My wife and I were looking to purchase a Navigator L and found one at Ted Britt Ford Lincoln for a solid price. In the span of one day, Peter was able to work out a proposed trade-in price for me and set up a test drive for us (we were 4.5 hours away). We drove up, he had the vehicle ready, he took care of some issues with it we found, and we had the deal done that night. Highly recommended!
The worst Service Department in my Ford History - LB
My wife and I have been Ford owners for years, it is our go to product when we are searching for a new car. Unfortunately we have had the most unpleasant experience with this dealership.
in 2016 we purchased a new 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. After having this vehicle for a few months we noticed a rattle coming from the back, we made a appointment for 8am on the first available appointment ,explained to the service writer what was going on and he said they would take a look. We received a call near their closing time to tell us they could not find anything. We picked up the car after hours, the radio was blasting, which tells me they never even listened for a noise and as soon as we drove the car 100 ft we could hear the sound. The next morning be bought the car back and had a service tech ride with us, within 50 ft he said he could hear the noise. They ordered the part and told us it would be in within 2 days. A week pasted and we did not hear from the dealership so I called and was told the part was in. We set up another appointment for 8 am and was told it would be done in 2 hours. After 5 hours waiting we called from a place we had lunch only to be told they do not have the part. So now we must wait till they have the new part and start this adventure again..
My biggest problem with this dealership is they lack respect for the customers time. A simple phone call would have been easy to make. I guess they figure they have enough business and ours is not needed.

I purchased a new Taurus from loons Ford, however if East West Lincoln Mercury had been able to give me the same deal I got at loons, I'd be driving a Mercury today, but the handle ALL of my service needs and quite professionally and quick might I add, my buddy Mike mike mike is one great S. A. And the other guys aren't slouches either, but I was most impressed by the owner of the dealership, he's approachable, friendly, and he does not act like someone usually acts when they are as fortunate as him, I thank you all for being great people persons.

STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT - Mark Simonelli
I purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty through this ford dealer. I went there a week ago to have them relook at the speakers again. I told them that they go in and out intermittently?, the service guy told me that it may or may not be covered. If it was a particular part it would be, but then again it may not. Regardless I would have to pay the $100.00 copay either way. Then there has been an issue with a rubbing noise that had been going on for a couple of years, of course they can't recreate it when I take it to them. So since my truck is out of the 5 year 60,000 mile warranty I brought it to a real mechanic. He and I test drove it and he said the noise is coming for the rear end. Even though it a 2011 F150 with only 53k miles on it, I had to replace the 4 wheel drive actuator hubs and the rear differential at my own expense. The mechanic who fixed the issue said the rear was improperly put together and he found metal shavings in the transfer case, service people don't care about warranty work or the problems you have with a vehicle. Yes the sales department is good at what they do, but the service department doesn't want to fix ANY issues that are supposed to be covered by a warranty. To seal the deal, I needed to replace the fuel door hinge, it's made of cheap plastic and broke. This ford dealer wanted $80.00 for the part and another $80.00 to install it. I refused to pay for something that should be covered by a warranty. So I located the same part from a ford dealer in Rhode Island for $54.00 including 3 day delivery. I'm not mechanically inclined but I was able to replace it in 30 minutes without an issue. This dealership just wants to rake you over the coals for parts and labor. Stay far way from the service department.

Service Dept. prices are very expensive but they play games with the prices. If you decline the price then they will act like they are working out a deal for you and slowly attempt to lower the price. If you constantly play games like that, you are not to be trusted.

We purchased the exact car for the exact price that we wanted without pressure from any one. They did not play any games with our financing and we were out in about an hour. We will buy another car from this dealer in the future.
