I found a car online Sunday morning as I was perusing one of the online sites, not Sheehy's. I found a 2014 CR-V with low mileage and it wasn't gray (it was blue) so I was intrigued. I inquired and within MINUTES I received a phone call and an email from Rafael Perez. He answered every question I had while I gathered my family to see this vehicle. I told Rafael I didn't want to deal with anyone else. If I'm talking with him, I want to work with him. Other dealerships tell you to come in to meet with Manager So & So. You get there and spend about 45 seconds with the manager and then you're hoisted onto a salesperson who is still cutting teeth. Rafael met my family and I right away, showed us the vehicle, and we test drove. The negotiation process was great. I was very tired at other dealerships of the salesperson saying "let me check with my manager," and barely budging. I understand it is a business and the dealership needs to get their money's worth, but that experience is tedious and gets old fast. Rafael and Dean (manager) worked with us to get the price we felt was fair. Then Robert (also excellent at his position and an all-around nice guy) from Financing explained our options clearly and got our plates on, got our car insurance updated right then and there. We drove out -- four hours later -- with the vehicle I saw seven hours prior online. Call Rafael for your next vehicle - he listens, answers questions promptly, and works with you. He isn't trying to sell you, he wants to earn your business.

I saw the previous review of this employee and was shocked as our experience was nothing like this. Either Eugene has matured into a completely different person in 8 months or this account of Eugenes behavior is not 100% factual.
I will say this: this is a business, and if you don't come into this store educated and informed this business is going to try to make a profit. That is just the way capitalism works, God bless America. So be forewarned, don't come into this dealership or any other without knowing average price points and values. Other than than that, Eugene is a fantastic and respectful salesperson. The maintenance team is extremely warm and friendly. Senior management when faced with me walking out buying nothing, was willing to get me a deal that persuaded me to buy. I would not have done so without Eugene.

We just happened to walk right up to Davids desk and he immediately greeted us and assisted us in looking at various models. The process was easy and smooth. I definitely recommend this place. The office area was also spacious and unlike the Honda at Tysons (never go there), they had coffee, hot chocolate, and refreshments for the potential customers.

We have been cuisines at this dealership for years, first as Honda of Bowie and now as Darcars Honda of Bowie. We go for service and have purchased cars from there. The service is always very good.
Mike Wolyn recently sold us a vehicle and he was great. He's funny, friendly and a very nice guy. We came late to look for a car and he stayed with us, answered our questions, helped with everything. We are very happy with our new purchase and will continue to go there.

Moses was very helpful on providing competitive quotes on a Honda CRV, and was always prompt and with followups. Highly recommend his service if you are considering buying a Honda. The dealership is also transparent on new car pricing; you can see the discount on its website. The discount is far higher than several dealers I called and asked for the best offer.

Under normal circumstances I would not travel 20+ miles to have service performed after a new vehicle is beyond warranty. But, because of the complete service dept at Miller Honda(and especially Amy, over the years) we even come back for oil changes. That now is approaching 10 yrs with our 2008 Honda Pilot which is serving us extremely well - Thank you !!!
Poor Service, Worse Sales - hondadriver
Bought vehicle back in September and had a bad experience with the sales department both in demeanor of sales person (Jim) and sales manager (Freddie) but they also gave me a vehicle with a known defect. (front passenger door actuator broken) that makes a loud "shuddering" noise trying to lock the door every time I lock the door. Leading me to their poor service department which has tried to fix it, and did not succeed - tried to take it back to get fixed and was told technician was out on vacation and no one else could handle it and I would have to wait a week.
Additionally frustrating - even though I came in with a pre-approved loan from my bank the finance manager ran my credit against several other banks causing my credit score to be negatively affected.
Overall - very bad - would not recommend, and wish I had not gone there in the first place.

I purchased a beautiful cosmic blue Civic Honda yesterday at Sport Honda in Silver Spring, MD.
The salesman TJ Troutman was VERY knowledgeable and we had a smooth car buying experience.
We met Buddy from financing and Mike the General Manager; all were very pleasant to work with.
TJ went over all the car options with me; the car was a dream to drive home. We will be back for the next car purchase.
Buyers Beware! - Chuck
Buyers beware! You cannot see the interior of the vehicle unless you are ready to purchase the vehicle. Want to see more than one vehicle? Better be willing to buy 2 cars. According to salesperson who refused to show interior of the vehicle, it's AutoNation Honda's policy. If I cannot see the interior to make an informed decision whether to make the purchase or not, I will take my business elsewhere.

I see mixed review before. I got a wrost experience from this dealership. Zero customer service.
Sale team person is busy playing games in phone in front of customer who came to buy a car.
Here is the story.. I have got the quote from interest (Edmund). Internet Sale person have called me and provide us with the quote. Once everything is finalize I called same person and said we are coming to buy the car.
After driving 1 Hr 45 mins when we finally reach Honda. Internet same person atlready left(without any notification if he is busy if hr give any indication that if he is busy then we can plan next day) We asked receptionist about how come a person simply left when a customer is coming to ready to 30k+ worth of car.
She simply say I can't help you. You can wait for in the waiting some other sale person.
My suggestion to management in good way is to Train they brain to work when they are work location and give respect to customer. I see a lot of other honda dealership. When a customer entry to showroom door person from Honda will welcome you to get your needs.
But in this case zero customer respect.
Hope this kind of situation won't repeat for other customer.s.
