Awsome Salesperson - black car
I was looking for a new car and my mind was already set on a Nissan Altima because I had one that was over 10 years old and I got over 260 miles on it and it never gave me any trouble. So, I was set on getting another Altima until I took my husband advise and he said to look at the Honda Accord. Always heard good things about Honda but I was just set on the Altima. Mr. McDowell explained that car to me inside out and I never had a salesperson that did that during a test drive. It was basically get in and drive and left any questions up to me. Your salesman was the one that won me over and I took the chance on the Honda. However, I had some issue that needed to be resolved since they couldn't find the color I wanted so I accept what was on the lot. Mr. McDowell was great in getting my issues taking care of with the service department but I can't speak highly for the service department. But the Salesperson was great!

His many years in the business was very notable. He made the whole process of buying a new car very enjoyable (painless). When we went in to do the final paperwork he was well organized and made that part very easy. From the first meeting with him we knew he had our backs and was more focus on our needs. I would have to rate him and the dealership as the best car buy experience we have every had.

Brand new 2017 CRV touchscreen freezes when driving! - Hondacrvmad
Leased a brand new CRV EXL in March, numerous times the touchscreen freezes, brought in to the new service center and was told they never heard of it and I would have to bring it back when it happened, problem is it happens while driving when you shut the car down and restart, it resets itself, but will freeze again when driving. Many complaints about the same issue on Honda owners club site! Some with less than the 5,000 miles I have, this is unacceptable and can be dangerous when using the navigation system and there is no safe place to pull over and shut the engine down and wait till it resets. Honda needs to take ownership of this issue and find a fix for it!

I was recently looking to purchase a Honda CR-V at another dealership. That dealership kept telling me they were giving me the best offer for the car, while also only offering me a minimal amount for my trade-in. They even were trying to have me purchase above my means, telling me it was the best deal, etc...
I began talking to a co-worker and they suggested Frank Crinite at Piazza Honda. Frank saw me right away, and intently listened to my wants, and financial situation. Frank ran some numbers before he even ran my credit to see if the purchase was within my means. Once I saw the numbers, I said that if they could get my to that interest rate we had a deal. The previous dealership worked on my credit "for hours". Frank came back in less than 10 minutes with the deal that was promised. I signed the paperwork and left with the car an hour later. I went from a terrible experience to an amazing experience. As long as Frank is at Piazza Honda, I will definitely be purchasing all my cars through them, and more specifically Frank.

My 25 year old daughter bought a total piece of sh**.She is not a kid of privilege.Work hard for 6 thousand dollar she saved to buy this piece of sh**.we made the foolish mistake of trusting these liars.right from the start she had promblems.We just found out she should have just threw her 6000 in the trash.But like the little italian at sales customer service said to me."well you bought it.But that's OK my daughter has learned a lesson.And we both tell ALL the people we can.DO NOT BUY A CAR AT PIAZZA.I hope all of you think about how you should treat people!Oh never mind I think y'all were born A xxxxx and will pass on as A xxxxx.

Takata Recall (15V-370), After bringing my vehicle into Honda for the Takata Recall the SRS light came on. Since it was not part of the recall I did not contact them figuring that it would not be covered. However, I have seen numerous complaints about the same thing happening to others online. It also happened to a friend of mine and Honda covered it so I called and was told it would not be covered it must be a coincidence and certainly not from a defect or improper work. I find it very odd that the light came on right after the work on the recall. I had doubts about brining it in and should not have done it. They say it is probably related to a sensor, which I have gathered could have been from improper work. My next car will be a Toyota after being loyal to Honda for decades.
Appointment needed or not? - Unhappy w service
I call for a service appointment to get my oil changed and wheels rotated and they won't give me an appointment and tell me to walk in instead. So I take the entire morning off from work to bring my car in for such service and I'm told I need an appointment after all? My only other option was to wait three hours before they could even get to my car. Please make up your minds.

Never got a chance to deal with them. My fiancé and I walked into the dealership and told the receptionist that we wanted to talk to someone about buying a new car. She seated us and paged a salesperson. Salesperson never came. She paged again. Sales person never came. We waited several minutes while Piazza staff walked around the showroom and ignored us. We even walked out to the lot to the car we were interested in and started checking it out ourselves and still no one acknowledged us. So we left. We took our $35,000 to Subaru and had an awesome experience.

Very scammy people. After holding us for long time with supposedly need for calculations, They asked me $450/month lease for a CRV, and offered a ridiculous $1000 for my old car Jeep Compass 2009 (8 year old, 100k miles). I showed them that the offer is nowhere near a normal deal, my friends have brand new Mercedes and BMW SUVs fr $350/month lease. The seller backed down and started to ask me what would be my offer. It felt like dealing with little scammers in Turkey, not with an auto dealer in Pennsylvania. I didn't give him any price, and he started to find excuses with the fact that my requests were hypothetical but if I wanted the car on the spot he could do better. You know, just a typical scam sellers use by starting with a very high price to make you feel that they help you by decreasing it a bit. These people are just scammers. Avoid!

I emailed them for their special E price on a vehicle in stock. They offered me the MSRP list price with ZERO discount. Go to Rossi or anywhere else and you will get a much better deal. All I can say is WATCH OUT.
