I have been taking my Nissan Armada and Titan to Lamb Nissan for almost two years. I have always been treated very well and the work performed on my vehicles has been very good. Their prices are quite competitive with 3rd party retailers and they specialize in Nissan vehicles. The service department is courteous and my vehicle is always cleaner going out than coming in.

So I called Anderson Nissan in lake havasu to ask about a used car they had on their lot.and told them I would be driving from out of town but will be stopping to check out another car at another dealer before I stopped there.so they did everything to convince me to make them my first stop even saying they had a brand new altima sv with 5k off sticker price so that convinced me.well of course after I test drove it I was told it was 27k not 22k and that they have "new ppl" that don't know what they are talking about.yet it was a sales manager named Zach that told me the discounted price that they of course didn't want to honor. I walked out and I will not be doing business here.

Were do I begin? Lied to me? Ran my Credit 21 TIMES? Or tried to rip me off? First off they quote me a price that my Father In Law (back round car sales). Said walk out of there they trying to rip you off. After we did leave we got a call with a lower number. Still said was to high and what I was willing to pay. Then they called me back and said "OK" we can do that. Came back in with the Wife and 2 Kids excited to get our new car. They presented me with Numbers way higher then agreed over the phone after about hrs of back and forth finally got them to the number agreed on the phone, and we drove off happy! Then when I got home noticed they ran my credit another 5 times other then the 1st with Nissan. Father in law said that's normal. Next day 3 more next day 4 more and so one Total of 21 times when I called Joe the finance Manager he Point Blank Lied to me and said he only ran 3 or 4 times. Durning this week I also called in to get the Leather added in the car as we agreed talk to Joe again. He said no problem call Service department they will get it done ( Once again not telling me the truth). After leaving 8 messages and no one getting back to me. My Father informed me the car was not totally bought and would not add leather until it was. Which makes sense if Joe would have told me this in the first place, me and my Wife would not have left 8 messages. Sooo. Then 1.5 weeks later get a call from the dealer! Congrats the Car is bought (with Nissan the first credit run other 20 was not needed). you got a better Rate, Less Months, Payment is same and NO MORE money down. Once again get there they want $1000 more down. After about 2hr of arguing Wife was so mad we said get our old car ready we will go get food for kids and come back to pick it up. They called after we left and said can do it for $500 more. We agreed. So Long Story Short if you want a great deal on a car but willing to Argue with them for 5hrs and your credit thrashed and ok with them Lying to you? This is Your Place!
Uninformed, poor service, incorrect diagnostics - DavidJonesAZ
My review is of their service department. I bought a new Nissan Rogue memorial weekend from ABC Nissan in Phoenix. I noticed the next day the heated seats weren’t working. I know, heated seats in Phoenix, it’s a long story. Regardless, I talked to the service manager at ABC Nissan and he said I could use my warranty at any Nissan Dealership in the US. AutoNation Nissan in Tempe is closer to my house and I figured would be less busy. I booked a service appointment online. I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment to find out it would be at least 2 hours. Why have appointments? 2.5 hours later, my new car is returned to me with the diagnostics “of course the heated seats aren’t working it’s too hot outside” then the service person proceeded to explain it has to be below 68 degrees outside for the heated seats to function. WHAT? I read the owner’s manual, the heated steering wheel has that requirement. The heated seats do not. I called up the service manager at ABC Nissan and explained the situation and he confirmed that the outside temperature has zero impact on the heated seats. Do not trust what the service folks at this location tell you.
