Our third visit to Express oil change. They have late hours during the week. Which are great when you work. Very fast friendly service. The building is super clean inside and out. Looks brand new. They explained upcoming services that should be done, as well as a needed recall that needs to be addressed. We will always come back for future service!
Good buying experience, but horrible service! - walawn
I bought my 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth from Cliff when he was there. That went very smooth and was an enjoyable experience. After that, I had a transmission leak by 15,000 miles and I took it in for services. They ended up replacing the clutch, flywheel, and turbo. But they said my Warranty was voided by the MM piggy-back ECU I installed. How do you void a car warranty based on the installed of a part made by a company owned by Fiat?? Doesn't the Magnason Moss act protect you from this? Isn't the burden of proof on the dealer and manufacturer to prove that the aftermarket part caused the failure? And by the way, the car was stock until 20,000 miles, and I took it in for repair after that. Needless to say they did the repairs for free out of Fiat's good will fund. Their techs took apart my aftermarket air intake during the work, which I installed correctly. I know this because of the obvious grease on the joints. I used no grease. Some time later I had a coolant leak caused by their incorrect reinstall of my intake tube. They forced me to pay $400 for their mistake. I was furious, and only paid because my mother was dying down in GA and I was driving down the next morning. Avoid Bill in their service department at all costs. Buy elsewhere like Heritage Fiat in Ownings Mills like my girlfriend did. She loved them!

Recently purchased a 2015 Abarth. Since I lived hours away, I had to search inventory, deal on purchase price and trade-in all via email. This was the first time I actually worked a trade-in deal through email. I worked with Silva and he was excellent - friendly, straightforward and very responsive. He was also trustworthy as the deal he gave me (both new car price and trade-in) via email was already written up when I arrived. All I needed to do was test drive and sign paperwork. We were in and out in under an hour. The Abarth's they had in stock were really well chosen. The options included really personalized the cars and they were careful not to add superfluous details that inflate the cost. I would highly recommend Fiat of Alexandria and especially Silva. He is knowledgeable and easy to deal with; both in person and especially via email. Dino the new GM was also a pleasure to deal with in this purchase.
