It was a busy Saturday and the dealership was left a little short staffed but I was still taken care of immediately by everybody in the building, especially Joe Danzo. Knowledgeable and experienced. I have never had a bad experience with Kennan Honda. Highly Highly Highly recommended.
Honda Civic Hatchback - timrayer84
I had been awaiting the release of the Honda Civic Hatchback for months and around the end of the summer I contacted Dan to express interest in buying one. A coworker had dealt with Dan and gave me his information. Dan was very friendly and kept me updated. I came in to look at an EX model just to see what the car looked like, I thought it looked amazing and loved the features especially the touchscreen radio. He was busy that day so we didn't have a chance to go over the details of the car. Finally they were able to order them and I told him I wanted a black sport trim in manual, a few weeks later he let me know that someone had canceled their order and they put my name on it. I made a deposit to secure it and filled out the loan application. I also had a trade and told him I was available to come in and sit down and talk. Mostly all the details were done online and they did not have any brochures on the car.
Finally one day he sent me a text and let me know the car came in, I was really happy. He had also sent pictures and that's when things went downhill. He sent me a picture of the interior and I noticed that the car did not have the 7 inch touchscreen radio. I felt very let down as this was the main feature I was looking forward to so I could use Apple Carplay. I told him about my disappointment and he said he would give me all weather mats, wheel locks and a trunk tray. I was going to buy the wheel locks anyways but didn't really care for the mats or the trunk tray. I asked him if he could throw in the LED interior light package since that was what I was most interested in and he said he could not. So I went to pick up the car, they appraised my car and I got less than I wanted for it. When I told him this he said I could sell it on my own, It was for this reason I wanted to come in a month before and get the car appraised. If it was done this way I could have tried to sell the car but now I would be stuck with the car if I could not sell it on my own. I eventually traded it in. I then sat down to sign all the paper work and got all of the warranties offered. The car payment turned out to be higher than I expected and in all honestly I should have got up and left to give me some time to think about everything, but I didn't. Then Dan took me out to the car to do the tutorial. I then noticed that the car also did not have a moon roof. When I mentioned this Dan stated that it was because it was the Sport model and like the touchscreen radio it only came with the EX and above models. This was never explained to me. And when I brought up the disappointment of not having the touchscreen he quickly changed the subject. he went over the features and the after purchase surveys, he told me if I did not feel like I could give him a good review or rate a "10" I should contact him. I then left in all honesty feeling more sad than I did happy.
The next day at about 9am I wrote Dan an email explaining to him my disappointment about the features the car was lacking and the fact the car payment was higher than I wanted it to be. I thought he would promptly respond but didn't call me until about 3pm which went to voicemail. In the voicemail He told me I was experiencing "buyers remorse", I was pretty offended. It may have been buyers remorse but it was because he didn't go over the features of the car with me beforehand, the low amount I got for my trade and the high car payment. He then called me again on Monday and asked what I wanted him to do for me, or if I just needed to vent. I went over all of this again he said he would look in to if there was a way to get the touchscreen installed or anything to make up for it and get back to me. He called me Friday of that week to tell me he could offer me the LED kits I wanted 2 for the price of one and told me to think about it. I wasn't impressed with the information but was probably going to do it and just cut my losses. But I haven't heard from him since.
I was really excited to get this car but this overall experience just put a bad taste in my mouth and I have a car I'm not thrilled with. I had plans to get the LED kits and get the windows tinted and now I just want to try and pay off the car as fast as possible and get rid of it. I feel very limited in the car without the ability to use Apple Car Play and fumbling to use my phone for navigation is a pain.
I think Dan was a very nice guy and don't doubt that he is a great salesman but even the best can't be 100% all the time. Would I buy from Scott Honda again? Maybe, it all depends on the circumstances. I would definitely be more cautious and not rush in to the sale, but it would be wise of me to shop around next time considering there is another Honda dealership 10 min from my house.

I've personally only ever dealt with Martin Honda to buy and lease my cars. My first [used] car was purchased here in 2005, and in 2014 I traded that car in to lease a new Honda Accord. Just recently, my old lease ended, and I am currently leasing a 2017 Accord - I not only adore my car, I also love the great experiences I've had with the Martin staff over the years. My sales representative, Carol Heyse, is absolutely wonderful! She's extremely knowledgeable and will undoubtedly ALWAYS go the extra mile for her clients to make sure they are getting what they want and need. I continue to come back to her because she does an amazing job of providing me with the proper information so I can make informed decisions about my vehicle. It's not only great when you can get the car that you want, but its also great to be able to afford it and feel comfortable about your decision. I can honestly say I've always been comfortable and confident in my buying/leasing experiences at Martin Honda!

I was in the market for a new CRV, after test driving one me and my wife were set on the CRV! Me and my wife were nerve wrecking where to buy our new car.... as car dealers have a reputation of adding "funny charges" or telling you how much it is, and when you get there it's a complete "bait and switch" after speaking to a friend of mine. He recommended me giving Jamie Findley a call I believe he's the Sales manager there. We live in Philly so it's roughly a 25 minute drive for us to get there. We got there Friday night met with Jamie, who greeted us by name and showed us EXACTLY what we wanted. No ugly colors or different trims or different model car. But he did show us the differences between the models of CRV. At first we were set on the CRV EX, after Jamie showed us the features of the EX-L and the Touring... we were sold on the touring. We drove it home that night and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience, there was no pressure and when we signed papers everything was explained and questions were answered. Everybody else was also very friendly there! Top notch service!

A few days before Christmas I bought a 2015 Honda Accord Sport for my grandson. I cannot say enough as to how I was treated as a customer at J. L. Freed Honda. From the time I walked in the door everyone I met was friendly and helpful.
I was referred to this dealership by a trusted friend who was a repeat customer. He told me to ask for a Salesman by the name of Geoff Smith. Geoff was a great salesman and a top notch human being! I very much enjoyed this buying experience. Could not be happier with the car!
Worst Dealership Experience Ever - A M C
We were looking to trade in and purchase not one, but two vehicles! We were assigned Victor, but he was busy. Another sales rep helped us. Victor was trying to fix other mistakes he made in promising a vehicle to someone that doesn't exist. So he never met with us. When we got to financing, his name was all over everything. Not sure how that's fair. We ended up leaving without a vehicle and thought we would come back. We were underwater, so we paid down our loans and increased our credit scores. When we tried to go back, Anthony (in Credit) was confident we could work something out. He again told me Victor would contact me. It took Victor 5 days to reply back to me about getting something worked out. When he did finally write back to me, it was a blank form email with nothing filled in. He was asking if we knew what we wanted so he knows our style. This should have all been ready - they all knew the exact vehicles we wanted.
Finally, we went to Martin Honda and had a wonderful experience. We have the vehicles our of dreams and will never go back to Union Park. We did try to email management about the situation. It's been a month and we've heard nothing. I take that to mean they don't care about you unless you have purchased something from them. Which we won't. I don't recommend you do either.

Tony sat my wife and I down ,made us feel very comfortable and before you could blink your eye I was test driving a car, couldn't believe how efficient and professional Tony was, I was awwwed. It didn't stop there,the awesome experience continued all the way to the Finance Director Adam Chair, he explained everything so clearly and made the signing process painless. I had a great experience at Mike Piazza Honda. I was quickly greeted by a salesperson who was able to help me decide on a new vehicle based on my needs and payment expectations. The process went smoothly after test driving a few vechicles and I was happy with the end result. I was able to negotiate and walked away with a 2016 CR-V EX that I am in love with and a payment that works. I would definelty recommend Mike Piazza Honda and Bob Mozitis as a sales person. Bob was knowlegable about the car and friendly, which made the process easy.

To start, I never felt pressured by the salesperson, Dave C, to make a purchase. I totally enjoyed working with the financial adviser, Scott. He presented everything in a manner that was understandable for me for I am not an expert in that area. Lastly, there was a concern that needed to be addressed and the Manager, Brent and Scott saw to it immediately, corrected the problem and was very accommodating to me.

Cheaters!!! Spend Your Money at some other dealership unless you want to get ripped off, threatened to be punched on the face by sales manager, Amer. Dishonest dealers, took the deposit and did not deliver the car on time and made us upgrade to the next model, costing us 4K more and still they could not even deliver the upgraded car as promised on time. Since they have deposit they feel that they can do whatever they want and give their customer a runaround and not answer phone calls or return voice mails. Decided to cancel the deal, failed to reimburse the deposit and on top of it they threaten, even though it was their incompetency of not being able to deliver the car. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I purchased a new 2008 Civic from Rossi Honda and had previously owned an Accord. I have been more than satisfied with both cars. My 25 year old son bought a 2000 Civic from his great aunt recently. She had purchased the car from Rossi Honda. The muffler assembly had rusted through causing part of it to drag beneath the car. I took the car to Rossi and was told the repair would cost $750. I then took the car to a reputable muffler shop less than a mile from Rossi and had it repaired completely for $150. I am furious and disgusted! Rossi Honda intended to take advantage of a young person trying to survive financially in these difficult times. Their greed has caused them to lose me as a customer.
