Quick, Kind Service - Steve123
I brought my car in for repairs at 4pm on a Monday. I had a diagnosis for a river reasonable price by 5pm and it was ready for pickup by 10am Tuesday, the next day (they even washed my car for me)! Stacy (service employee) and everyone I interacted with at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful!!
I had wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle - Martin
I had been looking for a new car since last Dec, Mr. Jimmy Mendez gave me the suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. It is very quick and professional. I would like recommend ABC Nissan (Mr. Jimmy Mendez in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Great Experience at Coulter - JAT22
I didn't expect to buy a car when I visited back in December, but Charles "Luke" Lucas did a great job of hearing out my concerns and made me an offer I couldn't say "no" to. He did an excellent job of helping me to understand the car-buying experience at Coulter and it seemed like he truly wanted to help me see what a great deal they were making me.
I have purchased Nissans before at AZ dealers and had pleasant experiences, but I think this was the best experience I've had so far.
Happy new purchaser - Mhavens559
Greg Reiner my salesperson went the extra mile as did the dealership in helping me and giving good advice. I couldn't be happier with my new 2017 Altima
Great Experience. Love our new Nissan Altima - John Ford
We love our new Nissan Altima - Our Salesman Nick Dietz, very friendly and easy to work with. Did an excellent job at getting us the exact vehicle we wanted. He went out his way to satisfy us. Matthew Disbrow - who process our paperwork for the loan went above and beyond to help us get a great price.
Such a great team.

Lies .lies lies - Jesse Garcia
So I called Anderson Nissan in lake havasu to ask about a used car they had on their lot.and told them I would be driving from out of town but will be stopping to check out another car at another dealer before I stopped there.so they did everything to convince me to make them my first stop even saying they had a brand new altima sv with 5k off sticker price so that convinced me.well of course after I test drove it I was told it was 27k not 22k and that they have "new ppl" that don't know what they are talking about.yet it was a sales manager named Zach that told me the discounted price that they of course didn't want to honor. I walked out and I will not be doing business here.
EXCEEDINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO CLASS - l myers
To be direct, East Valley Nissan’s (formerly known as Superstition Springs Earnhardt Nissan) service department has EXCEEDINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO CLASS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EAST VALLEY NISSAN’S SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO ANYONE.
After dropping our vehicle off for an 8am appointment (Let me note – it took no more than 1 hour to repair when they finally got it in), WE called about 3pm to check the status and estimated time for pick-up in which we were informed that our vehicle hadn’t been taken in at that point, was going to be taken in at that time, and would be completed by about 5pm. They got busy. OK, it happens. Well, our congeniality and patience bit us is the A**. Come 4:30pm, we received a call stating that our vehicle would have to wait until tomorrow. At this point, this is NOT OK. Just as all families these days, we are very busy and had already rearranged schedules throughout the day to make things work. We now needed our vehicle. After not accepting their offer to leave our vehicle there any longer and wanting to go pick it up to take it elsewhere at another time, they managed to get it in and repaired in an hour. Now 9 hours later.
SAD – the fact that it takes one to become angered to be treated the way one should be treated is disheartening. All East Valley Nissan had to do was care/show some customer service and communicate. We all know things happen and we get busy and behind. Had East Valley Nissan kept in contact and been honest that there was a chance they couldn’t get our vehicle in earlier on, we would have had the opportunity for other arrangements; ex. opportunity to reschedule the appointment, change plans, get a rental, etc., to be made.
After doing business with East Valley Nissan (formerly known as Superstition Springs Earnhardt Nissan), for the past 10 years, we are sad to say that our last few experiences have lead us to make the decision to take our business elsewhere from now on.
BTW – you may want to note that at East Valley Nissan the time of the scheduled appointment is only the time you speak to the service advisor not the time of the maintenance, so we were told. They will get your vehicle in when they feel necessary.
Not a good experience !!!!!! - MTS
Sorry to say that Auto Nation (AN) and this dealer Nissan of Chandler is the WORST dealer in all my years of buying cars. Purchased a used car and find that it had to be returned for a number of reasons. The AN policy is a 5 day no questions asked policy. I returned it in 3 days and was told that I would receive my down payment (over $1000.00) in a few days. They DID NOTHING to accomplish this. Two weeks later still no returned funds. After calling multiple times, I was put in contact with a person that convinced me that the funds would be returned and days later still no refund. The floor manager told me that they have plenty of money and my $1000.00 was a drop in the bucket for AN Nissan of Chandler and it would be no problem. Yet still no funds. At this point I am receiving an invoice for the payments on the loan and that the total amount was funded to the dealer days ago. So, I can only assume that this is a game that is played to either simply hold my funds in hopes that I would come back and choose another vehicle, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.... So it comes down to the statement, BUY BEWARE.......
Horrible Customer Service - Offended by Poor Service
Said they would match a price at another dealership and get us to the desired monthly payment. Came back with an offer for $2000 more than the price at the other dealership but the right monthly payment. When we questioned the difference in price Howie became defensive and was rude to our friend who was with us saying "are you co-signing?" And "you're trying to mess you friend up from getting a good deal". So he felt it was OK to charge 2K more when he said they would match the price, because he knew how much we were willing to pay. He also refused to bring out the sales manager or a finance manager when we were done talking to him for being rude and condescending.
Sales and Service - rjarcher
Beginning with my sales experience, I felt pressured to close the deal and was coerced to add Auto Mate and maintenance that has turned out to be a disappointment. The car was delivered poorly prepped and returned twice to be cleaned. The showroom is sparse and noisy. The sales manager was rough and abrasive. We returned for our Automate and oil change six months later and were again disappointed. Granted, this is a new dealership and they have a few bugs to work out - too bad they couldn't get the bugs off my grill after the Auto Mate application. When we complained, the general manager hid in his office. I did give them one star because there are some great people working there, like the service supervisor, Randy, and the finance manager, Travis.
Pleasant experience - paschn
At the risk of sounding like a "plant", this has been a great experience from dealing with the manufacturer to the dealership's sales staff.
Seventy years old and I've bought many new vehicles in my life. I've never been treated as well as from Nissan U.S.A. As for the dealership? Paramount. And I'm not easy to please.
"Mark" from fleet sales made the overall experience very pleasant.
