The greatest car buying experience so far. Micah is great to work with and super efficient. Negotiated the whole deal over the phone. Within 15 min after I told him the specific car I was looking for, Micah was able to offer the best price. I called him around 5:30pm, arrived their place around 7pm, and drove away with the car around 9:30pm. No games, no hassles.

The sales consultant I interacted when I was at the dealership, Bob is also very nice and friendly. He answered all the questions I had regarding the car as well as the lease terms. They prepared everything before I arrived and the whole buying process was as easy as ordering something online and picking it up at the store.

Ryan, the delivery specialist is very knowledgeable and customer-oriented. He took the time to explain me everything about the car. Great service. Joe, the financial specialist who went through all the paperwork with me is great too.

All the people I interacted were fantastic. I will definitely do business with them again!

Very professional & friendly. Bob and Ryan were able to answer all our questions and made sure we were happy with our new car. This is our third car that we got from Bob and for sure we are going to come back in the future. Really great car buying experience.

i have given my rating on the saleman(bob kozar)of his knowledge of the vehicle,patient and what i wanted to purchase and even wlling to work with me regardless of my current situation and helping me get approve and even suggestion a more newer vechile for about same price in my price range.
and saleman(ryan indelicato) of his knowledge and a demonstration of the vehicles featured function and his friendiness to work with.......

Bob Kozar moved the process along at the pace I wanted to sell the car to me....with little of the usual BS I get when I went to other dealerships. We got the deal done quickly ....with a trade.....at terms acceptable to both of us.....and Bob added some value added things to me at no additional cost to me which were and are appreciated.

I drove up from Indianapolis and I'm happy I did. I first spoke to Bob Kozar and after making me comfortable that the car was as clean and taken care of as it had appeared, I made a deposit over the phone. The next day I was in Chicago taking delivery. Your dealership was great from the time I drove up and met Bob at the door, to a week later when he mailed a spare set of keys that he tracked down for me. I think the single best thing about the experience is how Bob had an even keel about him. He had a good balance of professionalism and for lack of better words, down to earthness. He explained things well and in the end, I left feeling happy with my purchase.

I recently bought a new Toyota van for my wife and actually walked away from the first dealer that was inattentive. The next dealership was great and that's where I bought our van. I now have one Toyota dealer that has earned my loyalty for my Toyota (van) needs and I will be using your team when I'm ready to upgrade to a newer Infiniti.

Our experience with buying a new car at Infiniti was very pleasant and we got the car we wanted. The personnel at this dealer were very friendly, patient and answered all of our questions. Had a wonderful experience buying a new Infiniti G37x sedan. The sales team was very professional, they listened to me, and they were willing to work with me to accomplish a deal. The team also picked up the baton and filled in seamlessly to complete the paperwork and deliver the car when my initial sales contact was called away unexpectedly.
