THe customer service at Younker, from financing to service is also top notch, and is hands down the best purchase we've had when purchasing a car. Got the legendary Mike Sodergren helping me with my car options. I was provided an undivided attention throughout the time I was there. Not an ordinary sales experience - in fact he was never a salesman to me. He listened more than talk and there I felt that my best interest is all he was focused on. Did I get what I went there for? No - he thought of giving me other possible options - and went home with a better car anchored on well informed decision.

I would like to say he's an awesome salesman always right there when we need a new vehicle have bought 7 from Nissan. My daughter was there for service on her 2012 Altima Coupe Per usual Dan saw her and they started chatting. Dan has been our salesperson for many years, he is very friendly, personable, and seems to really care about his clients. My daughter shared she was having a baby and would be needing a car that was child friendly in the near future. They came to the conclusion that she could get into a lease vehicle for the beginning then decide if the Rogue Suv was the right fit. Can I say she love it now looking for the right car seat...

So do I really have to even give them a star? I wish they had a disgusted face for an option. This place is HORRIBLE! All they care about is getting the sale, and making empty promises. xxx managers and finance managers especially Ingoo (if that's how you spell his name). We've had nothing but trouble since we've gotten our car, and trust us- WE WILL NEVER COME BACK to Tacoma Nissan. NEVER! We will make sure we tell our family and friends, and have their family and friends tell their family and friends to NEVER go there. It's one thing to get the sale, but to not fulfill the simple tasks that they promised to do on the car is just ridiculous! On top of that, we purchased the extended warranty to find out that the things that we need fixed aren't even covered under the warranty. If they wanted us to rave about them, they should've gone above and beyond to fix what we needed fixed. HORRIBLE place, AVOID at all costs, even if they have your "Dream" car, but honestly, NISSAN isn't the best cars out there.....

came here looking for an impossible deal. I have e to say that the staff here has been nothing but amazing in helping me find a car that I love and works for me. I found out through this process that I'm just about one of the most indecisive individuals there is. But my sales person Ron Watters was very patient and accommodating. We test drove several cars and not once was he pushy. Each time henasked me patiently what ekse hencan donfor me. I had my 3 year old daughter with me almost every time I came in (5 times total now) and each time everyone here was very accommodating with me having her here. It was like a team effort to help watch her and entertain her.
Jonathan Brown is the finance guy, he's also awesome. Again, me being the indecisive self, he had to re-do all my paperwork 3 times. Never complained or pushed me into buying anything extra. He was also amazing with my daughter.
Then we have Chris in reception and Myleea in service, awesome ladies. Thank you for making this process fun and easy.

We spoke with a salesman who set us up to test drive a few trucks. We found childcare, drove two hours, and the guy did not have the truck waiting for us. In fact when he came back from "looking for the trucks" he let us know they were sold. Total jerk.
