My Review of Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
We’d like to thank everyone especially Matt and Garry for helping us go through the process of purchasing our 4th Jeep from Papa’s. We bought our first Jeep in 1995 and and we still see some of the same faces at Papas.

When my wife and I arrived at our scheduled appointment with Gary, we were surprised to be greeted by Matt (Sales Manager). After introducing himself and making us feel comfortable, Matt sat with us and explained in detail exactly what to expect concerning pricing and making sure we understood the process totally. My wife and I thought this was above and beyond the duties of your everyday Sales Manager which in most cases is someone in a dark room that makes all the decisions but no one ever sees.

Gary (Sales Associate), then eased us through the process of purchasing our new Jeep with absolutely no pressure and also made sure all of our questions were answered. We purchased our new Jeep that same day.

When our new vehicle came in, Gary was there to go over in detail inside and out all of the new features of our 2012 Jeep. Thank you again Gary!

Bill Reudgen (Sales Associate) also went out of his way to help get our cell phones connected with Uconnect. Thanks for spending time with us Bill...you are definitely the guy to see with any technical questions.

All of Papa’s staff are honest and knowledgeable. We can’t thank everyone enough for our great experience.

Of course the most important thing is my wife is loving her new Jeep and is getting compliments daily...the Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat is definitely an eye catcher.

Thanks again to all the staff at Papa’s not forgetting Augie De La Noval in the service department. Augi wrote my first service order in 1995 and knows first hand how much care I give all my vehicles. Augie was very much part of why I got top value for my trade in. There is no one more knowledgeable and more trustworthy than Augie. Augie has always played a big role in why I will do business with Papa’s now and in the future. Thanks for the great service Augie!

We had a very good experience at Papas. The delaership itself felt like a little quant town!! If a saleman was not available eveyone helped eachother out so no-one had to wait. we bought 2 cars,..a used one and a brand new one and I feel the price given was very reasonable. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Bill,..Garry,..mathh and Papa's to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My Review of Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Bill and from Papa Dodge. As can be assumed as a returning customer I have been pleased with both the sales and service I have received at Papa Dodge. Bill is a pleasure to work with and no pressure!

I walked in test drove the car, negotiated a price and trade in value then drove out with my new R/T.

I loved the deal on my Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn 2012 that I found on Papa Dodge website after I visited 3 Dodge dealers with 25 miles radius 4 weeks later. Working with Bill Reudgen and Ed Koziol at Papa Dodge was a very good experience compared to 3 Dodge Dealers( Crowley Dodge, Bolles and Artioli)

Papa's had a great selection of vehicles and the staff was knowledgeable about the vehicle purchased. Any questions that I had with the process were promptly met. I was given a great price on a vehicle that is highly in demand. All extra work that I requested be done on the vehicle was done so immediately. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience.

My Review of Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
To Whom It May Concern:

My name is LaKiesha Reed, and I'm a single African American, Insurance Professional, and Mother. My journey began just looking to weigh my options as far as locking in a lower APR on my then current loan and or upgrading from my 2006 Chrysler 300 to something newer.

I currently work for an organization that promotes their partnerships and affiliate programs to their employees for added benefits and discounts. Although I believed at this time, I would not be eligible for a brand new car; I knew the program existed and gathered my control number before going. My absolute Love for the Chrysler Brand brought me to nearby Gengras Chrysler Doge located in East Hartford.

To make a very long story short, at Gengras Chrysler Dodge, I received exactly what I asked for in a car by the salesperson, and was approved for 2 loans. However, by the time the deal was finalized, I found myself being totally mishandled, blatantly disrespected, and admittedly ostracized. To sum it up, I pretty much received the WORST customer service, I have ever encountered, to date.

Not even 24 hours later, I met William Reudgen (who I will ALSO now affectionately refer to as Bill Da Bear) and his team where my experience went from way Below Negative to Supreme Excellence.

I had been up all night furious about what had transpired at Gengras and found a car online that could be compared to the car. I placed a call to see its availability. The first question I asked Bill was, if he was at all linked to Gengras, and he assured me No, they weren’t. I then told him I was on my way!! Bill then asked what my concerns were and I proceeded to tell him what I had been thru, and what I expected from this experience. He assured me that I would never be treated that way at Papas, although he also could not guarantee anything as far as funding. With reservation, my sister Tiffany and I went to Papas Dodge in New Britain, and upon arrival we were taken care of with the utmost Respect and Care.

Before diving right into the numbers, Bill actually took the time to let me vent about my previous treatment, as well as, listened to what I wanted and why I was there. My first reason for even searching for a car was my Love for the Chrysler 300 in which I currently owned a 2006 model. Bill and I went over numbers and the scope of my future as well. Without me asking, Bill told me about the program with my job and Papas, which most car salesmen just Won’t Do! I verified that I was familiar with the program and even had my control number but didn’t expect to be approved for a brand new car. This is when Bill asked, if I’ve ever considered the Chrysler 200. I explained to him that I’d only become interested in the 200 until I realized I had the 300 series already but would still love to explore my options.





After exploring the options on the 300, we began to explore the 200 series. I was truly pleased as everything I loved about the 300s was in the 200s... We compared just about everything and to my delight, I was just as happy with the 200 as I was with both 300’s I’ve owned. Bill and I discussed why this choice was the Best case scenario for me, as its more cost effective, in the sense that gas prices will be going up considerably, I would be receiving a Brand New 2012 as opposed to a used 300 series, how this would effect my credit score in the long run, and how I still have all the luxury and comfort ability as I’ve become accustomed to. After weighing my options, I agreed.

Bill took my numbers and story to his team and they all began to work. Not only did Bill divulge the invoice price I was to receive with my jobs’ partnership & Papas’, he also found a rebate on the car that would put me right where I needed to be for approval. Less than 24 hours later, I received the call that was approved as the owner of a Brand New 2012, Chrysler 200, in which I am LOVING!

Bill was Absolutely Right!!! This is the very best case scenario for me and my family right now, and I couldn’t have made those sound decisions had I not gone to Papas Dodge in New Britain.

It is very safe to say that I will continue to do business @ Papa’s and refer each and every person I run across, to the best Car Sales Place in CT.... Papas’s Dodge!!!

My questions were answered, if they didn't know, they found out. Optional accessories and programs were explained and offered to me, but no high pressure. Just what I expect from a dealership. My Jeep was ordered, I was told up front when to expect it and kept up to date on the progress.
