Easiest Lease experience I ever had - Coneynew
At the end of June, I went to the Dealership looking to lease a new 2017 Honda Civic EX-T. Had an appt. w/ Carol H. When I first meet her, she was very professional and made us feel right at home immediately. We told her we were interested in any of the colors that had the Silver interior as we did not see any on the lot. Within a minute or two she advised us they have 2 over at the alternat lot and had another employee brin ghte car to us. It turned out to be a Cosmic Blue Metallic exterior with Silver interior. We really loved the color and took it out for a test drive. Came back and loved it. Now, I was expecting 'the usual back n forth' over pricing, etc. Well, I got a great deal in the first conversation (I already knew what I wanted to pay before hand). Her first offer was better than what I knew I would want to spend on this model and some other surprises. We were elated. Firs time in 33 years I never had the 'going back n forth with the sales manager / sales rep'! This is how I like to buy/lease my vehicles. The place was very clean and Carol made sure every single step of everything was exlained to me. I would lease, buy another Honda from Carol H any day of the week. After the paperwork was all signed, Nick S. went out with us and demonstrated some of the features of our new vehicle. 100% classy, knowledgable guy who was genuinely intrested in answering all our questions. We absolutely love our new Civic EX-T and the whole experience was best I had in all my years of leasing / buying new vehicles. Thanks Carol / Nick

Went to test drive the new CRV Touring model to compare to Acura RDX I test dove the day before. Needless to say absolutely no comparison. We LOVED the new CRV and working with Ed Altman again. This is our 3rd CRV purchase in 14 years at Burns Honda and could not be happier. Ed treated us like old friends and took great care of us. I can't believe how little time is spent at Burns arrived at 9:15 was out before noon . Never has that happened at other dealerships. we traded in our 2012 CRV and drove away with a fully loaded 2017 CRV Touring . can't believe the great service we received and deal we got . I feel like I was stealing something. Signing the paperwork with Blake was awesome ,so personable and friendly. Burns has our business for life and look forward to dealing with Ed again. But I'm saving the big rave for Frank Squillace as he was salesman this past week as I was turning in a Honda Civic on a lease and leasing a 2017 Honda Civic LE. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and he has a sense of humor (which is not the most important characteristic in a salesman but it doesn't hurt). I couldn't be happier with my new Honda Civic that I picked up last night or with the Piazza Honda dealership in Springfield.
And Frank was outstanding!

Bad Customer Service and Not Nice - kcinick32
Takata Recall (15V-370), After bringing my vehicle into Honda for the Takata Recall the SRS light came on. Since it was not part of the recall I did not contact them figuring that it would not be covered. However, I have seen numerous complaints about the same thing happening to others online. It also happened to a friend of mine and Honda covered it so I called and was told it would not be covered it must be a coincidence and certainly not from a defect or improper work. I find it very odd that the light came on right after the work on the recall. I had doubts about brining it in and should not have done it. They say it is probably related to a sensor, which I have gathered could have been from improper work. My next car will be a Toyota after being loyal to Honda for decades.
Appointment needed or not? - Unhappy w service
I call for a service appointment to get my oil changed and wheels rotated and they won't give me an appointment and tell me to walk in instead. So I take the entire morning off from work to bring my car in for such service and I'm told I need an appointment after all? My only other option was to wait three hours before they could even get to my car. Please make up your minds.

Never got a chance to deal with them. My fiancé and I walked into the dealership and told the receptionist that we wanted to talk to someone about buying a new car. She seated us and paged a salesperson. Salesperson never came. She paged again. Sales person never came. We waited several minutes while Piazza staff walked around the showroom and ignored us. We even walked out to the lot to the car we were interested in and started checking it out ourselves and still no one acknowledged us. So we left. We took our $35,000 to Subaru and had an awesome experience.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!! - VLM1485
I called this dealership because it's close to my house and my car was experienced a rattling noise. When I called, I asked the woman how much it would cost to have the car diagnosed her exact words were " Hold on, let me ask my service manager." After a brief hold, she returns to the phone to tell me "Between $36-$100 per hour for the diagnostic. My service manager said it's not a big problem so it'll be quick." I said ok, let's set up the appointment.
I arrive at my appointment, I proceed to explain to the intake service person that I have an extended warranty which I purchased through Honda when I bought my car in 2014. The service person replies "I don't know what that means and I don't know anything about an extended warranty." I'm dumbfounded, I mean, I know I bought my car in New Jersey but for God's sake, the warranty is NATIONWIDE. So, after I let this guy throw his mini hissy fit, he proceeds to tell me it's $120 per hour to have the car diagnosed. How did the price jump within a few days? I allowed them to take my car into the back and I called Honda's extended warranty. I told the customer service representative what happened and he proceeded to laugh. I'm guessing this is a common problem so, it's comical to them.
My car is finally diagnosed, the dealer didn't have my part in stock so they order it. I received a phone call yesterday that my part was here and I don't know why, but I decided to make an appointment for today, at this dealership. I arrived in time for my appointment only to be told, "You don't have an appointment. " I have to get this car fixed because the problem is getting worse but I don't recommend ever stepping foot inside of this dealership for any reason.
I understand that these dealerships need to make money and service is a huge part of that but treat your customers with a little dignity and respect, it goes a long way. I will gladly drive the distance to the original dealership where I purchased my vehicle next time I need service.

I just hope my car is okay... paperwork process I find is fast though they don't really take the time to go over the details of the contract (finance)

Would never go there again. Bought CRV in August 2011, traded it in this week with Kindle Ford. Car was falling apart. I know I paid too much for the car. should have gotten up and walked out. Salesman is not longer there, thank goodness for other customers.
