Would have liked a lower price - car review
We live in Sun City with several Nissan dealers closer to our home, but drove the extra miles because we had a good experience with Scott. This is our second Nissan that we worked with Scott.
Quick, Kind Service - Steve123
I brought my car in for repairs at 4pm on a Monday. I had a diagnosis for a river reasonable price by 5pm and it was ready for pickup by 10am Tuesday, the next day (they even washed my car for me)! Stacy (service employee) and everyone I interacted with at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful!!

Happy new purchaser - Mhavens559
Greg Reiner my salesperson went the extra mile as did the dealership in helping me and giving good advice. I couldn't be happier with my new 2017 Altima
Great Experience. Love our new Nissan Altima - John Ford
We love our new Nissan Altima - Our Salesman Nick Dietz, very friendly and easy to work with. Did an excellent job at getting us the exact vehicle we wanted. He went out his way to satisfy us. Matthew Disbrow - who process our paperwork for the loan went above and beyond to help us get a great price.
Such a great team.
Great service! - Tanktruthaboutlies
Great job Pinnacle Nissan! We got exactly the car we were looking for and the service was fantastic. I really dont like dealing with car salesman and had a bad experience because of that at Peoria Nissan, but never felt that way about Pinnacle. Never pressured past buying something I can't afford. Working with my budget. Great job!
Lies .lies lies - Jesse Garcia
So I called Anderson Nissan in lake havasu to ask about a used car they had on their lot.and told them I would be driving from out of town but will be stopping to check out another car at another dealer before I stopped there.so they did everything to convince me to make them my first stop even saying they had a brand new altima sv with 5k off sticker price so that convinced me.well of course after I test drove it I was told it was 27k not 22k and that they have "new ppl" that don't know what they are talking about.yet it was a sales manager named Zach that told me the discounted price that they of course didn't want to honor. I walked out and I will not be doing business here.
Big joke these people are as low as ants - darringer2012
Never trust liars or their finance people. Bad Your credit will be ruined. They say you make more than you do by telling people makes you look like a liar. Buyer beware
Discouraging. Liars. - Matthew813
If i could give no stars, i would. This dealership was rude when i went on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle. The first sales rep i spoke with made off-color jokes about me and my twin brother's body weight, then tried to guilt my brother into co-signing for me, even after we had repeatedly asked him to stop. I was there for about thirty minutes before Louis said " we should stop the process, we won't be able to help you." So i left and put the whole experience behind me with no intentions of ever speaking to them again. I received a call from Cassady, the sales manager, the very next day. He expressed that this should have been an easy transaction and that i should come back down to test drive the vehicle i wanted. i told him that i had driven an hour to get there, because i was referred, and that i was not interested in making that drive until i was guaranteed the vehicle. I gave Cassady my list of requirements and sent him pertinent documentation so that he could process my application. Cassady expressed that he would be there on Monday to assist me. However, Cassady was off for two days so i spent that time talking to other associates and playing phone tag. My loan was approved, but none of my stipulations were met. I was very transparent in the beginning of this process about what i would be able to afford and what i was looking for and my best interests were not a priority. Furthermore, I was hung up on, twice, by Cassady and another man named Lou. Even though i made it clear that THEY had reached out to ME after the rude service i received during my first visit. Awful experience, totally discouraged. would NOT recommend.
Horrible service department!!! - Wrek84
Title says it all. Just trying to get a hold of some at the service department was horrible. Would not recommend working with Nate he was not friendly nore professional. Walked in to go pick up car and he did t even greet me when I walked up to the counter. Overall experience was bad would never come back here again.
Pleasant experience - paschn
At the risk of sounding like a "plant", this has been a great experience from dealing with the manufacturer to the dealership's sales staff.
Seventy years old and I've bought many new vehicles in my life. I've never been treated as well as from Nissan U.S.A. As for the dealership? Paramount. And I'm not easy to please.
"Mark" from fleet sales made the overall experience very pleasant.
Horrible Customer Service - Offended by Poor Service
Said they would match a price at another dealership and get us to the desired monthly payment. Came back with an offer for $2000 more than the price at the other dealership but the right monthly payment. When we questioned the difference in price Howie became defensive and was rude to our friend who was with us saying "are you co-signing?" And "you're trying to mess you friend up from getting a good deal". So he felt it was OK to charge 2K more when he said they would match the price, because he knew how much we were willing to pay. He also refused to bring out the sales manager or a finance manager when we were done talking to him for being rude and condescending.
