We bought our third CR-V from Bob O'Connor last Friday. We were familiar with the dealership and returned there due to their integrity and high level of service. Bob O'Connor met us outside the door when we arrived and asked if he could help us! I read a few complaints about this dealership from people who had trouble getting attention from sales. This may gave been true in the past but not with Bob. He gets high narks from first time buyers. We are seniors who are return customers and he handles our sake very well. He was respectful and helpful. He knows the asked transaction well and is an expert on the features of the CR-V. We will look for him again the next time we need a car.

Alfred, our salesman, was very accommodating. The dealership stayed open late to finish the deal. The price negotiations was friendly and mutually respectful. I shopped for months to find the right car and Boardwalk had it. Given the right car I'd shop there again.

Worst Dealership Experience Ever - A M C
We were looking to trade in and purchase not one, but two vehicles! We were assigned Victor, but he was busy. Another sales rep helped us. Victor was trying to fix other mistakes he made in promising a vehicle to someone that doesn't exist. So he never met with us. When we got to financing, his name was all over everything. Not sure how that's fair. We ended up leaving without a vehicle and thought we would come back. We were underwater, so we paid down our loans and increased our credit scores. When we tried to go back, Anthony (in Credit) was confident we could work something out. He again told me Victor would contact me. It took Victor 5 days to reply back to me about getting something worked out. When he did finally write back to me, it was a blank form email with nothing filled in. He was asking if we knew what we wanted so he knows our style. This should have all been ready - they all knew the exact vehicles we wanted.
Finally, we went to Martin Honda and had a wonderful experience. We have the vehicles our of dreams and will never go back to Union Park. We did try to email management about the situation. It's been a month and we've heard nothing. I take that to mean they don't care about you unless you have purchased something from them. Which we won't. I don't recommend you do either.

I can't rave enough about the Piazza Honda dealership in Springfield, PA. The repair shop - awesome. They are professional and courteous.
But I'm saving the big rave for Frank Squillace as he was salesman this past week as I was turning in a Honda Civic on a lease and leasing a 2017 Honda Civic LE. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and he has a sense of humor (which is not the most important characteristic in a salesman but it doesn't hurt). I couldn't be happier with my new Honda Civic that I picked up last night or with the Piazza Honda dealership in Springfield.
And Frank was outstanding!

Tony sat my wife and I down ,made us feel very comfortable and before you could blink your eye I was test driving a car, couldn't believe how efficient and professional Tony was, I was awwwed. I was helping my mother purchase a new crossover vehicle. We had looked a multiple brands and models. I have to say that the best experience we had by far was with Nancy Juhasz. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, energetic and gave the most knowledgeable demo of any salesperson we dealt with during our process. She helped out until the end with negotiating a payment within our budget. At the time of pick up, everything was in order and it was an organized and quick process. Also a shout out to Aleigha for making the paperwork process smooth and easy.

I bought a used car from Piazza Honda last week and it was the most hassle-free and pleasant used car buying experiences of my life. Karl and Brent were amazing. I was in and out in 45 minutes with exactly the car that I wanted at a great price with no hassle.
It was late on a Saturday and the detail shop was a little backed up, so they offered to let me come back Monday morning for the full shine and polish. When I came back, Jay mentioned that one of the guys had noticed a light was on that they wanted to take care of. He said he'd get it into the shop and have it ready ASAP.
Turns out it was not a minor repair, but they covered the cost, provided a loaner, and bent over backwards to make sure I was well taken care of.
I have never had such excellent customer service at a dealership before, or nearly from any business for that matter.
I can't overstate how well I was treated and what an excellent experience I had at Piazza. If you're in the market for a Honda or a late-model used car, do yourself a favor and check out Piazza Honda of Pottstown!

I purchased a new 2008 Civic from Rossi Honda and had previously owned an Accord. I have been more than satisfied with both cars. My 25 year old son bought a 2000 Civic from his great aunt recently. She had purchased the car from Rossi Honda. The muffler assembly had rusted through causing part of it to drag beneath the car. I took the car to Rossi and was told the repair would cost $750. I then took the car to a reputable muffler shop less than a mile from Rossi and had it repaired completely for $150. I am furious and disgusted! Rossi Honda intended to take advantage of a young person trying to survive financially in these difficult times. Their greed has caused them to lose me as a customer.
