My Purchase of Buick 2017 - "Winter Berry" - Teresa
What a great experience with the purchase of my Buick. I like the professionalism, patience of my sales representative, David K. I felt invited rather than forced to purchase the vehicle. Many questions were answered. This is very important, since I leased for the first time. Hoping to continue having very satisfying connection with the dealership. Thank you!!!
Pretty darn good - NewToThis
Jeff Harvey really worked with me on buying my truck. I'll recommend folks to him. That's the easiest thing to say so I'm just taking up space now.

even to the point of watching him in the showroom while I took a test drive......now that's what I
call customer service and the reason I"ll be back and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Steve is a great salesman. He helped me greatly. I saw the vehicle I liked and within less than a week I consulted with him and I am now a proud owner and a happy customer. I left the dealership feeling excited and it was all thanks to Steve
Great experience great selection - Andy
Spent a long time looking for a truck, this place had a great selection and a helpful staff. Adam was very informative and knowledgeable about the truck and helpful throughout the buying process. We checked out many options that fit my price range and he assisted the entire way to find the best fit for me. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
Providing Service - Ensuring All Is Working Properly!!! - LGCA
For the fourteen years I have been with Peruzzi, the service has always been exceptional from the call, the appointment, getting me to and from work, and finalizing the service done. Even when the service repair was high, even when they provided additional time to ensure that all the service had my car working properly, I knew that the staff was assuring me that they were offering me the best that Peruzzi could. Each and every Peruzzi staff member had, has, and will be professional and courteous to their customer. And, for my part as a customer, it is reciprocal. Thank you, all!

Amazing additions to my family - Silverado
These wonderful gentlemen made us feel so comfortable and in every way. We began walking through the lot looking for a pick up truck. A salesman came over to us, introduced himself, and told us to take our time and look around. He didn't follow like a lost puppy, with a sales pitch!! We found what we wanted and from that moment on, the process was amazing. We purchased a beautiful, Chevy Silverado, w extended cab, black interior and low mileage. Exactly what we were looking for!! Greg, I could never thank you enough and the staff was impeccable. Once signed, we walked outside to a sales crew transferring our personal belongings from our previous truck into a truck with balloons tied to it, smiling faces, and two customers that now feel like family. To Greg, you are amazing and a pleasure to deal with. To the other gentlemen, I thank all of you for making this purchase, in this location, so perfect. I would recommend this dealership in Pleasantville NJ, to everybody looking for a great deal and honesty. Thank you again for being the people you are. Amazing!!!!!
excellent place for your car or truck - templephil
I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Patriot. There have taken good care of my truck and been very patient and attentive to my requests. There have been a few occasions where I have been late and they still take me and get my issues resolved.
Honest, Fair, Friendly - adavid02
Coming in just to look, Lou Cerota saw me in the lot and asked if he could help. Lou was very helpful in answering all my questions and the eventual test drive ended in a purchase. Lou was very patient as we went through the paperwork and he arranged it so I could pick up my 'new' used vehicle within a few hours. I would send anyone to Lou and this dealership. Every step of the process was painless and friendly.
Recommend Tina Alldrege - blackpearl
We recently purchased a used vehicle from Union Park Honda. Tina Alldredge was our salesperson. She was absolutely wonderful. We love our Honda! We would not hesitate to buy another vehicle if needed from Tina. She made this experience great. We needed a couple of things done to the car and she made all the necessary arrangements to get the work done. If you want a caring, knowledgeable salesperson ask for Tina Alldredge! You will not be sorry.
Extremely frendly! - Kvillegas
Our salesman was Vince, we have purchased many cars in the past and he is defiantly one of the best we have dealt with! From the beginning he told us he was new to the dealership and might not know everything about the vehicles, but would make sure to get us all the information we wanted/needed. He never tried to pretend he knew it all! Everyone was very helpful and friendly!! Highly recommended!
recall simple and friendly, - wayne swope
I received a recall notice from on-star for the trailer hitch on my 2016 gmc canyon. I had 2 sleepless nights in fear on gmc service after my first experience with Burns gmc in Marlton ,new jersey.
Finally i went to Burke motors in Cape May Court house, nj. They where friendly and appeared to want a customer unlike my selling dealer,(burns in Marlton ,nj). i was pleased at there investigating of the issue. They informed me the trailer hitch was back ordered, but they would keep me updated. Friendly and updating customers, new experience. I left and 10 minutes later got a phone call asking me to return to the dealer. They inspected the trailer hitch and reviewed the recall papers . My vehicle was clear and safe and I am thankful.
I received a survey from the dealer but they never provided an ID or Password so u spend 30 min. of ur time filling it out and then can not submit it. contact them and they send another survey again no user ID or Password. Contacted gm customer service and the 4th and 5th person i spoke to transferred me to call my own phone. gm has an issue.
Burke motors was a breath of fresh air,

Customer service? What's that? - Steve K
My latest experience with FC Kerbeck will be my last. My latest experience dealt with calling for an appointment for a recall. I set up the appointment, and requested that I have the seat bezel (plastic part over the power seat controls) replaced while I was there. (This is the 4th time I've had this part replaced) When I got there for the recall work, I was told by Derek that they "forgot" to order the part and that unless the part is prepaid, it would never get ordered. I prepaid for the part and made an appointment for the following week to have the part replaced.
Fast forward to today. I went in and there was no note of my appointment. Worse yet, I took a 1/2 day off of work so I could come in and have this done. After about 20 minutes, the service advisor called me in and told me the part was on back order and no delivery date was given or available. I asked for a refund and the service advisor had to find out how to conduct this transaction. I went to Chevy dealer, they had the (Buick Regal) part in stock, and charged me less than what Kerbeck would have charged.
FC Kerbeck is great at moving metal, but when it comes to fixing it, forget it. I've been a GM owner all of my life, but that has come to an end.
Left me hanging - Mike1234
Bought my 2015 Chevrolet 2500 pickup, new from Willis. Took advantage of their oil change specials since purchase. After a recent oil change noticed large oil spot in driveway. Investigation revealed leaking oil filter. Left vehicle sit all weekend, called First thing Monday morning, explained situation. I was told I could bring it in Thurs or Fri. Let my displeasure be known to person who took my call. Also contacted them through one of their online contact forms. I got a very nice email thanking me for considering Willis for my car purchase.
Crawled under truck, filter was loose....tightened and took to another Chevrolet dealer that day. Expected better
Deceptive or Incompetent - pawel
I found a truck I was interested in: a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a service body. I was in touch with the dealer for about a week, when I noticed that new dealer incentives made the price of the truck very attractive. I sent another email to Amanda Duffy, who supposedly verified the price and asked me to come in as some rebates were to expire the following business day. I came in that same day, spent a couple of hours checking out the truck (and waiting), just to find out that the price of the truck is actually $8,000 more than advertised or verified. Their contention is that the price of the truck was correct, they just "forgot" to include the "upfitter" of the regular bed to service body. They would not honor the advertised price and declined to accept the responsibility for their omission and misrepresentations. Very disappointed. Will not shop there again. Beware...just because you verify the price does not guarantee that this would be the actual price of your new vehicle. Deceptive or incompetent....either way, I will not shop here again.

Whenever I've needed service for any of my cars purchased at Fred Beans, all of the Service Dept people have been great: friendly, efficient, clear in what they explained, no high pressure for additional service and extremely courteous.
better than average - JohnD
1. My salesman Ben was a real nice guy but I felt that he was not completely up front informing me about the $199 for glass etching and the 3year tire, glass and tire protection. There was a lot of conversation flying around about this, that and the other...and then next I know I'm reviewing a sheet with these extra fees. I probably would have went for the tire, glass, tire protetion anyway but definately not the glass etching!
2. I also feel more time could have been spent actually detailing the truck (wipe down the dashboard and wax the paint) and less time putting Armorall on the tires.
3. Other than than Ben was very nice and your finance guy was very efficient.

Very professional sales and management staff. Expressed what I was looking for in a new SUV with the options I wanted, and they put me in the right vehicle. Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Geoff Penske Buick-GMC.
Place is a joke dishonest misleading crooked. - Going to Reedman
I went to the dealership looking for a new vehicle it started out bad in the beginning I was greeted by a salesperson and we started talking then another salesperson came over and said that I was his customer cause he was next up so they proceed to argue I felt very uncomfortable so I walked away they settled the problem and we picked out a vehicle test drove it then the real fun began they gave me a number on my trade thousands less than the price I researched online and were high balling me on the price of the new vehicle the I told them the numbers I wanted for the trade and the New vehicle and if they couldn't do it that it was ok no problem I would look elsewhere the salesman was starting to get rude then a manager came over trying to pressure me I held my ground then the manager was getting snippy finally I just stood up said I was leaving then all the sudden they wanted to go try to work the numbers again this time another Manager came back with the new numbers and started the same process over again I told them I would think about it and I had to leave then I didn't have my trade keys so they had to track them down while the manager kept up the pressure I finally got out after a few hours of wasted time...save your self some trouble go elsewhere.
Fantastic Service dept - tony40451
Fantastic service department. Brought in my wife's vehicle which is a 09. Thought I was staring down the barrel of a large bill. Not the case, Service writer looked up the vehicle which had an older recall on it, so cost me nothing. And they washed the car
Most enjoyable new car purchase - Sidepipes
Sam Kelly, my salesman, was excellent. My son and I drove over from Pa. to purchase a new Corvette. Sam spent hours with us going over the car, explaining the many high tech features, much of which I promptly forgot. The staff were friendly, courteous, and real. Sam even bought us lunch! I have purchased many new cars, but this experience was the best so far. Most Chevy dealers have a few Corvettes in stock. Kerbeck had 4 that were exactly what I was looking for. Grand Sport, white, manual trans., 2 LT, red interior. Just checked their website, they currently have 6. Price, selection, great sales experience, why go anywhere else?
Horrible customer service! - Signs101
I went in just to browse and was met with rude and pushy sales people. Stay away!!! I would try Lilliston, Kindle, or Gentilini's before I ever give them a single penny.
Fraud - Joetoanone
Three years ago I was shopping for a GMC Acadia, originally to buy. For no particular reason I was done buying clothes at the Granite-run mall in Media, Pa and decided to check out the Graninte Run GMC dealership. I was met with with one of the sales associates (SA). Me and him had hit it off immediately, we were either talking about the Acadia or joking around. In the course of our conversations and the test drive I wanted the Acadia. Originally I was going to finance the vehicle but the SA advised me since I wasn't hands on and obviously wanted the lowest payment per month as possible (sticker price of the vehicle was 44,000). He then explained to me that GMC branch prides itself on returning customers and word by mouth advertising. With that being said he told me I should lease the vehicle and the more money I put down the lower the payment (obviously). And when my three years is up I can buy the car or get a brand new Acadia for the same low payment without putting down any more money. He explained it's like building equity for your car instead of a house. At that time I asked there finance/lease guy and his manager both confirmed it. I desided to put down $10,000 to bring my payment to 344 a month. After the deal was struck me and SA went out for drinks and have been friends ever since.
PRESENT: Approximately two months ago I received a phone call from another sales associate, (my friend had to quite for a medical issue around 6 months after I leased my vehicle). I have forgotten his name because he really tried to screw me. He starts off "hi I am so and so" and work for GMC Granite run. He was working at the time so I thought there wouldn't be an issue "BOY WAS I WRONG". When I explained everything to him he said he'll get back to me after he speaks to his manager Mike who was actually the manager on when I originally got my vehicle. I received a phone call from SA two hours later. He stated that his manager told that no such offer was made and unless I have a witness I can't prove anything. NOW I'm furious, so I asked him why is he bringing up the court system, I was met with no response. I then asked him, doesn't my paperwork tell you my pertinent information? Then you should know that I am a police officer, he then was quite. At that time I told him I do have a "Witness", the SA who sold me the vehicle also since he brings up our legal system he should read the definition of FRAUD. He said, "well I am going to speak with my manager and I will call you back. After a few days I received a missed call from the SA, he said on the VM his manager wanted me to come in. Since my question was never answered I did not go up there.
On July 25th I received a phone call from Megan who works at Graniterun GMC. Trying to make a story slightly shorter. I explained everything to Megan, she said she would get back to me and I'm still waiting.
This is the 3rd review I have ever written in my life the other 2 were of praise to the people who worked the job and the job itself.
Excellent - Jessiej259
Our salesman, Dan Mindicino, was exceptional. He was very helpful and made buying a vehicle easy, quick and painless. I have owned 4 new vehicles in the last 4 years and this has been the easiest and most rewarding experience from a dealership.
Service Department Complaint - Bruce902
On 5/8/15, my 2011 Buick LaCrosse had an emergency (trip interruption) in Wayne, PA
and was towed to Faulkner GMC Buick, West Chester, PA by AAA; water pump was replaced
and the car was picked up on 5/11/15. After returning to Lancaster, PA, I found that the rocker
panel area just behind the passenger side front wheel was damaged. I took it to Autohaus Body
Shop where several professionals opined that the rocker panel damage was consistent with damage
caused by a car lift. When I contacted Faulkner's Service Manager, Mr. Johenning, he denied that
it happened in their shop; said that the damage was recorded on the back of their work order as
already existing. The conclusion by those adjudicating my complaint (General Motors Customer
Service and Erie Insurance ) was that it was a "he said, she said" argument and the complaint was
closed. AAA had investigated the complaint and advised that the damage was not consistent with
their flat bed tow.
On 9/15/15, having a transmission shifting problem, I took the car to my regular dealer, Jones GMC
Buick, Lancaster. PA. They determined that the problem was the Control Solenoid Valve (CSV) which they replaced. During their repair sequence, they reviewed the car's warranty service record and found that the CSV had supposedly already been replaced; replaced by Faulkner during that Emergency service last May as a Warranty Service. However, Faulkner allegedly replaced the CSV with a part that was not compatible with my Buick. When asked if they could have, by chance, just listed the wrong part number, I was told that the alleged replaced CSV was the original equipment.
Goes right to the heart of the Faulkner Service Department's credibility; one wonders now if the alleged notation on the back of the work order was really made at the time the car was checked in or was it noted, by chance, after the car had been damaged while in Faulkner's shop. If they would bill General Motors for warranty work that they didn't do, I believe then that they would claim the damage to my car already existed.
I am now in discussions with my attorney about initiating a suit against Faulkner.
