Tex at Napleton Mid Rivers - mark and Carola
This is was the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Napleton's Mid Rivers and both purchases have been GREAT. We returned to Napleton's specifically looking for Tex about 4 years after out first purchase because of his great service. Tex was open and down to earth, and actually took time to listen to us and what we were looking for in a vehicle. He has a great deal of knowledge about his product and how to cut through to the bottom line in a timely manner.
My wife and I don't not buy new, so our options can be limited in finding the right vehicle. We visited another big name dealer in the St Louis area and it was a nostalgic trip back to the old school world of "used car salesmen". Every bit the bad dream that I remembered from long ago.
Napleton's was a totally different experience. Tex did not us like just another used car sale. We felt respected, welcome and will definitely hunt him down again for our next purchase.
On a side note, We had our Chrysler Aspen in for service in the same time period and the service department was also fantastic. Hats off to Kyle for his help and politeness.
Smooth process friendly salesman - Kelley123

Great Experience- Friendly Staff - Stephanie Behnken
It was a pleasure working with such a great guy, Tyler. He was very informative and helpful, not pushy as other dealerships have been. He searched and got the exact car I was looking for with a great deal. Highly recommend working through this dealership!

THE SALES CONSULTANT WADE ROBERTSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND RESPECTFUL.
I FELT THE DEALERSHIP WAS HONEST AND FAIR WITH THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION. THEY HAVE
ALSO BEEN HELPFUL WITH QUESTIONS I HAVE HAD AFTER THE SALE . THEIR PRICES WERE THE
BEST IN THE AREA AND THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF VEHICLES TO CHOOSE FROM. I WOULD
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. GREAT EXPERIENCE.
NEW CAR PURCHASE DEC. 2, 2016 - Kenneth Black
I was looking to trade a very nice 2014 smaller car for a midsize car that was easier to get into. I was reluctant to trade mine in, but was willing to, if I could get the right car at the right price. I bought a new 2016 Nissan Altima SV from Matt Greene. Matt patiently talked to me about my needs, was able to guide me to a car that would fit them, and then was willing to work with me on a fair value for my trade-in. Plus, I received a nice rebate on the 2016 model. Every person I talked to at the dealership, from the receptionist, to Roy, the finance manager, and Cary were very friendly and helpful. I was very happy to be able to deal locally and find what I wanted.
great experience - truck fan and the misses
I purchased a new Dodge Ram from West Brothers Chrysler on Memorial Day. It was a great buying experience. I received a great deal on the new truck and a great deal on my trade in. I have to take the truck back to have some things switched over from my old truck. Due to the holiday the mechanics were off. I'm 64 years old and without a doubt this is one of the best experience I have had. There was no high pressure and worked very hard to make sure we were happy.
Wonderful sales and service - Dartlady
Crown makes it so very easy to buy a car! Hassle free, pressure free, like talking to a friend. The whole sales team did everything they could to make the buying experience perfect. This is our 3rd new car purchase there and we will continue to return.

I highly recommend Hosick motors if you're going to buy a new or used car. My experience was excellent! I bought my first car there last November and I am still highly satisfied! Bryan went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with my first car that day! I'm forever grateful!!

Really great people. Greg is always very friendly and helpful. I will continue to have service completed here.
Can't go wrong with Lou Fusz Chrysler
Service department sucks - Randy Ellington
Do not buy tje tore warranty. You have to take it to them and drop off for a whole day to get a tire fixed. If you have a flat to bad warranty does not cover it if there stupid service departmant can not touch it!
Highly not satisfied with this place!
Go to south county dodge there service department top notch
Very Comfortable Experience - Donna
If you want honest enjoyable professionals, then Barreth is your best choice! I can't say enough about what a wonderful Jeep buying experience I had with Barreth.
Very rude dealer representative - KD
I was called by people from Royal Gate Dodge for extending warranty. However, when I expressed that I didn't plan to extend, the person immediately end the phone call without saying any word. Very unprofessional and impolite. According to the experience, please be aware that they will treat you very rude if you didn't buy anything or buy cars from them...
Bad customer service after purchase - Barb
Paid car off early, entitled to partial refunder of gap ins. 7 phone calls over 7 weeks, even to Mr. Sinclair
Can't get refund, hardly any calls back. Now filing with BBB
Exactly as Listed Online - Brian S
I found a new Ford Escape online listed by Holzhauer well below the market rate in my home state. I contacted Derek Eversgerd and he confirmed the price is real (+small doc fee). He wrote up a PO and emailed it to me. I placed a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle and pricing and flew up the next day to complete the purchase. As promised, the price we had agreed upon was honored and the deal was completed in under an hour. I was very hesitant about doing the deal online but Derek and Holzhauer honored their price and it was a smooth process. I would buy from them again.
do your research and find your own bank - not happy
use only banks that don't have gap so they can use contracted gap company. tell you that you can't get better than them. choose banks with the highest interest rate. pnc have 5.9% interest but doing my own research c&cu gave me 2.59% on the loan. ocj ran my credit 9 times and they chose one of the highest quotes but passed up Catholic and Community cu which was one of the smallest quotes . bad talks credit unions but majority of the places they ran credit was with credit unions. run for the hills. go to any dealer informed. the process for the car not in front of finance manager was hours. unnecessary. did not want to budge on car price. we should have ran but just refinance after doing our research after the fact. if you made a deal than find a credible company that is lowest in rates and payment. also charge highest price for car that it's not worth therefore your upside down and need gap.
Lost My Trust and Future Used Car Business - A_Bell
I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and won't be going back. Here is my experience as unbiased as I can tell it:
- I entered lot to see a used vehicle that had been on their lot for 3 weeks. Discussing the vehicle with the salesman, I was told the vehicle had undergone their standard used vehicle inspection and oil change.
- I test drove vehicle and noted some shimmy in brakes, so I asked for the brakes to be inspected.
- I left the lot to visit another dealership, then later received a call that the vehicle had not had the standard inspection and oil change as the salesman had said. They offered to replace the warped rear rotors causing the shimmy and pads, which was nice.
- When I returned to the dealership, I entered the vehicle to find that the salesman or another employee had smoked in the vehicle between my test drives. It had been a non-smoking car before that point which was important to me.
- With the brakes, inspection, and oil change resolved, I did a final check over the vehicle. When looking closely, I found some fluid on the left side of the bottom of the engine. The salesman didn't know what it was, so we both discussed some possible causes. He thought it might be residual fluid from the AC pump, which had been replaced. I thought it might be coming from near the water pump. I told them to check out the leak before I signed. They returned saying, "We did not identify a new leak".
- I signed the papers understanding it was an "As-Is" purchase, assuming responsibility for the issues of the car but trusting their word that the fluid was a non-issue.
- Within a week find the leak was still occurring (I parked on gravel the first 6 days so couldn't detect the leak). I took it to a Honda Dealership in another state where I had just relocated, and they immediately identified it as an oil leak through the front crank seal.
- I had the dealership repair the issue, and then I called back Wrights to inquire about the issue. They claimed I only asked them to look around the water pump (less than 10 inches from the crank seal, fluid would have been very visible from under the car), would not respond to my inquiry into whether they kept a written report of their used car report, and did not make any effort to rectify the situation, meet me in the middle, or work to find a compromise.
I can't tell whether this was an issue of lack of integrity or technical competence, but either way they've lost me as a customer.
Customers are an unwanted intrusion.. - Surprised and Astonished
The service staff is generally courteous, but seem to be hamstrung by antiquated systems and indifferent management. While waiting for my car to be released to me after being repaired the previous day, I went onto the show room floor looking to trade in my older Jeep on a new Grand Cherokee Limited. There were four sales people on the floor, huddled around a counter discussing what to order for lunch from a take out menu. I was on the floor for 15 minutes, tried to make eye contact several times as I stood patiently near by. I was the only customer, clearly waiting to talk to someone about buying a car. I was ignored to the point that I began to wonder how long I could stand there, a mere 3 feet away without being noticed. I gave up after 15 minutes and left the dealership, never to return. Two days later, I bought a Grand Cherokee from a dealer 20 miles away. They gave me a fair deal, appreciated my business, treated me with respect and the entire transaction took less time than it took to pick up my car from the service department at Century - the day after the repairs had been completed! Don't waste your time in Wentzville if you're looking to buy or service a Jeep or Dodge. This place won't be around long under current management.
LIARS - Dogs
Took my Jeep in to get some work done that was covered by Jeep. Not quite a recall, but Jeep knew it to be an issue and covered all the costs. I told the service manager I was going on a road trip soon and was on a timeline. He promised to have it completed before I left. I was told my Jeep was ready one day before my trip, but there was one hiccup. The other dealership that sent them to catalytic converter did not include the sensors. They told me the catalytic converter HAD been installed, but they used my old sensors. I would need to come back in once I returned from my trip to get the new sensors installed.
Two weeks after returning from my trip, they finally said they received the new sensors. I dropped my Jeep off the night before the scheduled work. They told me it would not take very long to install the sensors (the entire job was only supposed to last 3 hours, so the sensor install shouldn't be much at all).
Around 3pm the day of the scheduled work, I called to check on the status. My Jeep had been there since the night before, so it was ready when they opened at 8am. I was told they still hadn't worked on my Jeep yet. I asked them if would be finished by closing time (6pm) and they said it would be.
I called at 5:15pm to check again. It was a 20 minute drive from my house to this dealership and I wanted to make sure I was going to be there before closing. That is when they decided to tell me that they didn't have time to get to my Jeep that day and it would be ready the following day. They offered for me to get a courtesy vehicle from them if my husband would bring me back there. I said no, this was supposed to be completed today and I didn't want their vehicle, I wanted mine. After speaking with the manager it was decided I could take the sensors somewhere else to be completed there as I was unhappy with how they were treating me and the tone I was being spoken to.
When I arrived at the dealership, my Jeep was parked out front. No one was around or in the office to speak with. I looked inside my Jeep and saw my keys were in it and it was unlocked. I then looked in the rear of the vehicle to see the ENTIRE CATALYTIC CONVERTER WITH SENSORS. Meaning they NEVER installed anything in the first place weeks prior!!
I filed a complaint with Chrysler and the dealership again offered to do the work and give me a courtesy vehicle. They claimed it was miscommunication between technicians, the manager, and the condescending woman (Tobi) that answers the phone for them. No other offers of compensation were made.
WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! BEWARE OF THESE LIARS!
I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call... - tslattery
I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call expecting the same story about how great the car is and I better hurry. However, when I called I spoke with Tom Gillum and was amazed at the low sales pressure and his straight forward honesty. I drove over two hours to this dealership and found the car just as he described. All the personnel working there were very friendly and honest and NO GAMES with the general manager. I was so impressed that I wanted to get the word out that there are honest dealers still out there. You can take them for their word on the phone or in person. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are great to deal with. Never thought I would give a car dealer a good review, but I was impressed!
