We walked in with a pre approval and found the vehicle except the pre approval gave us a run for our money and we ended up at the dealership from 12:30 to around 5:30 waiting on our bank...we were confused and irritated but the financial woman Heather was so patient and really trying her hardest to get to the bottom and our salesman Kale was so patient and waiting along with us. We felt so bad because it took him away from helping potential customers and making a sale but obviously our business and the fact that we needed a vehicle meant more-in the end it all worked out because of the hard work and customer service provided by them!!!! What a great car buying experience! My wife and I recently purchased a new GMC Sierra 2500HD pick up truck from Seaview. Steve Shawver, Britta and Steve in Finance couldn't have been more welcoming, transparent and accommodating. There was absolutely no pressure and instead we found everyone to be flexible and patient. Our salesman, Steve, was knowledgeable, engaging and forthcoming with facts about the truck. We left totally relaxed and happy and didn't have that "I've been through a meat-grinder" experience. If buying a car can possibly be described as enjoyable, than we had such an experience.

I traveled over three hours to bring my car to Gilchrist Chevrolet, and I will continue to do so. Our Local Chevrolet Dealer didn't want to bother with a warranty issue, so I called Gilchrist who had serviced our car with the previous owner. Each time I called I was treated with respect, professionalism and kindness, the day I brought it in was more of the same. My appointment ended with the assurance that I had no worries from the service people all the way to the owner. I was impressed and will not hesitate to not only return here in the future but also to recommend friends and family to go here as well. Worth the trip, I am more than happy.
They stole $750 of my GM Rebate - EdK
This is my second new car buying experience with Kirkkand. My first was excellent. We bought a new 2015 Buick Regal from Julie Broadwell.
When we needed to replace that car because that car was totaled in a crash, we went back. Big mistake. The sales rep, Jay, didn't do a single thing he promised. I asked for critical info 5X (2 by phone and 3X by txt) and I never got any of it. Big FAIL!!
But even more outrageous, they only applied $579.36 of rebate, instead of the $1,329.36 that Mike @GMREBATES told me about (because of a special GM Rebate deal then in effect. My statement from GM even shows a rebate of $1329.36).
Then, Hans "neglected" to send me the final contract as Jay PROMISED REPEATEDLY so I could confirm the deal BEFORE my wife signed it. $750 rebate was never credited.
When I finally saw the contract ONLY AFTER SHE SIGNED IT and brought it home, I knew EXACTLY why they never sent it to me BEFOREHAND AS PROMISED
Check your wallet, keys, watch, jewelry after you deal with these guys.
It's like they thought if they hid it, I would never figure it out.
Refuse to fix issue with CPO car they sold - Chris Selvar
First let me say I wanted to give one star, but that actual sales process wasn't horrible it was what happened after I was out the door.
I bought a 2012 CTS-V from Brotherton back in March. The car came with the extended CPO warranty. When I bought the car the supercharger was making the notorious "can of marbles" rattling sound. Very well documented and super easy fix that cadillac is aware of and will do at no cost. I was aware of the details so it didn't concern me and I bought the car anyway scheduling an appointment to bring it back in to have the supercharger replaced before I ever left the dealership. Two days later I brought the car back and the service tech who looked at my car said nope everything sounds fine... I was a little shocked because I knew it wasn't, lucky for me I work right across the street from another Cadillac Dealership just 15 minutes up 405. I took it in there the next day, low and behold the tech didn't even have to inspect my car he could tell by the noise it made pulling up that it needed a new supercharger. They ordered one for me and had it on a week later.
This is the part that really angers me, while it was in for the supercharger the other dealership pointed out to me that it didn't have the correct tires on it to be a CPO car. (tires MUST meet OEM specifications) the speed rating on tires that came with the car are one rating to low. I tried/ struggled to get ahold of MK at brotherton for 2 months, he finally responded when I started to get very irritated, he acknowledged that the tires are incorrect but then told me I would have to buy 2 of the tires and they would provide the other 2. I am confused as to why I would pay to right their wrong. Unfortunately even after printing out all of the CPO paperwork that says the car must have the right tires on it and presenting it to MK in person, he accused me of just trying to get new tires out of them (even though the current ones have about 80% left). he also told me that speed rating doesn't matter because the ones on there are rated for 149MPH and thats as fast as I need to go. (OEM speed rating is to 186MPH).
I have escalated the case to cadillac corporate and the regional CPO person (sorry don't know his title). I am confident that they will end up being forced to put tires on my car but the amount of time being wasted irritates me.
You advertised something as a CPO, meaning it should meet all CPO specifications, this one does not, I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they didn't realize it either, however after I made them aware of it they still refuse to do anything. To me it feels like a scam or fraud (advertising something as something its not)
This review isn't meant to do anything other then to make people aware of what they are buying before they leave the dealership, unfortunately this dealership isn't honest enough to fix there mistakes if you find any.
Ripped off by service center - I hate titus will!
My running lights would not turn off on my hummer. Took it in to be diagnosed. The service department said they changed my light switch but that wasn't the cause and that they had to keep trying to replace different things until they figured out what the issue was. My light switch was never replaced. I know this because it needed to be replaced, it didn't light up anymore. So I was happy that they "replaced" it. They LIED! It STILL doesnt light like it's supposed too! My insurance was charged hundreds of dollars and so was I for a switch that WASN'T replaced and my trucks initial problem was still a mystery! I was so upset that I had them put my dash back together and took it home. I googled the light problem, and I am by NO means a mechanic or mechanically inclined, and in about 5min I found out that it was the bcm (body control modual) that went out hence the light issue. I ordered the part from Amazon and had it put on and programmed by a real mechanic at Fleet Service in Napavine. Titus Will's service center said my issue would cost over $3,000 to figure out and fix. I ended up paying less than $700 for the part, instalation and programming. I am completely blown away that a dealership service center said they couldn't figure out the problem and just started replacing whatever they wanted too to try to figure it out, while all I did was google it, and charging me and my insurance company over $500 for a light switch that had nothing to do with my trucks running lights. The service manager, I believe his name was Steve, had a terrible attitude and said, well too bad that's how we do it. The sarcasm was unprofessional and rude. I called to complain and was informed I'd be contacted. That was over 11 months ago. No call yet. When I try to call about it I get left on hold forever. I will be contacting GM, the owner of the dealership and the better business bureau about the terrible service and the light switch that was paid for but never replaced. I would recommend to anyone reading this to BEWARE and DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE SERVICE OR MAINTENENCE! Unless you like be talked down to and robbed.
