I had an amazing experience at Universal Nissan. I wasn't even sure if I would be approved for a car but they made it happen. I spoke with Ruben Matos the first day I cane who helped me lay out options and a car that would work for me and the second day closed the deal wuth Robert Espejo. Both of them are the most amazingly patient and helpful sales consultants I've seen thus far. I also had the pleasure of meeting the sales manager Jose St. Hilaire who was extremely helpful and reassured me they would be able to work with me. Then Adriano from finance even got me an awesome deal that included gap and an extended warranty for a lower interest rate than I originally agreed to. I walked in thinking I wouldn't be able to get a car at all and left with a 2017 Altima at a price lower than I expected. I would highly recommend this dealership. They won't pressure you into anything you can't afford and they're all extremely helpful when working with your budget and getting you approved.

Cia was fantastic in assisting me in finding the car I was looking for, at the right price, and with the right experience. I called the dealership early in the morning inquiring about a vehicle i had found online. Cia answered the phone and arranged for a time for me to come down to the dealership. Shortly thereafter, he called me back to say that the vehicle had been sent to auction, but had 5 alternative similar vehicles for me to look at. I was able to come down to the dealership and view these 5 vehicles within 15 minutes of arriving. Cia also accommodated my wife and our dog with an ice cold water and a seat inside the air conditioned dealership. I found a vehicle better than the one I had originally called for. Additionally, I told Cia exactly how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle, and while that could have been a hang up, he was able to get one of the managers to make it happen quickly and without difficulty. All in all, I was in and out of the dealership in a few hours with a vehicle I love, and at the payment I was looking for. 10/10 service.

Best experience! Everyone was amazing and treated you like family! Something was wrong with the car I was looking at and when I didn't like the options I had they gave me something even BETTER! My credit is poor but they made it possible abd I drove away in a practically new 2016!!!!! A car I never would have looked at because it was out of my price range! 4th car purchased at Pat Fischer Nissan - Lowrider
Just pirchased 4th car from Pat Fischer Nissan since moving to Brevard County. I recommend the experience. No big dealer bolognie. Just made a deal that worked. My fiance is now in a new altima and happy so that makes me happy. Her car was totalled, the body shop manager took car to help. And the finance manager got us a deal to get the new car in our budget.

Awesome service. Not pushy at all. Ted Wolfe spent time with us explaining everything. The last thing I didn't need is a pushy sales person trying to sell us something we didn't want. These guys a Daytona Nissan are not like this. Ted even made sure my wheelchair would fit in the back for us.
Comfortable and Easy - lirice
This was my second car purchase with this dealership this year. Our salesman Jean D was great both times, he helped our transactions to go smoothly. The environment is warm and friendly, not just with our salesman Jean D but with the entire staff. My husband is disabled and the were very accommodating to us. We didnt feel pressured to purchase and in the end we felt really good about our deal. If we need another Nissan we will definitely be coming back to Mike Erdman Nissan.
Don't trade a car in here - September
We had read reviews before about the value that your trade-in was given at the dealer to offset their low prices. I guess we had to see it for ourselves. We did.
The trade value offered after finding a car and getting a good price was 4 thousand less than other dealers in the area. The place also is a construction zone with very little usable space inside at this time.
appointments meaningless - phuk ewe
Stopped to make an appointment to have air conditioner checked with service writer Keys..He said bring it back at 2:30 PM. At 3:40 PM our car had not been touched. As a consumer, when you tell me 2:30 I expect the car to be in the service bay within a few minutes. Appointments are meaningless when warranty work is to be done. I wonder if it would be different if I was a cash customer. Same thing happened last month for an EXPRESS (MY ASS) oil change. Im going to see if things are better in Gainesville.
