Rhett was very friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. If he didn't have an answer he went and got it. All the other staff that I came into contact with were also very friendly, outgoing and ready with an answer to my questions.

I have been to alot of dealers in the past few months looking for a car and had very bad exeriances at them all. NO one was willing to help or work with me. I came to Advantage Suzuki thinking here we go again. I can tell you they were WONDERFUL. The worked with me and got me into the car i was looking at and within my budget, not easy with my credit. I will tell everyone I know what a great place this is.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I got the financing I needed at the monthly price I wanted which was super cool. The total price I financed ended up being more than the original price of the car, which was quite sneaky given they supposedly gave me 1275 for my trade, I think they just rolled over my previous auto loan into the price of the car, I'm a little upset at the underhandedness but I got great car at a still decent price so whatever.

Great people to do business with because they don't give you the run around. This is my 6 car at advantage and I'am very happy with the service they provide. Brought a car over the phone and in less then a half hour in the dealership, I was on the road. Dave and Chris do a great job to make things happen and get you the price you can afford with no pressure.

My Review of Advantage Suzuki:
On our arrival at Advantage Suzuki, my wife and I were treated very nice. Chris P. let us take a Kizashi for a test drive, no questions asked. Gave us a quick tour of the controls, set us out on a simple route to follow and answered all our questions about the product he was selling. Never once feeling pressured to make a purchase that day, although the offer made for our 2005 Toyota Camry and the great price on the 2011 Kizashi SE, was a strong point for our return for their business. Chris P. did everything he could to make the sale go easy for us, we live quite a ways from the dealership and he definately went out of his way. There were a few flaws with the car, and Advantage has addressed everything thus far, still have to go back for our three month service, hope that future visits are as pleasant as all the previous ones. Joe B. financial sales manager took special attention to the driving behaviour of the Kizashi, he took a ride with me and was overy concerned with our satisfaction with a product he really beleives in. That means alot in todays market, your not just buying a cookie cutter product at Suzuki. Give Advantage a try, they are giving Kooky low prices.

My Review of Advantage Suzuki:
This is my 3rd suzuki vehical that i have purchased Advantage Suzuki, Albany. I came in for my usual oil change. The service here has always been very good. I was looking at the new vehicles on the floor when Chris Pivacek approached me.

I have to say that he is an excellent sales person that I have ever dealt with because he listened to me and let me explain my financial situation and he knew where I stood. I trusted him from the start and i felt and that he was going to comply with what I was looking for and not sell me something that I could not afford.

Chris did everything possible to go above and beyond to satisfy me. What he promised he came through and I truly appreciate everything he did.

Everyone at Advantage Suzuki,Albany is very friendly and goes out of there way to make you happy. I only wished manager Joe Barakat was on that day because every time I came in for my oil change he always greeted me with a smile and asked how things were going and if i was satisfied.
