Jan 11, 2017. Excellent service provided as usual by Vince Adams, service consultant. Normal required service performed on my 2015 BMW X3 plus air bag and child restraint recalls. Vince quickly arranged for my request for a X1 loaner for me to drive as I start looking for my next vehicle when my current lease expires this June. I have been a Chapman customer for over 15 years.
Sleazy and unprofessional - andrea carusetta
Bought a $55,000 BMW from them 5 years ago and had it serviced since. Car broke down and had to be towed twice in the last 5 months. Very traumatic experiences for a luxury car. Went to buy another vehicle and learned I was unable to trade the car in because of 2 safety recalls with no remedy. Seriously! So I am stuck with a dangerous car and cant even sell or trade it in and communicated this to the dealership. They could care less. Manager, Don, was rude and condescending. Service rep Sean made promises and then reneged on them. All in all, horrific experience and a horrible dealership.
