Superior Service, Selection, Staff and Sales Ethics - TechSupportSD
I've purchased many Lexus vehicles over the years, all from Lexus Escondido and Carlsbad. I decided to give El Cajon a shot since they're so close to my home.
What a great decision!!!
The level of customer service and attention to detail is unprecedented. The entire team over there is all about client satisfaction and will do whatever necessary to get a deal made.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Ross and Joe Billones for their high level of professionalism and follow through. All promises that they made were kept 100%.
I will be a life long customer of Lexus El Cajon after this purchase and will refer all of my friends, family and clients to Lexus El Cajon for their new and preowned Auto needs.
Thank you all so much!!! I love the vehicle and heads are turning all over town. I've never had to answer so many questions about a vehicle. The most frequent question is "where did you buy that fine truck from??" LEXUS EL CAJON!!!

Gurmeet Jawanda - Christine Randazzo
Because of the friendly, personable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable salesman (Gurmeet Jawanda) I was able to get the car I wanted in record timing! He was sensitive to my needs, in-tune with my wants, and SO patient with teaching me how to use the new technology on the car I bought! Lexus of Escondido has a Jewel of a salesman!
What a terrible experience - jackSD
What a terrible experience at this dealership. Avoid at all costs.
My mom from out of town was test driving ES350. She made a wrong turn since she was nervous (not familiar with the car and streets in SD) and couldn’t quite understand the salesman’s (Chuck) directions to return to the dealership. Chuck then reached over to stop the vehicle at the intersection, ordered my mother out of the car to switch seats with him, and then decided to aggressively raced down the surface streets (with my 5-year old in the back seat) as an attempt to intimidate/display his annoyance.
I immediately dismissed Chuck after he intentionally put my family in danger. Afterwards I proceeded to go inside the dealership and asked to speak with Chuck’s manger, Jim Buck. By that time Chuck had already fed Jim some lies (how my mom blew a red light, putting the car and himself in jeopardy) so my concern and feedback fell on deaf ears. Jim wasn’t interested in hearing me out and basically told me to beat it, condescendingly.
Your experience may vary, but do you want to chance it with these nasty individuals? These two employees of Lexus San Diego have single-handedly changed my perception on the Lexus brand. No customers should be treated the same way my family was treated, especially not from a luxury brand.
