So we go to the dealer and drive thru the lot to look at the Jeeps she sees a couple she is interested in but we were unclear on the asking price so we go in and talk to a dealer. The saleswomen did a good enough job that my mother ended up buying that Jeep instead of looking at any other dealer.

I purchased a 2009 Ford Mustang with less than 40,000 miles from them about six months ago. This dealership did whatever they needed to get me into this car. The service was amazing! My only complaint is there is a problem with the car that no one can seem to fix. When I bought the car it had a really bad shimmy in the steering wheel at 65+ mph, they put in our paperwork it would be fixed. They called to have me bring the car in so they could look at it. I had to drive it with this really bad shimmy for about a week. Well during that week I started getting this brake noise coming from the right front every time I applied the brakes. They looked at the car and noticed my tires were wearing funny so they ordered new tires and looked the brakes over and saw nothing wrong tightened everything to spec and had me come in a few days later to install new tires free of charge. Not a mile from the dealership the brake noise was back. I brought the car back they said the wheels took a lot of weight and were very hard to balance but the shimmy was gone and again chaecked the brakes found nothing wrong. They were right the shimmy is gone but the brake noise is still there. It comes and goes also, one day it will be mild and go away as you drive the car, other days it will make no noise at all then there are the bad days where it is really bad. This noise can be heard not only inside the car but outside the car also. I plan on taking it to Dobbs or something and have them look at it. The brakes work just fine, the car does not pull, it stops just fine with no issues except the noise. Under hard braking there is no noise, it is just normal easy braking every time the brake is applied you get this clunking noise. Besides that the car is wonderful, the dealership is awesome, I would buy from them again.

Our experience with this Lou Fusz dealership was outstanding! Our Salesperson, Nathan Long, spent so much time walking us thru the options and features we were interested in and spent time locating and acquiring the vehicle with those options. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Upon receipt of the vehicle, Nathan spent time showing us how to use the special options and stepping us thru setup of screen apps and other features. He was very patient and did everything to accommodate our requirements in the purchase of our vehicle.

Chrysler corporate and this local branch both provided my family with a horrible customer service experience. My vehicle had an appointment at 10:30 am. I was contacted at 3:00 pm and told that they hoped to have the diagnostic completed by the next day. The next day at 4 I was able to pick up my vehicle. There was an issue with my warranty and the service department gave me a 1-800 number and said there was nothing they could do.
A portion of my warranty had expired because a specific inspection had not been completed in the appropriate time frame. I questioned this because I have had my vehicle serviced at this dealership multiple times in the past 5 years and no one mentioned this to me and it was not written in any of my receipts with the suggested maintenance. When asked what recourse I had I was told "too bad" " there is nothing you can do". This is both Chrysler and the dealerships way of getting out of the warranty they promise when you purchase a new vehicle so they do not have to pay out in the end.

I purchased a pre-owned Harley Davidson from Cassens with the help of Greg Jantz and Dustin Simaytis. Greg was extremely helpful through the whole process and stayed late to help put it on a trailer even when he didn't have to. Dustin helped get me the best rate I've ever had on a vehicle and was great to work with. I noticed the managers not only talking with me, but with each customer that was there making sure they were taken care of. Overall best buying experience I have ever had and will definitely be back!

The service staff is generally courteous, but seem to be hamstrung by antiquated systems and indifferent management. While waiting for my car to be released to me after being repaired the previous day, I went onto the show room floor looking to trade in my older Jeep on a new Grand Cherokee Limited. There were four sales people on the floor, huddled around a counter discussing what to order for lunch from a take out menu. I was on the floor for 15 minutes, tried to make eye contact several times as I stood patiently near by. I was the only customer, clearly waiting to talk to someone about buying a car. I was ignored to the point that I began to wonder how long I could stand there, a mere 3 feet away without being noticed. I gave up after 15 minutes and left the dealership, never to return. Two days later, I bought a Grand Cherokee from a dealer 20 miles away. They gave me a fair deal, appreciated my business, treated me with respect and the entire transaction took less time than it took to pick up my car from the service department at Century - the day after the repairs had been completed! Don't waste your time in Wentzville if you're looking to buy or service a Jeep or Dodge. This place won't be around long under current management.

I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call expecting the same story about how great the car is and I better hurry. However, when I called I spoke with Tom Gillum and was amazed at the low sales pressure and his straight forward honesty. I drove over two hours to this dealership and found the car just as he described. All the personnel working there were very friendly and honest and NO GAMES with the general manager. I was so impressed that I wanted to get the word out that there are honest dealers still out there. You can take them for their word on the phone or in person. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are great to deal with. Never thought I would give a car dealer a good review, but I was impressed!
