EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! - Lianabel5
This dealership exceeded my expectations to say the least! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted promptly and courteously by the manager Oscar who welcomed us to the dealership and took us to meet our salesperson Gerry Hebron. Gerry was not only very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions but had a truly cheerful and infectious personality...we really lucked out to have him as our salesperson. Nayel the Finance Manager, was magnificent as well, he made the tedious process of buying a car as smooth as possible and did everything in his power to make sure we were getting the very best service. Needless to say...I am sold on this dealership and their exceptional professionalism and amazing customer service. Farrish of Fairfax is officially my go to for any of my family members car needs. Thank you to the whole team, you all are amazing!!
Very helpful, honest experience. - Matt S.
I started off dealing with Dan Ipes at this dealer, and I have to say he was tremendously helpful though the process, especially with how I had approached him. I had gone to three other Jeep dealerships that day, all who gave me quotes that bloated between 3-5 thousand dollars when I showed up to the actual location. Needless to day, I was more abrupt than I like to be with people. But Dan gave me an out the door quote, which was the price when I showed up. So the fact that they were up front and honest, I spent more than I had originally intended, although still within budget.
I arrived a the location with my wife and kids, and Dan was there waiting to open the door for us. The opening floor was open and clean, with popcorn for the kids to munch on while we went though the process.
We also dealt with Dina as the finance person, who was also great. The only reason this is a 4 star rating as opposed to 5 is that we did have to wait for a lengthy time to deal with the finance department. Having two young kids while waiting was not the greatest, even though I get taht the timing was perhaps not the best.
I would recommend this location to others.
Personal Service Guaranteed - carebear1288
Amii Ridgell is amazing! We found a Jeep we loved on the website, and within hours it was ours! Beginning with Amii, we had very personal service throughout the entire process. Loved that the process was comfortable and not pushy. Text, phone calls, and face to face for the final steps. We will be customers for life <3

Best Jeep Dealer and Service in Northern Va. - jeep owner
They have an excellent staff of trained service professionals who correctly identify the problem and fix it, minimizing unnecessary work and expense. Another dealer miss identified the problem and Koons repaired it for one-third the cost of the other dealers quote.
5 stars is not enough - Amine Saddem
5 stars is not enough to rate this place. Just bought my Grand Cherokee overland from them. Nabil was great showing me the car and test driving it. The process was very fast and IJ was so professional going through all the details. Also I want to thank Justin for his time trying to get me good rates and make the deal happen.
Highly recommended dealer and won't go anywhere else to buy a car for me or any my family members.
A REAL SALESMAN. - T.Riley
This dealership and the sales person Dominic treated me with respect and honesty from the very beginning. Dominic worked closely with his manager for 2 days to get me back and complete the purchase. Dominc is very Knowledgeable, respectful and cool attitude despite the standoffish look.

Felt unappreciated - Aaf0108
I had brought my Jeep in to have them listen to where a certain noise was coming from. I explained roughly where it was coming from and how long it took for it to really be heard. They took it in and a few hours called me saying I had warped rotors. I've never had issues with my braking system, but I trusted them because they deal with jeeps on a regular basis. $400 later after they only resurfaced them (you can my brand new ones at half that price, but again they did the work that I trusted them to do and they deserved to be paid) paid them, pick up my jeep and 10 minutes into the drive IT WAS MAKING THE SAME SOUND!! Called back and explained it's making the same noise and took the jeep back the next day. After waiting all day they finally called, sounding upset with me because their mechanics took it for a spin to listen to the sound and it took the heir whole lunch until it made the noise but they couldn't pin point where it's coming from. Went to pick it up and the Manager Justin was defending his mechanic for his lack of knowledge of Jeeps, because the noise ended up being something more serious than a "warped rotor" that they swear was warped and that the noise was "definitely coming from the braking system and that I should put brand new brakes on" when I had just had all new brakes put on a week before. The issue was the drive shaft. Never will I bring my Jeep back nor will tell anyone to take their Jeep here. They're over-priced for xxxxxx service.
OMG Leckner Chrysler!! - SteelerFan84
Me and the wife are still in the early stages of purchasing a vehicle. But the team at Leckner Dodge and especially RYAN P are awesome. Ryan was so helpful and we will definitely be back to purchase from him when the time is right.
Great service! - jayers
Worked with Khaled to find the right car for me. I was hesitant and worried going into the process due to a previous dealership I dealt with but Khaled surpassed my expectations and got me into a car that day. It was a much better experience this time and less painful of a process. I'm loving my 2017 dodge journey!
Its Been a Rough Ride - Haunt2012
I had been looking into 2017 & 2016 New Dodge Chargers. Normally a dealership would not put this amount of effort into helping you get into a new car. So ultimately I was not approved to get my Charger, however I ended up purchasing a new 2016 Dodge Dart. The financing team at Safford is next to none. Top of the line. They will work with you no matter your budget and get you into a like vehicle as quickly as they possibly can. Loved my visit with the sales team and will be returning in the future!
horrible serviCe department. - disapointed mopar fan
service department is horrible. We bought brand new journey got check engine light same week. Took it in 4 times before they finally test drove it and figured out it needed an ecm flash update. Just took it in for a recall was told one day took 4. As soon as we left the lot engine light. They blame o2 sensor. Still never once test drove it. Bunch of lazy xxxxx. Avoid this dealer at all cost!
Service department is no good - Prpsqr
So I brought my car in for a right front hub noise. They said it was the axle and not the hub. They. Stated they even test drove it. I got a half mile out of dealer ship and had to turn around to take it back for hub noise. The 2nd time there they stated I was right and it was the hub. When I picked it up this time they crushed my rocker mldgs putting my vehicle on lift. So I had another issue with my check engine light on and car stuck in 8th gear. They stated it was 2 issues with trans module and oil pressure switch. So while it was in shop there was a recall on trans harness. They fixed the recall and just cleared the check engine light and they stated they test drove vehicle and light didn't come back on and they stated it was a flook. So I went to pick up my vehicle hit the start button and light came on immediately. This is not a dealership I would recommend to air up my tire on a pedle bike
Easy to buy - John88
I have spent hours buying a car in the past. Safford made it easy to come to terms quickly on a new Fiat 500. The car we were interested in was on their lot in Tysons, VA. They delivered it to Winchester so we could take it for a test drive locally. Safford's sales people are helpful and professional. I look forward to doing business with them again.
Very Poor Dealership. Dishonest. Poor customer service. - Mrmdjohnson
Of course they're the nicest, most helpful people until AFTER you've purchased their vehicle.
They promised they wouldn't be running my credit because I wasn't using their financing. They did
They assured me the vehicle would pass MD inspection. It didn't.
After convincing me that I should but my used Jeep from them because they're a Jeep dealership and they've done a thorough inspection of the vehicle and it has zero issues...the xxxx thing can't even pass inspection. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't register in the state where I live.
I purchased my Jeep here and I am from the Norfolk area - jglover210
I am a lifelong GM driver and my Yukon was on the way out and I had been test driving multiple SUV's in my area knowing that I needed a new car. I was visiting my parents in Front Royal and figured I would give a Grand Cherokee a test drive. It is one smooth riding vehicle being a Mercedes based suspension and extra welds in the unibody. I got this information from Bobby Gruver as he was very knowledgeable about the construction of the Grand Cherokee and other Jeeps (especially the Wrangler). He was patient with us as we also drove a Durango and Acadia, not to mention debating about the Jeep for 2 days. We were going to another dealership to drive a Cadillac SRX and he encouraged us to do so as he stood by the Jeep. We decided on the Grand Cherokee, which in my area would have cost a full $5k more than what we paid at Marlow. There was a small hiccup with financing as Mr. Talley was out that day, but was promptly fixed. Mr. Talley realized there were some mistakes and made sure we were financed at our lowest possible interest rate. (Small mention, another staff member took my 5 year old daughter to pick a candy cane off their tree while we were doing paperwork, very cool.) My father had reccomended me to Marlow when he had service work done on his Wrangler and was impressed. So, both service and sales are outstanding as far as I'm concerned. I would drive 3+ hours to work with them again.
Disappointed with them - William.long
So to start off I have recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 from this location approximately 100 miles later the check engine light came on. I contact my salesman and asked why that might be. My dealer stated that the previous owner had put after market exhaust on the truck and that the exhaust he used would not match the trucks O2 censor and that is why the check engine light is on. Although I wasn't pleased with the answer given I decided to let it be and bite my lip.
Two weeks later I arrived on a Saturday morning to have the spray in bed liner installed. I removed the main bed cover which is a water seal cover to make the installation easier on the dealership. The cover has two rails with water hoses to drain water that would potentially stand on the cover itself. The dealership took both rails off the truck conducted the installation but failed to reinstall the rails so I could put my bed cover back on. In my experience with service departments if you remove an item of the truck you reinstall that item not leave them in the bed of the truck. I asked the service department why the weren't reinstalled and they stated to me that they would not be able to put them on for me and I could reinstall it myself or bring it back another day and they would take care of it. So I once again bit my lip Unsatisfied with the service. I got home 30 minutes later to discover that there was a series on small scratches above the handle to the tail gate. I contacted the dealership again on the following Wednesday to pay the remaining balance of my down payment of 3000 of the 8000 I put down. I notified the dealership that I was unhappy with the scratches and that they haven't tried to fix the problems. Later that night I was driving home from work when I heard a scraping sound coming from my truck at that time my exhaust pipe fell off and nearly caused three vehicles to wreck. I apologized to the people about the exhaust falling off almost causing a collision but was glad that no one was hurt. This could have been a very expensive law suit against the dealership if someone would have died because of there lack of inspection skills and selling a vehicle that had faulty equipment. I contacted the dealership that same night and to my surprise a salesman answered the phone and I told him what had happened. He asked me if I was going to bring the truck in and I said I would be there in the morning. I arrived expecting the dealership to seriously compensate me with several options and all I got was here's a rental car we will fix your truck and send you on your way. At this point I don't even want the truck it's faulty and has almost taken someone's life id rather they find me a truck that I like that has the same or better features and give it to me for the same price that I currently pay for the faulty truck if that can't happen I will be talking with a lawyer this afternoon.
Many years of great service - Cheri G.
My husband and I bought cars from Fred Frederick in Laurel for many years. We were always treated respectfully and fairly. Now that I am a widow, I need advice about repairs. The service department has treated me respectfully and has been a great help. They tell me what needs to be done and what is coming, but can wait. My car is a 2002 PT Cruiser, they don't make much money on me, but treat me like a queen. They go way above what I would expect from a business. I want my car to last as long as I drive, but if I need to buy another, it will definitely be at this dealership.
Overall Experience - Coleen
Everyone at Tate treated me with respect, worked within my budget, and made the whole car buying process fun. Thank you for the wonderful, car-buying experience.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
