Bill Dolan at The Autobarn Volkswagen of Mt. Prospect

I am so thankful to all the people I have come in contact with at The Autobarn in Mt. Prospect. We had nothing but a great experience from test driving a new car, leasing, and servicing our car. It was such a relief to be at a car dealership without all the expected pressure and stress. The people we worked with were sincerely interested in finding us a car that we loved, and making sure we become customers for life. That, in my opinion is the only motivation I would need in choosing a dealership to buy a new car.

I originally became a VW Autobarn customer a few years ago and leased my first vehicle. Every time I walked into the dealership in Mt Prospect I had received great service and all the employees were extremely helpful and informative. The service department is on top of everything and give you a thorough check. I recommend others to this dealership.

Everyone at this dealership has always been very responsive to our needs, whether it is in Service or Sales. We have purchased several cars from this dealership and will continue to do so in the future. We love our new (to us) Touareg and we couldn't have found it if James and Robbie had not been so helpful.

Had a leaky tire/wheel problem and dropped in without an appointment.
John Paul, service advisor, and Bill Dolan, Service Manager accomodated me and got my problem fixed properly and right away.

This experience is NOT the exception, but the rule with Bill's service deartment.
I am a real pain with my R32 and have been more than pleased with their continued patience and professionalism in maintaining my "baby".

Sales may be a once in a few year experience, but service is a constant need. I cannot believe that Bill Dolan and John Paul could take care of my needs any better and their performance has been responsibe for the FIVE GTI's I have personally purchased at the Autobarn of Mt. Prospect.

John Paul is always so friendly and helpful and extremely courteous. Bill Dolan is a true professional and one of the best service managers in any dealership that I have been to. They exemplify how a service department should operate and truly service the customer so that they feel good about their experience.

I purchased my VW Jetta in 2008 from the Mt Prospect dealership and have been very impressed with the great service and attention I get each and every time I am there. Any issues with my car have been taken care of immediately.

I found that CK Thakkar and GM Ryan Graham were completely approachable and sincerely attentive to my concerns and questions regarding the used vehicle I purchased. I was thoroughly taken care of without any delays.

Just purchased my third Passat wagon, since they no longer manufacture them in this country i purchased this vehicle used. It was very obvious from the start that Robbie has great product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand. If you're looking for the new generation of low pressure salesman, Robbie's affable style will immediately put you at ease. He was very professional and helpful in every aspect of the process. Having worked his way up from the back of the shop it's not beneath him to even transfer the plates himself if it will expedite the process. While signing the purchase documents with Joe Nowakowski i mentioned in passing a warranty service issue i had with the Autobarn related to my previous Passat. He might have easily taken what i said in passing but before i left the dealership the service manager, Bill Dolan, approached me with his card and wanted to know the details regarding the problem. I'm impressed that there is good follow up and communications among the departments. Having purchased my first VW new in 1974(red Super Beetle)i have to say that while today's Beetle might resemble my old '74, the car buying experience has changed a great deal and at the Autobarn, that change is defintely for the better.
