I originally bought a 2013 Leaf elsewhere. Over the years I started taking it to Bommarito Nissan because they accurately and quickly diagnosed and rectified an issue that the other dealer could, or would not.
When I started to look for a 2017 Leaf, I spoke with Todd. He did not have the color I wanted so I found another dealer in town that did. The day I went to look at it, Tod called as a followup to our conversation. His timing was excellent. I always appreciate a salesperson who follows up. In any case, we went to see Todd after looking at the first car and we ended up purchasing from Todd. We are very pleased with his honesty, diligence and knowledge of electric cars and the Leaf in particular.

After spending a long 4 hours at another dealer and walking away feeling down we stop at Bommarito Nissan and was greeted at the door by the Internet Manager Mark Eversgerd. We felt Welcomed and part of the family. In and out with a new car in less than 3 hours. Horrible - PissedBuyer
Completely misled on the phone, was told I wouldn't have to wait long only to get there and wait 2 hours while the person who was dealing with us was also helping several other people. Explained our entire situation over the to avoid this situation only to be told the exact opposite after 2 hours of sitting. Not to mention the person helping us (Lawrence) was trying to sell us a firestick on the side instead of actually discussing the situation. All cars were over priced and I wasn't even allowed to drive it until the went through there stuff, probably one of the worst times at a dealership and I have bought 5 cars in the last 3 years. Won't go back, even if they would be the only ones who can either help or have the car I want.
Terrible customer service - Aggravated buyer
Do not use their service department. I scheduled an appointment online and when I got there they claimed they didn't have it. I showed them the text messages and email varrifying the appointment but they claimed they don't do that service at that time. Made us reschedule for a super inconvenient time and blamed us for using their online booking system instead of calling. Then the service ended up taking double the time they told us. What a joke.

This dealership called me after I was on nissanusa.com. I spoke with a woman who asked me what I was looking for and represented herself as a salesperson. When I asked questions she had to put me on hold and go ask her "manager". Eventually we determined that they had a vehicle that I was interested in and she quoted me a price, and sent me the quote by email along with pictures. After speaking with my spouse, I called her back and confirmed all of the information, including the price and all of the features and made an appt. to go by and see the car. Upon arrival, I was informed that the "salesperson" I had been speaking with was not in fact a salesperson, but someone who set "appointments" for people to come into the dealership and that the car quoted was there, but the price quoted was a "mistake". They had a computer glitch and the price of the vehicle was too low by over $2,000, but they would be happy to sell it to me at the new "correct" price! When I checked online inventory the car price had changed to the higher price, however, there was another car there with same price as originally quoted. When I asked about it, they said it was the incorrect price and was being corrected. I spoke with the sales manager and he was the one to come up with the computer problem story! Anyway, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! They just want to get you in so they can sell you something at a higher price!
