I had already been looking at Muranos, so knew what I wanted.
I saw one on their website that met my specifications, and so inquired if it was still available. John Kelch responded that it was and I came in to take a look at it.
I gave him the number I was willing to pay and he worked with me to get as close to that as possible.
All in all, a very streamlined, efficient, no pressure process.

By far, Advantage Nissan has the most knowledgeable and friendly employees. You will never walk in without a nice hello and come out without knowing the exact answers you were looking for. On multiple occasions I have gone to the dealership on hot days and they offer me a bottle of water every time. They make you feel as if you can ask them anything and they will explain it in any way to help better your knowledge. They opened ideas that would help build my credit and were sincerely helping me in any way possible. I leave the dealership every time with a smile on my face and will never go anywhere else.

Walked into the dealership just to take a look at the Juke, it was an ugly color and the car didn't "feel" right. Hollie came to chat with me. She listened to what I was looking for in a car. She left for a short while and came back with a car I wouldn't have thought to check out. It met everything I was looking for, but hadn't codified into words. Great experience overall.

Condescending and un-professional - thefsm
If you want to go to a dealership where you feel like you took a wrong turn and ended up in a sketchy neighborhood, then this is the dealership for you! Let me tell you my story.
Found a good deal on a CERTIFIED 2012 Nissan Leaf. Reached out to the dealership for more information and the initial contact went well. I asked about the Doc fee and if it was negotiable and the first person I was in contact with wasn't sure and had to ask. Since I knew by law it is negotiable I asked her to waive it. They came back and said they couldn't do that, so I asked them to take $150 off the car to cover the fee. This prompted a call from an initial manager whose exact words were "The Doc fee is a fee required by law". He proceeded to act like your average jerk of a sales person and got off the phone. I knew this was a sales tactic and a lie, so I sent them the legal information about the doc fees and how they work.
That is when I received a call from Jonathan Gross the General Manager. Jonathan "clarified" the previous manager's statement and proceeded to tell me the correct information. When I told him I was unhappy about being lied to and that I would have to put a negative review of the dealership he decided to drop the $150 off the car and made it extremely clear to me my review wouldn't matter since he could just "counter" the review.
Since he took the price of the car down, I decided to go in and give this dealership a shot. Immediately when I walked in it was obvious everyone knew about the conversation I had with Jonathan and they all had a negative view about my Fiance and I and it felt like all eyes were on us. Hoping it was just anxiety making it feel this way we proceeded to look at the car.
Surprise surprise, the car wasn't in the best of shape. It had scratches all over it and a dent on the passenger side that was about a foot long with a gouge taken out on both the door edges. Annoying to think a certified 2012 vehicle could be in this kind of condition, but hey it's used. Proceeded to take a test drive in the vehicle and found out it only has 10 out of 12 bars of battery life left. (Not charge, the actual long term battery life gauge). My conclusion was it was a used car that had been beaten up and abused by the previous owner.
I proceeded to go inside to Jonathan's office where he had three other workers hanging out. Specifically he asked me if I was satisfied with the car, to which my response was "No, it is not in the condition I expected it to be in. It has scratches all over it, a dent on the side, and the battery life on the vehicle is lower than expected". He responded in the most condescending manner possible "Well it's a used car" which caused the other workers to start giggling at us in the room. I ignored this and proceeded to ask about the warranty on the battery, to which Jonathan couldn't even lift a finger to check and see what the actual warranties on the vehicles were. He actively refused to look anything up about the vehicle, proceeded to tell me information I knew was wrong from doing my research earlier.
Looking through some of the negative comments on review sites, when people say the manager is “Manipulative” and “Not Trustworthy” they aren’t lying. The General manager of this dealership likes to retaliate by attacking and making you feel stupid. I look forward to seeing how they respond to this review and see if they try to “twist the truth” about what happened.

I came in on May 9th for an alignment, and changing tires, everything went well with that. As I was leaving I noticed my windows had lots dirt/ water spots so weren't cleaned properly, I feel they didn't clean the car at all, but didn't care enough to say anything, and just wanted to go on with the rest of my day. On my way home I noticed that my already open package of fig newtons was empty when it wasn't this morning I know it had around 4-5 left because I put them inside before coming for service. This may seem dumb, but I have type 1 diabetes and have them in the car if I need to raise my glucose levels. Kinda messed up paying $644, and having to stop by a gas station for something instead of using what I had already in the car because someone ate them. I used their contact us section on site and got no reply, they're probably too busy eating, and stealing stuff from cars.

Sales people will tell you lies A to Z, after buying the car from them, they called and scheduled a service appointment @ 7:30, while they do open @ 8:00.

We spoke with a salesman who set us up to test drive a few trucks. We found childcare, drove two hours, and the guy did not have the truck waiting for us. In fact when he came back from "looking for the trucks" he let us know they were sold. Total jerk.

Went looking to test drive a Nissan rouge, a nice older man came to help us that is where the fun begins. There was no information on any of the cars price od anything, when we asked the salesperson he dis not seem to know either, back and fourth he went looking for information that didn't even exist when we were finally able to test drive there was no fuel in the tank. Upon arrival a real shifty looking guy pushed aside the old man and tried to sell us something we didn't even want. Stay away high priced, high pressure, bad service.
