It has been a fabulous 3 months that we are driving the 2015 Buick Lacrosse and cannot say enough about the ride and amenities that are available to use. Michael Yerger was wonderful to deal with and took his time to go over all the new features of the car. Even met me at the dealership to spend an hour with me getting me to understand all the wonderful electronics. Now, I don't know what I would do without them in another vehicle. We certainly would go back to Michael to buy our next car!!! Except I can't even think of not having this great vehicle!! Thank you Michael, for all the extra time you spent with me.

New Encore Lease Problem with Old lease Solved! - Reece O
I had been trying to get out of my Toyota Corolla lease & into a AWD vehicle for many weeks with no luck. Most dealers wanted nothing to do with my Toyota since it was not worth anything close to the payoff. Most dealers said keep the lease until it ends & then come in & we can get you into the car you want. I did not want to go to lease end , I much preferred a dealer work out a deal with me now. I had just about given up when I stopped in to Star Buick in Easton. I met Adam Mihalko & explained my story & what I was trying to accomplish. He listened & understood my dilemma. He said we may be able to help you with a few different scenarios since the Encore had some great rebates & incentives.
Well to make a long story short I was able to get into a new AWD Encore for close to the payment I wanted & Star Buick purchased my old lease Corolla so I did not have to deal with end of lease issues.
Adam was patient & honest through the process & his partner Luke Schatzabel walked me through all the features with my delivery today.
I highly recommend Star Buick, Adam & Luke & will be back in 3 yrs or possibly less if my Wife needs

My wife and I just purchased a Pre-Certified 2014 GMC Terrain from Bergey's. Our sales person Glenda Bergey Leatherman was a joy. She made the experience truly painless. She got the ball rolling prior to us arriving with the credit review/approval. With the financing already out of the way we weren't sitting around for hours. The entire process took maybe 2hrs total. Jay Kircher our finance associate was informative BUT not at all pushy. He laid out options to consider but NEVER made it life or death which I will always respect. Once all paper work was signed and completed Glenda walked the wife and I through the setup of the Phone system, SiriusXm, etc.. and answered any questions we may have had (again Professional Service from Beginning to End). I would recommend Bergey's to my family and friends, because I know they will be treated with care and respect. As another reviewer stated, if you want to purchase a car from a dealer who stands behind their vehicles, Bergey's is the place to go.

I received a recall notice from on-star for the trailer hitch on my 2016 gmc canyon. I had 2 sleepless nights in fear on gmc service after my first experience with Burns gmc in Marlton ,new jersey.
Finally i went to Burke motors in Cape May Court house, nj. They where friendly and appeared to want a customer unlike my selling dealer,(burns in Marlton ,nj). i was pleased at there investigating of the issue. They informed me the trailer hitch was back ordered, but they would keep me updated. Friendly and updating customers, new experience. I left and 10 minutes later got a phone call asking me to return to the dealer. They inspected the trailer hitch and reviewed the recall papers . My vehicle was clear and safe and I am thankful.
I received a survey from the dealer but they never provided an ID or Password so u spend 30 min. of ur time filling it out and then can not submit it. contact them and they send another survey again no user ID or Password. Contacted gm customer service and the 4th and 5th person i spoke to transferred me to call my own phone. gm has an issue.

1. My salesman Ben was a real nice guy but I felt that he was not completely up front informing me about the $199 for glass etching and the 3year tire, glass and tire protection. There was a lot of conversation flying around about this, that and the other...and then next I know I'm reviewing a sheet with these extra fees. I probably would have went for the tire, glass, tire protetion anyway but definately not the glass etching!
2. I also feel more time could have been spent actually detailing the truck (wipe down the dashboard and wax the paint) and less time putting Armorall on the tires.
3. Other than than Ben was very nice and your finance guy was very efficient.

I found a truck I was interested in: a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a service body. I was in touch with the dealer for about a week, when I noticed that new dealer incentives made the price of the truck very attractive. I sent another email to Amanda Duffy, who supposedly verified the price and asked me to come in as some rebates were to expire the following business day. I came in that same day, spent a couple of hours checking out the truck (and waiting), just to find out that the price of the truck is actually $8,000 more than advertised or verified. Their contention is that the price of the truck was correct, they just "forgot" to include the "upfitter" of the regular bed to service body. They would not honor the advertised price and declined to accept the responsibility for their omission and misrepresentations. Very disappointed. Will not shop there again. Beware...just because you verify the price does not guarantee that this would be the actual price of your new vehicle. Deceptive or incompetent....either way, I will not shop here again.

We were greeted immediately by Victor. He introduced us to Daniel the salesman. Daniel was pleasant and worked hard to make sure we got the truck we wanted. Running in and out of the rain to bring trucks to us to keep us from getting wet. Daniel & Glenn really went out of their way to take care of us to give us the best deal on a 2017 GMC Canyon. The people at Penske all are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They gave a good deal on my trade-in. Daniel our salesman spent plenty of time showing the features inside the truck to my wife and I. John was also helpful in going over the extended warranty, tire protection and the Xzilon. Joy Page made sure we were well taken care of at the dealership. Kudos to everyone at Geoff Penske. Thanks you made buying a truck easy. Would recommend to anyone to give them a chance.

We brought our 2017 Enclave in for brake and steering issues.I requested a test drive with the tech.Srevice advisor had shop Forman drive truck with My sister and ai after they said nothing was wrong.Shop Forman drove with us and after the brakes went to the flor and he almost went through the windshield he told Service advisor somethings wrong to bring it back in.They parked the car and came back an hour later and said its fine yet didn't move truck again.The gave us a truck with a very low brake pedal and said u less there's a code they can't fix it.My sister was in Jersey and the brakes total went out,Roadside had to be called.It was towed to a nearest Buick dealer that found the bad a Master cylinder in ten minutes.
The trucks brakes work great now.thanks for almost killing us Faulkner abuick.I bought my Caddy there,not anymore since Faulkner employs such dishonest clueless techs and service adbisors
Great Long Distance Corvette Experience - Dave
I owned 2 Corvettes in the past but was a little nervous purchasing a 2017 Corvette from a dealership 3 hours away from my home. However, the experience was wonderful under the guidance of sales adviser Sam Kelley. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. My wife and I rented a car in order to drive to Atlantic City for the Corvette delivery. We planned to drop the rental car off at the Budget rental counter in the local airport and Uber/taxi back to the Kerbec dealership but Sam insisted on letting us follow him there and giving us a ride back!
Needless to say...we highly recommend Sam. We love our new C7 Corvette and recommend Kerbeck.

Three years ago I was shopping for a GMC Acadia, originally to buy. For no particular reason I was done buying clothes at the Granite-run mall in Media, Pa and decided to check out the Graninte Run GMC dealership. I was met with with one of the sales associates (SA). Me and him had hit it off immediately, we were either talking about the Acadia or joking around. In the course of our conversations and the test drive I wanted the Acadia. Originally I was going to finance the vehicle but the SA advised me since I wasn't hands on and obviously wanted the lowest payment per month as possible (sticker price of the vehicle was 44,000). He then explained to me that GMC branch prides itself on returning customers and word by mouth advertising. With that being said he told me I should lease the vehicle and the more money I put down the lower the payment (obviously). And when my three years is up I can buy the car or get a brand new Acadia for the same low payment without putting down any more money. He explained it's like building equity for your car instead of a house. At that time I asked there finance/lease guy and his manager both confirmed it. I desided to put down $10,000 to bring my payment to 344 a month. After the deal was struck me and SA went out for drinks and have been friends ever since.
PRESENT: Approximately two months ago I received a phone call from another sales associate, (my friend had to quite for a medical issue around 6 months after I leased my vehicle). I have forgotten his name because he really tried to screw me. He starts off "hi I am so and so" and work for GMC Granite run. He was working at the time so I thought there wouldn't be an issue "BOY WAS I WRONG". When I explained everything to him he said he'll get back to me after he speaks to his manager Mike who was actually the manager on when I originally got my vehicle. I received a phone call from SA two hours later. He stated that his manager told that no such offer was made and unless I have a witness I can't prove anything. NOW I'm furious, so I asked him why is he bringing up the court system, I was met with no response. I then asked him, doesn't my paperwork tell you my pertinent information? Then you should know that I am a police officer, he then was quite. At that time I told him I do have a "Witness", the SA who sold me the vehicle also since he brings up our legal system he should read the definition of FRAUD. He said, "well I am going to speak with my manager and I will call you back. After a few days I received a missed call from the SA, he said on the VM his manager wanted me to come in. Since my question was never answered I did not go up there.
On July 25th I received a phone call from Megan who works at Graniterun GMC. Trying to make a story slightly shorter. I explained everything to Megan, she said she would get back to me and I'm still waiting.
This is the 3rd review I have ever written in my life the other 2 were of praise to the people who worked the job and the job itself.

Where to start, I drove 3 hours to this dealer ship after they knew my concerns over the phone and we talked about price. I made sure to tell them that I knew my credit score (A+) and no funny business. Needless to say I get there and talk to F&I with an attitude she goes "Your in the 4's like (4.6 APR) I looked at her like she had 3 heads I said heck no and I walked out. The manager comes out as I am pulling out and says how 2.7 APR. I said now it isn't about the deal, its about the concept. So insulting and a waste of time. 6 plus hours driving. They will bend you over and screw you.
