Helpfulness and patience. - Carol T.
Mike Yerger is my sales rep at Kelly. Notice I said "is". Even though I have now driven home in my new Buick Encore, I know that Mike will be there with any questions and concerns I might have. And he needed more patience. As I am in my 70's and a widow, I am sure my questions are phased differently than a young man's would be. Mike never made me feel I might be taking too long or not knowledgeable. Buick had a short window to take advantage of a promotion and Mike made sure that I was able to do just that! I have had experience previously with Kelly Buick and was pleased with the service I gotten from their service department. That is why I returned to Kelly Buick.

Great customer service - Rachel1101
We have been looking around for a used car with many upgrades. We drove two hours to get this Kia Soul! I can't say enough about how nice it was to deal with Rachel and Marcos. They both were very helpful and the transaction went very smoothly. We were able to do everything in one trip and come home with our car. Thank you so much Rachel and Marcos. We love our car!
Maintenance of vehicle 9 - erika rakowski
Who would have thought waiting for service could be realxing. The staff is freindly and tried hard to keep me informed regarding my trucks progress. And asked multi times if there was anything I needed or anything they could do for me. This dealership makes getting your oil change a pleasant experience.
Smooth experience - Profitter274
The salesman, Dave Weiss made purchasing my new GMC Canyon a good experience. The dealership and its representatives, Jeffrey LaChance, Jared Nyce and Mike Nelson are very professional and did everything possible to work with me while closing the deal. A smooth experience that I highly recommend.
Great Experience! - Belinda B
We recently bought a Yukon Denali and absolutely love it! Just want to thank Wayne (Bear) Giquinto, our salesman, for helping us with our new purchase! And, thanks for the follow up emails with more information about our new vehicle's features!

excellent place for your car or truck - templephil
I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Patriot. There have taken good care of my truck and been very patient and attentive to my requests. There have been a few occasions where I have been late and they still take me and get my issues resolved.
Honest, Fair, Friendly - adavid02
Coming in just to look, Lou Cerota saw me in the lot and asked if he could help. Lou was very helpful in answering all my questions and the eventual test drive ended in a purchase. Lou was very patient as we went through the paperwork and he arranged it so I could pick up my 'new' used vehicle within a few hours. I would send anyone to Lou and this dealership. Every step of the process was painless and friendly.
Recommend Tina Alldrege - blackpearl
We recently purchased a used vehicle from Union Park Honda. Tina Alldredge was our salesperson. She was absolutely wonderful. We love our Honda! We would not hesitate to buy another vehicle if needed from Tina. She made this experience great. We needed a couple of things done to the car and she made all the necessary arrangements to get the work done. If you want a caring, knowledgeable salesperson ask for Tina Alldredge! You will not be sorry.
Extremely frendly! - Kvillegas
Our salesman was Vince, we have purchased many cars in the past and he is defiantly one of the best we have dealt with! From the beginning he told us he was new to the dealership and might not know everything about the vehicles, but would make sure to get us all the information we wanted/needed. He never tried to pretend he knew it all! Everyone was very helpful and friendly!! Highly recommended!
recall simple and friendly, - wayne swope
I received a recall notice from on-star for the trailer hitch on my 2016 gmc canyon. I had 2 sleepless nights in fear on gmc service after my first experience with Burns gmc in Marlton ,new jersey.
Finally i went to Burke motors in Cape May Court house, nj. They where friendly and appeared to want a customer unlike my selling dealer,(burns in Marlton ,nj). i was pleased at there investigating of the issue. They informed me the trailer hitch was back ordered, but they would keep me updated. Friendly and updating customers, new experience. I left and 10 minutes later got a phone call asking me to return to the dealer. They inspected the trailer hitch and reviewed the recall papers . My vehicle was clear and safe and I am thankful.
I received a survey from the dealer but they never provided an ID or Password so u spend 30 min. of ur time filling it out and then can not submit it. contact them and they send another survey again no user ID or Password. Contacted gm customer service and the 4th and 5th person i spoke to transferred me to call my own phone. gm has an issue.
Burke motors was a breath of fresh air,
Professional, Polite, Customer Focused - Denali2017
Very Courteous, Professional, displaying interest as well as respect to the customer. Extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles. My contacts listened carefully to my needs and responded in a manner that resulted in the sale of a new vehicle. In my many years of purchasing vehicles this is a dealership that stands out as the best I have ever dealt with. From this point forward when we are in the market for another vehicle, Bergey's is the only dealer we will contact--My thanks to the entire Bergey team!
Customer service? What's that? - Steve K
My latest experience with FC Kerbeck will be my last. My latest experience dealt with calling for an appointment for a recall. I set up the appointment, and requested that I have the seat bezel (plastic part over the power seat controls) replaced while I was there. (This is the 4th time I've had this part replaced) When I got there for the recall work, I was told by Derek that they "forgot" to order the part and that unless the part is prepaid, it would never get ordered. I prepaid for the part and made an appointment for the following week to have the part replaced.
Fast forward to today. I went in and there was no note of my appointment. Worse yet, I took a 1/2 day off of work so I could come in and have this done. After about 20 minutes, the service advisor called me in and told me the part was on back order and no delivery date was given or available. I asked for a refund and the service advisor had to find out how to conduct this transaction. I went to Chevy dealer, they had the (Buick Regal) part in stock, and charged me less than what Kerbeck would have charged.
FC Kerbeck is great at moving metal, but when it comes to fixing it, forget it. I've been a GM owner all of my life, but that has come to an end.
Deceptive or Incompetent - pawel
I found a truck I was interested in: a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a service body. I was in touch with the dealer for about a week, when I noticed that new dealer incentives made the price of the truck very attractive. I sent another email to Amanda Duffy, who supposedly verified the price and asked me to come in as some rebates were to expire the following business day. I came in that same day, spent a couple of hours checking out the truck (and waiting), just to find out that the price of the truck is actually $8,000 more than advertised or verified. Their contention is that the price of the truck was correct, they just "forgot" to include the "upfitter" of the regular bed to service body. They would not honor the advertised price and declined to accept the responsibility for their omission and misrepresentations. Very disappointed. Will not shop there again. Beware...just because you verify the price does not guarantee that this would be the actual price of your new vehicle. Deceptive or incompetent....either way, I will not shop here again.
better than average - JohnD
1. My salesman Ben was a real nice guy but I felt that he was not completely up front informing me about the $199 for glass etching and the 3year tire, glass and tire protection. There was a lot of conversation flying around about this, that and the other...and then next I know I'm reviewing a sheet with these extra fees. I probably would have went for the tire, glass, tire protetion anyway but definately not the glass etching!
2. I also feel more time could have been spent actually detailing the truck (wipe down the dashboard and wax the paint) and less time putting Armorall on the tires.
3. Other than than Ben was very nice and your finance guy was very efficient.
Frank is great! - James
This is the second time I have dealt with fred beans for a used car purchase, and this time was far better than my first time. Frank was patient and helpful, and I believe I got a great deal on my 2014 Honda CRV! Thanks Fred Beans, I'll be back!
Service - Jennifer
Everyone was very nice - from when they accommodated my tight schedule in booking the appointment, to the shuttle driver who took me to work, to the call telling me my car was ready and making sure I had a ride back, to Ali who was very friendly and nice when I picked up my keys! My compliments to everyone! This dealership excels in service, courtesy and friendliness.
Experience Questionable - CocoD
I must be honest. My salesman Ricky Grissinger was very welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable with regards to the 2015 GMC Terrain I purchased. However, as usual when you get to the financing department the shenanigans begins. As Consumers we know exactly what we want during our vehicle purchasing process and if we say No I do not want to purchase extras...respect that. I spent 45 minutes in financing stating I did not want to pay for any extras or participate in any of their programs. Unfortunately, I have now found that I was charged and enrolled in a program I did not agree to. I have reached out to this dealership to ask for a refund and clear up this matter. To-date I have not heard back from Faulkner. I would hope to get this matter rectified & be able to update this review in the positive. Until that happens should you visit this dealership be advised that the Financing Dept will hassle you unnecessarily to purchase extras which you don't need. Right now I am an unhappy customer waiting to have my grievance resolved regarding being charged for a product I do not want nor agreed to and I am awaiting my refund.
Horrible customer service! - Signs101
I went in just to browse and was met with rude and pushy sales people. Stay away!!! I would try Lilliston, Kindle, or Gentilini's before I ever give them a single penny.
poor customer relations - nobody
I recently purchased a Escalade from Kerbeck and when asked for my email I declined. A few days later the emails started coming but not to my personal account but to my business account where all my employees can see what I purchased. I phoned and asked to have removed but they still kept coming. So after 10 months and six calls to have it stopped I phoned Charlie Kerbeck to request the same. To date NO REPLY!
Complete morons - smartcarbuyer
I called there and explained the deal I had with another dealership and they said they'll beat it. I took the long drive there and talked to Karl Graves and gave him the buyers order from a different dealership and he started working on a price he showed me the print out I said it's 4,6xx.00 higher you could've at least been close to their price since your web site we'll beat any price, his reply was well that's our price. I went to the usual Faulkner GMC dealership I deal with and they gave me the price I wanted however once the Faulkner West Chester GMC found out I was the buyer they lied to their other dealership and said the vehicle was sold, then called me to see if I was still interested in buying it. Needless to say they still have the vehicle and Faulkners lost my business, I only keep vehicles for 1-2 years and then buy a new one. I emailed the sales manager and asked why they have we'll beat any offer on their web site if they don't do that, he had no idea what I was talking about and then went on to say they have the lowest prices. I explained to him I gave his dealership a buyers order from a different dealership and his dealership couldn't come close to their price his response was you said what I already said we are the lowest and he's sorry that I was the victim of another dealerships game of giving me a lower price for a vehicle they didn't even have and having me trying to find a lower price. The other dealerships vehicle is sitting in my driveway. I think what he was trying to say was I'm sorry to hear you're not dumb enough to fall for our lies. FAULKNER West Chester GMC are liars and complete morons.
Fraud - Joetoanone
Three years ago I was shopping for a GMC Acadia, originally to buy. For no particular reason I was done buying clothes at the Granite-run mall in Media, Pa and decided to check out the Graninte Run GMC dealership. I was met with with one of the sales associates (SA). Me and him had hit it off immediately, we were either talking about the Acadia or joking around. In the course of our conversations and the test drive I wanted the Acadia. Originally I was going to finance the vehicle but the SA advised me since I wasn't hands on and obviously wanted the lowest payment per month as possible (sticker price of the vehicle was 44,000). He then explained to me that GMC branch prides itself on returning customers and word by mouth advertising. With that being said he told me I should lease the vehicle and the more money I put down the lower the payment (obviously). And when my three years is up I can buy the car or get a brand new Acadia for the same low payment without putting down any more money. He explained it's like building equity for your car instead of a house. At that time I asked there finance/lease guy and his manager both confirmed it. I desided to put down $10,000 to bring my payment to 344 a month. After the deal was struck me and SA went out for drinks and have been friends ever since.
PRESENT: Approximately two months ago I received a phone call from another sales associate, (my friend had to quite for a medical issue around 6 months after I leased my vehicle). I have forgotten his name because he really tried to screw me. He starts off "hi I am so and so" and work for GMC Granite run. He was working at the time so I thought there wouldn't be an issue "BOY WAS I WRONG". When I explained everything to him he said he'll get back to me after he speaks to his manager Mike who was actually the manager on when I originally got my vehicle. I received a phone call from SA two hours later. He stated that his manager told that no such offer was made and unless I have a witness I can't prove anything. NOW I'm furious, so I asked him why is he bringing up the court system, I was met with no response. I then asked him, doesn't my paperwork tell you my pertinent information? Then you should know that I am a police officer, he then was quite. At that time I told him I do have a "Witness", the SA who sold me the vehicle also since he brings up our legal system he should read the definition of FRAUD. He said, "well I am going to speak with my manager and I will call you back. After a few days I received a missed call from the SA, he said on the VM his manager wanted me to come in. Since my question was never answered I did not go up there.
On July 25th I received a phone call from Megan who works at Graniterun GMC. Trying to make a story slightly shorter. I explained everything to Megan, she said she would get back to me and I'm still waiting.
This is the 3rd review I have ever written in my life the other 2 were of praise to the people who worked the job and the job itself.
Excellent - Jessiej259
Our salesman, Dan Mindicino, was exceptional. He was very helpful and made buying a vehicle easy, quick and painless. I have owned 4 new vehicles in the last 4 years and this has been the easiest and most rewarding experience from a dealership.
A Worthwhile Visit to Sales Center - cablvr
In all my years buying new (only) vehicles, the experience I had with Mike Dougherty has certainly been the most memorable - in a very positive way. Along with being very responsive to all my questions and concerns, this is the first time I have ever had a dealer representative tell me how to save more of my money, and for that reason, I will certainly do my best to make sure Mike gets not only my future business, but any other friends and family I can influence to call on him.
