Good service - MARCEIA HEMPHILL
I really like how Zac and the finance team took their time and found the best deal for me. This is my second purchase with Glendale and I have had nothing but the best service. Zac and the finance team was very patient and broke down how they came up with my payment solution and other incentives and I really appreciate the customer service!
Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland - bjc
I gave Marty Cancila an excellent rating because of my experience with Cortez Thompson and Arick Latham. I truly believe they went above and beyond on their call of duties to find me the jeep I wanted at a very reasonable price. I had previously visited other dealerships and was told several times that the 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was unavailable to buy. These two men took the time to listen to me and the vision I had for the car that I wanted. They went out of their way to track down the car I had requested and had it sent here from over 100 miles away in central Illinois. After that Arick helped me figure out where to find the additional accessories that I wanted to add to my Jeep. I want to thank them both for taking the time to make my experience exceptionally pleasant. I will be sharing my wonderful experience with everyone I know.
Awesome sales rep - Vwedge

Tex serves up Service Texas-Style - MARY HOLLOMAN
Tex exemplifies the true definition of "Excellence" when it comes to Customer Service! Tex served as my salesman and has certainly accelerated my view of car salesmen! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy and made every effort to meet and exceed my expectations. One week after the purchase of my vehicle, Tex patiently spent one and a half hours with me - at my request - going over all the "technical" aspects with which I had no prior experience. He demonstrated how to utilize all the wonderful features of my newer vehicle - not only telling me and showing me - but allowing me to try to do the various things myself so I felt assured I would know what I was doing. Tex treated me with total respect and consideration throughout my dealings with him - both in person and on the phone. I most certainly understand why he is so busy and sought after: Tex is the BEST!
Straight worward and easy - Bigboy16
Joe was pretty straight up with info and the deal, easy to work with. Charles the tech guy was good and helped me with the Bluetooth and radio.
Ram Purchase - Ram guy
This is the second Ram we have purchased from South County Dodge Ram.Great experience again.A shout out to the sales staff and especially our salesman Randy Brinckman.
5 star experience! - CherokeeSUV
Our salesman, Joesph Varner, knew the vehicle inside and out. He was well aware of all the different options that the vehicle had include the other upgrade options. He was very passionate in his work. He had patience because we wasn't forsure what vehicle we wanted. The other salesmen and manager were very kind and made us feel welcomed. Also, Paul in finance was very helpful. We will definitely recommend Royal Gate Dodge to our family and friends.
Recent car purchase a success! - Happy Purchasers
We drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle and hoped it would be worth it. It most certainly was! The staff and Monken were friendly, helpful, and were not pushy sales people just trying to make a sale. Especially liked Kip Harper. I highly recommend you give them a chance on your next vehicle search. I would definitely take the drive to purchase another vehicle from them!
great experience - truck fan and the misses
I purchased a new Dodge Ram from West Brothers Chrysler on Memorial Day. It was a great buying experience. I received a great deal on the new truck and a great deal on my trade in. I have to take the truck back to have some things switched over from my old truck. Due to the holiday the mechanics were off. I'm 64 years old and without a doubt this is one of the best experience I have had. There was no high pressure and worked very hard to make sure we were happy.
Wonderful sales and service - Dartlady
Crown makes it so very easy to buy a car! Hassle free, pressure free, like talking to a friend. The whole sales team did everything they could to make the buying experience perfect. This is our 3rd new car purchase there and we will continue to return.
Alwest is a great car deal - Semi Voladamu

Buying a new car with no pressure to buy. - john n
I stopped by Federico Kia to look for a new van. I was greeted by BRENT MARBURGER and I stated I would like a new Sedona with leather seats and the color blue. He showed me the features on a Sedona on the showroom floor and then stated he would attempt to locate a Sedona with the options I requested. A few minutes later he not only had located the van that I wanted but also had a VERY FAIR PRICE. No pressure to buy but I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that I signed the deal within about 20 minutes after I arrived. The rest of the staff was very efficient with the paperwork. I would recommend FEDERICO KIA and I would ask for BRENT MARBURGER.
Purchasing of my first car! - Paulamae85
I highly recommend Hosick motors if you're going to buy a new or used car. My experience was excellent! I bought my first car there last November and I am still highly satisfied! Bryan went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with my first car that day! I'm forever grateful!!
Express Lube - Yukon0075150
Greg got me in and out very quickly during a busy time of the day. He is always very helpful and easy to work with.
Service department sucks - Randy Ellington
Do not buy tje tore warranty. You have to take it to them and drop off for a whole day to get a tire fixed. If you have a flat to bad warranty does not cover it if there stupid service departmant can not touch it!
Highly not satisfied with this place!
Go to south county dodge there service department top notch
Very Comfortable Experience - Donna
If you want honest enjoyable professionals, then Barreth is your best choice! I can't say enough about what a wonderful Jeep buying experience I had with Barreth.
Dont go there - looking for a good dealer
I took my van in for a simple oil change and they raised the vehicle and smashed my ladder rack. They denied they did the damage, then they offered to give me a service credit which I did not want. I wanted them to pay for the damage. Now they refuse to answer any correspondence.
Bad customer service after purchase - Barb
Paid car off early, entitled to partial refunder of gap ins. 7 phone calls over 7 weeks, even to Mr. Sinclair
Can't get refund, hardly any calls back. Now filing with BBB
Long time customers - Ken
We have been buying our vehicles from Menard's for more than 25 years. The reason? The sales staff and service department are the best! Everyone is willing to work with you and get the best deal for you. We trust them - and don't intend to go anywhere else when we need service or another vehicle.
Exactly as Listed Online - Brian S
I found a new Ford Escape online listed by Holzhauer well below the market rate in my home state. I contacted Derek Eversgerd and he confirmed the price is real (+small doc fee). He wrote up a PO and emailed it to me. I placed a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle and pricing and flew up the next day to complete the purchase. As promised, the price we had agreed upon was honored and the deal was completed in under an hour. I was very hesitant about doing the deal online but Derek and Holzhauer honored their price and it was a smooth process. I would buy from them again.
Poor customer service. - Donna Gottlob
On December 12 my daughter and I went to this dealership to buy a Dodge Dart. We had looked at several places and found the one she wanted there. We arrived at 10:00 am and did not get done with the transaction until 3:00 pm. There was a small scratch on the drivers side door which they agreed to fix. The contract had the Moose package in the contract which I was not asked if I wanted it. When asked if I had to take this the sales person said no but maybe we could get a discount. The manager came back and discounted it to $695. from $995. When I still said no he said that the chemicals in the air could damage the paint job and that the pigment in the paint was not any good. About this time I was ready to walk away since he did not stand by his product. He really tried to pressure us into taking the package but again I said no. We waited again for the finance rep. When we finally went into talk to him again we were pressured about an expended warranty. When I said no he told my daughter why are you listening to her your buying the car. We finally finished with the car and when the sale rep went through the functions of the car the tire pressure light was on and he told her it was because it was cold outside and it would go to normal once she drove it. It did not .She was told to come back the following Monday to get her door fixed. She was going to come back that Monday and was told it was too cold and the paint would freeze to come back the following Monday. She went back the next Monday and they were closed. She went back the following Monday and they were closed. She finally got it fixed today. They fixed the paint, Check the tires and left two of the caps off which we did not find out till we got home and had to fix the speedometer. My daughter was told she would get a gas card for all her trips and when she got there no one knew anything about it. Also the day she left with the car the windshield washer fluid was empty. Really, a gallon will only cost you under $2.00 and this was a new car. The sales person was very nice but the rest of the experience was horrible.
I will never recommend this dealership to anyone..
I bought a second car from another Dodge Dealership and did not experience any of this. They could have had another sale.
Lost My Trust and Future Used Car Business - A_Bell
I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and won't be going back. Here is my experience as unbiased as I can tell it:
- I entered lot to see a used vehicle that had been on their lot for 3 weeks. Discussing the vehicle with the salesman, I was told the vehicle had undergone their standard used vehicle inspection and oil change.
- I test drove vehicle and noted some shimmy in brakes, so I asked for the brakes to be inspected.
- I left the lot to visit another dealership, then later received a call that the vehicle had not had the standard inspection and oil change as the salesman had said. They offered to replace the warped rear rotors causing the shimmy and pads, which was nice.
- When I returned to the dealership, I entered the vehicle to find that the salesman or another employee had smoked in the vehicle between my test drives. It had been a non-smoking car before that point which was important to me.
- With the brakes, inspection, and oil change resolved, I did a final check over the vehicle. When looking closely, I found some fluid on the left side of the bottom of the engine. The salesman didn't know what it was, so we both discussed some possible causes. He thought it might be residual fluid from the AC pump, which had been replaced. I thought it might be coming from near the water pump. I told them to check out the leak before I signed. They returned saying, "We did not identify a new leak".
- I signed the papers understanding it was an "As-Is" purchase, assuming responsibility for the issues of the car but trusting their word that the fluid was a non-issue.
- Within a week find the leak was still occurring (I parked on gravel the first 6 days so couldn't detect the leak). I took it to a Honda Dealership in another state where I had just relocated, and they immediately identified it as an oil leak through the front crank seal.
- I had the dealership repair the issue, and then I called back Wrights to inquire about the issue. They claimed I only asked them to look around the water pump (less than 10 inches from the crank seal, fluid would have been very visible from under the car), would not respond to my inquiry into whether they kept a written report of their used car report, and did not make any effort to rectify the situation, meet me in the middle, or work to find a compromise.
I can't tell whether this was an issue of lack of integrity or technical competence, but either way they've lost me as a customer.
Customers are an unwanted intrusion.. - Surprised and Astonished
The service staff is generally courteous, but seem to be hamstrung by antiquated systems and indifferent management. While waiting for my car to be released to me after being repaired the previous day, I went onto the show room floor looking to trade in my older Jeep on a new Grand Cherokee Limited. There were four sales people on the floor, huddled around a counter discussing what to order for lunch from a take out menu. I was on the floor for 15 minutes, tried to make eye contact several times as I stood patiently near by. I was the only customer, clearly waiting to talk to someone about buying a car. I was ignored to the point that I began to wonder how long I could stand there, a mere 3 feet away without being noticed. I gave up after 15 minutes and left the dealership, never to return. Two days later, I bought a Grand Cherokee from a dealer 20 miles away. They gave me a fair deal, appreciated my business, treated me with respect and the entire transaction took less time than it took to pick up my car from the service department at Century - the day after the repairs had been completed! Don't waste your time in Wentzville if you're looking to buy or service a Jeep or Dodge. This place won't be around long under current management.
I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call... - tslattery
I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call expecting the same story about how great the car is and I better hurry. However, when I called I spoke with Tom Gillum and was amazed at the low sales pressure and his straight forward honesty. I drove over two hours to this dealership and found the car just as he described. All the personnel working there were very friendly and honest and NO GAMES with the general manager. I was so impressed that I wanted to get the word out that there are honest dealers still out there. You can take them for their word on the phone or in person. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are great to deal with. Never thought I would give a car dealer a good review, but I was impressed!
