I recently purchased a Veloster from Mungenast Hyundai and they did an amazing job with helping me with the purchase. Charlie Sutton worked with me to make it a little bit more affordable with my budget and I would definately recomment his service to anyone who would like a Hyundai. They are great cars! My Review of Mungenast Hyundai:
We purchased a 2012 Tucson & Charlie Sutton was our salesman. I must say that this was the best, by far, of any experience I have had purchasing a vehicle, new or used. Charlie made the whole experience quite painless and made sure to explain all the details of the new SUV. I told him what was important to me on the vehicle and he had one for me with a few little extra details. Main thing, it DIDN'T have leather seats, which I DID NOT WANT. Our Santa Fe had them & I never did like them. All personnel at Mungenast were very friendly & one salesman even got water for our dog, who happened to be with us at the time.
Again, let me repeat, I cannot say enough nice things about our experience at Mungenast, and it was mainly due to Charlie & his personality. Keep up the good work.

My Review of Mungenast Hyundai:
I worked with Charlie Sutton to locate the specific car I wanted. Charlie was very thorough in explaing all of the features. He was persistant in contacting me over a 6 week period but never pushy. Once he had the car available, we worked to an agreed upon price that I was satisfied with. Rick, the finance manager, was also easy to work with. (I nearly walked out of a different dealership a few years ago in which the finance manager kept hammering me on all of the add-ons I wasn't interested in)

Everyone was friendly but not pushy or aggressive. A few employees had to stay late to finish the deal and they never made me feel like an inconvenience. I had a great experience and got a great deal.

Charlie Sutton, John Plumley and Rick Williams whom I dealt with were very professional, friendly, helpful and willing to work with me to make a deal. I would buy a car from them again anytime. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, expansive and attractive new facility. A bit of a drive for me, but the Hyundai dealership closer to me is very poorly rated, while this one came recommended. Negotiating final price was tricky, but I came out with a good one in the end.

My Review of Mungenast Hyundai:
Charlie greeted me as soon as I arrived. He grabbed a set of keys and we took a test drive. The 4Runner was a great vehicle, exactly what I needed. For a used, 8 year old vehicle, it was in great shape. After some brief negotiations I had the price I wanted on the vehicle. Had to make a quick call to the wife to see if she was OK with purchasing the vehicle. Buy closing time that evening I was signing the paper work for my new (to me) Toyota 4Runner!

Very happy with Charlie and everyone there at Mungenast Hyundai. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends!
