I have been driving BMW's since 2007 and all of them have been from Chapman BMW on Camelback. This is a first class organization that knows customer service, attention to detail, and enhanced BMW car buying experience. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Murphy for at least the past 7 years. Steve is very personable and very patient. On this occasion, Steve went beyond the call of duty, ensuring that my decision was fact based. He patiently presented a 2017 BMW 540i and 2017 BMW i3. I ended up with the i3, and I love it! By far the most unique car I have ever driven. He worked through the complex requirement that my CFO placed on our lease requirement and he met it with flying colors. Not only that, Steve was always available and even showed up on his day off to ensure that documentations and signings were done at our practice. Where do you find that type of dedication to his customers and to his company? Not many, I can assure you. This is why I stay a loyal customer to BMW and to Chapman BMW. While I always tell myself I'd be interested in trying different brand (just out of curiosity and wanting to try something different), in the end, the total package offered by Chapman BMW on Camelback has me staying with the BMW brand year after year. Steve deserves the highest recommendation I can give him. The entire management and staff at Chapman BMW is also stellar! From their GM Bob Cola to the fantastic service department (Bobby Stewart! Awesome!) they strive for customer service excellence. Steve Murphy just makes those qualities stand out a bit more. I'm happy and will continue to recommend this dealership with the highest marks.

Called my Service Rep Matt K and he told me to bring it in. He arranged for a loaner car so that I didn't have to wait and off I went. I have a 750LI and he gave me a 528 to drive. Great vehicle. The light indicator actually turned out to be a fuel senor and it was fixed under my warranty. Great service from start to finish. Glad I bought from Chapman BM Chandler.
Over charging and wrong advice - luffin88
I have taken my car several times within past 2 months. When I received my car, the engine light was on and windshield fluid was leaked-out. I called service advisor Ron Davis on the same day. He said," engine light is on because the fluid is leaked out of the reservoir. I took the car later on since the change of oil service was on. I asked Ron to check the engine light and advice me on the problem. After 3 days he called and told me that I need to change the oil and filter with spark plug. Also, he need to trace the fluid leak. The car has 48k Mls currently. He added, it will cost $145.00 for oil/filter and $600.00 for spark plug and an addition of $500+ for the fluid leakage. I told him not to do work and I will have it done some other time. I took the car to Chapman BMW on the next day and all it needed was oil/filter change ($130.00) and tightening the screws on windshield fluid reservoir. I wonder if this is part of training that ripping people off as though they are not making enough money.
