Purchased a 2016 Nissan Leaf in May 2016 at a difference dealership, just got a new job that requires travel which my Leaf would not allow. Contacted the dealership I purchased my Leaf at and they couldn't help me due to the amount owed (I was upside down). Called Nissan of Auburn and they told me to come in and talk. Met with Todd Fee, great guy and he not only was able to get me out of my Leaf and into a 2017 Nissan Altima with decent payments, he got this all done within a couple of hours.
This is my 6th Nissan in 17 years and Todd was by far the best car guy i've dealt with.

Not an ordinary sales experience - in fact he was never a salesman to me. He listened more than talk and there I felt that my best interest is all he was focused on. Did I get what I went there for? My daughter was there for service on her 2012 Altima Coupe Per usual Dan saw her and they started chatting. Dan has been our salesperson for many years, he is very friendly, personable, and seems to really care about his clients. My daughter shared she was having a baby and would be needing a car that was child friendly in the near future. They came to the conclusion that she could get into a lease vehicle for the beginning then decide if the Rogue Suv was the right fit. Can I say she love it now looking for the right car seat...

First of all let me just say this, people that usually write the not so good reviews are usually bitter because they are asking for low payments or demanding something that is not possible. I work at a bank and see it happen all the time they want to only spend this amount and want only to pay this dollar amount every month. That being said dealerships do everything in their power to get you close of what you are asking for but if your credit is not good as you think it is. It's going to be really hard to make it happen. I know from experience because mine is not so good but I do have to say Michael Shearman is one of the best sales person I have ever met and made me comfortable and answered all my questions and did not make me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. I never demanded anything I just let him know what I felt comfortable paying and what I wanted in a vehicle. He took his time and made me feel like a valued customer!! This is why I have drove from Oregon to purchase my vehicles from him. Where ever you go Michael I will follow. Tacoma Nissan Staff is also very friendly and professional. Customer for life. Tacoma Nissan is very lucky to have him!!

Julian took the time and energy to make certain that I got the best deal and the best outcome of any car deal that I have had in many years. This dealership has people on staff and management with great honesty and integrity and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to buy a car from this company. Julian, a Marine Corp Veteran, is such a a great ambassador for Bellevue NIssan and he has high energy and will work hard to give the customer the best service and followup. Condescending and un-professional - thefsm
If you want to go to a dealership where you feel like you took a wrong turn and ended up in a sketchy neighborhood, then this is the dealership for you! Let me tell you my story.
Found a good deal on a CERTIFIED 2012 Nissan Leaf. Reached out to the dealership for more information and the initial contact went well. I asked about the Doc fee and if it was negotiable and the first person I was in contact with wasn't sure and had to ask. Since I knew by law it is negotiable I asked her to waive it. They came back and said they couldn't do that, so I asked them to take $150 off the car to cover the fee. This prompted a call from an initial manager whose exact words were "The Doc fee is a fee required by law". He proceeded to act like your average jerk of a sales person and got off the phone. I knew this was a sales tactic and a lie, so I sent them the legal information about the doc fees and how they work.
That is when I received a call from Jonathan Gross the General Manager. Jonathan "clarified" the previous manager's statement and proceeded to tell me the correct information. When I told him I was unhappy about being lied to and that I would have to put a negative review of the dealership he decided to drop the $150 off the car and made it extremely clear to me my review wouldn't matter since he could just "counter" the review.
Since he took the price of the car down, I decided to go in and give this dealership a shot. Immediately when I walked in it was obvious everyone knew about the conversation I had with Jonathan and they all had a negative view about my Fiance and I and it felt like all eyes were on us. Hoping it was just anxiety making it feel this way we proceeded to look at the car.
Surprise surprise, the car wasn't in the best of shape. It had scratches all over it and a dent on the passenger side that was about a foot long with a gouge taken out on both the door edges. Annoying to think a certified 2012 vehicle could be in this kind of condition, but hey it's used. Proceeded to take a test drive in the vehicle and found out it only has 10 out of 12 bars of battery life left. (Not charge, the actual long term battery life gauge). My conclusion was it was a used car that had been beaten up and abused by the previous owner.
I proceeded to go inside to Jonathan's office where he had three other workers hanging out. Specifically he asked me if I was satisfied with the car, to which my response was "No, it is not in the condition I expected it to be in. It has scratches all over it, a dent on the side, and the battery life on the vehicle is lower than expected". He responded in the most condescending manner possible "Well it's a used car" which caused the other workers to start giggling at us in the room. I ignored this and proceeded to ask about the warranty on the battery, to which Jonathan couldn't even lift a finger to check and see what the actual warranties on the vehicles were. He actively refused to look anything up about the vehicle, proceeded to tell me information I knew was wrong from doing my research earlier.
Looking through some of the negative comments on review sites, when people say the manager is “Manipulative” and “Not Trustworthy” they aren’t lying. The General manager of this dealership likes to retaliate by attacking and making you feel stupid. I look forward to seeing how they respond to this review and see if they try to “twist the truth” about what happened.

When I first walked in I was greeted by Johnny Velasco. He was very helpful in showing me the car that I have been looking for. I traded in my 2013 Jetta for the appropriate amount with what Kelly Blue book was giving no hassle. I would recommend this dealer to others that are looking for a Nissan to buy. Ask for Shanti!!

We spoke with a salesman who set us up to test drive a few trucks. We found childcare, drove two hours, and the guy did not have the truck waiting for us. In fact when he came back from "looking for the trucks" he let us know they were sold. Total jerk.

Went looking to test drive a Nissan rouge, a nice older man came to help us that is where the fun begins. There was no information on any of the cars price od anything, when we asked the salesperson he dis not seem to know either, back and fourth he went looking for information that didn't even exist when we were finally able to test drive there was no fuel in the tank. Upon arrival a real shifty looking guy pushed aside the old man and tried to sell us something we didn't even want. Stay away high priced, high pressure, bad service.
