I have purchase 5 vehicles from KEVIN PERRY and BILL ROGERS they help me though very problem that I had each time, they worked hard and long getting the credit I needed and the vehicle I wanted. I don't shop around and waste my time .I just call KEVIN and BILL and say here we go again. Thanks guys for all your hard work.

My daughter and I went to Chapman Ford to look for a new vehicle for her. This was her first time buying a car on her own so it was a big deal. We dealt with Derek Zimmerman who was absolutely wonderful! He seemed to genuinely care about getting her into something she could afford and more importantly, something I felt was safe for her. He spent quite a bit of time with us but we never felt rushed. If anyone is looking for a car I would definitely suggest going to see Derek. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at. He's not like most dealers who are just trying to make a sale. He went out of his way to make sure that my daughter had a wonderful first car buying experience! We will definitely go back there when it's my turn to get a new car !

Expedition Purchase - Mike Semp
Out-of-town buyer - replacing a 2014 Expedition totaled out 2 weeks ago. Knew what I wanted, wasn't limited to any particular area to purchase from.
Narrowed it down to 3 vehicles. The dealership responded in about 10min by text message (through cars.com), confirmed that I wanted to actually speak with someone and I was given the name of the associate that would be contacting me to assist me further. Pete Moreotto called about 10min after that and, got my demographics so they could get the proper paperwork lined up for my state.
Made a modest deposit on Friday, they held the vehicle until Wednesday when I was able to get there to complete the sale.
No pressure, and no attempt at up-sales. He got the vehicle battery replaced without fuss after discovering it was low. First time I ever completed a sale at the associate's desk - something I preferred to sitting in the traditional isolated room where you seem to sit and wait.
Vehicle was consistent with description, there were no surprises regarding price, fees or paperwork. Pete provided what he promised in a timely manner and without drama.
Will look here again if/when the need arises.

The customer service I have received at Hertrich has always been first class!! I was looking for a convertible beetle and they didn't have one in their inventory, so they found me 6 different ones to pick from within 3 days! I picked one I loved and it was here in Delaware within 7 days, what more could you ask for! Highly recommend them to find the car of your dreams!

Salesman was fine, no pressure, no hassle which I welcomed. Problems started when the sales manager, Randy got involved. Stereotypical used car sales approach. Insincere smile, clammy handshake to go along with every effort to avoid giving you straight numbers. Even if you ask repeatedly, he wont deliver them. Goes straight for the jugular w/ almost the most profitable finance deal he can strike then comes back with the very worst through a smokescreen of catchphrases and highlites on your proposed contract. If he writes your deal, you'll get taken, friend. Bottom line, he took a loyal Ford/Mercury Owner, 2 Ford Explorers & Merc Mountaneer, and turned me into the competitor's happy customer. Beware.
