I had no intention of buying a Nissan. My daughters told me to check it out. They thought I would like it. They were right. I would have rated this a 5 star if I could have written a check and not had to make a special trip for a cashier's check. In the last 10 years we have purchased 5 cars at 3 different dealerships and was able to write a check.
Mark is a good salesman. If someone was looking for a new car, I would send him/her Mark's way.

Thanks to Wes Hornsby I am now driving a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL. If you are looking for a new Nissan, which I highly recommend, ask for Wes. I have never felt this comfortable but informed when purchasing a new car. I never felt pressured in the process which is very important to me when making large purchases. Terrible customer service - Aggravated buyer
Do not use their service department. I scheduled an appointment online and when I got there they claimed they didn't have it. I showed them the text messages and email varrifying the appointment but they claimed they don't do that service at that time. Made us reschedule for a super inconvenient time and blamed us for using their online booking system instead of calling. Then the service ended up taking double the time they told us. What a joke.

This dealership called me after I was on nissanusa.com. I spoke with a woman who asked me what I was looking for and represented herself as a salesperson. When I asked questions she had to put me on hold and go ask her "manager". Eventually we determined that they had a vehicle that I was interested in and she quoted me a price, and sent me the quote by email along with pictures. After speaking with my spouse, I called her back and confirmed all of the information, including the price and all of the features and made an appt. to go by and see the car. Upon arrival, I was informed that the "salesperson" I had been speaking with was not in fact a salesperson, but someone who set "appointments" for people to come into the dealership and that the car quoted was there, but the price quoted was a "mistake". They had a computer glitch and the price of the vehicle was too low by over $2,000, but they would be happy to sell it to me at the new "correct" price! When I checked online inventory the car price had changed to the higher price, however, there was another car there with same price as originally quoted. When I asked about it, they said it was the incorrect price and was being corrected. I spoke with the sales manager and he was the one to come up with the computer problem story! Anyway, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! They just want to get you in so they can sell you something at a higher price!
