This story started 20+ yrs ago, with Denise Kennedy-Watson and my parents leasing "FORD" vehicles every 3 yrs. Denise was pleasant and took the time to go over all the details... fast forward, my dad passes & my mom is ready for another car... '2014 Ford Focus', my mother passed in February 2017, and I wanted to purchase the car, Denise stepped in and completed that process in a quick and made the purchase happen,. I would like to write about my positive experience at Tom Masano Ford. The dealership worked as a great team to help me get the car I wanted, and address any issues before, and even AFTER the sale. That is unique in the car business and I have bought over 50 cars. From the very beginning, Andrea Miller was a great sales person. We exchanged over 80 emails and she was willing to provide all the info and help I needed in a very timely manner. Andrea even got back to me on her days off. She went out of her way to help me get the car, and deal I wanted. Her manager Phil Franco was also great. He even approved some brake work after the sale because my brakes were making noise. I really appreciate that. Thank you again Phil. In addition, I had a great experience with the service department. Terry Shenk is a great mechanic. I highly recommend him. He is a great guy! Mr. Karr, the manager, made sure my car was taken care of ASAP. He is a super nice guy as well. Even Rodney, the service advisor is such a pleasure to deal with. So yes, It was a great experience and they have a nice team over at Masano Ford. Very good people. I will be a returning customer for certain!

Do not stand behind their service agreement. Not very friendly once u have bought the vehicle. Never recommend them. The salesman was great but the service September needs help.

Went to the Hertrich Mazda dealership almost certain I'd be buying a car before leaving, but left never wanting to come back to this dealership ever again. Service was incredibly poor, and when I asked basic questions about the specifics of a model I was looking at, both the salesperson AND manager had no answer for me; they were completely uneducated about their product. I will gladly be taking my money elsewhere, to a dealership who actually cares about their customers.

Salesman was fine, no pressure, no hassle which I welcomed. Problems started when the sales manager, Randy got involved. Stereotypical used car sales approach. Insincere smile, clammy handshake to go along with every effort to avoid giving you straight numbers. Even if you ask repeatedly, he wont deliver them. Goes straight for the jugular w/ almost the most profitable finance deal he can strike then comes back with the very worst through a smokescreen of catchphrases and highlites on your proposed contract. If he writes your deal, you'll get taken, friend. Bottom line, he took a loyal Ford/Mercury Owner, 2 Ford Explorers & Merc Mountaneer, and turned me into the competitor's happy customer. Beware.

Since 1990, I have purchased 6 new vehicles from Pete Conti at Reedman-Toll Auto World. I was introduced to him by my brother and have followed in his footsteps whenever I buy a car. My initial purchase was a 1990 Lincoln Mark VII and I continued buying Lincolns primarily through 2003 when I purchased a Lincoln LS Premium Sport, which I still own. I also purchased 2 Mercury Sables from Mr. Conti as second vehicles. My latest purchase was in 2010 when I bought a Chrysler 300 Hemi. Mr. Conti is our family's prized sales manager at Reedman-Toll. It has always been a pleasure working with Mr. Conti because of his professional demeanor along with his genuine interest and concern for the customer. Pete Conti goes the extra mile to make certain that the customer is completely comfortable with their new car purchase. He is efficient, patient, courteous, handles the details, and bends over backwards to provide the ultimate in customer service and thereby fostering continued customer satisfaction.
