them just pulllong my car in . It's now 1:35 and I am still waiting!

Took my son-in-laws car in to repair, and after them having the car for 2 month's, are wanting to return the car not running. Claimed to have talented mechanics. He was told a new lie every week.
