I pride myself on great customer service at work. If you give me great customer service I want the world to know. The entire process was smooth. The online application was nice, especially with my busy life. Once I completed that, Tyler responded within minutes it seemed. Tyler kept me in the loop of everything and never got tried of my questions. On the day of the actual purchase of my Altima he was prepared so I didn't have to wait all day wondering if I would get the car. Between him and Greg in finance, I had a Flawless experience. Please thank the both of them. Lastly, the delivery of the homemade cookies was a twist, even though I paid first them. Smile

The beginning of our car buying experience was a little shakey. The salesman made a mistake in the price of the car. He went right to his manager and the operations manager to rectify the situation. They owned their mistake and didn't try to argue or haggle. If that's not the definition of honesty, I don't know what is. We had went to 4 other Nissan dealerships in the St. Louis area and all the others tried to manipulate us on the price.The sales manger stayed 2 hours past his scheduled time off to play with our kids while the car was readied and the paper work was completed. Everyone was so nice and helpful. If you try to buy a Nissan at any other dealership within 4 hours of St. Louis, you're wasting your time.
Worse car buying experience in my life. - Margaret
After having to work with a "manager" last night he was supposed to fax sale agreement to bank. He did this morning after another phone call to him and his IT excuses. So while we are at the bank getting a check they show the car to someone else. We arrive with check in hand less the 3 hours after the fax and they inform us we can sit and wait to see if the other deal goes through.
