My Review of Metro Toyota:
Bill immediately seemed friendly, easy-going, and very genuine. We liked that we were able to take the test drives on our own so that we felt we could drive the minivans they way we actually drive and discuss privately between us. We never felt any pressure even though we were deciding very slowly and meticulously. We felt very respected and everyone at the dealership was very welcoming of our small children. They had a glassed in play area so we could see our son while he entertained himself as we talked about the minivans. Jon was very friendly and efficient at getting us through the paperwork. He was patient and helpful in discussing additional warranty information.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
We were ready to trade in our van and had seen the options on the lot and on the internet. On coming in to the dealership we were greated promptly; staff were consistently courteous. They didn't engage in silly hyperbole and "numbers" games; nor apply pressure to buy something we didn't want. Worked with Bill Naylor and John (and intial contact Hugh). All 3 were professional, helpful. We looked at both new and used cars; and they were willing to work with us on price, without a nickle-diming on everything. Overall, they were professional and respectful. We especially appreciated their not wasting time on inanities -- we knew what we wanted, and they worked with that. We had already looked at another dealer, as they were open at the time; and walked away from their offers, feeling their style to be juvenile and all about the pressure to sell. We did not feel that way in dealing with Metro-Toyota of Kalamazoo. Additionally-- their prices and selection on both new and used vehicles was great, giving us more options. The end result-- we're happy, and really able to recommend this dealership. On a side note, we have also had our former Toyota in this this dealership for repairs, and found them good to work with. WHen there was an error in communication, they did acknowledge it and apologize-- priceless! Tom and Andrea
