This is the second new vehicle that we have purchased from Henry Day Ford. They have been fantastic to include after ths sale. I would recommend Henry Day Ford to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle

We had made a few visits to Henry Day Ford previously, prior to us buying our new truck just to look around the lot. During all of our visits the personnal that we talked to were very professional and not pushy, which is one of the things that we liked, we don't like to be pushed into a sale. The day that we purchased our new truck, again the sales people were very professional and actually made it a pleasure to purchase our vehicle. Roy, Claudia, Paul and Bill went out of their way to make sure all of our questions were answered and when it came down to talking about price, we got an excellent deal, not only on our new vehicle but also on our trade in. We had talked to other dealers on the same vehicle that we bought and the other dealers weren't even close on the price and we were also surprised to find out that there were rebates on our new vehicle, which some of the other dealers were telling us there were no rebates. We had the Bed Liner and 5th wheel hitch installed and are very happy with the service department, again the personnel are very professional and took excellent care of our new vehicle. All of our furture vehicle purchases will be from Henry Day Ford.

This was one of the best expericences i have had at a car dealership. Feras and Claudia proviced great customer service. They knew all the information I needed, and were willing to help answer any and all questions I had. They were very patient and understanding. They did not push me to make a decision and were patient while I tried to make sure all the math added up to my liking. They went step by step to make sure I was completly satisfied with everything. They went above and beyond my expectations. They even showed me how to use everything in the car and made sure I understood and even offered me a contact number in case I had questions later. Michael was very pateint and willing to answer any concerns I had. Great teamwork. Great company. I will recommend this dealership and these dealers by name to all my friends and family.

Claudia was very friendly and let me decide what I was looking for without over Pressuring me to over exceed what I wanted to spend. Hak was extremely informational, after reading the Manual and the other ten books that come with a new truck I don't think I read any new information that Hak did not already tell me. Paul was also very informative and clearly explained all the boring paper work side of things. Overall a great experiance.
