My wife and I were looking to trade out of our Mercedes as it was too small for our growing family. We knew we were upside dow and didn't want to waste anytime going into a dealership unless we could make a deal. Most dealers wouldn't work with us over email but Todd did everything he could to ensure us that we were close to making something happen. Once we got there, things did not change. We go the deal we wanted and were not given the run around one bit!

It took some creative financing to make the deal work. John Cha (finance manager) did an amazing job finding us the right lender and rate to keep our payments where they needed to be. I am convinced John's experience with the management and banks was another big reason this deal worked out. We are very thankful and highly recommend the whole team and Rairdons Nissan!

I purchased a 2016 Nissan 370z from Kirkland Nissan. It was the easiest, least confrontational experience I have ever had. Usually I have to wheel, deal, dicker and play hardball to get a decent price at dealerships. These guys casually undercut my offer (!) by a significant amount, giving me a GREAT deal on a beautiful car.
There were 2 issues identified post-sale which they said they would fix if I brought the car back in. I made an appointment and 3 days later, after a 1 hour visit, they had resolved both at no charge, with a smile and a thank you to me. (Scuff on leather seat and hairline scratches on airdam)
They were very friendly, respectful and helpful before during and after the sale.
I will definitely buy another car from them in the future and I will recommend them to friends and family.

I have never had a dealership care so much AFTER i purchased a car from them. This dealership was amazing from the first phone call to driving off the lot with our brand new leaf. We had called around and had appointments to look at two cars from Carfax in Portland and Spokane. My husband decided to just give Magic Nissan a quick call mostly to confirm our "great deal" elsewhere. He didn't tell them we were looking at two other cars. In a matter of minutes, literally, my husband had a quote and our credit ran and a fabulous interest rate with a NEW car that far exceeded our other "used car deals" if we wanted to come by and give the car a test drive. We decided to go into the dealership to just "check it out" I could not believe how nice and straightforward this dealership was. no games, no gimmicks. The dealership was clean and everyone was so incredibly nice. In a few hours we walked out with our brand new leaf and free charging at the dealership, which is a huge blessing! But it is the relationship this dealership keeps with my husband and I after the sale that has blown me away. I like Nissans, don't get me wrong when i say this... it was the Leaf that brought me into the dealership, but it is the genuine desire to help you with anything you may need AFTER the sale that will keep me coming back. I already know my next car will again be a Nissan from Magic Nissan. I am beyond impressed with this dealership. On one occasion, I did not have time to charge my car due to an abnormal line at the charging station and a weird schedule at school. (I am a medical student). I was panicked as I backed myself into a corner and had a shift I absolutely had to get to. Ray Ishak, the Leaf Expert. (fabulous guy!) saw my distress and without a word had someone bring a car around for me and said, go... get to your shift. I'll charge your car for you. just come switch it out whenever. I was dumbfounded. I would have failed my class had I been more than 15 minutes late as clinical shifts are not excused absences. period. but Ray didn't know that. He just saw a problem and fixed it. HOURS later I came back with the dealership car and there was my car out in front all charged up. This is just one incident of their kindness. I could go on and on... We'd had our Prius totaled in an accident and NV clearly went the extra distance to bring some sunshine to a tough weekend for us, both in getting the exact car we wanted and at an exceptional price. Since delivering our Pathfinder, named Rockitt, NV has answered any questions we've had quickly and with a good sense of humor. THe customer service at Younker, from financing to service is also top notch, and is hands down the best purchase we've had when purchasing a car. It's our second purchase with them and the "family" in their shop shows.

Got the legendary Mike Sodergren helping me with my car options. I was provided an undivided attention throughout the time I was there. Not an ordinary sales experience - in fact he was never a salesman to me. He listened more than talk and there I felt that my best interest is all he was focused on. Did I get what I went there for? No - he thought of giving me other possible options - and went home with a better car anchored on well informed decision.

So do I really have to even give them a star? I wish they had a disgusted face for an option. This place is HORRIBLE! All they care about is getting the sale, and making empty promises. xxx managers and finance managers especially Ingoo (if that's how you spell his name). We've had nothing but trouble since we've gotten our car, and trust us- WE WILL NEVER COME BACK to Tacoma Nissan. NEVER! We will make sure we tell our family and friends, and have their family and friends tell their family and friends to NEVER go there. It's one thing to get the sale, but to not fulfill the simple tasks that they promised to do on the car is just ridiculous! On top of that, we purchased the extended warranty to find out that the things that we need fixed aren't even covered under the warranty. If they wanted us to rave about them, they should've gone above and beyond to fix what we needed fixed. HORRIBLE place, AVOID at all costs, even if they have your "Dream" car, but honestly, NISSAN isn't the best cars out there.....

When I first walked in I was greeted by Johnny Velasco. He was very helpful in showing me the car that I have been looking for. I traded in my 2013 Jetta for the appropriate amount with what Kelly Blue book was giving no hassle. I would recommend this dealer to others that are looking for a Nissan to buy. Ask for Shanti!!
Lies and Deceit, but a good performance if you like theater - Robin
I understand car dealers bargain and are out to make the most money they can. I can appreciate that game, but there is a collective culture of deceit and outright lying at this Larson Nissan. Please stay away. After checking about a disposition fee (or a fee upon returning the car) with no less than three different people and being told that it was included in the cost up front, I signed my lease deal and was waiting for the car. I turned over the contract as I was hanging out and saw all the details of the contract (they had not showed me me that side at all). When I pointed out a section that sounded a lot like a fee upon returning the car, there was a big performance of checking into it and finding out more information. Low and behold, now that I had signed, they had made a mistake. One of the sales managers came out and put on a great show about how he would have to discipline his staff for being wrong, but there was nothing he could do. He saw no way to make the deal right, wouldn't honor what we had agreed on by lowering the cost to make up for the fee or providing something worth the value of the fee. They proceeded to try and persuade me why it was such a good deal that I got I should be happy and walk out the door with the car. At one point in this mess they even tried to "make it right" by upselling me with a maintenance package! I don't care how good or bad of a deal it was, they lied out right, repeatedly. I wanted them to honor the deal we made financially and if not I didn't want to give them a dime of my money. So we undid the whole deal. A waste of well more than four hours of my life. It was very apparent they do this all the time and assume that at the end of the lease years later it there would be no way to rectify this AND that if anyone calls them out it is a collective "mistake". sales manager, a salesman who prided himself on doing leases all the time for years AND the business manager all made the same mistake. But the theater was interesting watching the salesmanager pretend to be upset at his staff and his staff pretend he was mad - it was quite transparent, especially when they both turned to double team push me on what a great deal I was getting. Sigh. They are what gives car salesmen a bad name.

We spoke with a salesman who set us up to test drive a few trucks. We found childcare, drove two hours, and the guy did not have the truck waiting for us. In fact when he came back from "looking for the trucks" he let us know they were sold. Total jerk.

He knew the vehicle inside and out, was very knowledge and very thoroughly showed me how everything worked in the vehicle.
