Quick and Fast deal - dew5089
I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and was given fast and extremely fair pricing compared to other dealers in the area. Mitch Stainback was very pleasant to work with and very friendly. He answered all of my questions with quick responses. I will purchase my next vehicle from him as well.
Easy and hassel free process - rickrpft
My local dealer offered to by my 2015 Challenger R/T Plus Shaker to increase his used car inventory. When it came time to get the car I wanted (which I found on Farrish's website) they ended the conversation. It just so happened I was working in Winchester VA (4 hour drive from my home). I took a chance and drove the addition 1.25 hours to look at a 2017 Challenger TA. Worked with Rommel and I can say he was extremely easy to work with. Never felt and pressure to make the deal. After a little negotiating for my trade I gladly made the deal. Their prices are outstanding and the staff made you fell valued. Car was detailed and I was out the door. I would gladly make the 5.25 hour drive next time I'm looking for a new vehicle. The dealers in my are can't compete with their pricing. Rome even followed up with a phone call the next day to see how things were going.

Fantastic Experience! - Hattricksi
Juliet (CA), CC, and Darcars Jeep in Rockville knocked it out of the park. I've purchased many cars (all makes and models including BMW, Audi, Ford, Lincoln, Honda, Toyota to name a few) and this was hands down one of the best and easiest experiences I've ever had. I made one phone call to CA before even visiting the dealership and in a short 5 minutes I was at the right price without any hassle. With a very busy schedule I committed a day later to make the purchase (Tuesday) and told CA I would be in on Saturday to complete the transaction. Within an hour I was emailed a credit application (which I easily filled out online in 2 minutes) and had a phone call from CC (Salesperson for the transaction) to make sure they had everything they needed for a smooth transaction. When Saturday arrived, CC called to confirm my arrival time and to obtain a picture of my drivers license. I arrived at the dealership at 2:00pm and I was immediately greeted by CC with the keys to my new jeep (which was out front on the curb freshly detailed and ready for a test drive). We went for a quick spin, came back to the dealer and walked right into finance. 10 minutes later the transaction was done and I was out the door on my way home. This experience couldn't have been better.
Outstanding service! - CWJeep
My husband and I got the opportunity to work with Sam when we purchased our new vehicle. From the first meeting and throughout the whole process, Sam was wonderful to work with. In past car buying experiences, the one thing we never liked was pushy sales people. Sam was very laid back and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and highly recommend Sam and the Chrysler of Culpeper team!

Ms. Pat King is reliable, timely, honest, friendly etc. etc. This is the second time I have used Ms. King through the years to purchase a vehicle and I would definitely use her again and again. She doesn't try to steal you blind but steals you into the right direction. Thank you Ms. Pat for your faithfulness and for not keeping us there for several hours before we could drive off with a brand new Chrysler 200. I will see you on my next purchase. God Bless

Plays games, lies - nickDingo
Dont be fooled by these folks. Do not confuse dealer discount with factory incentives. You get the same factory incentives at any Chrysler dealer it's all about dealer discount. This dealer offers a dealer discount then just about and wipes the discount out with dealer fees. Like backing out the destination charge. They will offer 2000 off but then tell you that new price does not include freight. Then they will charge you a large processing fee, perhaps an advertising fee, a delivery fee, a set up fee. It all depends on the discount offered. So, what they are doing is trying to trick you. Lure you in by msking you think you have a great deal then pile on fees. You can buy a vihicle anyware at MSRP and get the same factory incentives anywhere. Call ahead, email ahead get it in wrighting because that advertised dealer discount is not what your actually getting. This dealership plays dirty...
Worst dealership experience ever - LaurenS
Our visit yesterday went awful. We arrived at 6:02 and basically waited around until 6:25 without even looking at a vehicle or talking with a sales person. I had been email Scottie back and forth and had confirmed we would be there yesterday around 6/6:30pm. Apparently he decided to go to the store and we stood there waiting with no help from anyone else. We decided to leave as this was unacceptable. To top is off there were 2-3 employees standing around another computer and didn't offer to help and there were literally NO OTHER CUSTOMERS there at all.
2017 Ram 3500 - FJ
Went to dealership ib Fredericksburg VA on August 17, 2017 to look at Ram 3500 stock#HG577815. I had corresponded with Internet Manager and was told I qualified for the Everyones price of $43,000 & there was some stipulations for the conditional price. So I make the two hour drive to find out, when my sales associate brings back the final figures they are working from $48,000. I asked why are we working from $48,000, when the internet said Everyone's price of $43,000. I was told that they had made a mistake at there Warrenton dealership & they were fixing the problem. So I come home this evening to find the same truck on Safford Dodge website for Everyone's price for $42,061 & Conditional price $40,061. Beware of this dealership before you make the drive.
Tried to feed off of me - rowdy1z
Visited 7/30/17 to check out upgrading to a newer Daytona Charger.
Subpar salesman tactics. Only looked out for their interest. Lied about not touching my credit score.
Bad things. So from bad to worst...
Strike 1. They told me they wanted to run my credit even though I already told them what it was. The salesman Marcus told me it would not be a hard inquiry. It was a hard inquiry. It posted to my credit report the next day. Strike 1.
Strike 2. They wanted to offer me $3,000 less on my trade in that KBB said it was worth and it took 1 hour for them to finally agree to give me the value as part of a deal.
Strike 3. They moved the $3,000 from the inflated price of the car hidden in other things (financing) to the trade in value and thought I wouldn't notice.
Overall they wanted me to buy the car for $2700 about the "WOW" price and $5000 above invoice price. I played dumb just to see if they are trustworthy. Maybe some of the saleman are, but the 3 guys I dealt with Phillip Sullivan, Marcus, and "the general manager" were not honest people and were swarming around me like blood in the water.
*Minor things. The salesman Marcus rushed my test drive. When I mentioned the engine was smoking he said it is because it is a brand new car aka "break-in period". When I went to inspect the outside of the car he told me to come inside.
Overall. They just kept trying to get me to sign an offer sheet repeatedly after I said no to the total price they were offering. They wanted me to sign up for 3k above invoice price and 3k less on my trade in.
Great Buying Experience - JP63
I was in to get my Jeep Patriot served over the weekend and while I was there I happen to notice the new Jeep Compass on the lot. I was really impressed with how they looked and what options they offered. I checked the reviews, which were all very good so I decided to go in to look into purchasing one. I've bought at Lindsay before so I'm familiar with how extremely friendly and professional they are. My experience today was just as pleasant as any I've had there. Agan greeted me and made me feel like family as opposed to a customer. I told him what I was looking for and within a few minutes I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The Jeep brand is one of quality and the Jeep Compass I purchased did not disappoint. The professionalism and courtesy that was shown to me, by the entire Lindsay staff will keep me a loyal customer for all of my future purchases! My sincere thanks to Agan and everyone at Lindsay!
Rude Service Manager - dbamberg
If is wasn't for Becky and Sam I would have only given Safford one star. I had a very unpleasant experience with Charlie, I believe he is the Service Manager. I brought my daughters 2008 Sebring convertible to the dealership on August 10th to have the convertible top looked at, it would not go up and down properly. I was working with Sam a service writer that I had with worked with before on several occasion's, he always treated me with respect and was always very curious. This complaint has nothing to do with the repairs or the outcome it is strictly about being treated rudely and with no respect by Charlie.
He called me on August the 14th reference a concern I had about the work done on my daughters car and the fact that they were unable to repair the car and stated that they "could not figure out the problem even after I spent $400.00 on parts and labor, again this is not why I am upset.
Charlie asked me if I could bring the car back the next morning as he needed to "have the car in front of him and be hands on to determine the problem". I told him that I could have the car there at 11:30, he agreed on the time and said that he would see me tomorrow.
I arrived the next morning at 11:20 and was greeted by a service writer who asked if I had any appointment, I stated that I had an appointment with Charlie reference a problem that I had with my car. She then plugged in a small computer to a fitting under the dash and used a tablet to check me in and asked me to follow her inside to meet with Charlie.
I stood outside Charlie's office while she explained to Charlie why I was there and that I had an appointment with him at 11:30. I did not hear any of the other part of the conversation but was told to wait please have a seat in the waiting room and he would be with me shortly, that was 11:35am. Finally at 12:15pm I went into the service area to see if I could find out what was going on. I was greeted by Becky, a lovely young lady you cared about her customers. She asked me how she could help, I explained that I brought my car in a 11:20 and was checked in my a service writer who "plugged in a small computer and had me sign her tablet for service. At that point Charlie, who I still had not meant, started hollering that "I'm not playing games on my computer, I'm taking a "freaking on line course". I was escorted away from his office by Becky where we went to find my car.
Becky had no idea why I was there or where my car was," not her fault" we eventually located my car in the back lot untouched. At that point Becky went to the service tech who worked on the car the previous day and started to review the work that was done and was able to get the top working, the tech had no idea how to open the top,
At that point Becky and I drove the car out of the shop, she stayed with me and the car until we were both satisfied that the top was working mechanically properly and that I was happy. I explained that other the weather stripping not be attached to the car correctly I was satisfied .
It's my opinion that Charlie had no business being involved with customers, I sure he is an amazing mechanical wiz, and can fix anything that has a motor, but as far as his demeanor with customers he ranks in the lower percentile of customer service people.
Just my opinion you can decide for yourself if he ever decides to come out of his office and "shakes your hand".
Once again a special thanks to Ms. Becky and Sam, you guys are awesome and a credit to the dealership.
Best dealorship service experience - hilarygw
This amazing dealorship has restored my faith in service at a dealorship! I live in Potomac MD, and bought my Renegade at a dealorship nearby in Gaithersburg. That was my worst buying and service experience! Dishonest sales, angry, surly service and management. Enough said. I vowed to never deal with dealorship service again. Jiffy lube it was. Then I needed some warrenty work done. I found out about Dullas Jeep. From the first point of contact on the phone, to m service advisor, the service manager, and all of the staff in general, it was an exceptional experience! Prompt, no hassels, no lies, just professional, friendly service. I didn't get any of the standard service advisors sales pitches for needing a radiator flush, tire rotation, steam cleaning. I got great service, all free of charge under warrenty . . . I can't recommend this place enough! So, even though I live 40 miles away, I will always take my Jeep there for service . . . . and when it is time to buy a new car, this is where I will buy it.
My Jeep broke down off Interstate 95 and I got great service - Mrsk08753
On June 22 I was traveling from NJ to SC when my Jeep broke down just off Interstate 95. I had my Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle to the nearest Jeep dealership which turned out to be Fred Frederick in Laurel. Even though they were busy, Joe Lavin went out of his way to have the problem diagnosed, overnight the part and install it the next day. He made sure I had a place to stay and kept my Jeep, with all my travel gear in it, in the service bay for safe keeping. I was on the road the next afternoon and have not have any mechanical problems since.
DO NOT RECOMMEND - angie
Really overpriced, poor service, rude manager. Staff members are incompetent and just don't care. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Stay away from that place!!!
I purchased my Jeep here and I am from the Norfolk area - jglover210
I am a lifelong GM driver and my Yukon was on the way out and I had been test driving multiple SUV's in my area knowing that I needed a new car. I was visiting my parents in Front Royal and figured I would give a Grand Cherokee a test drive. It is one smooth riding vehicle being a Mercedes based suspension and extra welds in the unibody. I got this information from Bobby Gruver as he was very knowledgeable about the construction of the Grand Cherokee and other Jeeps (especially the Wrangler). He was patient with us as we also drove a Durango and Acadia, not to mention debating about the Jeep for 2 days. We were going to another dealership to drive a Cadillac SRX and he encouraged us to do so as he stood by the Jeep. We decided on the Grand Cherokee, which in my area would have cost a full $5k more than what we paid at Marlow. There was a small hiccup with financing as Mr. Talley was out that day, but was promptly fixed. Mr. Talley realized there were some mistakes and made sure we were financed at our lowest possible interest rate. (Small mention, another staff member took my 5 year old daughter to pick a candy cane off their tree while we were doing paperwork, very cool.) My father had reccomended me to Marlow when he had service work done on his Wrangler and was impressed. So, both service and sales are outstanding as far as I'm concerned. I would drive 3+ hours to work with them again.

Stay away! - Golions
Sales person (RJ) spent the first interaction and didn't introduce himself. He left the desk three times - didn't excuse himself at all. Rude. In their defense, the deal worked was pretty good, however, I was away and couldn't bring my trade until the following week. Upon returning the we're going to do the same deal but the trade was $1000 less. Luckily I saved his voicemail because he said it was the same amount. Still really wanted the car and was just going to do it. Got two follow up voicemails from RJ basically saying that last chance because someone is coming in to buy it and there is "nothing like it for 300 miles." Well 300 miles is really 30 because found same car, with more options, The incentives were better, and they gave $2600 more for my trade. What's even better - it was the same wholesaler who took my trade, that Tate said would give $1000 less !!! Stay clear!! Very dishonest!!
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
