As a woman, I have been taught that you need a man to go car shopping with you, women get treated differently, can't get deals, and basically know very little about cars so... With some butterflies, and a bit of hesitancy, I went alone to Marty Cancila alone despite it. I was greeted by what I can I only describe as everyone's favorite uncle, salesman Joe Vogt. Joe was warm, friendly, and most importantly he listened. As I told him what I was looking for, he found the one I wanted, and we took a test drive. The whole process was so simple that I couldn't believe it was finished, with keys in hand, in very little time. I will continue to purchase all of my cars from Marty Cancila Dodge and refer to friends and family. Special thanks to Joe for breaking down the old stigmas of car shopping for women, and a tip of the hat to Dan for making the paperwork painless.

I needed to trade in my car to downsize and I wasn't sure what I wanted. Tex was awesome and patient with me as I test drove a few cars and asked tons of questions!! I ended up with an adorable new used ride! My recommendation to enhance the car buying experience would be to speed up the process. I waited for at least an hour for the finance guy, Richie. He was pretty busy and less than personable.

I called Friday afternoon to discuss buying a 2016 Charger Hellcat with 2300mi. I told Rodney what I wanted tone pay for the car and he got me within $500. I told him I had a previous trade-in offer of $32k and he was able to match it saving quite a bit in Taxes.
Saturday morning I showed up at 12:30 and was on the road again with my new car at 1:30. Their financing even secured a lower rate than USAA or my Credit Union by 0.25%
It was definitely a refreshing experience as I'd had a bait and switch scenario with a dealer in Texas previously.

He was very passionate in his work. He had patience because we wasn't forsure what vehicle we wanted. The other salesmen and manager were very kind and made us feel welcomed. Also, Paul in finance was very helpful. We will definitely recommend Royal Gate Dodge to our family and friends.

I purchased a new Dodge Ram from West Brothers Chrysler on Memorial Day. It was a great buying experience. I received a great deal on the new truck and a great deal on my trade in. I have to take the truck back to have some things switched over from my old truck. Due to the holiday the mechanics were off. I'm 64 years old and without a doubt this is one of the best experience I have had. There was no high pressure and worked very hard to make sure we were happy.

We were debating on if we wanted a new or used truck, looked at new, then went over to the used section. A salesman came out, told him what we were looking for, he went back in to see if the other location had what we wanted. We told him we decided to go with new, instead of just saying thanks and leaving us, he personally walked us into the new office and introduced us to Dave. Dave was wonderful, very laid back, not at all pushy or "slimy salesman-y". The whole process was enjoyable, from the first salesman, to Dave, through Jennifer the finance officer. Will definitely be returning for our next vehicle purchase.

Do not buy tje tore warranty. You have to take it to them and drop off for a whole day to get a tire fixed. If you have a flat to bad warranty does not cover it if there stupid service departmant can not touch it!

I found a new Ford Escape online listed by Holzhauer well below the market rate in my home state. I contacted Derek Eversgerd and he confirmed the price is real (+small doc fee). He wrote up a PO and emailed it to me. I placed a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle and pricing and flew up the next day to complete the purchase. As promised, the price we had agreed upon was honored and the deal was completed in under an hour. I was very hesitant about doing the deal online but Derek and Holzhauer honored their price and it was a smooth process. I would buy from them again.

Me and my wife entered this store in hopes of trading in her 1 year old jeep for a new model. I told the salesman what we owed and what our price range was and he acted like it was manageable so he ran the numbers. When he came back with the payment plan from the sales manager, it was much higher than we said we could do which was no big deal, he told us to come back in a few months with some more to put down and we could make it work. Before leaving, he told us that the sales manager, Jason Vice, wanted to speak with us just as a professional courtesy. The manager marched over to us and instantly started questioning us as to "WHY WE WERE WASTING HIS TIME!?" As if his job is not to run numbers and make sales. He said "Why are you making us jump through hoops for a vehicle that you knew you were not going to be able to afford?" I told him that HIS salesman had told us that our target payment was reachable to begin with.. and we did not even test drive the vehicle. We were there maybe 25 minutes. He stormed away and said we better just leave. The original salesman apologized to us and said he "had no idea why that guy is such an xxxxxxx" and gave us the man's name, since he didn't bother introducing himself. My wife ran out of the store in tears. I wrote emails to both the store owner AND the store manage and never got a response. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVERY RECEIVED FROM ANY BUSINESS!

The service staff is generally courteous, but seem to be hamstrung by antiquated systems and indifferent management. While waiting for my car to be released to me after being repaired the previous day, I went onto the show room floor looking to trade in my older Jeep on a new Grand Cherokee Limited. There were four sales people on the floor, huddled around a counter discussing what to order for lunch from a take out menu. I was on the floor for 15 minutes, tried to make eye contact several times as I stood patiently near by. I was the only customer, clearly waiting to talk to someone about buying a car. I was ignored to the point that I began to wonder how long I could stand there, a mere 3 feet away without being noticed. I gave up after 15 minutes and left the dealership, never to return. Two days later, I bought a Grand Cherokee from a dealer 20 miles away. They gave me a fair deal, appreciated my business, treated me with respect and the entire transaction took less time than it took to pick up my car from the service department at Century - the day after the repairs had been completed! Don't waste your time in Wentzville if you're looking to buy or service a Jeep or Dodge. This place won't be around long under current management.

I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call expecting the same story about how great the car is and I better hurry. However, when I called I spoke with Tom Gillum and was amazed at the low sales pressure and his straight forward honesty. I drove over two hours to this dealership and found the car just as he described. All the personnel working there were very friendly and honest and NO GAMES with the general manager. I was so impressed that I wanted to get the word out that there are honest dealers still out there. You can take them for their word on the phone or in person. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are great to deal with. Never thought I would give a car dealer a good review, but I was impressed!
