Best car buying experience yet. - The Z Family
My husband and I have been considering different vehicles for several months now. Finally, deciding on a GMC Acadia, I found the exact model and color I wanted at Kelly. Mike Yeager was phenomenal to work with for buying a vehicle. Schedules are tough with little time to spare--who has time to spend hours at a dealership? Mike was knowledgeable, personable, and made this experience enjoyable. He made sure to understand our needs and accommodate our family. Thank you, Mike, for making this such a good experience for us!

In the market for new Buick Encore and made Pointe GMC Buick our first stop. Mike Miller was very helpful, courteous and professional. Though we were unable to come to an agreement on new vehicle pricing we left with a very positive impression of Pointe GMC Buick and recommend anyone in the market for a new GMC or Buick stop by and see Mike Miller and the Pointe GMC/Buick team.

No pressure! - bahlight
Not your "typical salesperson", Jim Burgert rearranged his schedule to accommodate ours, and never once made us feel pressure to buy. A genuinely nice guy, he and Matt Morrison made our buying experience a pleasant one. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end.
Straight forward and easy used car purchase. - DaveS
Two years ago I endured the most grueling, underhanded car buying experience I had ever had. When I decided to purchase my next car I did so with a good deal of suspicion and trepidation.
I should not have worried. From the first contact through completion of the sale Lauren (Customer Care Representative) and Philip (Sales) were straightforward and a pleasure to do business with.
When the price of the car for sale is fair and the value given for a trade-in is fair every thing about the transaction is easy.
This HOOF (Highly Opinionated Old Fart) has a very high opinion of Coleman Buick and their employees.
Always the Best! - Elliott Stroul
The definition of professionalism and making you feel like family. Everyone is totally awesome.
Kathy, Tommy, Todd, the service crew and Fred. It is always a pleasure to business there.
Amazing additions to my family - Silverado
These wonderful gentlemen made us feel so comfortable and in every way. We began walking through the lot looking for a pick up truck. A salesman came over to us, introduced himself, and told us to take our time and look around. He didn't follow like a lost puppy, with a sales pitch!! We found what we wanted and from that moment on, the process was amazing. We purchased a beautiful, Chevy Silverado, w extended cab, black interior and low mileage. Exactly what we were looking for!! Greg, I could never thank you enough and the staff was impeccable. Once signed, we walked outside to a sales crew transferring our personal belongings from our previous truck into a truck with balloons tied to it, smiling faces, and two customers that now feel like family. To Greg, you are amazing and a pleasure to deal with. To the other gentlemen, I thank all of you for making this purchase, in this location, so perfect. I would recommend this dealership in Pleasantville NJ, to everybody looking for a great deal and honesty. Thank you again for being the people you are. Amazing!!!!!
excellent place for your car or truck - templephil
I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Patriot. There have taken good care of my truck and been very patient and attentive to my requests. There have been a few occasions where I have been late and they still take me and get my issues resolved.
Honest, Fair, Friendly - adavid02
Coming in just to look, Lou Cerota saw me in the lot and asked if he could help. Lou was very helpful in answering all my questions and the eventual test drive ended in a purchase. Lou was very patient as we went through the paperwork and he arranged it so I could pick up my 'new' used vehicle within a few hours. I would send anyone to Lou and this dealership. Every step of the process was painless and friendly.
Recommend Tina Alldrege - blackpearl
We recently purchased a used vehicle from Union Park Honda. Tina Alldredge was our salesperson. She was absolutely wonderful. We love our Honda! We would not hesitate to buy another vehicle if needed from Tina. She made this experience great. We needed a couple of things done to the car and she made all the necessary arrangements to get the work done. If you want a caring, knowledgeable salesperson ask for Tina Alldredge! You will not be sorry.
Great Service - TheCrumps
My wife and I just purchased a Pre-Certified 2014 GMC Terrain from Bergey's. Our sales person Glenda Bergey Leatherman was a joy. She made the experience truly painless. She got the ball rolling prior to us arriving with the credit review/approval. With the financing already out of the way we weren't sitting around for hours. The entire process took maybe 2hrs total. Jay Kircher our finance associate was informative BUT not at all pushy. He laid out options to consider but NEVER made it life or death which I will always respect. Once all paper work was signed and completed Glenda walked the wife and I through the setup of the Phone system, SiriusXm, etc.. and answered any questions we may have had (again Professional Service from Beginning to End). I would recommend Bergey's to my family and friends, because I know they will be treated with care and respect. As another reviewer stated, if you want to purchase a car from a dealer who stands behind their vehicles, Bergey's is the place to go.
recall simple and friendly, - wayne swope
I received a recall notice from on-star for the trailer hitch on my 2016 gmc canyon. I had 2 sleepless nights in fear on gmc service after my first experience with Burns gmc in Marlton ,new jersey.
Finally i went to Burke motors in Cape May Court house, nj. They where friendly and appeared to want a customer unlike my selling dealer,(burns in Marlton ,nj). i was pleased at there investigating of the issue. They informed me the trailer hitch was back ordered, but they would keep me updated. Friendly and updating customers, new experience. I left and 10 minutes later got a phone call asking me to return to the dealer. They inspected the trailer hitch and reviewed the recall papers . My vehicle was clear and safe and I am thankful.
I received a survey from the dealer but they never provided an ID or Password so u spend 30 min. of ur time filling it out and then can not submit it. contact them and they send another survey again no user ID or Password. Contacted gm customer service and the 4th and 5th person i spoke to transferred me to call my own phone. gm has an issue.
Burke motors was a breath of fresh air,

Left me hanging - Mike1234
Bought my 2015 Chevrolet 2500 pickup, new from Willis. Took advantage of their oil change specials since purchase. After a recent oil change noticed large oil spot in driveway. Investigation revealed leaking oil filter. Left vehicle sit all weekend, called First thing Monday morning, explained situation. I was told I could bring it in Thurs or Fri. Let my displeasure be known to person who took my call. Also contacted them through one of their online contact forms. I got a very nice email thanking me for considering Willis for my car purchase.
Crawled under truck, filter was loose....tightened and took to another Chevrolet dealer that day. Expected better

Whenever I've needed service for any of my cars purchased at Fred Beans, all of the Service Dept people have been great: friendly, efficient, clear in what they explained, no high pressure for additional service and extremely courteous.
"Sales" - wayne m.
We were greeted immediately by Victor. He introduced us to Daniel the salesman. Daniel was pleasant and worked hard to make sure we got the truck we wanted. Running in and out of the rain to bring trucks to us to keep us from getting wet. Daniel & Glenn really went out of their way to take care of us to give us the best deal on a 2017 GMC Canyon. The people at Penske all are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They gave a good deal on my trade-in. Daniel our salesman spent plenty of time showing the features inside the truck to my wife and I. John was also helpful in going over the extended warranty, tire protection and the Xzilon. Joy Page made sure we were well taken care of at the dealership. Kudos to everyone at Geoff Penske. Thanks you made buying a truck easy. Would recommend to anyone to give them a chance.
better than average - JohnD
1. My salesman Ben was a real nice guy but I felt that he was not completely up front informing me about the $199 for glass etching and the 3year tire, glass and tire protection. There was a lot of conversation flying around about this, that and the other...and then next I know I'm reviewing a sheet with these extra fees. I probably would have went for the tire, glass, tire protetion anyway but definately not the glass etching!
2. I also feel more time could have been spent actually detailing the truck (wipe down the dashboard and wax the paint) and less time putting Armorall on the tires.
3. Other than than Ben was very nice and your finance guy was very efficient.

We brought our 2017 Enclave in for brake and steering issues.I requested a test drive with the tech.Srevice advisor had shop Forman drive truck with My sister and ai after they said nothing was wrong.Shop Forman drove with us and after the brakes went to the flor and he almost went through the windshield he told Service advisor somethings wrong to bring it back in.They parked the car and came back an hour later and said its fine yet didn't move truck again. The gave us a truck with a very low brake pedal and said u less there's a code they can't fix it.My sister was in Jersey and the brakes total went out,Roadside had to be called. It was towed to a nearest Buick dealer that found the bad a Master cylinder in ten minutes.
The trucks brakes work great now.thanks for almost killing us Faulkner abuick.I bought my Caddy there, not anymore since Faulkner employs such dishonest clueless techs and service adbisors
Deceptive or Incompetent - pawel
I found a truck I was interested in: a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a service body. I was in touch with the dealer for about a week, when I noticed that new dealer incentives made the price of the truck very attractive. I sent another email to Amanda Duffy, who supposedly verified the price and asked me to come in as some rebates were to expire the following business day. I came in that same day, spent a couple of hours checking out the truck (and waiting), just to find out that the price of the truck is actually $8,000 more than advertised or verified. Their contention is that the price of the truck was correct, they just "forgot" to include the "upfitter" of the regular bed to service body. They would not honor the advertised price and declined to accept the responsibility for their omission and misrepresentations. Very disappointed. Will not shop there again. Beware...just because you verify the price does not guarantee that this would be the actual price of your new vehicle. Deceptive or incompetent....either way, I will not shop here again.
Felt very valued here ... - K6
We just had the best buying experience imaginable! We have been looking for a Ram 2500 for a while. Initially, we'd planned on purchasing a used vehicle with low mileage that hopefully had been well maintained. It turned out that we'd be able to purchase a brand new vehicle for an excellent price at Novick, and it doesn't end there. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. Aside from signatures and becoming acquainted with the vehicle, there was nothing more to do. There were no awkward sales pitches, no surprise charges ... not one negative thing about the experience! We were treated as valuable customers the entire time by there extremely friendly staff - including the young lady who opened the door for us, the gentleman who prepared our registration documents, the finance manager, and of course, Scott Novick, who was beyond awesome. This is our first Dodge ... and it certainly won't be our last ... and we definitely will return to buy from Novick!
Great Long Distance Corvette Experience - Dave
I owned 2 Corvettes in the past but was a little nervous purchasing a 2017 Corvette from a dealership 3 hours away from my home. However, the experience was wonderful under the guidance of sales adviser Sam Kelley. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. My wife and I rented a car in order to drive to Atlantic City for the Corvette delivery. We planned to drop the rental car off at the Budget rental counter in the local airport and Uber/taxi back to the Kerbec dealership but Sam insisted on letting us follow him there and giving us a ride back!
Needless to say...we highly recommend Sam. We love our new C7 Corvette and recommend Kerbeck.
Completely Satisfied & Definitely Recommend - FordFan27
We were in the market for a new 2017 Buick Encore. We gathered quotes and visited a few dealers. Janiqua Small quickly responded to our request for an internet price. We visited the dealership and were initially greeted and assisted by John Simonelli who introduced us to our Sales Professional Perry Bonifazi. Perry was courteous, professional, informative and knowledgeable of the Buick product line. We received very fair pricing on both our trade and the Encore we were purchasing. Finance Manager Ashley Hillman was helpful with the finance process. We encourage anyone in the market for a new Buick or GMC to visit Faulkner Buick GMC.
Won't negoiate at all - sandip89
They tried to give me a "great deal" on one of their lender cars so I decided to shop around and I got a better price on a brand new car from O'Reilly GMC in Newtown Square!!
The salesman I worked with was also very rude when I wasn't happy with the price they gave me and actually hung up on me twice during phone conversations.
So happy I was able to take my business elsewhere!
Excellent - Jessiej259
Our salesman, Dan Mindicino, was exceptional. He was very helpful and made buying a vehicle easy, quick and painless. I have owned 4 new vehicles in the last 4 years and this has been the easiest and most rewarding experience from a dealership.
Don't trust the dealership - Michael a nerone

Service Department Complaint - Bruce902
On 5/8/15, my 2011 Buick LaCrosse had an emergency (trip interruption) in Wayne, PA
and was towed to Faulkner GMC Buick, West Chester, PA by AAA; water pump was replaced
and the car was picked up on 5/11/15. After returning to Lancaster, PA, I found that the rocker
panel area just behind the passenger side front wheel was damaged. I took it to Autohaus Body
Shop where several professionals opined that the rocker panel damage was consistent with damage
caused by a car lift. When I contacted Faulkner's Service Manager, Mr. Johenning, he denied that
it happened in their shop; said that the damage was recorded on the back of their work order as
already existing. The conclusion by those adjudicating my complaint (General Motors Customer
Service and Erie Insurance ) was that it was a "he said, she said" argument and the complaint was
closed. AAA had investigated the complaint and advised that the damage was not consistent with
their flat bed tow.
On 9/15/15, having a transmission shifting problem, I took the car to my regular dealer, Jones GMC
Buick, Lancaster. PA. They determined that the problem was the Control Solenoid Valve (CSV) which they replaced. During their repair sequence, they reviewed the car's warranty service record and found that the CSV had supposedly already been replaced; replaced by Faulkner during that Emergency service last May as a Warranty Service. However, Faulkner allegedly replaced the CSV with a part that was not compatible with my Buick. When asked if they could have, by chance, just listed the wrong part number, I was told that the alleged replaced CSV was the original equipment.
Goes right to the heart of the Faulkner Service Department's credibility; one wonders now if the alleged notation on the back of the work order was really made at the time the car was checked in or was it noted, by chance, after the car had been damaged while in Faulkner's shop. If they would bill General Motors for warranty work that they didn't do, I believe then that they would claim the damage to my car already existed.
I am now in discussions with my attorney about initiating a suit against Faulkner.
