I went to Preston because of past experience and my expectations were greatly exceeded. I had some repairs to my car while they were processing my new car loan. the repairs were done time and excellently and timely. My wife and I drove home in two vehicles happy as a lark.I will continue to buy and have my vehicles serviced at Preston and recommend to my family and friends that do likewise. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I had never been to Preston Toyota before from the time I walked through the door everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. April was extremely helpful and explained everything about my vehicle. Courtny was very warm and friendly and the most efficient and knowledgeable finance manager I have encountered.

My Review Of Preston Motors:

I had went to several dealerships who said they were willing to help with my bad credit and all failed except Preston Motors. I went to this appointment with John not thinking I was going to walk out with a car. I was impressed with John and how he paid attention to my body language and emotion and knew what I wanted and didn't want. He knew when I was contemplating the deal and actually asked what was wrong. Instead of just trying to put me in a car for the money.

The Preston motors staff was very friendly and very honest about where I stood with my credit history and they were still able to put in into a 2010 vehicle. The Vehicle wasn't what I really wanted but I can't complain to much because of my limited options but I am thankful for the Preston staff who were able to put me in a decent car and in 6 months or a year I am sure they will work with me even more!

My only complaint would be that the waiting room was bland I was there for four hours and there was no entertainment, the only computer available was for staff only, there was no t.v. to watch and at times I felt like I didn't know what was going on. Other than that Preston Motors was a joy to work with and I will get my next vehicle from there!

my family and i walked onto this lot with the hopes of trading our "gas guzzling" truck for a more economical car. from the minute we stepped on the lot, we knew we were going home with a vehicle from preston motors. the customer service was great. our 8-year old daughter was treated as if she were making the deal as well---a real family oriented place to go! we were offered drinks and snacks. the deal went very smoothly, and "T" and Walt really helped us work the deal to get us out the door at where we wanted to be. we are now the proud owners of a toyota corolla! thank you preston motors!!

My retired parents wanted a reliable 4 wheel drive vehicle. From the moment I spoke with Brandon Ferrari over the phone, to the moment he handed my parents the keys to the perfect vehicle for them...I knew we had made the right choice. Brandon helped us to feel comfortable while my parents went through the purchasing process. Cortny was very helpful with the financial paperwork and explaining all the details. We are very happy that we went with Preston!
