Hi, I'm Alex Karas, parts consultant for Germain Honda of Dublin. I have been part of the Germain team for 3 years. Going out of my way to help a customer find something they need or point them in the right direction is not really going out of my way. My main goal is to not let a customer walk away unhappy or dissatisfied.
While away from the dealership I enjoy experimenting with music, concerts, traveling and being outdoors.
