We had one model in mind, but when my husband ruled out that car, our salesperson had an excellent idea, which we followed up -- and ended up buying that car - a new HR-V for my husband. With the upcoming expiration of my 2014 CRV lease agreement, I need a new car this April. Working directly with General Sales Manager Jasun Romain and Sales Representative Christina, I received real top of the line help and service. Not only did they answer all of my many questions and concerns with the process of "end of lease turn-in", but they were also so helpful with the providing of information , a test drive, the negotiation and purchase of a new CRV. I know that Jasun was very fair and honest with his pricing of my new car, but even more important, his responsiveness and resolution to my somewhat unusual situation was especially appreciated. He and Christina went the extra mile to make my lease turn-in/new car purchase experience stress free and understandable. My only real complaint is the morning immediately after I bought my Honda Certified vehicle, my A1 service light came on. They didn't properly check my oil before I left the lot. I had to bring it in for servicing and take more time out of another day to get the issue resolved. Besides that, our salesman John was great, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I have to say that the process involved with a vehicle purchase does not exactly rank high on my fun list, but Craig Pfeiffer made my experience at Burns Honda the best car buying experience I have ever had! After spending more time in my car quest this week than at my full time job, it was all worth it to have ended my search with Craig and a CR-V!
Craig was easy going, honest, personable, and straight forward. He took the time not only to listen to what was important to me, but also took the time to make conversation with both me and my father. To walk out of a car dealership not only feeling that the salesperson is focused on your best interests, but to also feel that there was a human approach to sales, was refreshing!

One thing I can always count on is the entire staffs friendly professionalism. Also easy, worry free appointment scheduling. My Honda gets its TLC exclusively at LV Honda. My service records are handy for them to check to see if there is any service needed or coming up soon. Helps me to plan my next service visit. Their customer waiting area is great. Plenty of seating, free wifi, awesome coffee machine, and early morning there is bagels. If you just want water, there are bottles in the refrigerator. There is a kids play area and a business center for those who need that also.

Today, I brought my Accord in for Illuminated Door Sills and Door Edge Guards installation and I couldn't be happier, not to mention the Service Advisor, Vicki is always so sweet and helpful. I purchased my 16' Accord Coupe from Brian Ford on 8/2/16 and what a nice salesman. He made our car shopping experience very pleasant and enjoyable, unlike some other dealerships. Our sales associate was Jalil McGaskill and he represents the best in sales personnel. He did not push, but presented all the options efficiently and clearly. I can't say enough great things about this dealership or my new 2017 Honda Accord EX. From start to finish!! The Internet team was very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me establish what was offered in the different trim levels and which models offered features I needed. When I went in I was greeted by Mario who gave me a handshake and a smile. He introduced me to Dan who helped me from that point on. He was very patient with me!! He helped me compare two models side by side to assure me I was making the best decision for me. Pete or Peter, the manager, came over and offered me coffee/water while I waited to see if leasing or purchasing would be better for me and my budget. I was offered $6,000 for my trade that I was only offered $4,000 for at other local dealerships. The finance process was beyond easy!! Bern was exceptional!! She went over everything with me. I had no questions walking out of her office. (Not to mention her office smelt amazing) Dan then showed me to service area and cafe!!! They even have a kids area and quiet room?!?! This blew my mind!!! Everything was very clean and the staff was nothing shy of friendly. I will definitely recommend Davis Honda to ALL my friends and family.

Worst Dealership Experience Ever - A M C
We were looking to trade in and purchase not one, but two vehicles! We were assigned Victor, but he was busy. Another sales rep helped us. Victor was trying to fix other mistakes he made in promising a vehicle to someone that doesn't exist. So he never met with us. When we got to financing, his name was all over everything. Not sure how that's fair. We ended up leaving without a vehicle and thought we would come back. We were underwater, so we paid down our loans and increased our credit scores. When we tried to go back, Anthony (in Credit) was confident we could work something out. He again told me Victor would contact me. It took Victor 5 days to reply back to me about getting something worked out. When he did finally write back to me, it was a blank form email with nothing filled in. He was asking if we knew what we wanted so he knows our style. This should have all been ready - they all knew the exact vehicles we wanted.
Finally, we went to Martin Honda and had a wonderful experience. We have the vehicles our of dreams and will never go back to Union Park. We did try to email management about the situation. It's been a month and we've heard nothing. I take that to mean they don't care about you unless you have purchased something from them. Which we won't. I don't recommend you do either.

Tony sat my wife and I down ,made us feel very comfortable and before you could blink your eye I was test driving a car, couldn't believe how efficient and professional Tony was, I was awwwed. I had a great experience at Mike Piazza Honda. I was quickly greeted by a salesperson who was able to help me decide on a new vehicle based on my needs and payment expectations. The process went smoothly after test driving a few vechicles and I was happy with the end result. I was able to negotiate and walked away with a 2016 CR-V EX that I am in love with and a payment that works. I would definelty recommend Mike Piazza Honda and Bob Mozitis as a sales person. Bob was knowlegable about the car and friendly, which made the process easy.

Cheaters!!! Spend Your Money at some other dealership unless you want to get ripped off, threatened to be punched on the face by sales manager, Amer. Dishonest dealers, took the deposit and did not deliver the car on time and made us upgrade to the next model, costing us 4K more and still they could not even deliver the upgraded car as promised on time. Since they have deposit they feel that they can do whatever they want and give their customer a runaround and not answer phone calls or return voice mails. Decided to cancel the deal, failed to reimburse the deposit and on top of it they threaten, even though it was their incompetency of not being able to deliver the car. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I purchased a new 2008 Civic from Rossi Honda and had previously owned an Accord. I have been more than satisfied with both cars. My 25 year old son bought a 2000 Civic from his great aunt recently. She had purchased the car from Rossi Honda. The muffler assembly had rusted through causing part of it to drag beneath the car. I took the car to Rossi and was told the repair would cost $750. I then took the car to a reputable muffler shop less than a mile from Rossi and had it repaired completely for $150. I am furious and disgusted! Rossi Honda intended to take advantage of a young person trying to survive financially in these difficult times. Their greed has caused them to lose me as a customer.
