Great experience, great Jeep! - Stuart Pregnall
We thoroughly researched the highly competitive small/mid SUV market, drove seven vehicles from five manufacturers and dealers, and were amazed at the Cherokee Trailhawk in terms or features, capabilities, comfort, and price. Add to that an incredibly knowledgeable and personable sales representative, Chris Lamb, who let the car sell itself, and the entire process couldn't have been easier or more pleasurable. We were welcomed upon arrival to the dealership, and Chris spent some time asking about our needs and what we were looking for. He gave us detailed explanations of the Cherokee's features and functionality, and showed us how everything worked before taking a test drive. We decided to buy the Cherokee Trailhawk, and again were impressed with the process. There were no hard sell tactics for add-ons and the focus of the entire team seemed to be on taking care of the customer. The follow up also has been tremendous. We would highly recommend Chris for anyone looking to purchase a small/mid SUV, and we really love the Cherokee Trailhawk we purchased from Safford.
Wide selection & easy/fast process. - Gygboni
I waked in just searching seeing what they had in stock, thinking that I wouldn't qualify for a top of the line car a few hours later I drove off in a brand new keep wrangler. They had exactly what my husband and I were looking for and Mr.Dan was really helpful. I was a little scare about the interest but my car is worth it.
Quick, and friendly service - Courtney97
Completely changed my opinion of this place when I needed a recall done. New management has this Service team working well. The place used seem as though no one cared. Now I was taken care of with the level of service I expect at a dealer. Fitzgerald has done a 180 here. Great job!! Thanks Tony!
Looking for a jeep - B11316
My overall experience at Ourisman Jeep of Bowie was good. I found the staff, in particular Lauren, to be very professional, warm, and knowledgeable (jeep owner). That really helped when trying to figure out my next move. Although I didn't leave the lot with a new JGC, I would highly recommend Lauren Smith for her knowledge and attention to detail.
Awesome experience! - Jolmancrz01
Andre was very attentive and helpful. I came on Friday evening and I needed to get multiple maintenance services done. Andre was able to get me in and out as soon as possible. I'm very satisfied with the customer service and with the work that's was done to my vehicle. Definitely coming back to Andre! Thank you so much.
Quick and professional - GREG WESTRA
Had been shopping for a convertible for my wife; Koons had a previously owned vehicle that was priced right, low miles and well maintained.
The used car salesman, Sam, spent time explaining the car's condition and it was exactly what the sales associate had conveyed over the phone.
Good dealer, good experience
Best dealer in VA - mmoore82
When life said it's time to get a minivan I said at least I'm going to get a good deal. After contacting multiple dealers, Chrysler of Culpeper blew away the competition on price (thousands below other dealers "best offer"). What's more, while other dealers tried shady bait and switch tactics Chrysler of Culpeper was professional, direct, and honest the whole time. I happily drove down from DC to pick up the vehicle. Even when we couldn't reach a deal on a lease buyout for my KIA they offered to run the car to a local dealer to avoid me having to come back for the car. Their team was professional, honest, and blew me away with their price. Couldn't be happier.
Beyond expectation - lam3

Phenomenal experience for out of state buyers - Dealerrater1
I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fair Oaks and cannot recommend them enough. I purchased the vehicle from across the country (California) and Thaddeus and the rest of the Fair Oaks team helped every step of the way. From initial paperwork to shipping the vehicle cross country they made the car buying experience a breeze.
Outstanding Customer Service - BKBRAZ
After buying and trading in cars for the last 26 years. I had one of the most outstanding experiences with the trading in and purchasing of my last vehicle. We bought a Jeep Cherokee from Lustine in Woodbridge. Our salesman Robert was outstanding and very helpful. His sales manager Matt was also very helpful and really helped make the deal go through without a lot of wasted time. We also had a great experience with Dee Dee in the aftermarkets department as well. My wife and I would recommend them and the dealership to anyone.
Customer Service from the moment you walk in the door - TheHashes
I was treated like a customer from the minute I walked in the door; someone grabbed my keys and got to work. Customer service team made sure I was aware of what was going on at each step in the process. I have purchased three vehicles in the last three years from Oarsman and looking to buy a fourth.
Great Buying Experience - skim
I was able to purchase my 2016 Jeep Cherokee with little problem!! I had visited 4 other dealerships and walked out each time, because they made representations that were not realized when I went in. Fefe was a man of his word and made my buying experience really great. Also, Edward was really helpful in financing. I recommend both very highly.
Professional, Personnel, and Promt Service - Oldsman231
I can't speak highly enough of the Service Steve, Neil, and Tim provided in helping my wife and I in buying our new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. I have known Steve for 30 years and he has helped my family and myself with many car purchases over the years. He and Neil were helpful as my wife and I tested the van and a truck with our car seat and 1 year old daughter. There was no pressure, just help.
Once we decided on the Pacifica, Tim helped us with all the paperwork and deciding on the right warranty protection for the car, again in a professional and no pressure manner.
We now have an amazing new van for our family and cannot be happier. Thank you again to Steve, Neil, and Tim. The team at DARCARS Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram are amazing!
Customer service - Lisa579
I went in with my brother to look at cars. Ronnie Hughes was very pleasant. Not pushy at all which is a breath of fresh air in the auto industry. Ronnie was knowledgeable about the cars. She exercised patience with him as this was his first car and he had many questions.
I would tell anyone looking for a great car buying experience to visit Ronnie Hughes at Darcars!
Joseph was a great seller - Dionne89
I purchased a Dodge Challenger from this dealer and the transaction was flawless. Joseph is a great salesman and the entire staff was helpful and accommodating during my car buying experience. Would highly recommend.
AWESOME Service!!! - Johnson Crew
Every time I come here to get my car serviced the employees are so nice, polite and kind!!! The service is fast and quick!! They do an AWESOME job!!
Felt unappreciated - Aaf0108
I had brought my Jeep in to have them listen to where a certain noise was coming from. I explained roughly where it was coming from and how long it took for it to really be heard. They took it in and a few hours called me saying I had warped rotors. I've never had issues with my braking system, but I trusted them because they deal with jeeps on a regular basis. $400 later after they only resurfaced them (you can my brand new ones at half that price, but again they did the work that I trusted them to do and they deserved to be paid) paid them, pick up my jeep and 10 minutes into the drive IT WAS MAKING THE SAME SOUND!! Called back and explained it's making the same noise and took the jeep back the next day. After waiting all day they finally called, sounding upset with me because their mechanics took it for a spin to listen to the sound and it took the heir whole lunch until it made the noise but they couldn't pin point where it's coming from. Went to pick it up and the Manager Justin was defending his mechanic for his lack of knowledge of Jeeps, because the noise ended up being something more serious than a "warped rotor" that they swear was warped and that the noise was "definitely coming from the braking system and that I should put brand new brakes on" when I had just had all new brakes put on a week before. The issue was the drive shaft. Never will I bring my Jeep back nor will tell anyone to take their Jeep here. They're over-priced for xxxxxx service.
OMG Leckner Chrysler!! - SteelerFan84
Me and the wife are still in the early stages of purchasing a vehicle. But the team at Leckner Dodge and especially RYAN P are awesome. Ryan was so helpful and we will definitely be back to purchase from him when the time is right.
Excellent customer service and experience - Jman
The entire process was quick and efficient. They took the time to explain everything including payment options. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
horrible serviCe department. - disapointed mopar fan
service department is horrible. We bought brand new journey got check engine light same week. Took it in 4 times before they finally test drove it and figured out it needed an ecm flash update. Just took it in for a recall was told one day took 4. As soon as we left the lot engine light. They blame o2 sensor. Still never once test drove it. Bunch of lazy xxxxx. Avoid this dealer at all cost!
Khaled goes above and beyond expectations. (16'WRX) - JKeys
I was referred to Khaled Yahiaoui by a mutual friend. So I gave the guy a call, told him what I was in the market for and he told me he had exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. All I had to do was show up and test drive, he took care of the the details and explained everything throughout the entire process including any questions I'd had. He also went out of his way to call a few days later and make sure I was still pleased with the new car.
Highly satisfied with the service and its sales representati - ALFREDO DEL GORDO
I decided to buy a new Jeep primarily because of the excellent service provided by Robert Jay and his team. They were always attentive to answer all questions before, during and after the negotiation, advising me so that I could select the best option according to my expectations. The finance staff was also very friendly. Was a great experience because the team was always attentive to search the car that I wanted, and they got it in record time because it was not available initially.
Easy to buy - John88
I have spent hours buying a car in the past. Safford made it easy to come to terms quickly on a new Fiat 500. The car we were interested in was on their lot in Tysons, VA. They delivered it to Winchester so we could take it for a test drive locally. Safford's sales people are helpful and professional. I look forward to doing business with them again.
Very Poor Dealership. Dishonest. Poor customer service. - Mrmdjohnson
Of course they're the nicest, most helpful people until AFTER you've purchased their vehicle.
They promised they wouldn't be running my credit because I wasn't using their financing. They did
They assured me the vehicle would pass MD inspection. It didn't.
After convincing me that I should but my used Jeep from them because they're a Jeep dealership and they've done a thorough inspection of the vehicle and it has zero issues...the xxxx thing can't even pass inspection. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't register in the state where I live.
I purchased my Jeep here and I am from the Norfolk area - jglover210
I am a lifelong GM driver and my Yukon was on the way out and I had been test driving multiple SUV's in my area knowing that I needed a new car. I was visiting my parents in Front Royal and figured I would give a Grand Cherokee a test drive. It is one smooth riding vehicle being a Mercedes based suspension and extra welds in the unibody. I got this information from Bobby Gruver as he was very knowledgeable about the construction of the Grand Cherokee and other Jeeps (especially the Wrangler). He was patient with us as we also drove a Durango and Acadia, not to mention debating about the Jeep for 2 days. We were going to another dealership to drive a Cadillac SRX and he encouraged us to do so as he stood by the Jeep. We decided on the Grand Cherokee, which in my area would have cost a full $5k more than what we paid at Marlow. There was a small hiccup with financing as Mr. Talley was out that day, but was promptly fixed. Mr. Talley realized there were some mistakes and made sure we were financed at our lowest possible interest rate. (Small mention, another staff member took my 5 year old daughter to pick a candy cane off their tree while we were doing paperwork, very cool.) My father had reccomended me to Marlow when he had service work done on his Wrangler and was impressed. So, both service and sales are outstanding as far as I'm concerned. I would drive 3+ hours to work with them again.
Disappointed with them - William.long
So to start off I have recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 from this location approximately 100 miles later the check engine light came on. I contact my salesman and asked why that might be. My dealer stated that the previous owner had put after market exhaust on the truck and that the exhaust he used would not match the trucks O2 censor and that is why the check engine light is on. Although I wasn't pleased with the answer given I decided to let it be and bite my lip.
Two weeks later I arrived on a Saturday morning to have the spray in bed liner installed. I removed the main bed cover which is a water seal cover to make the installation easier on the dealership. The cover has two rails with water hoses to drain water that would potentially stand on the cover itself. The dealership took both rails off the truck conducted the installation but failed to reinstall the rails so I could put my bed cover back on. In my experience with service departments if you remove an item of the truck you reinstall that item not leave them in the bed of the truck. I asked the service department why the weren't reinstalled and they stated to me that they would not be able to put them on for me and I could reinstall it myself or bring it back another day and they would take care of it. So I once again bit my lip Unsatisfied with the service. I got home 30 minutes later to discover that there was a series on small scratches above the handle to the tail gate. I contacted the dealership again on the following Wednesday to pay the remaining balance of my down payment of 3000 of the 8000 I put down. I notified the dealership that I was unhappy with the scratches and that they haven't tried to fix the problems. Later that night I was driving home from work when I heard a scraping sound coming from my truck at that time my exhaust pipe fell off and nearly caused three vehicles to wreck. I apologized to the people about the exhaust falling off almost causing a collision but was glad that no one was hurt. This could have been a very expensive law suit against the dealership if someone would have died because of there lack of inspection skills and selling a vehicle that had faulty equipment. I contacted the dealership that same night and to my surprise a salesman answered the phone and I told him what had happened. He asked me if I was going to bring the truck in and I said I would be there in the morning. I arrived expecting the dealership to seriously compensate me with several options and all I got was here's a rental car we will fix your truck and send you on your way. At this point I don't even want the truck it's faulty and has almost taken someone's life id rather they find me a truck that I like that has the same or better features and give it to me for the same price that I currently pay for the faulty truck if that can't happen I will be talking with a lawyer this afternoon.
Bait and switch beware - cheated
Car did not contain essential feature advertised and on sticker. When problem pointed out, owner became irate, claimed he made disclosures and shouted xxxxxx remarks.
Bait and Switch - bam26
Do not take you vehicle to this dealership for any repairs!!! This place is probably the shadiest that I have ever had to deal with. My wife took her car into the dealership after having problems with the ignition, the tech said there was a recall on it and then scheduled an appointment for her to have it fixed. Now when my wife takes off from work to bring the car to the dealership, there is no longer a recall on the ignition. This is either trying to take advantage of a woman and a customer or complete incompetence. Either way this place is not worth the risk in using.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
