My Review Of Acura of Libertyville:

From the time we walked in and till the time we walked out we were treated with respect. Every employee we dealt with were kind, honest, pleasent and very patient with their customers. Especially Shane Lyon, the sales representative, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and fought for his customers.
The bottom line is, they helped us get the car we wanted at the price we wanted for.
Definately walked out with a great deal and smiles on our faces !!

My Review Of Acura of Libertyville:

I purchased a new RDX on 12/30. This was my third Acura, with the first two purchased at Acura of Palatine, part of the Rohrman group of dealers. I had a very bad experience with their service department and wanted to give another dealer a shot at earning my business.

To set the stage, I'm a 50 year old woman who brought two female friends with me (one who is great at negotiating car deals and who is also in a wheelchair) and another who is great at research who came armed with data and her iPad. I mention these specific details because in the world of car sales, it would have been very easy to write off this unlikely trio of women, not take us seriously or treat us with less respect.

My primary salesman was Adam Hoth, a young but experienced salesman though new to Acura and by the end we also had Craig Floress involved in closing the deal. I can't say enough positive things about both of them. They treated us exceptionally well. Adam spent all the time we needed in the car itself (lots to go over with the tech package, didn't jerk us around with the offer or the negotiating process. I won't go into inappropriate details here, but I can say that I left very satisfied and can say with confidence that not only did I get a great deal and a great car, But managed to do so without a lot of back and forth or the dreaded sales tricks of "let me talk to my manager" etc.

I got a fair deal on my trade-in as well. And, when I had to go back the next day to get my floor mats (because the service department was closed by the time we were done with the deal) and ask about a dozen questions about the aforementioned tech package, Adam was just as nice and patient (spent about an hour in the car with me working on various settings, questions, etc.) after the deal as he was before he'd made the sale.

I don't make recommendations lightly, nor am I all that easy to impress as I tend to be a "tough grader", but I do highly recommend Acura Libertyville. And though it should be known, I want to make it clear that I am real person, not affiliated with the dealership or anyone in it in any way whatsoever (other than as a satisfied customer) and not compensated for this recommendation in any way.

Not to sound cheesy, but if you're looking for an Acura go where you're going to be treated well and get a good deal. Tell Adam Jeanne sent you and if he doesn't give you a good deal she'll have to bring back her team:-)

My Review Of Acura of Libertyville:

We really didn't have the budget for an Acura, was more focused on a Nissan Maxima which was in our price range. This is a business vehicle. After a referral to Craig Floress, I shot him an email Tues morning, he was off that day and sent it to James Won who called me minutes later. Had a great, honest conversation with James, and an hour and a half later I drove from Chicago to Libertyville, test drove the car, met James and Craig, and left there having to make a decision. The Acura was out of the $ range but the service these guys gave was tough to put a dollar sign next to. The next day we signed the lease papers and the deal was done. Truthfully the car ended up being more than I wanted to spend with regards to the down payment. But I paid the extra down because these guys are good to work with and I knew right away the extra money up front was worth it for good service and good relationships. You get a little something extra with these guys, I knew it right away when I walked on their sparking showroom floor. Tom in leasing was dilligent and got us in and out, he knows his stuff. Even the co-owner Glenn made time to meet with myself and my boss. You get what you pay for and these guys deserve it. James took an hour of his sales floor time to make sure I knew how to use all the toys...I love toys, but I hate when I don't know how to use them, that is good service. Craig knew where I needed to be dollar wise and made it happen for us. These guys will get a shot at all future purchases, business and personal, no question.

My Review Of Acura of Libertyville:

This is was my third Acura purchase for Acura of Libertyville and as usual it was a great experience. You don't buy three cars for the same dealership unless they are doing a very good job for you both before and after the sale.

This time James Won and Craig Floress made the purchase effortless and a great experience. The new 2013 RDX drives like a dream and get really good gas milage. I could not be happier with my purchase.

My Review Of Acura of Libertyville:

Hands down the best dealer I've been to for as long as I can remember. We picked up our 2012 MDX on Monday and it was just a pleasure being there. Entire staff is very attentive and friendly. Greg Miller was instrumental in making sure that our whole experience was A++. There were no pressure put on us during the negotiation (unlike other dealerships we’ve visited few days before), the process was pretty straight forward and we ended up with a great deal on our new car. Within few hours of walking in the dealership we drove off in our brand new MDX . They truly have a great costumer oriented team @ Acura of Libertyville! Overall a great experience and I definitely recommend this dealer over any other in the area. Can’t wait to come back for our first oil change

It was a pleasure working with Greg Miller on MDX lease. Greg was very professorial, and accommodating. The negotiations were quick and down to earth. By far, the best buying experience I had with Acura and would recommend Greg and the dealership to everybody I know.

My Review Of Acura of Libertyville:

This dealership should be a model for every dealership. You are treated like an imoportant part of their business wether you are there for an oil change or there to purchase a new vehicle. If you have a question it is answered honestly and if you have an objection or problem every effort is made to get resolved fairly, the first time. Acura makes a great product and Acura of Libertyville makes the ownership experience great.
