Got the Truck I wanted - BigRed
Tex got me in the truck I wanted at the payments I wanted. He was very helpful. We sat down with 3 trucks on my list that I would be happy in and he put me in the number 1 on my list.
The Drive Thru of the Car Buying Process. - newjeepnamedsokate
Dwayne was very accommodating and patient. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience...I went in apprehensive and anxious about the car buying process. I left very happy with the service and the new car!
Best new car experience I have had - caravan man
Everyone was very friendly, professional & I felt like they were really trying to make the best deal with my interest in mind vs. the dealers. The speed of the process was amazingly quick, after the sale, the financing , I was home way sooner than I had anticipated.
New car purchase - Bennet
Charles did an excellent job from the time we walked in till the sale was completed. He explained every aspect of the mechanics of the auto and was very pleasant to deal with. Ron worked with us on finalizing the purchase price and closing of the sale.
Highly Recommend! - Josephine Johnson
My husband and I were trying to find a car for our son who is turning 16. We were all over the map when it came to what car would match our preferences and our budget. Kevin could not have been more patient and knowledgeable. He walked us through the lot and went through each with us till we found the one! He was friendly, kind and patient. We will be back again when our daughter turns 16 next year.
Great first vehicle buying experience! - Kelly26
I was referred to Mark Stutko at Royal Gate Chrysler. It was my first time buying a vehicle for myself and the experience was great! Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've always heard horrendous car buying stories but my experience was quite fast and easy. If you're looking for great people who will keep it real look no further!
(My new jeep renegade is awesome!)
Great dealership! - Farmwife
We have purchased many cars here over the years. Great dealership and great people to do business with.
You can't go wrong at Monken!
Wonderful sales and service - Dartlady
Crown makes it so very easy to buy a car! Hassle free, pressure free, like talking to a friend. The whole sales team did everything they could to make the buying experience perfect. This is our 3rd new car purchase there and we will continue to return.
Bought a used vehicle - Baby a 3
CJ was amazing to work with!! Everyone was very kind and addressed my needs. The only dissapointment was that my recently purchased vehicle was still dirty on the inside after they had 3 hours to detail it.
Good small town dealership. - hagarcobra
I have bought many new and used vehicles here.the sales staff are all very helpful and not at all pushy. They have always treated me fairly
The service department has never failed to get me in promptly when problems or routine maintenance is needed.the inventory is on the small side,as can be expected in a smaller market. They are pretty good at getting the vehicle you want from other dealers, however.
My over all is amazing - Nicole Brill
My over all is amazing. If it wasn't for Neal and Rob, my husband wouldn't be as happy as he is now with his new 2016 Ram. I will be back here when we are ready to purchase another. We have finally found a dealership with amazing staff to help my husband and I and our family find a truck that helps us.
My experience buying a new Jeep - taekwondo1
I was impressed with the service I received when we traded our 2007 Corvette for a new vehicle. I was pressed for time due to a previous commitment. Both Joe Jordan & Nathan (Finance Manager) completed the sale/contract on time.
That following Monday, I dropped off the title for the 2007 Corvette & the Sales Manager took care of detailing the 2016 Jeep Wrangler one more time when I mentioned a few minor items that need attention & answered my question.
Service department sucks - Randy Ellington
Do not buy tje tore warranty. You have to take it to them and drop off for a whole day to get a tire fixed. If you have a flat to bad warranty does not cover it if there stupid service departmant can not touch it!
Highly not satisfied with this place!
Go to south county dodge there service department top notch
Ask for Jeremy Null! - AM
Jeremy was great to deal with! He helped us located the perfect Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and made the entire process a breeze. We hammered out a deal and let him know when we would be in. All documents were ready for us and the entire process was quick and efficient. If you are looking for a jeep, Jeremy and Royal Gate is the place to go.
Bad customer service after purchase - Barb
Paid car off early, entitled to partial refunder of gap ins. 7 phone calls over 7 weeks, even to Mr. Sinclair
Can't get refund, hardly any calls back. Now filing with BBB
Very Comfortable Experience - Donna
If you want honest enjoyable professionals, then Barreth is your best choice! I can't say enough about what a wonderful Jeep buying experience I had with Barreth.
Maintenance customer service - Anthony
I contacted the service department to schedule an appointment to bring my 2015 Wrangler JKU in for them to look into a few potential concerns. The customer service was amazing! Based on our discussion of my issues they reserved a loaner vehicle (not a jeep, but it was still nice!) for me before I got there. Then when I got there the team was extremely nice and took every symptom I provided for their technician to be able to do his job. I was impressed at the level of depth they went to to diagnose the problems. The jeep was in the shop for a few days and I received an update call every day from Jennifer who presented knowledge information and was pleasant to talk to. Same good experience when the jeep was done and I arrived to pick it up!
Poor Customer Care - Unhappy Potential Customer
Slow communication. When asked to show the price breakdown it was never provided. Extremely low offer on trade in. Beware! Like they say if it's to good to be true then it probably is.
great experience - truck fan and the misses
I purchased a new Dodge Ram from West Brothers Chrysler on Memorial Day. It was a great buying experience. I received a great deal on the new truck and a great deal on my trade in. I have to take the truck back to have some things switched over from my old truck. Due to the holiday the mechanics were off. I'm 64 years old and without a doubt this is one of the best experience I have had. There was no high pressure and worked very hard to make sure we were happy.
Lost My Trust and Future Used Car Business - A_Bell
I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and won't be going back. Here is my experience as unbiased as I can tell it:
- I entered lot to see a used vehicle that had been on their lot for 3 weeks. Discussing the vehicle with the salesman, I was told the vehicle had undergone their standard used vehicle inspection and oil change.
- I test drove vehicle and noted some shimmy in brakes, so I asked for the brakes to be inspected.
- I left the lot to visit another dealership, then later received a call that the vehicle had not had the standard inspection and oil change as the salesman had said. They offered to replace the warped rear rotors causing the shimmy and pads, which was nice.
- When I returned to the dealership, I entered the vehicle to find that the salesman or another employee had smoked in the vehicle between my test drives. It had been a non-smoking car before that point which was important to me.
- With the brakes, inspection, and oil change resolved, I did a final check over the vehicle. When looking closely, I found some fluid on the left side of the bottom of the engine. The salesman didn't know what it was, so we both discussed some possible causes. He thought it might be residual fluid from the AC pump, which had been replaced. I thought it might be coming from near the water pump. I told them to check out the leak before I signed. They returned saying, "We did not identify a new leak".
- I signed the papers understanding it was an "As-Is" purchase, assuming responsibility for the issues of the car but trusting their word that the fluid was a non-issue.
- Within a week find the leak was still occurring (I parked on gravel the first 6 days so couldn't detect the leak). I took it to a Honda Dealership in another state where I had just relocated, and they immediately identified it as an oil leak through the front crank seal.
- I had the dealership repair the issue, and then I called back Wrights to inquire about the issue. They claimed I only asked them to look around the water pump (less than 10 inches from the crank seal, fluid would have been very visible from under the car), would not respond to my inquiry into whether they kept a written report of their used car report, and did not make any effort to rectify the situation, meet me in the middle, or work to find a compromise.
I can't tell whether this was an issue of lack of integrity or technical competence, but either way they've lost me as a customer.
Customers are an unwanted intrusion.. - Surprised and Astonished
The service staff is generally courteous, but seem to be hamstrung by antiquated systems and indifferent management. While waiting for my car to be released to me after being repaired the previous day, I went onto the show room floor looking to trade in my older Jeep on a new Grand Cherokee Limited. There were four sales people on the floor, huddled around a counter discussing what to order for lunch from a take out menu. I was on the floor for 15 minutes, tried to make eye contact several times as I stood patiently near by. I was the only customer, clearly waiting to talk to someone about buying a car. I was ignored to the point that I began to wonder how long I could stand there, a mere 3 feet away without being noticed. I gave up after 15 minutes and left the dealership, never to return. Two days later, I bought a Grand Cherokee from a dealer 20 miles away. They gave me a fair deal, appreciated my business, treated me with respect and the entire transaction took less time than it took to pick up my car from the service department at Century - the day after the repairs had been completed! Don't waste your time in Wentzville if you're looking to buy or service a Jeep or Dodge. This place won't be around long under current management.
LIARS - Dogs
Took my Jeep in to get some work done that was covered by Jeep. Not quite a recall, but Jeep knew it to be an issue and covered all the costs. I told the service manager I was going on a road trip soon and was on a timeline. He promised to have it completed before I left. I was told my Jeep was ready one day before my trip, but there was one hiccup. The other dealership that sent them to catalytic converter did not include the sensors. They told me the catalytic converter HAD been installed, but they used my old sensors. I would need to come back in once I returned from my trip to get the new sensors installed.
Two weeks after returning from my trip, they finally said they received the new sensors. I dropped my Jeep off the night before the scheduled work. They told me it would not take very long to install the sensors (the entire job was only supposed to last 3 hours, so the sensor install shouldn't be much at all).
Around 3pm the day of the scheduled work, I called to check on the status. My Jeep had been there since the night before, so it was ready when they opened at 8am. I was told they still hadn't worked on my Jeep yet. I asked them if would be finished by closing time (6pm) and they said it would be.
I called at 5:15pm to check again. It was a 20 minute drive from my house to this dealership and I wanted to make sure I was going to be there before closing. That is when they decided to tell me that they didn't have time to get to my Jeep that day and it would be ready the following day. They offered for me to get a courtesy vehicle from them if my husband would bring me back there. I said no, this was supposed to be completed today and I didn't want their vehicle, I wanted mine. After speaking with the manager it was decided I could take the sensors somewhere else to be completed there as I was unhappy with how they were treating me and the tone I was being spoken to.
When I arrived at the dealership, my Jeep was parked out front. No one was around or in the office to speak with. I looked inside my Jeep and saw my keys were in it and it was unlocked. I then looked in the rear of the vehicle to see the ENTIRE CATALYTIC CONVERTER WITH SENSORS. Meaning they NEVER installed anything in the first place weeks prior!!
I filed a complaint with Chrysler and the dealership again offered to do the work and give me a courtesy vehicle. They claimed it was miscommunication between technicians, the manager, and the condescending woman (Tobi) that answers the phone for them. No other offers of compensation were made.
WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! BEWARE OF THESE LIARS!
I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call... - tslattery
I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call expecting the same story about how great the car is and I better hurry. However, when I called I spoke with Tom Gillum and was amazed at the low sales pressure and his straight forward honesty. I drove over two hours to this dealership and found the car just as he described. All the personnel working there were very friendly and honest and NO GAMES with the general manager. I was so impressed that I wanted to get the word out that there are honest dealers still out there. You can take them for their word on the phone or in person. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are great to deal with. Never thought I would give a car dealer a good review, but I was impressed!
