My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
I have bought quite a few used vehicles over the years and per my normal process, my wife and I have been researching and narrowing down our choices from a variety of car manufacturers, dealers and models. We met Brad a few months ago when I began the process, at that time I told him that we were beginning our search and that we were not likely to buy any time soon. This approach normally cools off a sales person (as it did to just about every other dealer we visited) however Brad showed no signs that it mattered to him. Brad has given us many hours of his time since that first meeting despite the fact we have yet to buy a vehicle from him.
Brad is very knowledgeable and has never pressured us. This point is very important to my wife and me and has caused us to steer away from two other dealerships in Scottsdale. He has shown us quite a few Audis and although I had not thought of purchasing one before, they are definitely on the list now.
I would have no qualms recommending Brad and the Audi dealership in North Scottsdale to any of my friends.

I have given the rating of "Great" on every question in the survey because Bradley Burnham is that great!!! I just bought a new 2012 Audi A5 from the North Scottsdale Audi Dealership. This is my fourth Audi; I bought the last three at this dealership. Bradley Burnham was the salesman who assisted me with getting into such an incredible car. He was professional and courteous throughout the sales process. He has a great sense of humor and was very very very knowledgeable about Audi products. He was very patient with me and let me test drive 3 different vehicles. He also gave me great advice. I am exceptionally happy with him and will continue to use him as my point of contact in future transactions at Audi!

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
Initially I contacted Brian McCauley at the dealership to discuss a program 2010 Audi A8L that they had on the lot with very low mileage. He was quite courteous and gave me all the details I had asked for. Unannounced I dropped by the dealership a few days later to view the auto and unfortunately Brian was busy with another customer. Rather than making me wait Brian immediately turned me over to one of his 'partners-in-arms' Brad Burnham. I felt this was a very kind gesture as that is not typical in most car dealerships. I was there to trade my new BMW X6 as my wife and I recently acquired a new pooch and realized quickly that the BMW would not accommodate his size. He was 9 weeks and 28lbs. when we got him 2 months ago and now is over 60 lbs. and growing like a weed. He's an Irish Wolfhound and his name is Chauncey Gardiner. Thus the reason for the L model of the A8. Back to the story ... Brad turned out to be one of the best, and most knowledgeable sales persons I have ever met in my 40 years of purchasing automobiles. NO PRESSURE - NO RUSH - FLAT OUT A GOOD GUY! Well needless to say after reviewing the 2010 I then asked to explore the 2011. DONE DEAL. The car was everything that Brad had told me and so much more. I picked up the car yesterday and can't express how much I am impressed with both Brad and the dealership. One last note ... it seemed that Brad and I had much more in common than automobiles ... our love of music. We chatted for quite some time comparing notes and before we knew it we invited each other to a concert last night to see one of my long time favorites .. Dr. John (The Night Tripper). The concert was a blast and Brad and my wife Laurie really hit it off as well. In summation I can't express how thoroughly I am impress with Brad and the dealership ... BTW: I love the car too!!! Here's to a new friend Brad.

I recently purchased my 3rd Audi from Audi North Scottsdale in just over a year. I have worked with Brad Burnham each time and he has made each experience simply fantastic! I live in Oregon and Brad and the management team have worked with me diligently to make it very simple and easy to complete an out-of-state purchase. In fact, on 2 occasions, Brad has gone above and beyond by driving the car I was purchasing to Las Vegas to make my trip home shorter. Not only is this something that most salesmen wouldn't do, Brad offered the favor to meet me with enthusiasm! This level of customer service is almost unheard these days. I definitely recommend buying from Audi North Scottsdale and working with Brad Burnham. They are simply the best!

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
I ordered an Audi A8L in April. Building it was exciting and very easy. I was given more money for my trade by Audi NS than any of the Mercedes dealers in town. I traded a Mercedes. The car arrived a week or two earlier than promised. Brad kept me updated on the progress of the car during the entire build process.

The delivery was extremely throrough. The A8L has many different systems to get to learn. Brad spent more than two hours setting everything up properly. We discussed window tint and to my surprise the windows were already done by delivery time.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to purchase a car from Brad Burnham and Audi North Scottsdale.

I was thrilled with the entire sales experience with Audi North Scottsdale -- and especially the care and professionalism of Brad Burnham.

Earlier today, I bought my new Audi R8. Brad has worked patiently with my for nearly 4 years ... ever since the R8 was launched ... keeping me aware of available cars and other news regarding the R8. Finally, I was ready and able to make this purchase ... and Brad made it a pleasure at every step of the way.

In particular, I commend Brad and Audi North Scottsdale for their efficiency and responsiveness ... they made this "fun and easy" and worked with me to get me into my new R8. They offered me a fair price for my trade and helped me work quickly and efficiently with the Finance Department. Finally, Brad stayed well past his scheduled finish time to make sure I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my purchase. He has also offered to give me pointers in a few days time ... to make sure I get the most out of my new R8.

I recently leased an Audi A4 from Brad Burnham at N. Scottsdale Audi. After an initial test drive, I did the rest of the negotiation and pre-approval work via email. Brad met another dealer's best price, no questions asked, and was very easy to work with. After coming to terms on the lease details, I provided him a short credit app, copy of my driver's license and insurance card all via email.

I showed up the next day and was driving off in the A4 within 20 minutes. Amazing. Brad and the Audi N. Scottsdale team provided me a friendly, professional buying experience. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I bought a used Audi A4 from Brad Burnham at Audi North Scottsdale. Brad was a true pleasure to work with. I live in Albuquerque so all our communication was done by phone. He was very accurate in his description of the car and very responsive to whatever questions I had. Brad delivered the car to Albuquerque going way out of his way to complete the transaction. I would recommend Brad and I would recommend Audi North Scottsdale dealership if you are looking for a car.
