Simply the very best car buying experience ever!!! I have been working with Chevrolet of Naperville for many years now and these awesome people really make me feel like family every time I visit. Not only have they helped with picking the very best cars for me and my family but that have been a huge part of helping me improve my credit as well. My first car was at 22.9% and today I have a brand new equinox at 2.9%. This awesome team works with you with no pressure, you choose the options you want, you get the coverage you need and best of all you drive off with the car you WANT! Kevin was an outstanding sales associate right from the first handshake. I came to the Naperville dealership to buy my first car. Kevin was very patient and was extremely knowledgeable about the Cruz. All the other people I came into contact with were also very friendly, especially Wayne who helped explain the leasing process to a newbie. I would highly recommend this dealership and am looking forward to working with them in the future.

Emily Smith is a great salesperson. It was because of her and Dan Troy we came from Roselle to buy our car at Dan Wolf in Naperville. Emily feels like a friend. It was a grerat experience.

Sherri made us feel comfortable. She was very informative and easy to deal with. Andy made the finance part of buying a car very easy. He was prepared and things went very smoothly.

All in all this was the best car buying experience we have had. I usually dread going to a dealership but this experience was great.

I leased a Chevy VOLT from this deal and they did a great job. Fair price on my trade-in and a fair price on the VOLT. Delivery was seamless and the follow upcalls have been great. They really seem to stand behind what they sell.

Tony Rodgers was very friendly, informative and not pushy. He spent a lot of time with us the first time we came in and did not buy. He said he would call us in a couple of days and did just that. We totally appreciated that he accepted our decision that first day and did not hound us. That is why we decided to go back to this dealer when we made our decision. Sherri and Andy were also very knowledgeable and friendly. They were a delight to work with. We have bought a lot of cars over the years and this was the best experience we have had.

Just by walking in the door my wife any I already knew it was going to be a better experience than at Westphal Chevrolet in Oswego. Gary did an outstanding job with what we were looking for and even though they didn't have the equinox we wanted on their lot, they went out and got it from another dealership and we had it the next day. When it came time to complete the paperwork, it was the smoothest I have have ever witnessed. Andy made the experience relaxing but also very thorough in his explanations. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and I will recommend it to anyone interested in buying a Chevy. Thanks again to everyone that helped us out at Chevrolet of Naperville. While on a visit in the Naperville area, we were looking for a new truck, not really intending on buying, right away, that is until my husband and I were going through the car lot and Emily jumped out at us. She said to us "you can't buy a new truck by window shopping, come on and drive one". We did, and the next thing we new , we were in side and Emily went to work doing everything she could to get us in the beautiful red truck that we saw, by Monday morning we were able to take our new truck home. thank you also to Andrew Munson who went to work on our finances and was able to get our payment right where we needed it to be, And to make things even better when we got to our truck, it was detailed so well we thought we were driving in a brand new truck. Awesome job and thanks to Lou Orlando Porter. We definetly will recomend Chevrolet of Naperville and we will recomend everyone to go in and see Emily. she was great.
